Infertility is a disease of male or female, defined by the failure to achieve a pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. Fibrous scaring of the uterine cavity not only decreases fertility (via impairing embryo implantation) but is also associated with an increased risk of miscarriage and other obstetric conditions. Here is a case study of a 30-years-old female patient residing in Jaipur who consulted in OPD of the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA) Jaipur on 30-9-23 with the chief complaint of being unable to conceive since 5 years. Her diagnostic Laproscopy & Hysteroscopic findings were suggestive of multiple subserosal fibroid & fibrosed endometrium. Patient was treated with Ayurvedic regime for 5 cycle considered as a Kshetra Dusthi Janya Vandhyatva. The patient missed her period on 8-03-24 and did her urine pregnancy test on 19-3-24, which was found to be positive.
