The Role of Stakeholders in the Development of Gapoktan Sidomakmur

The role of stakeholders affect the implemented programme such as member participation and the impact of the role. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The research method applied in this descriptive approach was a case study. The determination of informants was carried out by purposive sampling with key informants and snowball sampling techniques, a total of 12 informants. Data validity used triangulation as a method to validate the data. The results showed that the development of Gapoktan Sidomakmur in the food security programme involved five main roles of stakeholders. These roles included policy-making by the Bojonegoro District DKPP and Purwosari Village Government as policy makers, coordination by the Gapoktan chairperson and farmer groups as coordinators, and facilitator roles by BPP, PPLs, Village Facilitators, and Purwosari Village Government. Programme implementation involved members of Gapoktan, farmer groups, and the Purwosari Village Government as implementers, as well as the role of accelerators by the Purwosari District Government, PPLs, and Village Facilitators. Although cooperation between stakeholders in the development of Gapoktan Sidomakmur in Purwosari Village is quite good, not all stakeholders are fully involved in carrying out their roles, which was evident from the lack of maximum support for Gapoktan Sidomakmur’s programmes.

Analisis Kinerja Pendampingan Pada Program Pembangunan Dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Di Kabupaten Lebong

Village development based on community empowerment is the desired objective of the P3MD programme, in which the state participates by providing human resources for assistance, known as Technical Assistance Personnel (TPP). TPP, as a transformation of village facilitation, carry out community empowerment activities by assisting, organising, guiding and facilitating villages to develop community self-reliance and welfare by improving knowledge, attitudes and skills. This study aims to describe the performance of local village facilitators in achieving the objectives of the P3MD programme in Lebong Regency. This research is descriptive, combining quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. The data analysis method used involves organising and sorting the collected data by dividing the research variables into several frequencies and percentages, then analysing and interpreting the obtained data by explaining it in easily understandable sentences. The results show that the majority of local village facilitators have performed their duties well, actively participating in various stages of village development and successfully mobilising community participation. However, some local village facilitators still face challenges such as the lack of clear work plans and inconsistencies in the execution of tasks. It was found that most local village facilitators have a high frequency of visits according to their work plans, but there are still some who are not yet providing optimal support.

Islamic faith-based organisations and their role in building social capital for post-disaster recovery in Indonesia.

This paper investigates the role of Islamic faith-based organisations (FBOs) in Indonesia and examines the way in which their disaster recovery aid can be successful or less successful depending on social capital formation in communities affected by a disaster. The paper argues that Islamic FBOs play a prominent role in disaster-affected communities by building new social capital or strengthening existing social capital. Failure to do so may affect a community's recovery and its long-term resilience. Applying a framework that considers three types of social capital-bonding, bridging, and linking-from a comparative perspective, the paper discusses two cases of disaster recovery: one following the earthquake that struck Aceh in 2013; and the other after the Mount Kelud volcanic eruptions in East Java in 2014. In both instances, the findings highlight the importance of the village facilitator, cultural sensitivity, and understanding of local indigenous and religious practices for successful disaster recovery.

Pelaksanaan Fungsi Pendamping Desa dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa Tahun Anggaran 2020 di Desa Tebole dan Desa Lenguselu Kecamatan Rote Selatan Kabupaten Rote Ndao Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Nomor 3 Tahun

