ANALISIS KINERJA KEMITRAAN INTI PLASMA PERKEBUNAN KELAPA SAWIT DI DESA JATIWARINGIN KABUPATEN KOTAWARINGIN TIMUR PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TENGAH (Performance Analysis Of The Core Plasma Partnership Of Palm Palm Plantations In Jatiwaringin Village, East Kotawaringin District, Central Kalimantan Province)

The partnership pattern is the umbrella for all plantation business collaboration between core and plasma companies. The plasma core business partnership system for oil palm farmers is an effort to improve the welfare of farmers. The aim of the research is to determine partnership patterns, the influence of stakeholder roles, stakeholder characters, and partnership models on KUD performance and farmer welfare. The sample in the research was 81 oil palm farmers with data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques. Research results Partnership patterns used by PT. Makin Group with Jatiwaringin oil palm farmers provides welfare and benefits for both parties, with a direct influence on the character of stakeholders and the role of stakeholders with p-value ≤ sig 0.05 directly influencing KUD performance. KUD performance and the role of stakeholders p-value ≤ sig 0.05 have a direct influence on farmer welfare. The indirect influence of stakeholder character, stakeholder role, and KUD performance has a p-value smaller than the sig level of 0.05 which has an indirect effect on farmer welfare. The plasma core partnership model in Jatiwaringin Village applies a partnership model managed by the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD).

Smartphone Usage Behavior And Technology Acceptance In Oil Palm Replanting

Replanting activities need support using information technology so that plantation business actors can access information related to plantations independently and accurately. This research analyzes smartphone usage behavior using a technology acceptance model approach among oil palm users. This research was conducted at the Karya Dharma III Village Unit Cooperative, Keranji Guguh Village, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency. The sample taken in this research was 30 planters. The sampling technique in this research uses a snowball sampling technique, which is obtained through a rolling process based on the relationship between one respondent and another. Snowball sampling is a sampling method that uses initial illustration data to identify other illustrations that meet the criteria. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive study based on a Likert scale. The final results of this research show that using smartphones among oil palm planters in Keranji Guguh Village as a medium to help search for and receive information for oil palm planters is classified as moderate, with an average score of 2.84. Smartphone use has become an alternative media planters use to search for information on supporting oil palm rejuvenation activities, land clearing, planting spacing patterns, using superior seeds, and plant maintenance replanting.

Prevalence and Risk Factor of Repeat Breeder Syndrome in Dairy Cows in KUD Bebarengan Anggayuh Tentrem Urip, Batu City, East Java Province

This study aims to contribute valuable insights to readers and serve as a reference for dairy farmers looking to enhance their operations. By examining the prevalence and risk factors associated with repeat breeder syndrome in dairy cows within the Village Unit Cooperation (KUD) Bebarengan Anggayuh Tentrem Urip, Batu City, East Java Province, this study aims to aid in preventing such occurrences and ultimately improve dairy cow productivity. The survey method was employed, utilizing data sourced from cooperative and farmer records, as well as observations, interviews, and questionnaire responses. Analysis revealed that out of 50 farmers owning a total of 281 cows, 30 farmers possessed a combined total of 58 dairy cows classified as repeat breeders. Consequently, the prevalence rate of repeat breeders among farmers was found to be 20.64%. Descriptive analysis was conducted on the collected data, with additional SPSS Chi-Square (X²) analysis performed to identify risk factors associated with repeat breeders. These risk factors include breeder experience, knowledge of reproduction and estrus phases, communication with artificial inseminators and veterinarians, housing conditions, as well as factors related to livestock feed and water.

Cooperatives as one of the pillars of the people's economy have an important role in encouraging the sustainability of the community's economy. This research aims to analyze the role of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in encouraging the economic sustainability of the community in the area where it operates. This research uses qualitative methods with case studies. Data was collected through library research and using internet searching. The research results shows that KUD Fern is proven to be capable to encourage the economics sustainability of the community in its operations areas.

