MANAJEMEN APLIKASI BIMBINGAN KONSELING BERBASIS WEB

This study aims to develop and evaluate web-based guidance and counseling application management . This application is designed to facilitate the guidance and counseling process by providing easy and integrated access to students, teachers, and counselors. With using research methods​ Waterfall model software development approach . Development stages include needs analysis, application design, implementation, and testing. With existence testing The results of the study show that this application is effective in providing a platform that facilitates access to counseling guidance and facilitates communication between students and counselors. The use of this application also contributes to increasing student satisfaction with guidance and counseling services at school. This research is expected to be a reference for the development of similar applications in other schools, as well as contribute to the application of technology in the world of education

Sistem Informasi E-Booking Berbasis Website pada PT. SKI Land Development

PT. SKI Land Development is a consulting service company engaged in property buying and selling consultancy services and has a standardized developer listing to avoid problematic property purchases in the future. The projects of PT. SKI Land Development are spread throughout Bali. the product marketing stage, product information, house booking, and company schedules are still done offline.. The solution provided to PT. SKI Land Development is to create a "Web-Based E-Booking Information System at PT. SKI Land Development" using HTML and PHP programming languages with the waterfall method. On the website, potential buyers can search for housing information, and the booking process can be done online. The admin can do online marketing and provide information to potential buyers through the website. While, the owner can see booking data that can be exported and printed as booking report data.The results of this application development will be tested using the black box testing method to ensure that when potential buyers, admins, and owners are using the website, it runs smoothly and is declared successful.

The CubeSat nanosatellite concept has been a game-changer in the field of space science research and the development of cutting-edge space technologies. The primary factors for their success are low cost, relative simplicity of production, and predictable lifecycle. CubeSats are highly important for preparing future engineers: bachelor's and master's students of aerospace universities. Therefore, the use of CubeSats is a cost-effective way to explore near space and conduct scientific work. However, there are many issues related to the effective development of software, ensuring software quality at the system level, maintenance, and reuse of software code. The advantages and disadvantages of both classical and modern agile (Agile) software development lifecycle models are considered. To enhance flexibility and reduce the complexity of CubeSat projects, a combined model for the development of a hardware-software data processing module is proposed, which combines the advantages of two models: the waterfall model for hardware development and the agile model for software development. For a comprehensive assessment of the combined model of the data processing hardware-software module development process, the SWOT analysis methodology is used, which is a popular strategic planning tool. For its implementation, the strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities, and threats of the combined model of the data processing hardware-software module development process were formulated. The proposed combined model will allow student teams with limited experience to develop hardware-software data processing modules with minimal risks, ensuring code reuse and increasing the attractiveness of student CubeSat projects.

Islamic education plays an important role in advancing the education sector by implementing a holistic and integrative system. The success of Islamic educational institutions depends not only on the quality of education but also on how information about the institution is managed and promoted. Pondok Pesantren Sunannurrahman, an Islamic educational institution in Bogor, has a vision to develop knowledgeable and well-mannered Muslim generations. However, information about this pesantren is still conveyed through limited media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and banners, which results in less effective information dissemination. This research aims to design and implement a profile website for Pondok Pesantren Sunannurrahman to improve information delivery efficiency and expand audience reach. The website is expected to provide an integrated platform to manage information regarding the pesantren’s profile, facilities, news, photo gallery of activities, and announcements. The research method used is the waterfall method, which includes data collection, analysis, design, coding, and testing. The results show that the website successfully provides an efficient and accessible platform, capable of reaching a wider audience, including prospective students and the general public. With this website, Pondok Pesantren Sunannurrahman can effectively introduce the institution and disseminate important information.

SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU PRODUKSI BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA CV DECO ABADI MAKASSAR

The management of raw materials at CV Deco Abadi Makassar has problems with checking goods, recording production raw materials, and communication between the warehouse and the company. Online information systems allow for systematic data processing that can be used to overcome these problems. This research aims to: 1) produce a website-based production raw material inventory information system at CV Deco Abadi Makassar; 2) obtain user responses regarding the website-based inventory information system at CV Deco Abadi Makassar that has been produced. This research uses data collection methods through observation and interviews with qualitative data analysis. Then, the design was carried out using a waterfall model consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The proposed features include item data input, inventory graphs, stock notifications, and user control. The research results show that 1) the design of a website-based production raw material inventory information system was designed through the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. 2) User responses regarding this information system are to the needs of CV Deco Abadi Makassar.