The development and progress of villages as the smallest units in the governance structure are crucial for sustainable national development. In this context, the role of village facilitators has a significant impact on assisting villages in realizing their full potential. Village facilitators play a crucial role in assisting village governments in effectively and efficiently managing village funds to achieve sustainable community development and empowerment. The research problems in this study can be formulated as follows: (1) To what extent is the implementation of facilitation functions by village facilitators in the management of village funds in the fiscal year 2020 in Tebole Village and Lenguselu Village, South Rote District, Rote Ndao Regency, based on the Minister of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration Regulation Number 3 of 2015 Regarding Village Facilitation? And (2) What are the factors inhibiting the implementation of Village Facilitator functions in the management of Village Funds in South Rote District, Rote Ndao Regency? The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Village Facilitator functions in the management of Village funds in Tebole Village and Lenguselu Village. This study is a Juridical Empirical study where data is obtained directly from relevant parties or institutions. After collecting the necessary data, the researcher processes and categorizes the data according to its type and source. The population in this study is the Village Head, Village Facilitators, and the Community, totaling 13 people. The Village Head consists of 2 people, Village Facilitators consist of 1 person, and the Community consists of 10 people. The results of this study indicate that: (1) This study explores the implementation of village facilitator functions in the three main stages of village fund management: planning, implementation, and supervision of village development in Tebole Village and Lenguselu Village, South Rote District, Rote Ndao Regency. The results show that village facilitators have not effectively carried out their functions in these three stages. (2) Inhibiting factors in the implementation of village facilitator functions in the management of village funds in Tebole Village and Lenguselu Village. These factors include the low level of education of village facilitators, which reduces their effectiveness in assisting in the planning, implementation, and supervision processes, insufficient budget availability perceived by the village government and village facilitators, and a lack of support in infrastructure and facilities, which poses a serious obstacle for village facilitators. The author's recommendations for this study are that the government needs to improve the education and training of village facilitators, enhance budget transparency, strengthen partnerships with village governments, and provide adequate infrastructure and facilities to support the tasks of village facilitators. By implementing these recommendations, significant improvements in village fund management and local community progress are expected.

Implementasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Dana Desa pada Kecamatan Bunguran Tengah Kabupaten Natuna

The Village Fund policy is intended for villages to finance the implementation of village governance. For more than three years, the priority use of the Village Fund has been directed towards stunting prevention. However, it was identified that stunting prevention in three villages in Bunguran Tengah sub-district is still high. The assumption is that with the management of the Village Fund for stunting prevention in the three villages, it will decrease, if this continues, it will risk decreasing the level of productivity in the three villages. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Village Fund Management Policy in Bunguran Tengah Sub-district, Natuna Regency, including an analysis of the factors that influence policy implementation, factors that hinder policy implementation, and efforts to overcome factors that hinder policy implementation. The theory used as a basis for examining the focus of research, namely Policy Implementation Theory using the Donald P. Warwick Model, includes Enabling Factors consisting of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Capability, Information Quality, and Potential. The inhibiting factors consist of the number of actors involved in policy implementation, low commitment or dual loyalty, the inherent complexity of the policy (instrinsic complexity), too long decision-making levels, time and leadership changes. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The determination of informants in this study was carried out by purposive sampling, including the Head of Service, Sub-District Head, Village Head, Community Empowerment Expert, Village Facilitator, Community Development Cadre (KPM), Community Leaders. Data analysis will be carried out with descriptive analysis using the stages of data analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the Village Fund Management Policy Implementation Process in Bunguran Tengah District, Natuna Regency, Riau Islands Province is running quite well, but not yet optimal. Influenced by factors of organizational commitment, organizational capability, quality of information, potential. Factors that hinder implementation include the low ability of human resources, Standard Operating Procedures in stunting prevention efforts in three villages have not been compiled as guidelines for the flow of work procedures, low commitment that occurs in leaders and implementers, decision-making levels that are too long, changes in leadership mean there is also the possibility of policy changes and the unavailability of supporting equipment, this results in less effective management of the Village Fund.

Companion Skills for Local Food Tourism Village Facilitators to Improve the Family Economy of Ngemplak Dusun, Sumber Suko Village, Wagir District, Malang

