United States Air Force Academy Jeff Dahoda, MS, CSCS, *D, is in his ninth year as the head strength and conditioning coach for the women's athletic department, responsible for the Lady Vol strength, speed, and conditioning programs. A graduate of Miami University (Ohio), he earned a masters degree in exercise physiology from the University of Wyoming. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Weightlifting. The Oxford, Ohio, native came to Tennessee after stints at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and the University of Wyoming. Jones Ken Jones, PhD, CSCS, is the head strength and conditioning coach for football and assistant football coach at Gardner-Webb University. Prior to accepting his current position in 2000 Jones held similar positions at the University of the South and Samford University. Jones received his MS from Troy State University and his PhD from the University of Alabama. Jones has been published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research and was a presenter at the National Strength and Conditioning Association's National Convention in Atlanta in 1995. Robb Rogers, CSCS, has been the Football Strength Coordinator at Middle Tennessee State University since 1999. He served as Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the St. Louis Blues from 1998 to 1999. He has also held strength and conditioning positions at Baylor University, the University of Southern California, the University of Missouri, and Southwest Missouri State University. A former NSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year award winner, Rogers has been published on various topics related to strength and conditioning. Rogers is CSCS certified and a Level I Coach for U.S. Weightlifting.
