Wolford Ph.D Dr. Bruce I. Wolford is Director of the Kentucky Educational Collaborative for State Agency Children and Eastern Kentucky University Training Resource Center. He has served as a Professor of Correctional Services in the College of Law Enforcement at EKU since 1979. Dr. Wolford received his Ph.D. from the Ohio State University in Public Administration of Justice and Adult Education.