Ngemplak Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Sumbersuko village in Wagir District, especially located on the slopes of Mount Kawi. Wagir District is located between the slopes of Mount Kawi. This hamlet is one of the hamlets in Sumbersuko village that has physical potential in terms of abundant natural resources, especially in the food sector. The people of Ngemplak Hamlet are able to make various food preparations that come from local food ingredients. Nowadays, tourists are starting to like tourist attractions that not only provide natural beauty but also community interaction. The local food village tourism facilitator has the role of providing information to tourists about the local culinary specialties that exist and the typical dishes of the people in Sumbersuko Village that are served to tourists. The concept of local food tourism villages will indirectly require the community, especially village youth, to act as facilitators of local food. However, the lack of information regarding the potential of villages in Ngemplak hamlet by the community, especially teenagers, especially regarding local food, is one of the obstacles when tourists come to their area. There is a need for assistance to prepare teenagers in Ngemplak Hamlet to be trained to increase their knowledge and skills as local food facilitators, which can be an added value for visiting tourists. The objectives of community service are as follows: (1) Empowering teenagers as facilitators of local food tourism villages in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing local food in Ngempalk Village Hamlet; (2) Provide assistance to the management and members of the local food tourism village in Ngemplak Hamlet, Sumbersuko Village in introducing the tourism village through social media; (3) Provide assistance to local food education tourism village administrators in managing the tourism village so that it can run and survive as one of the tourist village destinations in Malang Regency.

Implementation of Volcano Eruption Disaster Management Policy in Magelan Indonesia

Mount Merapi is one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia and is located in Magelang. Klakah village is located in the Boyolali regency and is included in the Merapi disaster prone area, while Gantang village is located in the Magelang regency, which is included in the safe zone, away from the threat of Merapi. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the “sister village” policy in the event that Mount Merapi erupts in the Magelang and Boyolali districts. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with five research subjects: Klakah village FPRB, Gantang village FPRB, Klakah-Gantang twin village facilitator, Magelang district BPBD, and Boyolali district BPBD. The results showed that based on the indicators of the sister village policy implementation, the sister village has been running since 2019, but there are several indicators that have not been implemented optimally. Thus, there needs to be better cooperation between the BPBD, sister village, and NGOs so that the implementation of the sister village policy can be carried out optimally. The implementation of the sister village policy resulted in the following proposals: (1) an information system, (2) resource assessment, (3) disposition in the form of a committee, and (4) a contingency plan structure.

Understanding the Emergence of Rural Agrotourism: A Study of Influential Factors in Jambi Province, Indonesia

This investigation delineates the multi-faceted determinants integral to the evolution of agrotourism within rural domains, concentrating on the province of Jambi as a case study. This scholarly inquiry engaged with four representative villages, utilizing primary data procured through focus group discussions (FGDs) and comprehensive interviews with various stakeholders. These encompass village administration, village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), youth organizations, the regional body for planning and development, the tourism office, community figureheads, village facilitators, commercial operators, and local community delegates. The analytical methodology incorporated the transcription of FGDs and comprehensive interviews, data distillation, analytical interpretation, and triangulation. The NVivo 11 Plus suite facilitated this qualitative data analysis. The investigation discerned six cardinal determinants that substantively influence the trajectory of agrotourism development within rural areas. These include the potential of nature tourism, the accessibility, and caliber of agro-products, the adequacy of infrastructure, the involvement and roles of community and institutional bodies, technological innovation, and the safeguarding of local cultural heritage. This scholarly inquiry underscores the necessity of a collaborative approach in formulating and implementing policies. This approach, which calls for the inclusion of diverse stakeholders, is aimed at bolstering the sustainable development of agrotourism.

ANALYSIS OF VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN PANCURAN VILLAGE, SOUTH SUWAWA DISTRICT

<p><em>This article aims to analyze and describe the Village Fund governance process during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pancuran Village, South Suwawa District. The method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method, using adata analysis which is an interactive model analysis consisting of three components of analysis namely: 1) Data reduction; 2) Presentation of data; 3) Verification of Data and Conclusion Drawings. The results of the article show that: 1) The transparency of village fund management during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pancuran Village has proven to be quite effective. This is due to the monitoring system carried out by various parties ranging from the Village Consultative Board, Village Facilitators, the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, and the community. 2) Accountability of village fund management during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pancuran village has not been optimal. This is due to the budget shift policy during the Covid 19 pandemic which did not touch all communities who were entitled to receive BLT Village Funds. 3) Participation in village fund management during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pancuran village has not been optimal, because the village government has not been optimal in updating DTKS data to identify people who are eligible to receive BLT, subsidies, capital assistance and various other programs; 4) The principle of order and budget discipline during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pancuran Village has been running well, caused by village apparatus management that continues to coordinate BLT budget shifts during the pandemic.</em><em></em></p>

Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pendamping Lokal Desa di Wilayah Kepulauan

Local village facilitators have a role in increasing the capacity and effectiveness of government and village communities. The competence and performance of local village assistants can measure the success of village assistance. Quantitative research using this survey method aims to describe individual characteristics, determine the level of competence and performance and analyze the effect of competence on the performance of local village assistants. The research was conducted in July and August 2022 in Banggai Kepulauan and Banggai Laut Regencies with 40 local village facilitators as respondents. The variables of this study are competencies supported by technical, managerial, and socio-cultural competency indicators. In contrast, performance variables include managing village development, local economic development, increasing village community participation, and mentoring evaluation. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Data analysis was performed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) method using the SmartPLS 3.29 application. The results showed that respondents were dominated by male aged 38-48 years, high school education level, high years of service, low non-formal education, and many assisted villages. Assistants have high competence and performance. There is no real difference between the competence and performance of assistants in the Banggai Laut and Banggai Kepulauan Regencies. There is a strong influence between competence on the performance of local village assistants. Therefore, the advice is that the assistants' competence needs to be improved through training and mentoring to achieve good work results.

Analysis of Moral Reasoning in the Submission of Recipients of the Family Hope Program in Mazingo Tanose'o Village, Hiliduho District, Nias Regency in 2023

Moral reasoning is a person's ability to weigh alternative decisions and determine the possible direction of action that must be carried out in dealing with certain social situations, and the level of development of this ability. This research is motivated by problems caused by the submission of recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in the implementation process, there are deviations from government regulations and policies related to PKH during the implementation of the plan. The submission of recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Mazingo Tanose'o Village, Hiliduho District, Nias Regency has not been based on Moral Reasoning. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of moral reasoning in the application of PKH recipients, the reasons for submitting the names of PKH recipients not yet based on Moral Reasoning and the efforts made so that the application of PKH recipients does not deviate from the rules. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and with a total of 9 informants. The submission of PKH recipients has been based on the application of moral reasoning, but in its implementation the Village Head only has the authority to submit data on prospective PKH recipients. Efforts made so that the submission of PKH recipients does not deviate from the rules are that the Village Facilitator or the Social Service always updates the data, the Village Facilitator routinely conducts home visits to ensure the actual situation, as a community must provide original data to the Social Service and use PKH funds specifically for children's health and education.

STRATEGI PEMBERDAYAAN RUMAH ZAKAT DALAM MENGENTASKAN KEMISKINAN MELALUI PROGRAM SENYUM MANDIRI DI DESA MEKARJAYA, KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG

Rumah Zakat is a non-government organization (NGO) engaged in the humanitarian field by managing zakat, infaq, alms, waqf, and other humanitarian funds with the aim that they can be managed properly and channeled appropriately and effectively as well as productively. Self smile program. is an empowerment program carried out by Rumah Zakat with a focus on empowering small and micro businesses for the lower middle class to reduce poverty levels. The success of the independent smile program in Mekar Jaya Village is influenced by the empowerment strategy carried out by the village facilitator with Rumah Zakat. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the empowerment strategy of Rumah Zakat in alleviating poverty (2) the results of the empowerment of Rumah Zakat in alleviating poverty. By using a qualitative research methodology, the results of this study indicate that the strategy used by Rumah Zakat in alleviating poverty is the strategy proposed by Ismawan (Priyono, 1996) in Mardikanto and Soebianto (2012:170), namely: Human resource development, Institutional development group, Community (private) capital fertilization, productive business development, productive business development. From the research results, there are several empowerment results, namely economic, education, health, spiritual. From the results of the study, four indicators of empowerment results, three indicators are declared to have maximum results, but one indicator, namely spirituality, is still not optimal.

