ABSTRACT The evolution of museums has transitioned from being centered on “objects” to “people,” emphasizing the human experience as pivotal in museum education development. According to the cognitive characteristics and factors of museum visitors, this paper explores the key factors influencing visitor perception through quantitative and qualitative user studies. Subsequently, an innovative museum education system is devised, integrating robotics and mobile applications to provide guidance and companionship to visitors. Finally, the evaluation at the Zhejiang Provincial Museum validates the system’s efficacy in enhancing educational experiences. This study aims to analyze the key factors affecting perception and design an innovative system to optimize visitor learning experiences and learning outcomes, thereby enhancing the educational impact of Chinese museums and contributing to the revitalization of traditional culture.
