Constipation in Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease.

Constipation is a frequent symptom in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). This review outlines the mechanisms and management of constipation in patients with CKD from a physician's perspective. Common causes of constipation in patients with CKD include concomitant medications, low dietary fiber intake, water-restricted diet, lack of physical activity, altered gut microbiota, and reduced gastrointestinal motility. Constipation has a negative impact on overall health, and, in particular, the presence of constipation has been associated with worsening kidney function and increased risk of developing advanced stages of CKD. Although lifestyle and dietary modifications may not always be practical for patients with CKD, they are recommended because they are beneficial as they lower mortality in patients with CKD. The use of laxatives containing magnesium salts, bulking agents, and osmotic laxatives may have insufficient efficacy and may be associated with adverse effects. In contrast, lactulose and lubiprostone have been shown to exhibit reno-protective effects. Linaclotide and plecanatide have very limited systemic absorption and appear safe in patients with CKD. Tenapanor reduces paracellular intestinal phosphate absorption in addition to blocking sodium uptake by enterocytes, and provides additional benefit in patients patients with CKD who have hyperphosphatemia and constipation. Prucalopride leads to improvements in bowel function and constipation-related symptoms in cases in which response to conventional laxatives are inadequate. However, the dose of prucalopride should be reduced to 1 mg once daily for patients with CKD. In conclusion, there are important advances on the impact and treatment of constipation in patients with CKD.

Acupoint Application Combined with Acupoint Massage for Treating Constipation in a Patient with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common and frequent disease in elderly patients, with a tendency for progressive exacerbation. Constipation that reduces the quality of life and triggers the risk of diseases is a common concomitant symptom in patients with COPD. Currently, western medical treatment does not achieve the desired results for patients. A high recurrence rate accompanies it, whereas traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a long history and rich experience in treating chronic diseases. Both acupoint application and acupoint massage are characteristic therapies of TCM, with minor side effects, high safety, simple operation, and outstanding advantages. They are effective in treating constipation for patients with COPD and are considered an ideal alternative therapy for patients with chronic constipation. The purpose of this article is to introduce the method of acupoint application combined with acupoint massage for the treatment of constipation in patients with COPD, including the selection of points, items, treatment time, and operation procedure.

Effects of Tiaopi Xiezhuo decoction on constipation and gut dysbiosis in patients with peritoneal dialysis

Context A Chinese herbal formula, Tiaopi Xiezhuo decoction (TXD), is developed from a classical Chinese prescription Sanhuang Xiexin decoction. Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of TXD on gut dysbiosis, as a treatment of constipation in patients with peritoneal dialysis (PD). Materials and methods The chemical content of TXD was assessed by high-performance liquid chromatography. A total of 29 PD patients were enrolled and treated with TXD orally (3 g crude drug/each/twice/day) for 3 months. Blood and faecal samples were collected at the beginning and end, to determine the changes in biochemical characteristics and gut microbial composition. The stool conditions were asked to be scored. Additional 30 healthy individuals were recruited as a control for the analysis of gut microbiota. Results Although having no significant effects on serum biochemical characteristics, 3-month TXD intervention improved constipation in PD patients: decreased 80% abdominal distention (p < 0.01), increased 2.6-fold sloppy stools (p < 0.05) and eliminated hard stool completely (p < 0.01). The analysis of gut microbiota showed that, compared to the healthy group, the microbial richness was reduced in PD patients. After a 3-month TXD treatment, this reduced richness was raised, and Paraprevotella clara, Lachnospiraceae bacterium 2-146FA, Phascolarctobaterium succinatutens, Lachnospiraceae bacterium 2-1-58FAA, Fusobacterium mortiferum, and Prevotella copri were accumulated in the intestinal flora. Furthermore, the bacterial species enriched by TXD correlated with the improvement of constipation. Discussion and conclusions TXD treatment may improve constipation by modulating gut dysbiosis in PD patients. These findings provide data to support the further application of TXD in the adjuvant treatment of PD.

