Transformasi Digital dalam Era Society 5.0: Peluang dan Tantangan bagi Start-Up Berbasis Teknologi

Digital transformation is a key driver in realizing a technology-based society as envisioned in the concept of Society 5.0. In this context, technology-based start-ups play a strategic role as agents of social innovation and the digital economy. This study aims to systematically examine the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation faced by start-ups in the era of Society 5.0. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 framework, involving 68 scientific articles published between 2018 and 2025. Data were collected from leading databases such as Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, and analyzed using thematic content analysis and bibliometric analysis with the support of VOSviewer software. The findings reveal that start-ups have significant potential to accelerate social transformation through services based on AI, IoT, and Big Data. However, they also face major challenges such as low digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, unadaptive regulations, and technological access gaps. Common strategies adopted include digital reinvention, strengthening digital human capital, and fostering cross-sector collaboration. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of digital transformation dynamics in the Start-up sector and serves as a strategic reference for policymakers, academics, and industry practitioners.

Navigating challenges in medical english learning: leveraging technology and gamification for interactive education – a qualitative study

BackgroundTeaching and learning English for Medical Purposes is crucial for medical students, especially in non-English-speaking countries, as it facilitates effective communication, access to global medical literature, and participation in international medical events. However, medical English education faces numerous challenges. This qualitative study explores the challenges faced by medical educators and students in Iran and proposes strategies to enhance medical English education through technology and gamification.MethodA thematic content analysis was conducted using semi-structured interviews with 13 medical English instructors and 10 medical students from various Iranian universities. Data were collected from September 2023 to February 2024. The interviews focused on challenges in teaching and learning medical English, the role of technology, and potential improvements. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key themes and sub-themes.ResultsThe study identified six main themes: (1) Instructor-related challenges (e.g., knowledge gaps, teaching methodology, and resistance to technology), (2) Student-related challenges (e.g., low language proficiency, pronunciation difficulties, and lack of engagement), (3) Curriculum and content issues (e.g., outdated materials, lack of speaking practice), (4) Organizational challenges (e.g., unclear policies, resistance to technological change), (5) Technology-enhanced learning (e.g., inadequate infrastructure, lack of interactive platforms), and (6) Recommendations for improvement (e.g., joint teaching, gamification, and blended learning).ConclusionThe study indicated the need for a comprehensive approach to medical English education in Iran, emphasizing instructor training, interactive learning, updated curricula, and technology integration. By addressing these challenges, medical English education can be significantly improved, allowing future physicians to become proficient in linguistic skills which improves the globalized healthcare environment.

Thematic and sentiment analysis on X: a multi-method approach to examine the refugee crisis in Türkiye / Análisis temático y de sentimiento en X: un enfoque multimétodo para examinar la crisis de refugiados en Turquía

In this research, we present findings from two studies analysing how the major refugee groups in Türkiye, i.e., Syrians, Afghans and Ukrainians, are represented on social media. In Study 1, we performed a sentiment analysis to explore how three groups are portrayed on social media using the BERT-based Turkish Sentiment Model. The results revealed that Afghans were the targets of the most prominent negative sentiment, followed by Syrians, whereas the posts about Ukrainians exhibited the highest positive sentiment. Secondly, to get a more nuanced view of the differential representation of refugee groups, we conducted a thematic content analysis on a randomly drawn subset of 300 posts from the datasets used in Study 1. The overall representation of refugees was negative and aligned with the Integrated Threat Theory. Moreover, negative stereotypes, realistic, symbolic and demographic threats, and intergroup anxiety were almost exclusively about Syrians and Afghans, except for negative stereotypes about Ukrainian women. In contrast, the positive stereotypes were predominantly about Ukrainian refugees. Also, Afghan refugees were represented as more threatening than Syrians.

