Abstract
The monograph examines the administrative procedures and production of counteraction to illicit trafficking in precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The theoretical, regulatory and organizational and legal foundations of administrative and procedural activities in this area are revealed, first of all, the features of the application of measures of administrative prevention, suppression and administrative responsibility. The article deals with the typical errors associated with the use of measures of administrative and procedural support by officials of the internal affairs bodies in the fight against illegal trafficking in drug precursors.