A traditional East Asian herbal complex, Majainhwan for constipation in Parkinson’s disease: A retrospective study

Objectives: Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients experience various non-motor symptoms, among which constipation is the second most common after anosmia. However, there are no clear guidelines or effective treatment for constipation in PD.Methods: To investigate the efficacy of Majainhwan (MH) on constipation in patients with PD, we conducted a retrospective chart review study of PD or Parkinsonism patients with constipation who received outpatient or inpatient treatment and whose previous laxatives were replaced by MH from August 2016 to July 2019.Results: In this study, a total of 68 patients’ medical records were reviewed. Among the 44 outpatients with MH treatment, “effective” results were observed in 86.4% patients. Similarly, among the 24 inpatients, “effective” results were noted in 95.8% patients. The adverse effect was "diarrhea" reported in five cases.Conclusion: Based on these findings, we could suggest that MH is relatively safe and may be effective in the treatment of constipation in patients with PD.

Probiotics for constipation in Parkinson's: A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.

Parkinson's disease (PD)-related constipation may affects both disease occurrence and disease progression. Probiotics, as a potential therapeutic intervention, have attracted the attention of researchers, but the evidence of their efficacy and safety has not been systematically reviewed. A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials of probiotics in the treatment of PD constipation was conducted to determine the efficacy and safety of probiotics in the treatment of PD constipation. Four databases (The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Embase, PubMed, and Web of Science) were searched from their establishment to June 1, 2022. We included randomized controlled trials of probiotics for the treatment of constipation in patients with PD, with probiotics in the experimental group and a placebo, another treatment, or no treatment in the control group. The primary outcome was the number of bowel movements per week. Secondary outcomes included nonmotor symptoms (NMS), gut transit time (GTT), abdominal pain, abdominal distention, constipation, and quality of life scores. Stata15.1 was used to generate a summary of the data and perform a descriptive analysis if necessary. The GRADE tool was used to assess the quality of the evidence and the Cochrane guidelines to assess the risk of bias for each study. Finally, four qualified RCTs were included, comprising 287 participants. Compared with the control group, probiotics could effectively increase the frequency of defecation per week in PD patients (WMD = 1.02. 95%CI: 0.56-1.48, and P < 0.00001), but the heterogeneity was high, and the quality of the evidence was low. There was no significant difference in average stool consistency between patients with PD treated with probiotics and those given a placebo in (WMD = -0.08. 95%CI: -1.42-1.26, and P = 0.908). In addition, the results suggested that probiotics have no obvious effect on additional indicators of gastrointestinal dysfunction, such as GTT, abdominal pain, and abdominal distension, and there is insufficient evidence on their ability to improve NMS and Parkinson's disease Questionnaire 39 summary indices (PDQ39-SI). Safety issues should be carefully explained. There is insufficient evidence supporting the use of probiotics to treat constipation in patients with PD. Taking all the results together, probiotics have potential value in the treatment of PD-related constipation. PROSPERO CRD42022331325.

Exploratory, multicenter, open-label study to evaluate the effects of linaclotide in patients with chronic constipation with an insufficient response to magnesium oxide: A study protocol

BackgroundChronic constipation leads to poor quality of life, and treatment remains unsatisfactory for patients. In Japan, magnesium oxide has been commonly used as the first choice of treatment for constipation; however, there are some cases of low satisfaction with magnesium oxide treatment. Linaclotide has recently been used to treat chronic constipation. In this study, we will examine whether linaclotide improves symptoms and quality of life in patients showing insufficient response to magnesium oxide. MethodsThis is an exploratory multicenter open-label study. The target number of patients is 64: 32 patients with and 32 without abdominal symptoms. Patients with chronic idiopathic constipation or irritate bowel syndrome with constipation diagnosed according to the Rome-IV criteria are eligible. Patients prescribed 0.99–2 g/day of magnesium oxide for at least 4 weeks will be included. Those who consent to the study will continue taking magnesium oxide for 2–4 weeks, and defecation will be documented. Patients who meet the criteria will be prescribed linaclotide (0.5 mg) daily for 12 weeks. The primary endpoint is a change in the Japanese version of the Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life (JPAC-QOL) score after 12 weeks of treatment. ConclusionThis is the first study to investigate the usefulness of linaclotide as a second-line treatment for chronic constipation. We will test the efficacy of treatment of constipation in patients with inadequate response to magnesium oxide. A Survey of the Incidence of Constipation in Patients with Chronic Non-cancer Pain Using Opioid Analgesics in Japan.

