Development of an integrated statistics pocket book on culture and Islamic value

This research discusses the development of a statistical pocketbook integrated with Islamic values and culture to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of statistics within a cultural and religious context. This research aims to develop a statistical pocket book that meets valid criteria. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The development model used is ADDIE which consists of 5 development stages, namely: (1) analysis stage, (2) design stage, (3) development stage, (4) implementation stage, (5) evaluation stage. However, this development research only uses four stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development and evaluation. This research was conducted at FTIK IAIN Manado. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and tests. Instruments were a marketing/content expert validation sheet and a media/design expert questionnaire validation sheet. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis, the results obtained were that the statistics pocket book integrated with Islamic values and culture met the valid criteria for use in statistics learning, seen from the assessment results for validation by content/material experts (85%) with very valid categories and media/design experts (91 %) is also in the very valid category, the average percentage of the practicality test is 91% in the very practical category. So, the Statistics pocketbook that has been developed is valid and practical for use in learning because it is integrated with Islamic values and culture.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT BASED LEARNING E-MODULE ABOUT STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION OF LIVING CREATURES TOPIC

The general background of this research is the limited teaching materials equipped with project-based learning assessment instruments as recommended in Kurikulum Merdeka. The purpose of this research is to produce a Project Based Learning (PjBL) based e-module on the structure and function of living creatures topic that is valid, practical and effective.The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with 4-D model’s consisting of the stages of defining, designing, developing and disseminating. However, this research was only untill the development stage due to time constraints. The research instruments consist of teacher questionnaires, student questionnaires, validity test questionnaires, practicality test questionnaires, and effectiveness test questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using a formula to analyze the results of validity, practicality and effectiveness tests. The research results show that the PjBL-based e-module developed is valid with an average 88%. The level of practicality is practical with an average 88%. The level of effectiveness is effective which is 84% ​​on average. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the PjBL-based science learning e-module on the material Structure and Function of the Body of Living Creatures meets the valid, practical and effective categories.

Validity of Problem Based Learning Oriented E-LAPD for Practicing Creative Thinking Skills Reaction Rate Material

The era of education that occurs in the 21st century places demands on students to ensure the ability to think creatively to solve various problems. Apart from that, the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 plays a role in the current generation in terms of technology and the internet. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of E-LAPD oriented Problem Based Learning (PBL) to train creative thinking skills on reaction rate material. This research uses an R&D model, one of which is ADDIE. The ADDIE development research model consists of 5 stages, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate, but without carrying out the Implementation stage. This validation was carried out by 3 validators, namely 2 chemistry lecturers and 1 chemistry teacher at SMA Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. The results of the analysis of aspect of content validity get a mode value of 4 with a valid category, while for aspect construct validity it gets a mode value of 5 with a very valid category, the results of the content and construct validity values get a mode score of ≥ 3, so E- LPAD can be declared valid. So that E-LAPD media can be used in learning.

Learning Innovation: PBL-STEM 4H Ecobrick material Teaching for 7th Graders to Enhance Ecoliteracy

Teaching materials that accommodate innovative learning to improve environmental literacy are currently essential. Development research has been conducted to develop and examine the effectiveness of ecobrick theme teaching materials in improving student ecoliteracy. The teaching materials are packaged with the PBL-STEM 4H model (project based learning- science, technology, engineering, and mathematics - head, heart, hand, and harmony). The research employs research and development method and ADDIE design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). This research uses interview guidelines, observation questionnaire sheets, and environmental literacy instruments as research instruments. In the development stage, this research employs several science teachers in the Sukabumi Regency, as determined by purposive sampling. In the implementation stage, 7th-grade students of one secondary school in West Java were tested to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching materials in improving eco-literacy. Teaching materials were developed using PBL-STEM learning steps characterized by 4H values. The teaching materials' validation results show high validity with a feasibility score of 87.2, including a very valid category. The CVI (content validity index) and CVR (content validity ratio) indexes of 0.995 and 0.990 are included in the valid category. Teacher response to teaching materials reaches 90.05, including the outstanding category. The implementation results show that using the developed teaching materials during learning can improve student eco-literacy.