How is caring paternalism feasible in the intensive care unit? – an ethnographic study

BackgroundThe intensive care unit (ICU) is characterized by critically ill patients and strict medical management, which has fostered a model of medical paternalism. Although these practices are often justified to protect patients’ “best interests,” they frequently neglect individuals’ emotional needs and autonomy. The ethics of care is an ethical framework that emphasizes relationality, empathy, and responsiveness to patients’ lived experiences. Unlike traditional risk-centered medical models, it focuses on the patient’s authentic needs within their specific context. This study analyzes ICU paternalism through the lens of the ethics of care, exploring how compassionate, patient-centered strategies can be integrated with clinical safety to balance risk management with individualized care.MethodsAn ethnographic approach was employed from September 2022 to April 2023 in the ICU of a large general hospital in China. Data were collected through participant observation and both semi-structured and informal interviews with healthcare professionals and patients. A total of 23 participants were interviewed, including 9 physicians, 6 nurses, and 8 patients. Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis, guided by a theoretical framework rooted in the ethics of care.ResultsThe study revealed that medical paternalism in the ICU manifested in diverse, interconnected ways, including strict restrictions on personal belongings, the implementation of restricted visitation policies, and limitations on patients’ ability to participate in decision-making or express their needs. These practices not only led to patients’ emotional isolation and diminished autonomy but also exposed a profound structural tension between paternalistic management approaches and patient-centered care principles within the ICU setting.ConclusionsWhile medical paternalism in the ICU may be justified for clinical safety, its traditional approach inadequately addresses patients’ psychological and emotional needs. From the perspective of the ethics of care, the study advocates for integrating compassionate, individualized care strategies into clinical interventions to create an ICU model that is both scientifically robust and humane.Trial registrationNot applicable. The response to disability in higher education: an analysis of programs and services for people with disabilities: the case of the University of La Laguna

IntroductionThis study analyses the perceptions of students with disabilities and their lecturers at the University of La Laguna (ULL), focusing on the inclusion strategies implemented and their effectiveness in promoting educational equity.MethodsA mixed-methods design was employed, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected from 115 participants — 36 students with disabilities and 79 lecturers, between 2016 and 2018. Structured questionnaires and interviews were administered. Quantitative data were analysed using SPSS software, while qualitative data were examined through thematic content analysis.ResultsThe findings highlight the importance of fostering close collaboration among students, teaching staff, and the Programme for Students with Specific Support Needs (PAED). Key challenges identified include physical and communicative accessibility barriers, as well as a lack of training in addressing student diversity. Moreover, the absence of an inclusive institutional culture, as embedded within ULL’s policies and practices, was noted.DiscussionThe study highlights the urgent need to enhance inclusion strategies, particularly by improving accessibility and providing targeted training for academic and technical staff. Enhancing coordination between PAED, lecturers, and students is essential to creating a genuinely inclusive university environment. Despite limitations related to the sample size, the findings offer valuable insights for improving the institutional response to the diverse student population entering higher education.

Pengaruh Kompetensi, Pengalaman, Motivasi, Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Dan Kinerja Organisasi : Studi Literatur Sistematis

Abstract : This research contributes to the development of personality- and emotion-based leadership models and serves as an important foundation for human resource development in the context of modern organizations. Objective : This study aims to systematically examine the influence of competence, experience, motivation, and emotional intelligence on leadership effectiveness and organizational performance. Methods : Using a systematic literature review approach, this study analyzed 20 relevant scientific articles from various sectors, particularly education, government, and the private sector. Articles were selected based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria and analyzed using thematic content analysis supported by the PRISMA framework. Research results : The results of the study indicate that all four variables contribute significantly to leadership effectiveness and organizational performance, with emotional intelligence being the most dominant factor (supported by 17 studies), followed by competence (16), motivation (14), and experience (13). These findings confirm that effective leadership is not only determined by technical skills and experience, but is also greatly influenced by the ability to manage emotions and intrinsic motivation.

Expanding Dermatology Services in Ethiopia: insights/experiences from the national residency expansion programme.

Postgraduate medical education is vital for addressing global health disparities, particularly in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Dermatology residency training programmes in Ethiopia commenced in 2006 to address a critical shortage of specialists and improve access to care for skin-related conditions, including neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). This study explores the progress, achievements, and challenges of Ethiopia's dermatology residency programs. To evaluate the development, outcomes, and lessons learned from dermatology residency training in Ethiopia, offering insights for scaling specialist training programs in (LMICs. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative analysis of training outputs and regional distribution of dermatologists with qualitative key informant interviews. Data were collected through an online survey involving members from the Ethiopian Dermatovenerology Society. Semi-structured Interviews were conducted with senior dermatologists involved in program development initiation. Thematic content analysis was performed to identify barriers, facilitators, and recommendations for program sustainability. Between 2008 and 2023, Ethiopia trained 194 dermatologists across five institutions. The annual output increased 600% from six to 31 specialists trained each year. 71% of dermatologists in the country work full time in public sector and 45.5% are involved in academic institutions. However, 60% of dermatologists remain concentrated in the urban areas. Key facilitators included the Addis Ababa University commitment in expanding postgraduate education, partnerships with All Africa Leprosy Rehabilitation and Training Center (ALERT) Hospital and full government sponsorship. Challenges included limited infrastructure, shortages in subspecialty training, and an urban-centric workforce distribution. Interviewees highlighted the importance of thorough nationally coordinated planning and commitment to address these barriers. Ethiopia's dermatology training programs have significantly strengthened the specialist workforce, but inequities in service distribution and gaps in training capacity remain. Strategies to enhance rural service incentives, expand subspecialty training, and integrate telemedicine are critical for improving healthcare equity. Lessons from Ethiopia's experience underscore the value of Ministry of Health local leadership and ownership in post graduate program expansion.

