Abstract

The issues of interaction of exhibition activities in Soviet Russia with the practice of "postal diplomacy" as part of public diplomacy are considered. The article describes the propaganda role of the exhibition as a way to promote the successes of the Soviet village after the victory of the October Revolution and its active support in the form of the creation and implementation both domestically and abroad of the first special commemorative postage stamps in the USSR.