The Development of SETS-Based E-Modules for Industrial Chemistry According to IMO Model Course 7.04

The era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 encourages universities to utilize information technology. Learning industrial chemistry courses in maritime education is still conventional, with little time allocation. Apart from that, no digital-based learning resources comply with the IMO 7.04 standard. This research aims to develop a SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, and Society) based e-module Website for the Industrial Chemistry course according to IMO 7.04 standards, as well as analyze the feasibility of the product. This research method is R&D (Research & Development) using the ADDIE model but is limited to the development stage. Quantitative data is processed into interval data using a Likert scale. The research results show that the validation of material experts is 87.89% in the very valid category, and media experts are 91.67% in the very valid category. Limited trials on students showed a positive response 90.13% in the very good category. It is hoped that the development of this e-module can improve the quality of learning in maritime education.

Feasibility of Biopreneurship Project-Based Science Module for Students in the Bagek Kembar Ecotourism Area

The biopreneurship project-based science module is teaching material designed to combine biological concepts with entrepreneurship through project-based learning. This research aims to develop a biopreneurship-based science module valid for increasing students' scientific literacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and environmental literacy in the Bagek Kembar Ecotourism Area. This research is development research using the ADDIE model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development and validation stages of the module were carried out at the University of Mataram and SMA Negeri 1 Sekotong. The research instrument was a validation questionnaire given to science experts and teachers. The validity of the Science Module is based on the Aiken V Index. The results of the biopreneurship project-based science module validity show that the Aiken V Index for the size and appearance of the module cover, module design, module content, and language used are 0.95, 0.95, 0.93, and 0.94, respectively. Included in the valid category. This research concludes that the biopreneurship project-based science module is suitable for use in schools to increase students' scientific literacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and environmental literacy in Bagek Kembar ecotourism.

Making an E-Pocket Book Based on the Isolation Study of Endophytic Bacteria of Laban Plants That Produce Secondary Metabolite Compounds as Enrichment Material for Natural Material Chemistry Courses

This research addresses the need for effective teaching materials in natural materials chemistry courses, specifically focusing on secondary metabolite compounds derived from endophytic bacteria of laban plants. The main objective is to develop a valid e-pocket book that serves as an enrichment resource for lecturers and students. This study used a research and development approach using the 4-D model, which includes the stages of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. However, this research was limited to the development stage. The E-Pocket Book was assessed for validity through various aspects, including content feasibility, presentation, grammar, graphics, appearance, and software utilisation. Validation involved feedback from material and media validators, as well as responses from chemistry education lecturers and students. Results showed that the E-Pocket Book achieved a highly valid category with an overall average score of 98.785% across the six assessment aspects. Feedback from chemistry education lecturers showed excellent criteria, with scores of 87.50% for content appropriateness and for usefulness, and 91.67% for ease of use. Similarly, student feedback reflected high satisfaction, with scores of 86.67% for ease of use, 85% for benefits of use and 83.09% for attractiveness of presentation. In conclusion, the developed E-Pocket Book was validated as a practical and effective teaching material for secondary metabolite compounds, demonstrating its potential to enhance the learning experience in natural materials chemistry courses. This study highlights the importance of incorporating user feedback in the development process to ensure materials meet educational needs and preferences

Development of Video Learning Media Based on Robert Gagne's Theory (Nine Events of Instruction) in Informatics Subjects at Junior High School

One component that cannot be separated from the learning process is learning media. Learning media is an essential part of education, regardless of the curriculum, because it plays a crucial role in influencing the quality and success of learning. The Informatics subject is no exception, as it introduces computers to students. This introduction is the initial stage of informatics lessons. In presenting the learning process through computer application materials, good preparation is essential. An educator should do more than just coordinate students in front of the computer, use a loud voice to direct them, or write notes on the blackboard. They must wisely package the teaching materials to make learning enjoyable, allowing students to feel that the classroom is a place to explore while they learn to use a computer. This type of research is development and research (R&D) using the ADDIE model. Product validation tests were conducted by three validators: one material validator, one language validator, and one media validator. The product trial involved 30 seventh-grade students from SMPN 1 Siak Hulu, aimed at assessing the practicality of the developed product. The effectiveness test was conducted by administering pre-test and post-test questions to the students. The results of the video media development research showed a validation level of 86% for the material and 85% for the language, both falling into the very valid category. The product practicality results indicated a practicality level of 91%, also in the very practical category. The effectiveness test yielded a t-value of 16.4.

