Abstract

The study aims to construct a model of the cycle increasing the level of sustainable development for regions whose enterprises are united by target transregional industrial clusters, operating coherently in the context of their influence on sustainable development, internal cluster structure, and external economic environment. This article presents the main results of constructing the second and third levels of the cycle model, and outlines an algorithm for analyzing conversionlevel interrelationships. Mathematical event modeling tools are employed to model the economic performance of the industrial complex in a transregional industrial cluster and the degree of improvement in the sustainable development of the subject/ group of subjects. The results of multilevel modeling, which are used as the main vector of the study's goalsetting, include aggregate indicators that form the input information array for computing the conversion and the comprehensive real influence impulse of transregional industrial coherence on the advancement of sustainable development in the region/regions.
