Abstract
In this article, based on the results of a study of the current state of administrative and legal regulation of the activities of customs authorities to control intellectual property objects sent in international mail, the author identified current problems and proposed solutions to them. The publication publishes selected results of a sociological study. The methodological apparatus of the research is determined by the use of certain general and particular research methods, including the following: dialectical method of cognition, formal legal, systemic, complex, normative and others.