Development of e-modules on global warming: concepts and solutions in senior high school chemistry education

This research aims to produce a learning product in the form of a flipbook-based e-module that is valid, practical, and effective for X students in the odd semester. Chemistry lesson This development research is based on the unavailability of innovative teaching materials that meet the demands of the merdeka curriculum. Development procedures using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. E-modules are introduced to be developed into a new medium that is expected to support the diversity of learning resources and maximize learning outcomes. Validation testing was conducted by 3 validators. The validation results obtained were with average percentages of 80%, 85%, and 85%, so it can be said that the e-module is in the valid category and suitable for use. Based on the student response questionnaire, the e-module is also practical for use in X grade chemistry learning, with a practicality percentage of 80.6% and very effective in improving students' thinking skills with an N-gain score of 0.59.

Development augmented reality assisted teaching modules human sensory system to improve student learning outcomes

In the era of digital transformation, the use of technology to improve the quality of learning is very important. This research aimed to develop a teaching module for human sensory system material assisted by augmented reality media to improve students' biology learning outcomes. This research uses research and development methods. The subjects of this research were 22 Biology Education students at the University of Papua. Data collection instruments include validation sheets and questionnaires to determine the validity and responses of students to teaching modules as well as providing multiple choice questions to measure learning outcomes. The data analysis technique is descriptive by calculating validation results, analyzing student response questionnaires and student learning outcomes. The research results show that media and material expert validation test results obtained a percentage of 93.33% with a very valid category. The results of assessing student responses in the trial obtained an average percentage of 85.13% in the very good category. Student biology learning results show an average of 61.36 in the sufficient category. The conclusion of the research on Augmented Reality-assisted teaching modules meets the criteria of being valid, practical and effective and improving students' biology learning outcomes.

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Web Game Wordwall pada Materi Pengaruh Gaya terhadap Benda Menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning di Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

This study was motivated by the lack of use of digital technology-based media in IPAS learning, especially in the material of the effect of force on objects. In the results of observations and interviews it was found that students' interest in learning was very high by using digital-based learning media, so the development of digital-based interactive learning media was needed. This research aims to develop interactive learning media based on the Wordwall web game using the Problem Based model that is valid, practical, and effective. This media development uses the ADDIE model, which consists of several stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research was conducted in class IV SDN 05 Tarok Dipo with 20 students. The results of the material expert validity test on learning media obtained a percentage of 89% with a very valid category, the results of the language expert validity test obtained a percentage of 97% with a very valid category, and the results of the media expert validity test obtained a percentage of 78% with a valid category. The results of the teacher response practicality test obtained a percentage of 96% with a very practical category. The results of the student response practicality test obtained a percentage of 92.5% with a very practical category. The results of the effectiveness test obtained a pre-test with a result of 67% and a post-test of 85%, this shows an increase in learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the interactive learning media based on the Wordwall web game on the material of the effect of force on objects using the problem-based learning model in grade IV elementary school is declared valid, practical, and effective.

Development of Ebook Teaching Materials Based on the PBL Model Assisted by the Kvisoft Flibbook Maker Application in Class IV Elementary Schools

This research was conducted because of several findings in the field in the form of technological devices, facilities and infrastructure that are still not being utilized optimally by teachers in the learning process to support interesting and enjoyable learning. E-book teaching material based on the PBL model assisted by the kvisoft flipbook maker application in class IV elementary school which is valid, practical and effective as a solution to overcome the problems found in initial observations. This research activity uses a type of Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model. At the analysis stage, observations and interviews were carried out with teachers and students at three schools, namely SDS IT Dar El Iman, SDIT Sabihisma 1, and SDIT Sabihisma 2, Padang city. At the design stage, a teaching material was designed based on the facts obtained. At the development stage, the teaching material that had been designed was validated to find out whether the product was valid for implementation expert validators (material, language and media) as well as one expert from the FGD teacher so that an overall average validation result of 89.33% was obtained with a very valid category. The results obtained after evaluating the practicality test of the teacher response questionnaire with an average score of 93.30% were in the very practical category and the student response questionnaire obtained an average score of 88.59% which was in the very practical category. In the effectiveness test, the learning outcomes obtained an average score of 91.16 with an N-Gain Score of 67.15%, including the quite effective category.

