تطویر برنامج تدریبی إلکترونی قائم على تحلیلات التعلم وأثره فى تنمیة مهارات استخدام الجیل الثانی من المکتبات الرقمیة لدى اختصاصی المکتبات

Abstract

هدف البحث / هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام تطوير برنامج تدريبي إلکتروني قائم على تحليلات التعلم فى تنمية مهارات استخدام الجيل الثاني من المکتبات الرقمية لدى اختصاصي المکتبات، وذلک من خلال بيئة تعليمية إلکترونية (Moodle) قائمة علي تحليلات التعلم وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج التطويري المنظومي، والمنهج التجريبي، وتکونت مجموعة البحث من (30) من اختصاصي المکتبات من العاملين بمکتبات مصر العامة بمقرها (الرئيسي والفرعي)، وأيضا اختصاصي المکتبات العاملين بوزارة التربية والتعليم، عن طريق تدريبهم بواسطة برنامج تدريبي إلکتروني قائم على تحليلات التعلم, وتم تطبيق البرنامج الإلکتروني وأدوات البحث والتي تمثلت في (قائمة احتياجات مهارات استخدام أدوات الجيل الثاني من المکتبات الرقمية – استبيان خاص لاختصاصي المکتبات – استبيان خاص للمترددين على المکتبة- الاختبار التحصيلي- بطاقة الملاحظة). The goal of the research / the goal of research to identify the impact of the development of an electronic training program based on learning analysis in the development of the skills of the use of the second generation of digital libraries in the library specialist, through an electronic learning environment (Moodle) based on learning analysis has been used descriptive analytical approach and curriculum The research group consisted of (30) librarians working in Egypt's public libraries (main and sub-headquarters), as well as a specialist from libraries working in the Ministry of Education, through their training through an electronic training program based on learning analysis, The electronic program and search tools were implemented, which consisted of (List of skills needs for the use of second-generation digital libraries tools - a special questionnaire for librarians - a special questionnaire for those who are visitors to the library - collectible test - note card). The results of the application have resulted in the effectiveness of the e-learning analytics training program in the development of cognitive aspects and the skilled performance of the librarian