The rapid advancement of information technology, particularly Microsoft Excel, facilitates the management of administrative data in educational institutions. Information systems are crucial for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. The administration at Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa Sangatta is conducted manually, resulting in deficiencies such as inaccurate data, difficulties in information retrieval, limitations in student data management, and inefficient operations. The student administration information system is considered a solution to address these challenges. This system facilitates the management of student administrative data for administrators. The system is developed using the waterfall methodology, encompassing phases of requirement analysis, design, coding with VBA Macro in Microsoft Excel, testing, and maintenance. This study has produced a web-based student administration information system at Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa Sangatta. The system streamlines the administration of student data within the institution, conserving time, effort, and resources. Furthermore, it allows students and parents/guardians to access administrative information, including monthly payments, re-registration, and remaining funds. The system has been customized to meet the specific requirements of Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa Sangatta

Expert System for Assessing Anxiety Levels in Toxic Relationships Using the Case-Based Reasoning Method Based On The Web

Experiences in toxic relationships often trigger significant emotional stress and impact mental health disorders. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system using the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method to evaluate anxiety levels caused by toxic relationships. The system is designed to provide more specific treatment by accurately analysing patterns of disorders resulting from toxic relationships. The system's development follows the waterfall model. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method, demonstrating that the system performs as expected. The results of manual calculations were compared with the system outputs and showed consistency. Testing using 300 cases—80% as training data (240 cases) and 20% as testing data (60 cases)—achieved an accuracy of 91.67%. The recommendations provided include initial steps to manage anxiety. This indicates that the CBR method effectively distinguishes anxiety levels based on similar cases. These findings contribute to clinical psychology by providing a technological tool for quickly identifying anxiety levels. For practitioners, this system can serve as an initial reference before further treatment, while for users, it offers easy access to understanding their mental condition. This system is expected to be an innovative solution supporting accessible mental health care.

Aplikasi Pembelajaran Tajwid dan Nagham Al-Qur’an Berbasis Web

Mastery of Tajweed and Nagham Al-Quran is crucial for accurate and melodious Quranic recitation. However, access to qualified teachers or reputable learning institutions is not always readily available to everyone. To address this challenge, this research aims to develop a web-based application that facilitates independent and interactive learning of Tajweed and Nagham Al-Quran. The study employs a structured software development methodology following the Waterfall model. Data collection involved literature reviews and interviews with subject matter experts on Tajweed rules, which served as the foundational basis for developing the application’s content. Key features of the application include modules for learning Tajweed and Nagham, Quranic reading exercises, a Tajweed glossary explaining key terminologies, and audio-visual resources to demonstrate clear examples of recitation.Testing results confirm that the application effectively aids users in comprehending and applying Tajweed and Nagham principles. Functional testing verified that all features operate as intended, highlighting the application’s reliability as a self-directed learning tool. This research concludes that the web-based Tajweed and Nagham Al-Quran learning application provides users with a more accessible and flexible platform to enhance their Quranic recitation skills. Future development is recommended to include a mobile version of the application to improve accessibility. Additional interactive features, such as discussion forums for experience sharing and advanced automated recitation evaluation tools, are also proposed to enhance the learning experience. The application leverages web-based technology and adheres to the Waterfall model to ensure a systematic development process. Its web-based nature enables compatibility across a variety of internet-connected devices, significantly broadening user reach. In summary, this research demonstrates that a Tajweed and Nagham Al-Quran learning application bridges the gap in access to quality education, offering an innovative and effective solution for individuals seeking to deepen their Quranic knowledge and recitation skills.

Analysing The Need for Innovative Staff Attendance Tracking System and Designing a Solution for Institut Bakti Nusantara

Attendance at an educational institution or company is important in measuring the performance and attendance of lecturers. Manual attendance at the Institut Bakti Nusantara (IBN) is still a major problem, such as time time-consuming and prone to human error. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the need for an innovative attendance tracking system and design a solution using a QR Code application for the attendance of lecturers at the IBN. Using the waterfall method which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, application development using QR Code technology, and application testing to test system functionality. The results of this study indicate that the QR Code Presence application developed can run well according to its function such as recording the attendance of Lecturers and providing attendance reports. This study produces a product, the IBN Lecturer attendance QR Code web application that can record attendance and manage attendance data.

Implementation of Web-Based Administrative Payment Information System Using Laravel 10 Framework

The development of information technology drives the need for an efficient data processing system, especially in the education sector. Madrasah Tsanawiyah NU 14 Kaligading manages financial administration manually, which causes various obstacles such as data inaccuracy and slow processes. This study aims to develop a web-based information system using the Laravel 10 framework to manage tuition payments in a more structured manner. The waterfall software development method encompasses needs analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. This system is designed to facilitate the management of school financial data with main features including user data input, payments, and student arrears. The implementation results show that the system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial management, accelerate the administration process, and facilitate real-time data access. In addition, this system also supports long-term data archiving, improves the effectiveness of administrative staff, and minimises errors in recording. This implementation is expected to help schools utilize modern technology to improve the quality of management and administrative services.

Sistem Informasi Persediaan pada PT. XYZ Berbasis Desktop

The Inventory Information System is a key element in enhancing the operational efficiency of companies, particularly in the manufacturing industry. This research aims to analyze, design, and implement an inventory information system for PT. XYZ to address challenges in raw material inventory management, especially the manual return system. The research methodology includes data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and literature review. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with relevant parties at PT. XYZ and on-site observations. Data analysis employed the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service) to evaluate the weaknesses of the existing system and formulate improvement proposals. The system development utilized the SDLC Waterfall method, encompassing requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. The stages included analyzing the current system, designing the inventory information system, developing a program based on the design, testing the system using Blackbox and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementing the new system in PT. XYZ's production environment. The testing results, including UAT, demonstrated that the inventory information system successfully produced the required outputs, with an overall test result percentage of 84%, indicating the system's high quality.

