Пропозиції щодо формування структури інформаційно-аналітичного автоматизованого робочого місця керівного складу за напрямом управління нерухомим військовим майном Збройних Сил України

Abstract

As part of the Action Plan for the implementation of defense reform in the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2016-2020 and the Information Concept of the Ministry of Defense ofUkraine, it is planned to create the Defense Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) information management system.In order to effectively use a large number of data arrays, the commander (chief) needs to apply processing tools. One of the most common uses is automated workstations (AW).At present, a prototype of an automated information and analytical workplace of a management team (IA AW) is being developed, which can become one of the elements of a decision support system and, to a certain extent, will provide such a stage as an information management decision.Traditional information and telecommunications infrastructure cannot fully meet the needs of simultaneously transactional and analytical systems being developed and already implemented. This leads to the fact that the system architecture introduces additional changes that compensate for weaknesses.Based on the existing accounting systems for military real estate in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and from the already existing business analysis tools (analytical systems that are in use by the Ukrainian Armed Forces), it was decided to use a modern Business Analysis system based on QlikView software for experimental prototyping. This software makes it possible to reduce the complexity and cost associated with the separation of the transactional and analytical part by combining them.Thus, reasonable proposals for the formation of the structure of the information-analytical automated workplace of the management team in the direction of real estate management of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will simplify the development of the layout and prototype of the IA AW, which will significantly reduce costs and temporary indicators.
