This research is entitled "Analysis and Design of a Website-Based Information System for Registration of Hajj & Umrah Pilgrims at Travel PT. Nur Mekahiyah Wisata". The main objective of this research is to design and develop an effective information system to support the registration process, data management and consultation services for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The methods used include requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing. The research results show that this system is able to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy and transparency of the registration process, as well as providing a more effective experience for users.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Katering Berbasis Web Menggunakan Code Igniter

One of the basic human needs is food for consumption. The food consumed can be divided into 2 types, firstly is food that must be cooked and secondly is food that can be consumed directly without cooking. Families can get cooked food by cooking the desired food themselves. Apart from that, cooked food can also be obtained by buying food in canteens, cafetaria, restaurants or catering. Food obtained from canteens, cafetaria and restaurants is generally obtained by purchasing directly on site. Meanwhile, food obtained from catering is generally obtained by ordering a menu from the catering business. The ordered menu can be a single menu or a package menu. Mentari Catering aims to optimize the use of information technology so that customers have the freedom to order the food offered. The aim of this research is to build a web site-based information system to manage orders from Mentari catering customers. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall model. In this research too, CodeIgniter is used to create web applications quickly and easily. The result of this research is a website-based system to make it easier for catering customers to order both package menus and single menus. Apart from that, customers can also provide testimonials about the food menu and services provided. Testimonials can be a consideration for potential customers who want to order.

There are several methods used, namely the software development method using a prototype model and the data collection method using observation, interviews and literature study, while for building website-based applications the PHP and MySQL languages ​​are used, while for the application prototype the Balsamiq Wireframes application is used. Implementing Design Thinking for UI/UX Optimization: Insights from PT. Asuransi Simas Jiwa

PT Asuransi Simas Jiwa is one of the companies that has implemented a fairly good information system in carrying out business processes. Siji Sales Force is a website-based information system used by Sales Agents to create, design and manage digital marketing activities. Based on the data collection results, it is known that several problems with the Siji Sales Force Web include shortcomings in terms of the appearance and functionality of the website. Based on observations of the features in the report menu, errors often occur and there has been no evaluation from the relevant parties. This research aims to provide recommendations for UI/UX design on the Siji Sales Force Website based on the results of analysis using the Design Thinking method. Design Thinking is an approach or method of problem solving both cognitively, creatively and practically to answer human needs as users. Design recommendations are built in prototype form using the Figma application. The prototype that was built was tested for usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS), obtaining a score of category B or "Good" which indicates that the prototype design meets acceptable requirements or is declared acceptable by interested parties. Based on the test results, the design redesign was acceptable and considered effective, so it is hoped that the design created can become a recommendation for the system development team to improve the Siji Sales Force website.

ANALISIS KUALITAS PADA SISTEM INFORMASI PEMINJAMAN DAN PENGEMBALIAN BARANG MILIK NEGARA POLITEKNIK NEGERI SUBANG

Subang State Polytechnic State Polytechnic Borrowing and Returning Information System (SIP2 BMN POLSUB) isa website-based information system that is used to provide services for borrowing and returning state property(BMN) to the entire academic community of Subang State Polytechnic (POLSUB). The results of information systemdevelopment certainly still have errors and deficiencies, so testing is needed so that the quality of the informationsystem that has been built can be known. To measure the quality of information, a standard is needed that can be used as the basis for whether the information system is feasible or not to be used. Quality assessment in this study uses the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9126 standard with six aspects namely functionality,reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability and portability. The results of the study show that SIP2 BMNPOLSUB has met ISO 9126 standards on the aspects of functionality, usability, efficiency, reliability, portability, and maintainability. Tests were carried out on the POLSUB academic community with data collection techniquesusing a questionnaire. The first aspect is functionality with a value of 100% which shows all the functionality in the system according to user needs. The usability aspect is worth 90% which is where the information system is easy touse. Based on the results from GTMetrix, the efficiency aspect produces grade B with 80% performance and 85%structure, which means that the information system can maintain its performance level. In the reliability aspect, the percentage is 99% which indicates that the information system can be accessed by users at one time, as well as in the portability aspect, it reaches 100%, which means that SIP2 BMN POLSUB can be used by various types ofbrowsers. The last aspect, namely maintainability, reaches 100% and meets the three criteria, namelyinstrumentation, consistency, and simplicity. The final conclusion is that SIP2 BMN POLSUB is suitable for use in POLSUB.

This research aims to analyze and design information systems to improve the efficiency of administrative data management in the Office of the Governor of North Sumatra. With the lack of application of information systems in the Office of the Governor of North Sumatra, this research is important to support administrative processes and data processing efficiency. The research method includes interviews with related parties, observations, and direct surveys to the field to understand the administrative process of the obstacles faced. Furthermore, a website-based information system solution will be proposed that can improve the efficiency, speed and accuracy of administrative data management in the Office of the Governor of North Sumatra. The results of this research are expected to provide an in-depth description of how the implementation of the right information system can optimize administrative data management. The trend of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the form of coffee shops continues to grow in Indonesia, including those that are currently often found in the Kepanjen area, Malang Regency. For communication needs, these shops form a community as a means of sharing information. Even though there are many benefits gained from the community, the platforms used are still limited to social media. This research aims to develop a website-based information system which will make it easier to manage activities that are being or will be carried out by the coffee shop community in the Kepanjen area. The Dynamic Systems Development model is used in this research as a benchmark for developing information systems. The results of system functional testing show that the website built can run well and is suitable for use. Through this information system, coffee shop owners located in Kepanjen can register to be promoted on the website. Apart from that, the information system created can make it easier to find information about coffee shops in the Kepanjen area.