UNLOCKING THE POTENTIALS OF PALM OIL AS A SOURCE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY

In response to the global push for cleaner energy solutions, efforts have expanded to explore renewable alternatives beyond conventional sources, with impressive yield levels and multifaceted utility. There is growing acceptance of palm oil as a practical renewable energy resource. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the potential of palm oil in contributing to renewable energy development. Employing a qualitative literature review methodology, this research systematically synthesizes findings from academic articles, policy documents, and technical reports published between 2015 and 2025. Data collection involved extensive database searches using keywords related to palm oil, renewable energy, biodiesel, and biomass. The gathered literature was analyzed through thematic content analysis to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities in palm oil utilization for energy purposes. Results indicate that palm oil-based biodiesel and biogas from biomass residues offer substantial renewable energy outputs with favorable energy return on investment. However, sustainability concerns, including deforestation, land use change, and fragmented governance frameworks, pose significant obstacles. Technological limitations and regulatory inconsistencies also hinder optimal resource exploitation. In conclusion, while palm oil holds considerable promise as a renewable energy source, strategic policy integration, enhanced sustainability certification, and technological advancements are essential to fully unlock its benefits. Future research should focus on empirical assessments of smallholder engagement and lifecycle environmental impacts to support more inclusive and sustainable bioenergy practices.

The perspective of traditional restaurateurs on smart applications

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the perspective of traditional restaurateurs on smart restaurant applications and to obtain their opinions on these applications’ potential to create a change in employment. The exploratory method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in this study. The present study employs interviews conducted with administrators of first-class restaurants and gastronomy facilities, which have the Tourism Management Certificate and operate in Türkiye. We analysed the data collected during the interviews by using the descriptive and thematic content analysis methods. We also examined the results regarding the perspective on smart restaurant applications under five different themes by using the Technology Acceptance Model. The findings achieved in this study revealed that the participants have positive perceptions towards smart restaurant applications, but it also emphasises the importance of human labour rather than technological tools in areas where customer interaction is high and the participants do not intend to use in service area.

‘It Helped to Calm Me’: Perspectives on Cannabis Use During Pregnancy and Parenting from Certified Patients in Pennsylvania

Background Research on the benefits of cannabis use continues to expand, and those benefits may extend to parents and pregnant people. However, there are few studies that examine perspectives of pregnant and parenting individuals who use cannabis, and no studies with parents who are medical cannabis patients for treatment of qualifying conditions (e.g., chronic pain, anxiety). Methods We used a thematic content analysis approach to analyze 24 semi-structured qualitative interviews with pregnant and parenting medical cannabis patients from a subsample within the Drexel University Medical Cannabis Research Center’s Pennsylvania Registry Study. Results Key themes were generated around cannabis use during pregnancy: (1) cannabis use to manage pregnancy symptoms; and (2) cessation during pregnancy. Key themes also emerged around cannabis use while parenting: (1) maintaining parental focus and relieving stress; (2) managing mental health symptoms; and (3) navigating stigma and fear of social consequences as a parenting cannabis user. Discussion Our sample of medical cannabis patients, some of whom continued to use while pregnant and parenting underscores the crucial need for healthcare providers to follow national guidelines regarding medical cannabis use during pregnancy and parenting, while also managing their qualifying health condition. Further, there is a critical need for common sense guidelines and legal information for medical cannabis patients. Since little is known about cannabis use during the perinatal period or while parenting, our novel findings begin to fill this critical gap in the literature from a medical cannabis patient perspective.