Strategi Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat dan Pengembangan Usaha KUD Sumber Makmur Menggunakan Pendekatan Business Model Canvas

KUD Sumber Makmur is one of the Village Unit Cooperatives located in Pelalawan Regency, Riau. As a form of sustainable palm oil management, cooperative members' oil palm lands that have reached economic maturity need to be replanted. Apart from that, managing KUD cooperatives requires a cooperative business development strategy model. This research aims to identify strategies for rejuvenating smallholder palm oil and business development for KUD Sumber Makmur using the Business Model Canvas approach. The research was conducted in September 2023 at KUD Sumber Makmur, Pelalawan Regency, Riau. The data collection methods in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive type. The strategy for rejuvenating smallholder oil palms at KUD Sumber Makmur consists of the data collection stage and the implementation stage of the smallholder oil palm rejuvenation program. The business development strategy at KUD Sumber Makmur is: The Key Partner of the cooperative is PT Asian Agri, Key Activities of the cooperative consist of a savings and loan unit, agricultural production facilities unit, FFB Transportation unit, and FFB Sales unit, Value Proposition consists of cooperative FFB Quality and Palm Oil Certification, Customer relationships consist of efforts to maintain the quality of FFB and establish good communication with offtakers. Customer segments consist of off-taker companies (PT Asian Agri) and BPDPKS. Key resources consist of partner farmers' land, cooperative buildings, and transportation equipment. Channels consist of Direct and Contract methods, Cost Structure consists of production costs and operational costs, Revenue streams consist of FFB Sales

DIRECTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COASTAL AREA INFRASTRUCTURE IN NATAL SUB-DISTRICT, MANDAILING NATAL REGENCY, INDONESIA

The study highlights the critical need for infrastructure development in coastal areas to support the fisheries sector and services trade. Through various methods such as assessment of current conditions and literature review, it's clear that improving infrastructure is a top priority.Objectives: This study aims to identify the infrastructure that supports the development of coastal areas in Natal Sub-district, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatera, IndonesiaMethodology and Results: The research methods include descriptive analysis to identify existing infrastructure and importance-performance analysis to evaluate the importance and performance of infrastructure.The study results show that the infrastructure is divided according to its level of importance. First, within Quadrant I, infrastructure such as fish auction sites (TPI), village unit cooperatives (KUD), cold storage, and ice factories in the Natal coastal region stand out as the main focus. Recommendations include the revitalization of TPI and KUD, and the construction of cold storage facilities. Second, in Quadrant II, infrastructure such as transport support facilities, waste management, and sanitation require attention to maintain their performance. Third, in Quadrant III, gas station facilities in Sikara Kara Village are of medium-to-low priority. Finally, in Quadrant IV, infrastructure such as waste and drainage systems need to be reviewed. The revitalization of the Setia Karya dumpsite and the construction of a drainage system are part of the recommendations to improve Natal's coastal environment.Conclusion, Significance and implications: The improvement of coastal area infrastructure in Natal Sub-District, Mandailing Natal Regency, Indonesia emphasizes on addition, repair and revitalization. It is also recommended to strengthen the involvement of local and village governments in collaborative efforts. Further studies are needed, particularly on effective implementation of infrastructure development in the same research area.

Peran Kerja Sama Perbankan Dengan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Karya Baru Desa Teluk Tigo Kecamatan Cermin Nan Gedang Kabupaten Sarolangun

This research aims to determine the role of banking cooperation with cooperatives and the obstacles to the role of banking cooperation with the Karya Baru village unit cooperative (KUD), Teluk Tigo Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency. This thesis uses qualitative research methods, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques and instruments through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that this cooperative collects funds from its members in the form of mandatory savings, principal savings and voluntary savings. However, in carrying out cooperative activities, the cooperative management has not yet collaborated between the bank and the cooperative. The role of banking in this case is simply a place to store money for the administrators of the Karya Baru Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Teluk Tigo Village. There are no mutual benefits provided by either the cooperative or the banking sector, so members continue to withdraw money/borrow money through the cooperative in cash. One of the factors supporting the achievement of the goals of a program is its implementation. If the implementation of a program is good and on target, then the program can also have an impact on society. However, in this case the obstacle faced by the cooperative management is the lack of understanding of the management so that the cooperative being run is not very optimal so that the community does not have confidence in its management.

