Abstract

administrative disputes (Code of Commercial Procedure of the Russian Federation, Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, Administrative Procedure Code of the Russian Federation) and reports submitted by courts to law enforcement authorities in the event of revelation of elements of crime in the course of case hearing. The problem lies in confusing of these two procedural institutions. The author of the article proves that reports submitted by courts to law enforcement authorities are not special rulings by their nature as they perform different functions. Thus, the author concludes that Part 4 of Article 200 of the Code of Commercial Procedure of the Russian Federation needs to be amended. One should delete mentioning of a special ruling in the event of revealing of elements of crime.