Using technology is one of the right solutions for the rapid dissemination of information. Design of a web-based development diploma recipient information system at the Department of Information Management, Fakfak State Polytechnic. This system emerged as a solution aimed at assisting informatics management students in obtaining their diplomas. The method used by the author in creating this system is the waterfall method starting from the process of planning, analysis, design, writing program code, program testing and program design and system maintenance. UI/UX Design of Web-Based for Outcome-based Education (OBE) Assessment Information System in Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji (UMRAH) Using Prototype Method

Outcome-based Education (OBE) is one of the teaching approaches that influences the learning process starting from curriculum design, learning outcomes, learning methods, and forms of evaluation of learning. Implementation of the OBE curriculum will not run without a student learning outcome assessment system. Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji has implemented the OBE education system in 2024 in the Informatics Engineering study program. However, it does not yet have an information system for assessing Graduate Learning Outcomes and Course Learning Outcomes, so the assessment system is still carried out manually. This study aims to build an OBE curriculum Assessment Information System that can be accessed via the website based on performance indicators and assessment rubrics. Thus, it makes it easier for system users to assess student learning outcomes in the OBE curriculum. The UI/UX design of the OBE curriculum assessment information system refers to the OBE manual guidebook. The results of this study are in the form of a website-based information system design developed using the Prototype method. The framework used is MVC from Laravel which can make the process of creating a website more structured and organized so that it is easier to complete work faster. Then, this system uses API authentication tokens for website security. The testing method used in the prototype design uses the User Acceptance Test (UAT) by involving the UMRAH Informatics Engineering Lecturer Discussion Forum Group as users of the information system. The results of UAT test stated that the system design created can help solve problems in designing an OBE assessment information system because all users contributed to the development of the OBE assessment system so that the design of this system can be well received by users of the information system.

Qualitative data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and observations to explore the problems faced. The approach used in this research is experimental research. The data collected is managed to create a design for a website-based information system that is used to provide various information and guidelines for managing organic waste bins. This website was designed with the aim of deepening understanding of the problems faced by the community regarding organic waste management and the use of organic waste bins. The research results provide an overview of the design of an information system that can be used for various activities related to managing organic waste bins. IMPLEMENTASI METODE SERVQUAL DALAM MENGUKUR TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN RAWAT JALAN Studi Kasus: Puskesmas Maubesi

The service quality of a Community Health Center does have a great impact on the patients' satisfaction. The Maubesi Community Health Center is one of the health services centers in Maubesi Village which serves a number of six surrounding villages. Given that many patients are making use of this health center, the service quality of the medical staff is of course quite essential. Patients' satisfaction is the primary factor which becomes the image benchmark of a community health center. Up to now, patients' satisfaction is measured in the conventional way, namely by writing on papers. The use òf paper certainly makes it hectic when the time for data compilation and analysis processing is due. To overcome this problem, the researcher developed a website-based information system (SISKESAN) to measure patients' satisfaction level at Maubesi Community Health Center. SISKESAN was developed based on website, to make it easy whenever and wherever the data is to be accessed. The system employs Service Quality Method (Servqual) to measure patients' satisfaction level using hope and fact values. To set up this system the researcher made use of Waterfall Method known as measurable gradual stages. By implementing SISKESAN at Maubesi Community Health Center, the patients' satisfaction level becomes easier in measurement. Patients can easily access the website and fill in the questionnaires prepared in the system. The result can be straightly seen by the staff in charge and it will become the benchmark for future policy making.

Evaluation of Pandanrejo website content using a copywriting approach in Pandanrejo Tourism Village, Central Java

The website is a media that acts as the backbone of digital marketing in a tourism village. As the spearhead of digital media and sales channels, the tourism village website must always be optimized so that it always has a high conversion rate. Copywriting is a technique for writing content in digital media that is widely used practically in increasing conversion rates. This study aims to evaluate the Pandanrejo Tourism Village website as an information base for formulating conversion rate optimization (CRO) at a later stage. This study uses a qualitative approach with several collection methods, namely by conducting interviews with website managers, copywriting experts and website-based information system experts, making direct observations of the Pandanrejo’s website, and reviewing the literature. To produce valid information and results, the data was analyzed by confirming between informants and references to the literature. The results obtained from this study indicate that the Pandanrejo Tourism Village website content does not yet have a touch of copywriting elements through the AIDA formula.

In this increasingly advanced technological era, a website-based information system can be implemented in East Lumban Pea village to overcome the above constraints. With the existence of a village information system, the community can directly access the various kinds of information presented.
