Abstract
The paper reviews the monograph ‘The Czechoslovak Corps in the Struggle for the Volga Region (May-November 1918)’ by M. A. Vasilchenko, published in 2021 and exploring the activities of the Czechoslovak Corps in the early period of the Civil War. Based on the analysis of the book, the author of the review comes to the conclusion that it is possible to expand the general outline of the work by examining related subjects, e.g., the Czechs in the White Terror and the confrontation between legionnaires and internationalists.