Ethical Implications of Artificial Intelligence in Vaccine Equity: Protocol for Exploring Vaccine Distribution Planning and Scheduling in Pandemics in Low- and Middle-Income Countries.

The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted significant disparities in vaccine distribution, particularly in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a potential tool to optimize vaccine distribution planning and scheduling. However, its ethical implications, including equity, transparency, bias, and accessibility, remain underexplored. Ensuring ethical AI implementation in vaccine distribution is crucial to addressing health equity challenges worldwide. This study aims to assess the ethical implications of AI-assisted vaccine distribution planning and scheduling in LMICs during pandemics. It seeks to evaluate AI's role in ensuring equitable vaccine access, analyze ethical concerns associated with its deployment, and propose an ethical framework to guide AI-based vaccine distribution strategies. Our multiphase qualitative research approach will combine a systematic scoping review, a witness seminar with key stakeholders (health care professionals, AI developers, policymakers, and bioethicists), and a meta-synthesis of findings. The scoping review will follow PRISMA-ScR (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews) guidelines, focusing on studies from 2019 to 2023. The witness seminar will provide firsthand insights into AI's ethical impact on vaccine equity. Thematic content analysis and qualitative coding will be used for data interpretation, with findings integrated into a policy-driven ethical framework. This study received institutional ethical approval in October 2023. Recruitment commenced in mid-August 2024 through email requests to prospective participants, and recruitment for the witness seminar (focus group discussion) is still ongoing, with 7 expert participants confirmed. Data collection is projected to conclude by August 2025. Preliminary literature analysis from the scoping review is ongoing, and qualitative data analysis from the witness seminar is scheduled for September 2025. The final results and proposed ethical framework are expected to be published in early 2026. By examining the ethical implications of AI in vaccine distribution, this research will provide actionable recommendations for policymakers, health care organizations, and AI developers. The findings will contribute to the discourse on responsible AI deployment in health care worldwide, ensuring transparency, fairness, and inclusivity in pandemic response strategies. Pengembangan Komik Edukasi Keselamatan Lalu Lintas untuk Remaja di Cirebon.

Traffic safety is a crucial issue that requires serious attention, particularly among adolescents, who often constitute one of the most vulnerable groups in traffic accident statistics. Their risk-taking behavior and lack of driving experience make them highly susceptible to road-related incidents. The recent surge in traffic violations and accidents involving students in Cirebon City highlights the urgent need for educational interventions that are both communicative and contextually relevant. This study employs a qualitative case study approach with a design-based component, aiming not only to explore adolescent perceptions of traffic safety but also to develop a culturally appropriate print comic as an educational medium. The research was conducted at SMAK Terang Bangsa Cirebon, selected as a representative site for contextualizing comic-based intervention. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and thematic content analysis of student responses. The research was carried out in two phases: an initial exploratory stage to understand students’ knowledge, behaviors, and media preferences, followed by the design and evaluation of a comic showcase tailored to their socio-cultural realities. The findings suggest that comics can effectively convey traffic safety messages in a relatable and engaging manner, stimulate personal reflection, and raise awareness of safer driving behaviors among high school students. These results demonstrate the potential of thematically designed educational comics as an alternative medium for promoting traffic safety awareness among adolescents, especially within the context of urban secondary education. Conceptualizing CLIL for Chinese Higher Education: An Interdisciplinary English Teaching Approach

Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) has gained global prominence as a dual-focused pedagogical approach that teaches subject content through an additional language. However, in Chinese higher education, CLIL remains relatively nascent and conceptually underdeveloped despite growing interest. This study addresses this gap by proposing a CLIL approach tailored to Chinese universities, emphasizing interdisciplinary integration of subject content and English language learning. Drawing on a comprehensive review of CLIL literature and Chinese educational practices, this study develops a conceptual framework for implementing CLIL in tertiary English education. The proposed framework outlines key components for effective integration: dual-focused learning objectives (disciplinary knowledge and language proficiency), collaboration between language and content instructors, and pedagogical strategies for content-rich language use. This interdisciplinary model demonstrates how aligning English teaching with diverse academic content can simultaneously enhance students’ language skills and subject understanding. The study concludes that this context-sensitive CLIL framework can enrich curriculum design and teaching practices in Chinese higher education. It offers practical implications for educators and policymakers, suggesting that integrating content and language instruction can improve learning outcomes and better prepare students for an interdisciplinary, global academic environment.Keywords