IntroductionAlthough opioids have potent analgesic properties, their use is associated with side effects, including opioid-induced constipation (OIC). This study investigated the incidence of OIC based on the Rome IV diagnostic criteria in patients using opioid analgesics for chronic non-cancer pain and to explore and compare the risk factors for the development of OIC in opioid analgesic users.MethodsWe surveyed patients aged 20 years or more living in Japan via the internet; who had been using opioid or non-opioid analgesics (N = 500 each) for at least 3 months for relief from chronic non-cancer musculoskeletal pain (low back pain or osteoarthritis); and who provided electronic consent to participate in and complete the survey. The groups were matched for age and sex.ResultsOf the patients using opioid analgesics, 89% were taking weak opioids. The proportion of patients perceiving constipation was comparable between the opioid and non-opioid analgesic groups (34% vs 29%, respectively); however, a significantly higher proportion of patients in the opioid group, compared to the non-opioid group, reported self-assessed constipation (40% vs 18%, respectively) after using an analgesic and fulfilled two or more symptoms of the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for constipation (28% vs 19%, respectively). A higher proportion of patients were taking prescribed medicine for constipation in the opioid group compared with the non-opioid group (33% vs 18%, respectively). Low back pain, but not opioid strength and scheduled dosing, was identified as a risk factor for OIC among various covariates assessed in the logistic regression analysis in 81 patients with OIC and Rome IV diagnosis vs 419 patients without OIC in the opioid group.ConclusionUse of opioid analgesics, including weak opioids, for treating chronic non-cancer musculoskeletal pain is associated with OIC. Development and validation of a constipation treatment toolkit for patients on hemodialysis

The cause of constipation is multifactorial and common problem for patients on hemodialysis. A lack of strong evidence on suitable treatment strategies means there is an unorganized approach to selecting therapies, which can exacerbate constipation or worsen symptoms. Clinicians and patients would benefit from a content and face validated treatment algorithm for treating constipation. In this study, our objective was to develop and content and face validate a constipation treatment toolkit for patients on hemodialysis, consisting of treatment algorithm, and patient information tools (pamphlet and video). Literature searches were performed to develop an initial toolkit using Lynn's method for developing content-valid clinical tools. Content and face validity were evaluated as per Lynn's method for determining content validity; the algorithm was evaluated by Canadian nephrology clinicians, while patient information tools were evaluated by clinicians and patients. Components were rated on a Likert scale for content relevance and on a 5-point scale for face validity. After each round, the content validity index (CVI) score was calculated and revisions were made based on feedback. A total of 23 clinicians and 15 patients were interviewed across three validation rounds. After three rounds, the treatment algorithm achieved content (overall CVI=0.93) and face (91% agreement) validity. Our patient information tools achieved content and face validity (pamphlet overall CVI=0.99, 85.5% agreement; video overall CVI=0.99, 90.5% agreement). A treatment algorithm and patient information toolkit for the treatment of constipation in patients on hemodialysis were content and face validated via expert review. Further research will be needed to ascertain the effectiveness and implementation of this toolkit.

Effectiveness of an herbaceous derivatives, PHGG, plus sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of chronic constipation in patients with Parkinson's disease: a pilot study.

Chronic constipation is a highly prevalent and often under-appreciated gastrointestinal disorder in PD associated with significant impairment in quality of life. In this study, we investigated the efficacy and safety of PHGG plus hyaluronate (PHGG+) in patients suffering from PD and constipation. Thirty-four PD patients have been recruited in an open-label pilot study and measured symptoms and quality of life instruments related to constipation. PHGG+ showed to have a minimal still significant effect in improving constipation as measured by PAC Symp and CGI-S. PHGG+ is safe and well tolerated. Data suggests that PHGG+ may be considered efficacious in alleviating symptoms of constipation in PD patients. Trial registration number: NCT04569656/24 Sept. 2020.

