Abstract
The article provides information on the organization of collection, analysis, and entry of information on cancer patients into the unified network information and analytical system of the Cancer Registry of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The results of the reconciliation of the databases of the Cancer Registry and the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund of the Nizhny Novgorod region in 2021-2022 are presented.