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pengurus Koperasi Unit Desa di Kabupaten Barito Kuala

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction of village unit cooperative administrators in Barito Kuala district. The population used in this research were all village unit cooperative administrators, namely 37 people from 10 village unit cooperatives in Barito Kuala Regency. This research uses quantitative research, with descriptive analysis type. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used SPSS Statictics version 25. The results of the study found that the leadership style variable had a positive effect on job satisfaction of village unit cooperative administrators in Barito Kuala Regency.

The importance of the existence of Village Unit Cooperatives in rural areas in order to protect rural communities so that they avoid loans that have large interest rates, limited capital in developing businesses, and several other things that become obstacles to the development of rural community businesses made the author take the initiative to carry out community service in the context of revitalizing the Sumber Pangan Nganjuk Village Unit Cooperative, the Usaha Makmur Talise Village Unit Cooperative, the Subur Sutiyana Farmers Cooperative, South Kalimantan, and the Murni Village Unit Cooperative in West Sumatra, which were passive and not well managed with the following stages. The second stage is major revitalization if the minor program has been running to spread its wings by requesting funding from the local regional government and collaborating with third parties who have low interest rates, including financial institutions, banking, fintech, and so on. 3. If minor and major revitalization has been carried out then the achievements of an independent village can easily be achieved. In the end, the village only needs to upgrade the form of service to digital. In this way, a digital-based independent village has been achieved.

Analysis of Community Interest in Village Cooperative Unit in Nagari Tandikek

This research was taken because the writer wanted to know why the Tandikek community's interest in KUD was decreasing. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of KUD Tandikek from the beginning until now and what causes the lack of interest of the Tandikek community in the services of KUD Tandikek. This research method is a qualitative method, the place of this research is KUD Tandikek, one research respondent is taken, namely KUD Tandikek employees. The research instruments used were field observations, interviews and documentation. The author uses data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research findings obtained by the author are KUD Tandikek, village unit cooperatives (KUD), namely cooperatives in rural areas that have an important role in rural communities, especially the agricultural sector. With the development of the business era, KUD Tandikek has decreased, this decline was caused by several factors including the lack of firmness from KUD Tandikek management in terms of savings and loans, many other institutions that match the activities of KUD Tandikek, BRI LINK is increasingly widespread in society. For this reason, a strategy is needed so that KUD Tandikek returns to life and develops in the midst of today's technological advances, one of which is to redevelop existing businesses in KUD Tandikek and improve services to the community by utilizing technological sophistication. Effect of The Drying Time of Unhulled Rice on The Rice Quality of Variety Inpari-7

High rice consumption necessitates an improvement in rice quality. Rice quality issues can result from pest attacks, unhulled rice transportation, harvesting, and drying. An alternative is to use a drier to enhance the quality of rice. Therefore, research to evaluate the quality of rice dried in a dryer with various drying times is required. The Rice Milling Unit, Harapan Village Unit Cooperative (VUC), Tiroang Sub-District, Pinrang District, located at coordinates 3O48'41"S and 119O42'5E, was the site of this study. This study was set up using a Randomized Block Design (RBD), with the treatment of unhulled rice drying duration, namely drying according to farmers' customs (A0), drying for 10 hours (A1), and drying for 12 hours (A2) using a dryer at an average temperature of 65OC. The results showed that a good percentage of whole grains, broken grains, groats grains, whitewash grains, yellow grains, red grains, unhulled grains, and foreign grains were obtained by drying the grain using a dryer for 12 hours. This community service aims to improve work discipline and employee performance at KUD Tani Makmur, a KUD that operates in the agricultural and savings and loan sectors. This community service is carried out using methods through the transfer of knowledge and technology through outreach activities on the use of performance appraisal forms to measure performance and increasing awareness of employee discipline through the creation of x banners containing employee code of conduct. The work program implemented can be a solution to improve work discipline and employee performance in cooperatives.