Squalamine Restores the Function of the Enteric Nervous System in Mouse Models of Parkinson's Disease.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder thought to be caused by accumulation of α-synuclein (α-syn) within the brain, autonomic nerves, and the enteric nervous system (ENS). Involvement of the ENS in PD often precedes the onset of the classic motor signs of PD by many years at a time when severe constipation represents a major morbidity. Studies conducted in vitro and in vivo, have shown that squalamine, a zwitterionic amphipathic aminosterol, originally isolated from the liver of the dogfish shark, effectively displaces membrane-bound α-syn. Here we explore the electrophysiological effect of squalamine on the gastrointestinal (GI) tract of mouse models of PD engineered to express the highly aggregating A53T human α-syn mutant. GI motility and in vivo response to oral squalamine in PD model mice and controls were assessed using an in vitro tissue motility protocol and via fecal pellet output. Vagal afferent response to squalamine was measured using extracellular mesenteric nerve recordings from the jejunum. Whole cell patch clamp was performed to measure response to squalamine in the myenteric plexus. Squalamine effectively restores disordered colonic motility in vivo and within minutes of local application to the bowel. We show that topical squalamine exposure to intrinsic primary afferent neurons (IPANs) of the ENS rapidly restores excitability. These observations may help to explain how squalamine may promote gut propulsive activity through local effects on IPANs in the ENS, and further support its possible utility in the treatment of constipation in patients with PD.

Numerous investigations have provided evidence that irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) can be stipulated by the dynamical individual combination of internal and external conditions, including genetics, immune response, environment, stress, diet, and intestinal microbiome. The additional risk factors of the disease include effects of a wide-spectrum antibiotics and gastrointestinal infections. Despite the multifactorial IBS nature, there are clear microbial differences in patients in comparison with healthy subjects, and investigations directed on the microbiome testing and monitoring, suggest that altered microbiome can make a person more susceptible to this disease.Recent investigations were directed on the implementation of dietary fibers and prebiotics, due to the fact that many of these polysaccharides can be metabolized by intestinal microbiota кишечника, resulting in the formation of short chain fatty acids. The prebiotic specificity of fructans (inulin) is mediated through species-specific gene clusters in sucrolytic bacteria controlled by signal sensors for different substrates. The health benefits of prebiotics are related to immune regulation and the production of bacterial metabolites.A great number of randomized clinical trials of the use of inulin as bifidogenic prebiotic proved its clinical effectiveness in the treatment of constipation in patients with IBS, inflammatory bowel diseases, as well as possibility to modulate intestinal microbiota, affect intestinal dysbiosis, provide immune modulating, inti-inflammatory actions on the intestinal mucosa, to support homeostasis of colonocytes.As a therapeutic target, the stimulation of specific prebiotic growth of bifidobacteria by inulin is promising.

STW5 (Iberogast®) for constipation in Parkinson's disease.

Chronic constipation is one of the most frequent non-motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease (PD), and impairs patients' quality of life. The aim of this pilot study was to assess the efficacy and the tolerability of STW5, a phytotherapeutic agent composed of nine plant extracts, for the treatment of constipation in patients with PD. We carried out an open monocentric study of STW5 in the treatment of constipation in parkinsonian patients. Forty-four PD patients with a mean age of 66.4±7.3 years (range, 35-78), a mean disease duration of 12.6±5.4 years (range, 3-27) and with constipation defined by Rome III criteria for functional constipation were included. Following a two-week laxative-free baseline period, all the patients were treated with 20 drops STW5 t.i.d for 28 days, after a seven-day titration period. Treatment efficacy was defined as marked improvement of stool frequency with an increase of three exonerations during the last week of treatment when compared to the week before the initiation of treatment. Responder rate for stool frequency was estimated at 29/45 patients. An increase of stool frequency≥three eliminations/week was observed in only four out of 44 patients (9.0%) at the end of the study. The only significant difference observed before and after treatment was a decrease in stool consistency (P=0.0272). Our results suggest that STW5 has a safety profile but is not effective as a phytotherapeutic agent in constipation related to Parkinson's disease.