Effectiveness of community based-collaborative on forest management of the forest programme III in Central Sulawesi

Indonesia is moving quickly to ratify the Paris Agreement as stipulated in Constitution Number 16/2016 as a total commitment and contribution to reducing global carbon emissions. For this action, Indonesia received a cooperation grant, one of which was the Forest Programme (FP) III Sulawesi. FP III aims to contribute to implementing forest conservation and rehabilitation strategies, as a form of adaptation and mitigation of climate change, through support for improving the livelihoods of the rural poor. This program was conducted with multi-stakeholder management in the Lore Lindu landscape. This study attempted to examine the effectiveness of the project on collaborative community-based forest management with an explanatory approach. The results showed that interconnectivity between programs in each PIU had not gone optimally. Although the village facilitators have carried out their job, the indicator results have not followed the community’s needs. In addition, the role of FMUs as the holder of the regional authority at the site level has not been directly involved. It has strategic value for the national interest, ensuring that the forest and land rehabilitation program’s implementation will be in the right location on the target because FMUs have detailed data and information at the field level.

Persepsi Masyarakat terhadap Kinerja Pendamping Desa dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Bidang Pertanian (Studi di Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan)

This study sought to ascertain how the Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency community felt about the performance of the village facilitators in terms of community empowerment in agriculture. This study is a study using a quantitative-descriptive approach, quantitative data collected using a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. In this study using descriptive statistical techniques using percentage calculations as a data analysis technique. The research location is in Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency with 99 respondents. According to the study's findings, the perception of the people of Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency on the performance of Village Facilitators in community empowerment in agriculture can be categorized as high, namely 81.0725%.

FARMER'S PARTICIPATION RATE IN DESA PEDULI GAMBUT PROGRAM

Many factors destroy peat ecosystems, including land fires. The cause of the fire was motivated by economic aspects, namely land clearing for agricultural, plantation, and residential activities. Desa Peduli Gambut Program has main activities: strengthening local knowledge and village community preparedness in dealing with peat fire disasters and non-burning land management. The process requires the participation of farmers as an essential determining factor to ensure the success and sustainability of a program. This study analyzes farmer participation in the DPG program in Teluk Pekedai District. The descriptive quantitative method is supported by qualitative data using Sherry Arnstein's (1969) participation level analysis. The analysis results show that farmer participation in the DPG program in Teluk Pekedai District is at the therapy level. The low level of community participation in a program occurs because the level of government domination in deciding program plans is the cause of problems in program implementation. Farmer participation can increase by the role of the DPG chairperson, the role of the village facilitator, the village government and local government, and all elements of the community (community leaders).

Implementation of Cash Social Assistance Program (BST) During The Covid-19 Pandemic In Tabalong Regency, Indonesia

The Cash Social Assistance Program (BST) is one of the aid programmes for victims of the Covid-19 pandemic. It gives money to low-income, vulnerable, and low-income families. BST is the only programme that provides social protection to the village's residents. It differs from the autonomous village in that it can assist the community in a wider variety of ways and with greater flexibility. This is because Kelurahan and Desa are located in separate locations. This study employs a descriptive methodology for qualitative research. Interviews, observation, and documentation are methods for collecting data. People who assisted with the research included the head of Social Service, the Sub-District of Murung Pudak, the Village Head of Mabu'un, the head of the Post Office in Murung Pudak, Social Welfare workers from the Murung Pudak District, the Village Facilitator of Mabu'un, the head of RT Mabu'un Village, and beneficiaries of the programme. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion were utilised for data analysis. The results of the research on implementing cash social assistance in Mabu'un Village indicate that, in general, everyone is aware of what's going on, as each stakeholder has performed his or her specific function. This is supported by the fact that good people are committed, trustworthy, and loyal to implementing the BST Program despite the absence of special incentives. Obstacles to the BST Program include overlapping beneficiary data, unclear criteria, a community mentality that is always dependent on the government, a lack of public understanding of the types of assistance, immigrants in Mabu'un village in Population Administration not knowing about the BST Program, so they do not enrol, and a lack of staff to distribute BST disbursement invitations.