Uncovering the Lack of Public Accountability: An Application of Accounting Standards for Entities in Indonesia

Financial reports hold significant value for all types of business entities, including national and multinational corporations as well as Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Financial reports serve as a means for the report generator to inform interested parties, including the general public, investors, business proprietors, and tax authorities, of transactions that transpire during a specified period. The Indonesian Accounting Association published Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) to assist start-up enterprises. Consequently, this study aims to investigate the execution of SAK ETAP. A systematic literature review comprises the following phases: formulation of research questions, localization of studies, selection and evaluation of studies, analysis and synthesis, and dissemination of findings via scientific articles. This study concludes that business entities and organizations examined for the implementation of SAK ETAP encompassed various sectors such as pharmacies, Limited Liability Companies (PT), cooperatives (Village Unit Cooperatives – KUD, Savings and Loans Cooperatives – KSP, Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperatives – KPRI), Commanditaire Vennootschap – CV, People's Credit Bank (BPR), distro, Trading Business (UD), Village-Owned Enterprise (BumDes), Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU), and Islamic boarding school.

Village Unit Cooperatives on Dynamic Capability and Creative Capability Adaptation to Innovation Performance: The Role of Competitive Advantage

This study aims to examine the dynamic capability model and its implications for innovation performance in the context of competitive advantage. The research design used is causal quantitative research using survey methods. Respondents were 106 managers of village unit cooperatives in the Kediri and Madiun areas, East Java, Indonesia. The measurement variable uses seven Linkert scales. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the causal relationship between constructs. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that dynamic capabilities and adaptive creative capabilities do not have a positive effect on innovation performance, dynamic capabilities and adaptive creative capabilities have a positive effect on competitive advantage. Competitive advantage has a positive effect on innovation performance. Finally, the results provide support for the model of dynamic capabilities, adaptive creative capabilities, and the implications of innovation performance in the context of competitive advantage, therefore village unit cooperatives must increase the elements of competitive advantage by increasing dynamic capabilities and adaptive creative capabilities to managers.

Penyuluhan Bahasa pada Kegiatan Administratif di KUD Gunung Makmur Desa Penanggal Kecamatan Candipuro Kabupaten Lumajang

Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) are cooperatives in rural areas engaged in providing community needs related to agricultural activities. The Village Unit Cooperative can also be said to be a forum for economic organization with a social character and is a forum for the development of various rural community economic activities organized by the community and for the community itself. Village Unit Cooperatives are also referred to as multi-business cooperatives because they try to fulfill various fields such as savings and loans, consumption, production, marketing and services. The situation at KUD Gunung Makmur Penanggal shows that in carrying out tasks, especially in preparing the materials and information needed, the results are still minimal or have not been implemented optimally. This is evident from the implementation of administrative tasks that have not been carried out properly, especially in terms of language both in writing and orally. The purpose of implementing this community service is (1) being able to make a guest book, (2) being able to archive incoming and outgoing letters correctly and according to the provisions, (3) being able to archive important data, so it's easy to find it, when needed at any time, (4) able to communicate politely according to linguistic rules. The community service activity program is carried out at the Gunung Makmur KUD office, Penanggal Village. The training materials provided include (1) skills in making guest books; (2) skills in filing incoming and outgoing letters correctly and according to regulations; (3) skills in archiving important data, so that it is easy to find them, when needed at any time; (4) polite active communication according to linguistic rules. The time for carrying out the activity is August 15-20 2022. It is important to improve the ability to communicate both orally and in writing for all devices or staff at KUD Gunung Makmur Penanggal Village in carrying out administrative tasks, especially village administration which includes skills in making guest books, skills in filing incoming letters and outgoing letters correctly and according to the provisions, as well as archiving important data, so it's easy to find it, when needed at any time. However, this activity can be carried out optimally, if there is cooperation from all elements in the KUD. We have great hopes, to carry out community service with the help of all KUD Gunung Makmur staff in Penanggal Village.

