This review mainly summarized some of the special luminescent hybrid materials using simpler and greener preparation strategy, including water-soluble hybrid materials, luminescent soft-hybrid materials based on ionic liquids, self-healing luminescent hybrid materials and luminescent hybrid materials based on bio-related materials.