Development of Learning Media Using the Articulate Storyline Application in Integrated Thematic Learning

This research is motivated by the conventional nature of learning that takes place in the classroom, that is, it is still teacher-centered, not student-centered. This research aims to produce learning media using the Articulate Storyline application in integrated thematic learning that is valid, practical and effective to improve student learning outcomes in class III elementary schools. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods with the ADDIE development model which has five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. At the analysis stage, observations and interviews were carried out with teachers and students in elementary schools, at the design stage a learning media was designed according to the data and facts obtained. At the development stage of the learning media that has been designed, validation is carried out to find out whether the product is valid for application. Validation is carried out in three stages: first, validation by five validators who are experts in their respective fields with an overall average result of 88 with a very valid category. The results obtained after evaluating the practicality test of the teacher response questionnaire obtained an average score of 91 in the very practical category, and the student response questionnaire obtained an average score of 90 which was in the very practical category. In the effectiveness test, the learning results obtained an average value of 89 in the effective category and for the N-Gain Score an average value of 0.74 was obtained with a percentage of 74, including the effective category. Based on the results of validity, practicality and effectiveness tests, it can be concluded that the learning media using the Articulate Storyline Application in thematic learning is a valid, practical and effective learning media.

Development of Diagnostic, Formative and Summative Assessment Instruments in the PjBL Model to Stimulate Students' Critical and Creative Thinking Skills

It is hoped that current education can produce human resources who have strong critical and creative thinking abilities. Students must have critical and creative thinking skills to be able to solve problems efficiently and effectively. The benchmark for determining student success in learning is through evaluation which includes measurements and assessments. The aim of this research is to develop diagnostic, formative and summative assessment instruments in the PjBL model to stimulate critical and creative thinking skills. This type of research is research & development using the ADDIE model. The results of this research obtained the validity of the assessment instrument in the project based learning model with a valid category. The level of practicality of the assessment instrument was categorized as practical by teachers and students. The results of the effectiveness of the knowledge aspect with the results of the pretest and posttest are seen from the classical completeness of each skill which has reached a level of completeness above the minimum expected score. The N-Gain value shows results that meet the high criteria.

Development of Salt Hydrolysis Module Based on Problem Based Learning Integrated with TPACK to Improve Numeracy Literacy Skills of Phase F SMA Students

This research aims to analyze the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the salt hydrolysis module based on problem based learning integrated with TPACK on students numeracy literacy skills. The development model used is the 4-D model. The module developed was validated by two lecturers and three chemistry teachers. The practicality testing of the module was carried out by three chemistry teachers and 32 SMA students. Testing the effectiveness of the module was carried out using a pre-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The validity test was analyzed using the Aiken's V formula where content and construct validity were obtained respectively 0.91 and 0.92 with the valid category. The practicality test was analyzed using the Aiken's V formula where the practicality scores for teachers and students were obtained respectively 0.94 and 0.86 in the practical category. The module effectiveness test was analyzed using N-Gain where an N-Gain value of 0.76 was obtained in the high category. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the salt hydrolysis module based on problem based learning integrated with TPACK developed is valid, practical and effective to improve the numeracy literacy skills of Phase F SMA students.

Development of Flipped Classroom Based Learning Devices Assisted by the Nearpod Application in Integrated Thematic Learning in Third Class of Elementary Schools

The educational era influenced by the industrial revolution 4.0 is called Education 4.0, which is characterized by the use of computerized innovation in every educational cycle. The problem that researchers encountered at SDN 8 Lawang Kidul and SDN 16 Lawang Kidul was the lack of use of varied learning media and the use of technology. This research aims to develop a Nearpod application-assisted learning tool based on Flipped Classroom for integrated thematic learning in class III elementary schools that is valid, practical and effective. This research is included in Research and Development research which uses the ADDIE development model. Data collection uses observation, questionnaire interviews and written tests. The research subjects were class III students at SDN 8 Lawang Kidul and SDN 16 Lawang Kidul. Data analysis uses a Likert scale by looking at validation analysis, practicality and effectiveness of the Nearpod Application-Assisted Learning Tool based on Flipped Classroom. This research produced a flipped classroom-based learning tool assisted by the nearpod application in integrated thematic learning in class III of this elementary school, namely for material expert validators who got a score of 92%, media expert validators got a score of 96% and language expert validators got a score of 92%. For the practicality questionnaire, teacher responses scored 95.5% and for the practicality questionnaire, student responses scored 90.04%, which is categorized as very practical. The effectiveness test shows an increase in learning outcomes from an average of 54.002 to 87.46. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the flipped classroom-based learning device assisted by the nearpod application in integrated thematic learning in class III elementary schools meets the valid, practical and effective categories so that it can improve student learning outcomes.