Effect of acupressure on constipation in patients undergoing hemodialysis: A randomized double-blind controlled clinical trial.

Constipation is one of the most common digestive problems in patients undergoing hemodialysis. It has a negative effect on quality of life in these patients. As routine treatments are not effective in this regard, complementary therapies may help to overcome this condition. This study aimed to investigate the effect of acupressure on constipation in patients undergoing hemodialysis. This was a randomized double- blind placebo- controlled clinical trial conducted in 2014. A convenience sample of 70 patients undergoing hemodialysis was selected from hemodialysis units of three hospitals affiliated to Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, Mazandaran, Iran. Patients were randomly assigned to intervention or control group. Intervention group received acupressure in acupressure points three times a week for four weeks during hemodialysis. In control group, acupressure was delivered in false points. We assessed the frequency of defecation in the two groups before and after the study. The study instruments consisted of a demographic questionnaire, and a data sheet for documenting constipation frequency. The results indicated a significant difference between intervention group (13.73±3.63) and control group (10.06±3.77) in frequency of defecation during the fourth week of intervention (p<0.001). Regarding quality of stool, there was a meaningful difference between the groups in the fourth week in a way that the stool in the intervention group was more natural and in the control group, it was thicker and more adhesive. Acupressure seems to be an effective complementary treatment for constipation in patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Comparing the Efficacy of Two Drugs Senalin and Bisacodyl in Treatment of Constipation in Intensive Care Units' Patients.

Background:Constipation is an intestinal syndrome that can be created alone or in the context of another disease in patients admitted to intensive care units (ICUs). Given the role of sennosides in increasing the transfer rate of materials from the large intestine, we aimed to compare the effect of senalin with bisacodyl on the treatment of constipation in patients admitted to ICUs.Materials and Methods:In this randomized, double-blind study, 70 patients admitted to the ICU were divided into two groups. The senalin recipient group received senalin with a dose of 500 mg daily for 3 days. The bisacodyl recipient group received bisacodyl with a dose of 10 mg daily for 3 days.Results:The mean of defecation frequency during the 2nd day of treatment of constipation was significantly higher in the group receiving bisacodyl than in the senalin group (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of fecal consistency in any of the study days (P < 0.05). The prevalence of complications in the 3rd day of treatment was significantly higher in bisacodyl group than in the senalin group (P = 0.04).Conclusion:Given the lack of difference in the efficacy of two drugs, fecal consistency, daily defecation frequency and fewer complications of senalin compared to bisacodyl, it s eems that this drug can be used as an appropriate treatment for constipation in patients admitted to ICUs.

An efficacy and safety study of bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets in the treatment of constipation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective: The incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms in diabetes is higher than that of non-diabetes. Thus, the aim of the present study was to observe the efficacy and safety of bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets in the treatment of constipation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group-comparison clinical research. The subjects were randomly divided into study group and control group according to 1∶1 ratio by computer generated random number method. The subjects were either treated with bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets (study group) or placebo (control group) for eight weeks, and they were followed up for four weeks without changing foundation therapy for diabetes. The primary outcome was the change of complete spontaneous bowel movements (CSBMs). Results: A total of 234 subjects (the study group:116 cases; the control group: 118 cases) from 7 centers were included in the present study. The baseline characteristics were comparable between the two groups. In the study group, the CSBMs at 0, 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks were 0.0 (0.0, 1.0) , 1.0 (0.5, 2.0) , 2.0 (1.0, 3.0) , 3.0 (2.0, 3.5) , 2.0 (1.0, 3.0) times per week, respectively, while the CSBMs of the control group at each corresponding weeks were 0.0 (0.0, 1.0) , 1.0 (0.0, 1.5) , 1.0 (0.0, 1.5) , 1.0 (0.0, 2.0) , 1.0 (0.0, 1.5) times per week, respectively. There is significant difference in CSBMs between the two groups (P<0.05). Moreover, after 12 weeks treatment, the CSBMs over spontaneous bowel movements (SBMs) ratio in the study group was higher than that in the control group [0.53 (0.40, 0.67) vs 0.33 (0.00,0.50), P=0.048], indicating a more complete evacuation sensation in the study group. More subjects in the study group (66.38%) reached Bristol stool classification of normal criteria than those in the control group (48.31%, P=0.005). There were significantly improvement of bowel function index in the study group [study group 42.7 (33.3, 56.7), control group 60.6 (51.7, 75.7), P<0.000 1]. Furthermore, the symptoms of constipation was improved, and the satisfaction for the treatment was high in the study group. There were no significant differences of the safety indicators between the two groups. Conclusions: Bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets can be used in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and constipation. Compared with placebo, it improves constipation and has no obvious adverse effects.