Navigating identity: the experiences of Chinese women adopted into families

IntroductionThis qualitative study explores the experiences of 12 Chinese women, aged 18–22, adopted by White families in the United States. While China’s one-child policy led to the international adoption of thousands of Chinese girls (1979–2015), qualitative research on their perspective about their adoption and cultural identity remains limited. Adoption is often misunderstood and stigmatized, particularly regarding its lasting impact. This study uses the intersectionality theoretical framework to understand the unique experiences of being Asian and adopted.Methods12 participants took part in 60- to 90-min semi-structured interviews conducted in person or via Zoom. 17 questions explored topics such as feelings about adoption, identity, and experiences with racism. Narrative and thematic content analysis were used to interpret the data.ResultsAll participants expressed gratitude for being adopted but many felt embarrassed and uncomfortable discussing adoption, especially in childhood. Their environments shaped how they navigated identity—those in less diverse areas felt especially alienated. Many identified more with White culture than Asian culture. Most felt a stronger connection to White culture than to their Asian heritage and faced challenges being fully accepted by either White or culturally Asian peer groups. Every participant recounted instances of racism or being subjected to stereotypes.DiscussionFindings emphasize the importance of awareness and support from families, peers, and professionals. Social workers should consider adoptees’ cultural identity and emotional experiences in assessments and therapy. Educating adoptive families and partners on racial and cultural dynamics can reduce isolation and strengthen support for transracial adoptees.

Student-Doctor Method for Clinical Training Among Phase III Part II MBBS Students

Introduction: The Student–Doctor method, recommended by the National Medical Commission (NMC) under the Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum, aims to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical clinical exposure. It provides medical students with longitudinal patient care experiences and fosters active participation in diagnosis, treatment, and patient communication. This study evaluated the feasibility and effectiveness of implementing the Student–Doctor method among Phase III Part II MBBS students in the Department of General Medicine at a medical college in Coimbatore. Materials and Methods: A mixed-methods study was conducted among 60 final-year MBBS students posted in General Medicine. Students were divided equally into five units and underwent a pre-test consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) via Google Forms. Cases were allotted for longitudinal follow-up under faculty supervision, following the Student–Doctor model. After a one-week clerkship experience, students presented their cases, and a post-test along with structured feedback questionnaires was administered. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS version 27, employing paired t-tests for pre- and post-test comparisons, while qualitative feedback was subjected to thematic content analysis. Results: The results demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in clinical knowledge. The mean pre-test score in the May batch increased from 16.3 to 20.26, and in the June batch from 17.13 to 21.26, with p-values <0.001 in both groups. Student feedback was highly positive, with the majority rating the teaching quality, faculty support, communication opportunities, and patient engagement as excellent or very good. Conclusion: The Student–Doctor method proved to be an effective and feasible model for clinical training, significantly enhancing clinical competencies and receiving favorable acceptance from students. This approach aligns with CBME goals and strengthens the development of patient-centered, competent future physicians.

This study examines the creative content ideas on Instagram @cretivox in maintaining its existence as a creative media amid the increasingly competitive digital industry. The problem addressed in this research is how the creative ideas implemented in the content of Instagram @cretivox contribute to sustaining Cretivox's existence as a creative media. The purpose of this research is to analyze the creative elements used in Cretivox’s content and to understand the role of content in building engagement with the audience. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative content analysis method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that Cretivox consistently applies creative content ideas that reflect the four functions of media according to Denis McQuail: information, correlation, continuity, and entertainment. This implementation is evident through the use of hashtags as brand identity, engaging visuals, a distinctive tone of voice, and relevant content themes that contribute to building strong brand positioning and maintaining its existence as a creative media platform.

Can Support for Homosexuality Reduce the Prevalence of Mental Health Problems among LGBTQ+ Individuals to Levels Comparable to the General Population? A Second-Order Systematic Review with Thematic Analysis

Objective: This article addresses whether extensive support for homosexuality—accompanying its increased prevalence—has been able to reduce the prevalence of mental disorders among homosexuals in supportive countries to normal population levels. Method: This study was conducted in two phases. The first phase employed a secondary systematic review method and examined 68 reviews on the public health and mental health of homosexuals in supportive countries. In the second phase, using the thematic content analysis method, the semantic units extracted from the articles were condensed under sub-themes, which then formed themes at a higher level. Results: Supporting homosexuality has not reduced mental health issues in this group to levels observed in the general population, even in supportive countries. In addition to minority stress, other stressors (such as infectious diseases, cancer, childlessness, and the pathologic nature of homosexuality) are the main barriers to reducing the prevalence of mental disorders among homosexuals. Conclusion: Based on these findings, this study suggests revisiting the policy of extreme support for homosexuality and preventing scientific research concerning the correlation between this behavior and criminality and other mental disorders—under the pretext of homophobia.