Development of Powtoon Media in IPAS Learning Assisted by The PBL Model in Fourth Grade Elementary School

Learning is still carried out conventionally, even though school facilities support carrying out learning using renewable technology-based learning media. However, teachers lack innovation in learning media to be used in the learning process. Apart from that, student learning outcomes are still low. This research aims to develop Powtoon learning media assisted by the problem-based learning model in science and science learning in class IV elementary schools that is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is research and development (R&D). The development model used is ADDIE. The methods used to collect research data are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. Subject validation is carried out by material, language, and media expert validators. The test subjects were Class IV elementary school students and class teachers. The validation results by material, media, and language experts stated that they were valid for the media being developed. The practicality results in both small and large groups obtained a very valid practicality category. Meanwhile, the results of effectiveness tests in small and large groups have increased. In this way, the media developed is declared valid, practical and effective, and suitable for use in science and science learning in Class IV.

Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif Menggunakan Aplikasi Articulate Storyline pada Mata Pelajaran Informatika Kelas X SMA

Learning in the classroom, teachers have not optimized the use of media other than LKS, so students tend to be bored because they do not understand the material because the images are not clear in the LKS. This research aims to produce interactive multimedia that is valid and practical so that it can be used by teachers, especially in informatics subjects. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) research, the development model used is the 4-D (Define, Design, Development, & Disseminate) development model. The subject of the study is class X students of SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang with a total of 20 students. In the research process, data collection by observation and using questionnaires. Data processing obtained from media validation, material validation and student practicality tests with assessment using a Likert scale questionnaire with a score range of 1 to 5. Validity Test, validation from material experts with an average score of 4.87 in the very valid category, validation results from media experts obtained an overall average of 4.85 in the very valid category. The results of the practicality test on students obtained an average score of 4.62 with the category of very practical. Based on these results, interactive multimedia using the Articulate Storyline application in the informatics subject class X of high school is very valid and practical to be used as a learning medium

Design and Application of Augmented Reality in Science Education to Develop Students' Critical Thinking Skills

The goal of this project is to create instructional materials based on augmented reality (AR) that will enhance students’ critical thinking abilities. There were 25 pupils enrolled in the public junior high school where the study was done. The ADDIE approach is being used in this development research study. The resulting product is AR-based media equipped with learning devices consisting of a Learning Implementation Plan, Student Worksheets, test instruments. Data collection was carried out using validation sheets, learning implementation sheets, student activity sheets, critical thinking tests and student response questionnaires. The percentage of each score attained was calculated in order to analyse the data. The findings indicated that the student worksheet’s validity scored 85.3 in the very valid category, the learning implementation plan’s validity scored 87.3 in the same area, and the learning outcome test’s average validity score was 90 very valid. With an average of 93.6%, learning implementation indicated very good outcomes; student activities in learning showed very good results with an average of 94.3%; and 88% of student responses fell into the very good category. The critical thinking test’s findings indicated that the critical thinking indicators of interpretation, analysis, and explanation had the biggest increases, and the conclusion indicator saw the lowest. The study’s conclusion is that teachers can use the augmented reality-based learning tool to teach the Life Organization System’s content since it is valid, practical, and effective.

Development of learning model problem investigation discussion sharing to improve science literacy and collaboration

Science literacy and collaboration skills in schools are still very low and the learning models applied by teachers still have shortcomings that need to be improved. Based on this, researchers are interested in developing a learning model called Problem Investigation Discussion Sharing (PIDS), which combines three learning models: Problem Based Learning (PBL), Inquiry Learning, and Discovery Learning. The purpose of this study is to test the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the PIDS learning model. This study uses the ADDIE design with the phases Analyze, Design, Development, implementation, and evaluation. The research was conducted in three schools with three validators. Validation results obtained a score of 89% in valid categories. Practicality results of 86% in highly practical categories; N-gain results in science literature of 0.65 in medium categories and collaboration results of 78.3% in collaborative categories. In conclusion, the PIDS learning model is valid, practical and effective.