Mashiningan Improves Opioid-Induced Constipation in Rats by Activating Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator Chloride Channel.

Opioid receptor stimulants are analgesics used in patients with and without cancer; however, they often cause constipation, resulting in poor adherence and deterioration of the quality of life. Hence, suitable treatments for constipation are required. In this study, we investigated the pharmacological mechanisms of action of mashiningan (MNG), a Kampo medicine used to treat constipation, and evaluated the effect of MNG on opioid-induced constipation in rats. MNG (100 or 300 mg/kg) was orally administered to normal or codeine phosphate (CPH)-induced constipation in rats, and its effect was evaluated on the basis of fecal counts, characteristics, and weight. Small intestinal fluid secretion was measured after treatment with MNG alone or coadministration with a cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR)-specific inhibitor (CFTRinh-172). The effects of MNG on the CFTR and type-2 chloride channel were determined using patch-clamp or short-circuit current experiments, respectively. MNG increased the fecal weight and proportion of soft feces in normal rats. CPH-induced constipation in rats decreased fecal counts and weight, whereas MNG prevented these effects and increased the proportion of soft feces. MNG increased the electronic chloride current, and this effect was inhibited by the CFTRinh-172 in the CFTR assay. Furthermore, MNG increased small intestinal fluid secretion, and this effect was abolished by coadministration with the CFTRinh-172. MNG improved opioid-induced constipation in rats, and this improvement may have been mediated by increasing intestinal fluid secretion via CFTR chloride channel activation. Therefore, MNG is expected as a medicine of the treatment of constipation in patients taking opioids.

The value of Mountain Sidr Honey in treating and controlling chronic constipation: A Prospective comparative study between Ziziphus honey and Lactulose in 1000 Saudi Arabian patients

Background and Objectives: Chronic constipation is a common clinical condition. Lactulose is used in the treatment of chronic idiopathic constipation in patients of all ages as a long-term treatment. Mountain Sidr Honey (Ziziphus Spina-Christi) is a natural honey commonly used in our local community for many health conditions. We aim to evaluate the value of Ziziphus honey in treating and long-term controlling chronic constipation in comparison to Lactulose syrup. Materials and Methods: A prospective comparative study of the results of 1000 patients diagnosed and treated for chronic constipation was done, 500 patients were enrolled in each of the two group (Ziziphus (Sidr) honey and Lactulose). Treatment and follow-up for one year were done. Results: The mean time for Ziziphus (Sidr) honey to treat constipation and help to achieve soft stool was 1.75 days, range 0.5-3 while it was 3.25 days, range 2-5 for Lactulose. In the short time treatment of constipation, Ziziphus (Sidr) honey was statistically found to represent a significant difference regarding short healing time, (p=0.0021), compared to Lactulose. In the long time control of chronic constipation, Ziziphus (Sidr) honey was statistically found to represent a significant difference regarding good sustained control of constipation, (p=0.0011), compared to Lactulose. Relating to the occurrence of adverse effects, Ziziphus (Sidr) honey was statistically found to represent a significant difference regarding fewer occurrences, (p=0.0023), compared to Lactulose. Conclusion: Mountain Sidr Honey (Ziziphus Spina-Christi) is a very promising treatment for the long-term control of chronic constipation. It is superior to Lactulose in both short and long term results. Also, it is associated with no or minimal adverse occurrence compared to many side effects of Lactulose, but is much expensive financially.
