Distro is a place to sell clothes that is currently favored by many people. Both children and adults. This distribution itself has various types of clothing for children and adults. New World distribution provides various types of clothing such as shirts, pants, jackets, hoodies, and others. The transaction process on distros is still done manually by coming directly to the store, for that it would be better if the distro had a website as a place to sell and promote. Researchers will use the Prototype method as a development method that will be used when designing and building applications, while the research method that will be used is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. Researchers collected data through direct observation, interviews and literature study. The design tools in this study will use the Unified Modeling Language (UML), namely, use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams.

Rasyaf Collection Clothing Store offers a wide variety of women's clothing, including dresses, pants, accessories, shoes, jackets, and more. Currently, Rasyaf Collection Boutique's marketing system relies on social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. However, the boutique owner has not yet implemented effective marketing strategies, making it difficult to reach customers, as they have to visit the boutique in person to purchase clothing, which limits the marketing reach. One of the challenges hindering the development of this business is the lack of product information available to potential customers, such as difficulties in identifying the types of products being sold and managing product inventory. The development of this system implements a prototyping model and is carried out in stages or linearly. It involves analyzing customer behavior from specific groups using market analysis methods. When specific patterns are unknown, market basket analysis is typically used as a starting point to gather information about transaction data. Data sources for market basket analysis include credit card transactions, discount coupons, lottery tickets, and customer complaint calls. The results of this research indicate that the developed e-commerce website application can assist the boutique owner in selling various types of clothing and managing product inventory. Additionally, this application will make it easier for customers to access information about the products being sold and allow them to choose clothing from Rasyaf Collection Boutique.

PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen is a company engaged in the textile industry. The company produces various types of clothing. Their products include a variety of T-shirts, pants, and shirts. The company's brand is NUX. This company typically focuses on production quality and design. In carrying out its operations, PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen has many employees who are a driving factor in improving performance quality. This research focuses on determining the extent to which work discipline and the work environment affect employee performance at PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using saturated samples or non-probability sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample. The population in question consists of all employees of PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen, totaling 60 respondents, using questionnaires on a Likert scale. For data processing and analysis, SPSS 25 software is used with multiple linear analysis techniques, including instrument tests, partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. This study finds that there is a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, between the variables of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen.

Vendor Shasa Organizer is one of the clothing rental service providers that offers various types of clothing, including wedding dresses, traditional outfits, batik clothes, jazz attire, and children's costumes. It is located in Driyorejo District, Gresik. However, the rental process at Shasa Organizer is currently carried out in a simple manner, where customers need to come directly to the location to rent or just check the availability of clothing. Considering the utilization of technology, the simple rental process at Shasa Organizer has the potential to reduce rental transactions and lead to errors in recording reports compared to using a website and the internet. Therefore, there is a need for a website-based rental information system. This research results in the design of an information system that provides details about the available clothing, rental process, and report recording. The system aims to support Shasa Organizer in managing rentals and report recording, allowing customers to access the website for rental information and eliminating the need to visit the location for rental inquiries or to check clothing availability.

Implementation of LEAN Warehousing to Reduce Waste in Warehouse CV.X

CV. X is a company engaged in the manufacturing of various types of clothing. CV. X produces various types of clothing such as shirts, jackets, pants, and accessories. The warehouse at CV. X shows an increase when storing warehouse goods. There is waste in the form of waiting caused by goods waiting for operators to move them. There is another indication of waste in the form of a high level of transportation activities in the warehouse. The aim of this research is to help the company minimize waste in the warehouse process. This research uses the Lean Warehousing method, and improvement proposals involve implementing the 5S methodology. From the waste in the warehouse process at CV. X, the highest type of waste is waiting, with an average weighting score of 4.4, followed by excess inventories with an average weighting score of 4, and transportation with an average weighting score of 3.6. One improvement proposal suggested is to clean and rearrange the items stored in the warehouse.

Reversible thermochromic fibers with excellent elasticity and hydrophobicity for wearable temperature sensors.

Color-changing fibers, which can intuitively convey information to the human eye, can be used to facilely add functionality to various types of clothing. However, they are often expensive and complex, and can suffer from low durability. Therefore, in this study, we developed highly elastic and hydrophobic thermochromic fibers as wearable temperature sensors using a simple method that does not require an electric current. A thermochromic pigment was embedded inside and outside hydrophobic silica aerogel particles, following which the thermochromic aerogel was fixed to highly elastic spandex fibers using polydimethylsiloxane as a flexible binder. In particular, multi-strand spandex fibers were used instead of single strands, resulting in the thermochromic aerogels penetrating the inside of the strands upon their expansion by solvent swelling. During drying, the thermochromic aerogel adhered more tightly to the fibers by compressing the strands. The thermochromic fiber was purple at room temperature (25 °C), but exhibited a two-stage color change to blue and then white as the temperature increased to 37 °C. In addition, even after 100 cycles of tension-contraction at 200%, the thermochromic aerogel did not detach and was strongly attached to the fiber. Additionally, it was confirmed that color change due to temperature was stable even after exposure to 1 wt% NaCl (artificial sweat) and 0.1 wt% detergent solutions. The developed thermochromic fiber therefore exhibited excellent elasticity and hydrophobicity, and is expected to be widely utilized as an economical wearable temperature sensor as it does not require electrical devices.