Design of Desktop-Based Student Learning Style and Personality Quiz Application with Microsoft Visual Basic Net 8.0

In education, learning style and personality play an important role because they influence how individuals perceive and absorb information. Educators can build more inclusive and successful learning environments by implementing strategies to accommodate a variety of learning styles and personalities. The learning style and personality quiz application was created with Microsoft Visual Basic 8.0. The purpose of this application is to find out the learning style and personality of students. By knowing their learning style and personality, students can understand themselves and make it easier to choose the learning method to use. The method used in designing this application is the waterfall method. The method begins with the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The learning style and personality quiz application has been tested on several students of the Information Technology and Computer Education Study Program, Medan State University for three weeks, the results show that the learning style and personality quiz application can help in selecting effective learning methods and understanding one's own character.

Office Stationery Inventory Management System Using the Waterfall Method at PT Inalum

Management of office stationery (ATK) is an important aspect in supporting daily operations at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum. In this context, the ATK management system which is still carried out manually has resulted in various problems, such as recording errors, delays in preparing reports, and inaccuracies in budget submissions. This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of managing ATK usage in the SIT Section.The method used in this research is the waterfall system development method, which consists of several stages: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and implementation. The results of the analysis show that the current manual process has a recording error rate of up to 15% of total transactions and the annual report preparation time takes up to two weeks. With this new information system, it is hoped that it can reduce recording errors to less than 5% and speed up the time for preparing reports to just three days.

This journal discusses the design and development of Windows-based learning applications focused on educational philosophy material. Philosophy of education has an important role in shaping the goals and methods of education, but is often considered difficult by students. This research focuses on the development of a Windows-based learning application aimed at the topic of Philosophy of Education. Information technology is essential for teaching in the modern era to improve student interaction and their understanding of the subject matter. Students can learn the basic concepts of philosophy of education with this interactive application. Planning, modeling, construction, verification, and maintenance are the stages of the waterfall model used as the development method. This application uses Visual Basic.Net and Microsoft Visual Studio development tools. The results show that this application not only fulfills educational needs but also improves the quality of learning because it has features that support a more dynamic learning process. Therefore, it is expected that this learning application will help improve the quality of education in Indonesia by offering students a more efficient and engaging learning method.

SISTEM INFORMASI PROFIL DESA BERBASIS WEBSITE (Studi Kasus : Desa Fatuana , Kecamatan Insana, Kabupaten TTU)

Fatuana Village is a village located in Insana District, TTU Regency, East Nusa Tengara Province. This village has a fairly large area and a very dense community, apart from that it also has good internet access, but Fatuana village does not yet have a village profile information system so many people do not know about Fatuana Village. Therefore, the aim of this research is to build an information system for the Fatuana village profile so that the community can access information about Fatuana village while also making it easier for the Fatuana village to serve the community by providing information quickly. This research applies the waterfall method as a system development method and uses PHP as a programming language in building the Fatuana village profile information system. This research produced a Fatuana village profile information system in accordance with community needs and has been successful in testing the system.

Developing a Desktop-Based OSI Model Interactive Learning Application Using VB.NET

This research focuses on developing a desktop-based learning application to help students understand the concept of OSI Model using VB.NET. The purpose of this application is to provide interactive learning media that can facilitate understanding of the seven layers of OSI and the process of data transmission in the network. This research applies the Waterfall method, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, to the operation and maintenance stage. The development results show that this application is equipped with structured learning material features, evaluation quizzes, and user-friendly navigation. The application trial shows performance in accordance with the design, where the quiz evaluation feature is able to provide an accurate assessment of student understanding. In conclusion, this learning application can be an innovative solution in the delivery of OSI Model material, with further development opportunities that include the addition of interactive simulations and support for mobile devices.

Effectiveness of Virtual Account Integrated Academic Information System for Increased Educational Efficiency and Transparency

Academic information system (SIAKAD) plays an important role in the management of educational data in higher education institutions. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an academic information system integrated with virtual accounts at Medan Aviation Polytechnic, in order to improve efficiency and transparency in financial management. This research uses R&D (Research & Development) method with waterfall software development model. Data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Observations were conducted to understand the data processing process, while interviews and questionnaires were used to obtain input from the study program admin and academic admin. The results showed that the integrated academic information system has functioned well. Features such as KRS filling, transcript printing, and payment confirmation can be accessed by various users, including university admins, study program admins, lecturers, and students. Users reported increased efficiency in managing academic and financial data. The implementation of SIAKAD integrated with virtual accounts provides significant benefits in terms of transparency and reduction of human error in data processing. The system facilitates real-time access to information, which is essential for informed decision-making in education management. This study concludes that the implementation of SIAKAD integrated with virtual accounts is effective in improving the efficiency and transparency of academic and financial data management at Politeknik Penerbangan Medan. Recommendations for further development include enhancing system features to support diverse user needs.
