Analysis of the Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hysteromyoma Based on Data Mining

Objective: To explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hysteromyoma, and provide theoretical basis for clinical medication and development of new drugs. Methods: In CNKI, with "hysteromyoma" and "traditional Chinese medicine" as the subject words, search the journal papers from January 2009 to July 2019, sort out the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine recorded in the literature, establish a database, and carry out statistical analysis. Using statistical software tools, such as Excel 2013, SPSS Modeler 14.1, SPSS Statistics 21, the frequency and types of Chinese medicine, association rules and association factors were analyzed. Results: 125 articles were included, involving 183 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, and the total frequency was 1268.Among the 183 traditional Chinese medicines included, there are 55 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with frequency ≥ 5, 29 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with frequency ≥ 10. The first three medicines with the highest frequency are angelica, peach kernel and trigonometry; the most effective drugs are blood activating and stasis removing drugs, Qi regulating drugs, qi invigorating drugs and heat clearing and blood cooling drugs. In the taste of drugs, mainly sweet, bitter and pungent; in the meridian tropism, mainly liver, lung, heart and kidney. Among the association rules, 23 combinations with the highest Association intensity were found, and 8 common factors were extracted by factor analysis. Conclusion: in the clinical treatment of hysteromyoma, the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are mainly used, and they are mostly combined with Qi regulating drugs.

The objective: to increase efficiency of surgical treatment of hysteromyoma at women of genesial age on the basis of preoperative use medicamental correction. Materials and methods. Сlinical-laboratory and functional examination of 130 women of genesial age was conducted, at 100 from which there was diagnostic hysteromyoma. 1 (main) group was made by 50 women with a hysteromyoma at whom in addition used as preoperative preparation a preparation which contains ulipristalacetat in a dosage of 5 mg per day within 12 weeks. 2 (comparisons) group made also 50 women with a hysteromyoma who received preoperative preparation gestagens. The control group was made by 30 women of similar genesial age without gynecologic pathology. Results. Introduction in clinical practice of preoperative preparation by preparation ulipristalacetat with the subsequent combined operative measure (hystero-laparoscopy) in one stage with applying of endoscopic seams on a wall of a uterus promotes depression of an intraoperative hemorrhage; to decrease to the volume of infusional therapy and early restoration of fertility function of patients. Conclusion. Use of the algorithm improved by us will allow to increase efficiency of treatment of sterility at women with hysteromyoma. Key words: hysteromyoma, sterility, surgical treatment.

Clinical observation on efficacy of Ramulus Cinnamomi, Poria capsules combined with mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma

Objective To observe the efficacy of Ramulus Cinnamomi, Poria capsules combined with mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods 60 patients with hysteromyoma were treated with drugs, and according to the outpatient number they were randomly divided into three groups.Ⅰ group (n=20) were orally given mifepristone in a dosage of 12.5mg once daily for three months.Ⅱ group (n=20) were orally given Cassia Tuckahoe Capsule for three months, and Ⅲ group (n=20) were orally given Cassia Tuckahoe Capsule for three months after given mifepristone in a dosage of 2.5mg once daily for one month.The size of hysteromyoma, FSH, LH, E2 and P were detected before and after treatment.The changes of clinical symptoms and adverse drug reactions were observed. Results The size of hysteromyoma of Ⅰ group and Ⅲ group [(2.41±1.03)cm3, (2.69±0.97)cm3]reduced significantly(P 0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with cassia tuckahoe capsule in treatment of patients with hysteromyoma is better than those only using mifepristone or cassia tuckahoe capsule.This combination therapy is indicated for preoperative medication or perimenopausal patients for conservative treatment of hysteromyoma. Оптимізація консервативної міомектомії у жінок з порушенням репродуктивної функції

The objective: rising of efficiency of restoration of genesial function at women with hysteromyoma on the basis of scientific justification and introduction of an advanced technique of conservative myomectomy with use of modern endoscopic technologies. Patients and methods. 125 women of genesial age who planned pregnancy were surveyed and operated by abdominal access, and also on the laparoscopy standard and improved by us. Results. The laparoscopic myomectomy improved by us is an effective method of treatment of hysteromyoma at patients of genesial age and can independently be used for restoration of fecundity or as the first stage before auxiliary genesial technologies. Conclusion. The received results of researches testify that the advanced laparoscopic myomectomy is completely effective at women of genesial age who plan pregnancy, especially in the presence of subserous, the subserous-intramurale and even the intramurale of knots of the larger sizes з the central body height and deformation of cavity of the uterus. Transcervical resection of myoma in treatment of hysteromyoma, experience in 962 x\cases

To study the technique and effect of transcervical resection of myoma (TCRM) in treatment of hysteromyoma. 962 women suffering type 0 hysteromyoma (n = 281), 316 type 1 hysteromyoma (n = 316), type 2 hysteromyoma (n = 282), submucous and intramural myoma (n = 34), cervical myoma (n = 11), prolapse myoma (n = 23), and adenomyoma (n = 15) underwent TCRM with "five-step technique", monitored by B-ultrasound or laparoscopy, Follow-up lasted more than 6 months. The primary operation successful rate was 99.77%. The mean size and depth of uterus were 7.44 +/- 1.3 gestation weeks and (8.31 +/- 1.43) cm, the diameter of the biggest myoma was 7.2 cm. The mean weight of the resected tissues was (22.63 +/- 31.41) g, and the mean operation time and blood loss during the operation were 32.50 +/- 172.72 minutes and (7.75 +/- 19.49) ml. No transfusion was needed. The complications included postoperative fever (3 cases), uterine bleeding (1 case), uterine perforation (1 case), and TURP syndrome (2 cases). Postoperative scanty menstrual rate was 100% in the type 0 hysteromyoma group, 99.1% in the type I hysteromyoma group, 94.02% in the type II hysteromyoma group, 100% in the cervical myoma and prolapse myoma group, 84% in the multiple myoma and intramural myoma group, and 87% in the adenomyoma group respectively. The alleviation rates of dysmenorrhea and anemia were 78% and 82.95% respectively. Those who have severe complications of internal medicine showed obvious improvement. The residual myoma of 2 cases were resected during the secondary operation 9 days and 3 months after the primary operation. 455 cases (52.17%) resumed their work in 1 month postoperatively. 32 living infants were delivered. Safe and highly effective, TCRM can be the first choice in treatment of submucous and intramural hysteromyoma.
