Abstract
The article presents an algorithm of staged rehabilitation measures in patients with coxarthrosis with total hip arthroplasty and evaluates the results of treatment. The examination group consisted of patients who were treated at the Yevpatoriya military clinical sanatorium in 2018-2019. Preoperative preparation was carried out in a day hospital of the sanatorium. The use of the proposed algorithm of rehabilitation measures allows the majority of patients with coxarthrosis to obtain good functional results in the optimal time frame. The material base of the Evpatoria Military Clinical Sanatorium allows for staged rehabilitation treatment in one institution, which makes it possible to more fully and qualitatively implement the proposed algorithm of rehabilitation measures in this category of patients