The aim of creating this website is to make it easier for Biazra-store to market its products, apart from that it also makes it easier for customers to carry out transactions online. The method used in creating this website is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This website has been tested using the Blackbox Testing method. The test shows that the website has met the needs and is suitable for use.

A Review of Yarn-Based One-Dimensional Supercapacitors.

Energy storage in a one-dimensional format is increasingly vital for the functionality of wearable technologies and is garnering attention from various sectors, such as smart apparel, the Internet of Things, e-vehicles, and robotics. Yarn-based supercapacitors are a particularly compelling solution for wearable energy reserves owing to their high power densities and adaptability to the human form. Furthermore, these supercapacitors can be seamlessly integrated into textile fabrics for practical utility across various types of clothing. The present review highlights the most recent innovations and research directions related to yarn-based supercapacitors. Initially, we explore different types of electrodes and active materials, ranging from carbon-based nanomaterials to metal oxides and conductive polymers, that are being used to optimize electrochemical capacitance. Subsequently, we survey different methodologies for loading these active materials onto yarn electrodes and summarize innovations in stretchable yarn designs, such as coiling and buckling. Finally, we outline a few pressing research challenges and future research directions in this field.

Various types of clothing are produced, such as red and white uniforms as one of its main products. CV XYZ in determining the cost of goods produced is only based on the assumption of the use of materials, tools and wages without considering the details. This situation makes it impossible for the company to know the actual cost of goods produced. This study aims to analyze the determination of production costs that can be used as a basis for effective assessment. The calculation of raw material costs, labor costs, processing costs and electricity costs according to the full cost method shows that production costs have increased compared to the company's provisions. The production cost of the women's red and white uniform is Rp 106,320 and the men's red and white uniform is Rp 108,134. Meanwhile, the price difference obtained for the women's white uniform is Rp 1,320 and the men's red and white uniform is Rp 3,134.

Wearable Ion Sensors for the Detection of Sweat Ions Fabricated by Heat-Transfer Printing.

Wearable ion sensors for the real-time monitoring of sweat biomarkers have recently attracted increasing research attention. Here, we fabricated a novel chloride ion sensor for real-time sweat monitoring. The printed sensor was heat-transferred onto nonwoven cloth, allowing for easy attachment to various types of clothing, including simple garments. Additionally, the cloth prevents contact between the skin and the sensor and acts as a flow path. The change in the electromotive force of the chloride ion sensor was -59.5 mTV/log CCl-. In addition, the sensor showed a good linear relationship with the concentration range of chloride ions in human sweat. Moreover, the sensor displayed a Nernst response, confirming no changes in the film composition due to heat transfer. Finally, the fabricated ion sensors were applied to the skin of a human volunteer subjected to an exercise test. In addition, a wireless transmitter was combined with the sensor to wirelessly monitor ions in sweat. The sensors showed significant responses to both sweat perspiration and exercise intensity. Thus, our research demonstrates the potential of using wearable ion sensors for the real-time monitoring of sweat biomarkers, which could significantly impact the development of personalized healthcare.

There is Difficulty in the process of choosing between these clothes in order to reach a rational consumer decision. The research concerned studying the classification of protective clothing, the types of fabrics used, the connections used in sewing clothes and their effectiveness of protection against chemical hazards, according to the level of protection and permeability. The researcher designed a database of patterns of protective clothing for protection from chemical pollutants.

Apparel image recognition method based on convolutional neural network

The clothing image recognition technology can extract its element features from the clothing plan or physical map, and obtain clothing information, such as clothing color, outline, material, clothing designers can use this information to design new clothing. The clothing image recognition system designed based on convolutional neural network in this paper can identify various types of clothing by integrating image data information through the system. This paper compares the recognition accuracy and time-consuming of the system for different clothing, and finds that the recognition accuracy of sweaters is the lowest and the time-consuming is the longest. The recognition accuracy and number of network layers show that CNN and AlexNet have the highest recognition accuracy.

PENERAPAN ALGORITMA K-MEANS UNTUK MENGANALISIS DATA PENJUALAN PADA TOKO AYU COLLECTION BERASIS WEB

The Ayu Collection store sells various types of clothing and accessories. One way to maintain the customers’ satisfaction is by keeping the stock of goods so that no items are empty. The seller must analyze which item data are selling well and which item data is not selling well, based on the sales report data. This problem can be solved by using one of the techniques in data mining, namely the K-Means Clustering algorithm. This research was intended to help the Ayu Collection, a shop in Blora City that sells clothing and accessories, classify its sales data to maximize its stock management. The variables used were the name of the goods, the data of incoming goods, the data of outgoing goods, and the stock of goods. The shop owner can see the results of grouping clothes and accessories that are best-selling and not selling well. Therefore, if there are products that are not selling well, the shop owner can look for other alternatives so that clothes and accessories that are not selling well can be sold. The methods used in the data collection were observation and interviews with the shop owner of the Ayu Collection store. Breathability performance of antiviral cloth masks treated with silver nanoparticles for protection against COVID-19.

