Abstract

The paper aims to reveal the content and structure of an educational resource for the foreign military specialists studying at the Russian higher military aviation schools. The author proposes his own approach to the process of development and approbation of educational resources for foreign military specialists. Scientific originality of the study involves developing score and rating methodology to monitor the quality of the educational resources under consideration. The conducted research allows concluding that efficiency of a foreign military specialist’s training is determined by the following factors: a student’s personal involvement, degree of individual abilities actualization, style of interaction with the teacher (partnership interaction, student-centred interaction).