EFFECT OF NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION AND RESEARCH LIAISON SERVICES ADOPTED VILLAGE ACTIVITIES ON LIVELIHOOD OF WOMEN IN ZARIA, KADUNA STATE, NIGERIA

The NAERLS established the adopted village scheme within 20km distance from the head office that served as laboratories for showcasing agricultural technologies developed by research institutes. Sustainable agricultural development cannot be fully achieved without the integration of women in developmental processes. Using 136 adopted village women in Zaria, this study assessed the effect of NAERLS adopted village activities on livelihood of women. Multi-stage sampling was used to select the women for the study. Structured interview schedule was used to obtain data from the sample population. Analysis of socio-economic characteristics showed that the mean age of the respondents was 40, majority (72%) of the women were married, only 48.5% have senior secondary certificate, 33.8% of the respondents get occasional visits from NAERLS adopted village facilitators. It was found that there has been not much participation in the activities of adopted village in the past one year. Most of the respondents agree that NAERLS adopted village activities have been effective on their livelihood through increase in their annual income and improved crop harvest from their farms. Various constraints on participation of women in the adopted village activities were identified of which inability to leave their children unattended was the most encountered among the respondents. It can be said conclusively that the NAERLS adopted village activities had effect on livelihood of women in the study area. Government should provide more funding to strengthen the NAERLS adopted village project for it to effectively cater to the needs of women in the adopted villages.

IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KOTA TANPA KUMUH (KOTAKU) DI KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU

The City Without Slums Program (Kotaku) is a program of the Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan that aims to eradicate the slum areas of the closest urban village to the city, this program has the aim of creating a clean, safe and comfortable area in accordance with the 1945 Constitution article 28H paragraph 1 states that "Everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to have a place to live, and to have a good and healthy living environment and have the right to obtain health services.
 The method used is descriptive qualitative which is based on the stages of The implementation of the Kotaku program is Planning, Site Survey, Funding, and Implementation and is related to Edward III's theory, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. Where the data collection techniques by means of interviews, documentation and observation. Informants and research locations were selected through data presentation techniques, and finally drew conclusions.
 The results showed that the implementation of the Kotaku program in Kelurahan Talang Jawa focused on development such as the construction of footpaths, drilled wells, drainage and communal toilets running well as expected. This Kotaku program provides many benefits to the community and makes Talang Jawa Village a less slum village. at the planning stage the Kotaku program is designed in such a way that what activities will be carried out later in Kelurahan Talang Jawa, at the survey stage carried out by the Village Facilitator accompanied by an LKM, the funding stage of this program is provided through Provinsi and Kabupaten APBD funds through the Perkim service, and at the implementation stage the implementer is the Kelurahan Talang Jawa Community Self-Help Institution.

ANALYSIS OF MATERIAL NEEDS AND TRAINING METHODS FOR VILLAGE OWNED ENTERPRISES MANAGER AS AN EFFORT TO INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN TANANTOVEA SUB-DISTRICT, DONGGALA DISTRICT

This research analyzes the management conditions, constraints, material requirements, and training methods for managing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Donggala District. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods (mix methods), the quantitative method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis in mapping the capacity of 10 Village-Owned Enterprises, and qualitative methods are used to describe the factual conditions of Village-Owned Enterprises management by selecting 12 informants consisting of village government officials, administrators of Village-Owned Enterprises, and Village Facilitators. The results indicate that performance is still low. However, the importance is high, namely (1) The managerial process of Village-Owned Enterprises, (2) Marketing methods and strategies, (3) Human Resources recruitment and qualification process, (4) Management knowledge, ( 5) Skills in managing a business, and (6) Strengthening the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises management. At the research location, only Boya Paramba Mandiri Village-Owned Enterprises in Nupabomba Village, one of whose business activities can contribute to the economic improvement of the coffee farming community in Nupabomba Village. Constraints faced in managing Village-Owned Enterprises, namely related to the system and institutional support, personnel in the organization have not carried out their duties and functions optimally, and human resource factors in managing business management.