The global widespread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused shortage of medical face masks and led to developing of various types of cloth masks with different levels of protection and comfort to meet the market demands. Breathing comfort is a significant aspect that should be considered during the design of cloth masks along with the filtration efficiency; otherwise, the wearer will feel suffocated. In this work, different types of cotton and polyester knitted fabrics blended with spandex yarns were produced and treated with silver nanoparticles to be used as antiviral cloth masks. Scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, and EDX were used to characterize the silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). Antiviral activity was assessed against SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus as well. The influence of using different fabric materials, number of layers, and hybrid layers on their air permeability and breathability were investigated to evaluate the comfortability of the cloth masks. Physiological impacts of wearing the cloth masks were evaluated by measuring oxygen saturation of hemoglobin and heart rate of the wearers while doing various activities. The results indicated that AgNPs have low cytotoxicity and considerable efficiency in inhibition of SARS-CoV-2. Adding spandex yarns with different count and ratios reduced the porosity and air permeability of the fabrics. Moreover, the combination of three hybrid layers’ mask made of polyester fabric in the outer layer with 100% cotton fabric in the inner layer showed high comfortability associated with high air permeability and breathability. Also, wearing these masks while doing activities showed no significant effect on blood oxygen saturation and heart rate of the wearers.

Facility Layout Redesign with Static Facility Layout Planning (SFLP) and Dynamic Facility Layout Planning (DFLP) at Convection and Computer Embroidery Industry

UD. XYZ is a private company engaged in the convection and computer embroidery industry. This company uses raw materials in the form of fabrics to make various kinds of products such as t-shirts, shirts, training pants, jackets, emblems and various types of clothing. Problems that are being faced by this company is a cross-movement, low efficiency, and layout of facilities that do not consider consumer demand for the product so that it can affect the flow of material and increase material handling costs. Based on these problems, this research was conducted to redesign the layout of facilities with Static Facility Layout Planning (SFLP) and Dynamic Facility Layout Planning (DFLP). The method used in redesigning the layout is software CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Techniques). After redesigning the facility layout with SFLP, material handling costs amounted to IDR 393,510.01 or a cost reduction of 7.41% while the redesign with DFLP had a total cost amounting to IDR 345,685.11 or a reduction in costs of 18.66%. The results of this study show that the proposed layout chosen is the proposed layout with DFLP.

Design of multi-assortment flexible flows at sewings for the production of children's products

When choosing clothing models for girls of primary school age with the aim of designing a multi-assorted stream, the article takes into account age-specific features of the physique of children, the influence of fashion, the social basis of children's perception, and climatic conditions. The paper proposes one of the directions of designing a multi-assorted thread for the production of various types of clothing for girls.

Hidden Object Detection and Recognition in Passive Terahertz and Mid-wavelength Infrared

The study presents the comparison of detection and recognition of concealed objects covered with various types of clothing by using passive imagers operating in a terahertz (THz) range at 1.2 mm (250 GHz) and a mid-wavelength infrared (MWIR) at 3–6 μm (50–100 THz). During this study, large dataset of images presenting various items covered with various types of clothing has been collected. The detection and classification algorithms aimed to operate robustly at high processing speed across these two spectrums. Properties of both spectrums, theoretical limitations, performance of imagers and physical properties of fabrics in both spectral domains are described. The paper presents a comparison of two deep learning–based processing methods. The comparison of the original results of various experiments for the two spectrums is presented.

Determination of a Comfort Class for Protective Clothing Based on Ergonomic Tests

In addition to compliance with requirements concerning specific protective properties, protective clothing should also provide a sense of comfort to the user. No clearly identified evaluation criteria for the ergonomic properties of protective clothing is currently available. Methods applied do not allow for quantitative assessment of protective garments that enables to compare the various types of clothing. A new methodology of testing and ergonomic evaluation of protective clothing based on comparative studies of protective clothing versus reference clothing was developed herein. The use of reference garments enable a quantitative ergonomic assessment of protective clothing by placing it in an appropriate comfort class. Ergonomic studies in accordance with the methodology developed were carried out on two types of protective clothing, i.e. protective clothing for firefighters and clothing that protects against chemical agents. Based on these studies, the protective clothing was assigned to an appropriate comfort class.

Real-time concealed object detection and recognition in passive imaging at 250 GHz

The presented study concerns detection and recognition of hidden objects covered with various types of clothing by using passive imagers operating in a terahertz (THz) range at 1.2mm (250GHz). The aim of this study is to propose a detection and classification algorithm operating robustly at a high processing speed. The paper briefly describes properties of the THz spectrum, theoretical limitations, performance of the imager, and physical properties of fabrics in a wide range of frequencies. Two methods have been presented, trained, and tested using a dataset with various configurations in sessions each lasting 30min. During experiments, different clothes and hidden objects have been combined. The paper presents a comparison of robust detection and recognition methods for concealed objects using a multiframe single-shot detector and region-based fully convolutional networks. The comparison of the original results of various experiments is presented.