Stakeholder priorities for ART initiation and early retention strategies in Malawi: a qualitative study comparing international and national perspectives

IntroductionNew or returning antiretroviral therapy (ART) clients are largely ineligible for differentiated service delivery (DSD) models. These clients are at increased risk of treatment interruption and may benefit from flexible care models, but stakeholder buy-in may limit progress on interventions for this population. We qualitatively explored stakeholder perceptions and decision-making criteria for scaling DSD models for new or returning ART clients in Malawi.MethodsWe conducted in-depth interviews with internationally-based stakeholders (from foundations, multilateral organizations, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs)) and Malawi-based stakeholders (from the Malawi Ministry of Health and local implementing partners). Interviews included two think-aloud scenarios in which participants rated and described their perceptions of (1) the relative priority of five criteria (cost, effectiveness, acceptability, feasibility, and equity) in determining which interventions to implement for new or returning ART clients and (2) the relative priority of seven potential interventions (monetary incentives, non-monetary incentives, community-based care, ongoing peer/mentor support and counseling, eHealth, facility-based interventions, and multi-month dispensing) for the same population. Interviews were completed in English via video conference and were audio-recorded. Transcriptions were coded using ATLAS.ti version 9. We examined the data using thematic content analysis and explored differences between international and national stakeholders.ResultsWe interviewed twenty-two stakeholders between October 2021-March 2022. Thirteen were based internationally and nine were based in Malawi. Both groups prioritized client acceptability, but diverged on other criteria: international stakeholders prioritized effectiveness and Malawi-based stakeholders prioritized cost, feasibility, and sustainability. Both stakeholder groups were most interested in facility-based DSD models such as multi-month dispensing and extended facility hours. Nearly all stakeholders described person-centered care as a critical focus to incorporate into all DSD models.ConclusionsNational and international stakeholders support DSD models for new or returning ART clients. Client acceptability and sustainability should be prioritized to address the concerns of nationally-based stakeholders. Future studies should explore reasons for differences in national and international stakeholders’ priorities and how to ensure that local perspectives are incorporated into funding and programmatic decisions.

Pengaruh Sumber Daya Yang Unik, Kepemimpinan, Penerapan Efisiensi, Terhadap Peningkatan Kerja Di Mediasi Motivasi dan Di Moderasi Umur: Literature Review

Abstract : This study also opens up space for further quantitative data-based studies to examine the relationship between variables in greater depth. Objective : This study aims to examine the influence of unique resources, leadership, and efficiency on organizational performance improvement, considering the mediating role of work motivation and the moderating role of age. Method : This study was conducted using a systematic literature review approach on ten selected academic articles relevant to the research theme. Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis techniques and presented in the form of narratives, tables, and quotations from the original sources. Results : The research findings indicate that unique resources, strategic leadership, and efficiency have a positive relationship with organizational performance. Work motivation was found to to be a significant mediator in strengthening this relationship. Meanwhile, age as a moderator variable showed varying influences based on workforce generation groups. These findings contribute significantly to the development of human resource management theory and organizational practices that are more contextual and adaptive.

A study on the Configuration path of the communication effect of urban short videos: fsQCA analysis based on socio-technical systems theory

Urban short videos have become an important vehicle to promote city branding, cultural communication and economic development. This study adopts the fuzzy set stereotyping comparative analysis (fsQCA) method to analyse 120 sample cases based on the Jieyin platform by focusing on two dimensions, namely, social and technological, and refining antecedent variables such as content theme, emotional tendency, topic guidance, title length, content duration and presentation form. It is found that there are three configurations of high communication effect of urban short videos, namely, socially dominant, technologically dominant and socio-technical synergistic. Positive emotional tendency and medium content length are indispensable conditions for efficient communication of urban short videos, and at the same time, based on the precise grasp of the communication subject on the tone of the content, we should also flexibly adopt differentiated strategies, and maximise the communication effect of urban short videos through the coupling of multi-dimensional elements. The effect is maximised through the coupling and linkage of multi-dimensional elements.