ANALISIS TATA KELOLA DALAM PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI KELAPA SAWIT (Studi Pada Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Makmur Rezeki di Desa Bulian Jaya Kab. Batang Hari)

Cooperatives are a people's economic movement whose all activities are based on the family principle. Governance is a structure and process in determining the direction and supervision of the company. This thesis aims to determine the governance of the Makmur Rezeki Village Unit Cooperative in its efforts to improve the welfare of oil palm smallholders, and the obstacles faced by the Makmur Rezeki Village Unit Cooperative. This research is a qualitative research, collecting data by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Informants in this study were administrators, employees and members of KUD Makmur Rezeki. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: The Makmur Rezeki Village Unit Cooperative has made good efforts in maximizing the governance of implementation transparancy, akuntability, responsibility, indepedency, and fairness by providing good service, developing cooperatives, placing employees according to their portions, disclosing information and providing training to members. KUD Makmur Rezeki's efforts to improve the welfare of its members by buying oil palm fruit at relatively high prices, providing agricultural medicines, providing production facilities and providing a savings and loan business. The Makmur Rezeki Village Unit Cooperative has constraints in improving the welfare of cooperative members who come from within and outside the cooperative itself. KUD Makmur Rezeki should try to maximize governance by holding training and coaching for members and administrators of the Makmur Rezeki Village Cooperative Unit, holding outreach to members so they understand more about cooperatives.

Peran Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Marga Bhakti dalam Program Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR) di Desa Bagan Bhakti Kecamatan Balai Jaya Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

The rejuvenation of people's oil palm is one of the national strategic programs as an effort by the government to increase the productivity of oil palm plantations, by maintaining the area of land, so that oil palm plantations can be used optimally. To deal with the problem of palm oil that is no longer productive, the government created this people's oil palm rejuvenation program. The government gave instructions to all groups, both local government and the community, to be active and participate in the program, including the Balai Jaya sub-district, which took part in implementing the program. The Bagan Bhakti Village Government and also the Marga Bhakti Village Unit Cooperative are working together in running the program. The main problem is that the palm oil in Bagan Bhakti village is no longer productive which results in a decrease in income so that it is necessary to replant oil palm so that the economy in Bagan Bhakti Village is improving again. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Marga Bhakti Village Unit Cooperative and to find out what are the inhibiting factors in the people's oil palm rejuvenation program. This study uses the theory of Titik Sartika Pramono with indicators, building and developing the economic potential of members, improving the quality of human life, strengthening the people's economy, and creating and developing the country's economy. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, the data needed are primary data and secondary data through purposive sampling data collection techniques used, namely literature study, interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the program has been going well, there are only a few deficiencies in the program that have not been fulfilled. The inhibiting factor is the Marga Bhakti Village Unit Cooperative which has not been able to make the latest program for members who do not take part in the program to continue to support their income so that they remain good.

The Model of Communication of Education in the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUDs) and in the Traditional Islamic Boarding School Cooperatives (Kopontren): A Study in West Java Province, Indonesia.

Abstract This purpose of this research is to describe it the differences between the pattern of educational communication in the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUDs) and that in the Traditional Iskamic Boarding School Cooperatives (Kopontrens) in West Java Province, Indonesia. The research was carried out with qua litative approach on 12 KUDs and 12 Kopontrrens in West Java Province, Indonesia. The idea of the research was based on the International and Indonesian Cooperative Princ iples the which obliges the cooperative’s to arrange cooperative education program for the cooperative’s members and based on the facts of the cultural differences between backgroun d KUDs and Kopontrens. The result of the research indicated that educational communication in the K opontrens is stronger than that in the KUDs Because The process of educational communication process in the Kopontrens has Become a standardized educational program, so that the elements of communication process consisting of “who says w hat to Whom in roomates channel, in what effect and environtment” has become a package of the educational communication curriculum in Kopontrens . This could explain why the members’ particip ation in the Kopontrens is better than that in the KUDs. This result is a method of developing social and policy implication for developing methods for educatin in the KUDs in Indonesia.
