Abstract

The article reveals the tactical features of carrying out some of the most important investigative actions in criminal cases of violent crimes committed against persons carrying out justice or preliminary investigation. In particular, the features of the inspection of the scene of the incident, the area, the dwelling and other premises, the corpse, exhumation, search, personal search, seizure, interrogation, confrontation, presentation for identification and verification of testimony on the spot are considered. In addition, specific recommendations are given regarding the planning and conduct of these investigative actions, developed on the basis of a study of procedural and forensic doctrine, research of materials of law enforcement practice and personal experience of the author’s team.
