Analysis Of Birth Certificate Issuance Services For Children Resulting From Siri Marriages In The Population And Civil Registration Office Of Central Bengkulu District

This research focuses on the issue of issuing birth certificates to children from siri marriages in Bengkulu Tengah Regency. The purpose of this research is to understand the process of birth certificate issuance services for children from siri marriage, identify the obstacles that arise in the process, and evaluate the efforts made by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bengkulu Tengah Regency in improving birth certificate issuance services for children from siri marriage. This research uses descriptive research methods, qualitative descriptive methods are research methods based on the philosophy of postpositivism used to research on natural object conditions where the researcher is a research instrument and the results of the writing are in the form of words or statements that match the actual situation. The data collection source describes the analysis method using reduction, presentation, and conclusion.The service procedures for making deeds have navigated the procedures and regulations that apply. 2. Determinants of Stunting in Indonesia: Investigating Key Factors Influencing Child Growth

Stunting is a condition of growth failure that occurs in children, especially those under the age of five, caused by chronic poor nutritional intake and recurrent infectious diseases. Stunting is a social problem that has an impact on child development and the achievement of human resource quality. This study employed a cross-sectional design to investigate stunting in children in Tapanuli Tengah Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The sample consisted of 402 children from five districts, chosen for their focus on stunting prevention. Data collection involved mother interviews and measuring children's length/height-for-age indicators. The study examined a variety of family and child characteristics, including age, gender, father's occupation, family income, birth weight, birth length, and disease history. Multiple Logistic Regression is used to analyze the determinant impact of stunting events on children under five. It was found that 23.4% of stunted children in Tapanuli Tengah Regency. The results of the study show that there was a significant influence of birth length and history of illness on the incidence of stunting. History of illness is the dominant risk factor for stunting, with an odds ratio (OR) of 1.8 with a Confidence Interval (CI) value of 1.120-2. 895. This informs that children who have a history of illness are almost 2 times more likely to be stunted than children who do not have a history of the disease. This study highlights the prevalence of stunting in Tapanuli Tengah Regency and its association with birth length and a history of illness. Interventions to combat stunting should target improving birth length and addressing children's history of illness. These findings align with existing literature on stunting in Indonesia and underscore the need for targeted interventions. Stunting remains a critical public health concern in Indonesia, necessitating context-specific efforts in Tapanuli Tengah Regency

The Relationship between Mother's Knowledge and the Incident of Stunting in Toddlers at the Mundar Village Polindes, South Labuan Amas District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency in 2024

Stunting is stunted growth caused by a lack of nutritional intake due to a diet that does not meet long-term needs. South Kalimantan Province is in the top 3 provinces with the highest reduction in stunting (-5.4%) in 2022 based on the SSGI results released by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Initially in 2021 stunting in South Kalimantan reached 30.0% and in 2022 it decreased by 24.6%. With a figure of 24.6%, reducing stunting is still a priority for South Kalimantan to achieve the target of 14% in 2024. Based on data from the Hulu Sungai Tengah district health service in 2020, the figure was 10%, experiencing a decrease in 2021 with a figure of 9.44%, and in in 2022 there will be an increase of 31.10%. This research is analytical research. With a Cross Sectional approach. The research results showed that the majority of mothers had sufficient knowledge and 21 children were not stunted (33.9%), 9 children were stunted (14.5%), and there was insufficient knowledge with the incidence of stunted children being 13 people (21.0%). and there were 2 children (3.2%) who were not stunted, while there were 0 people (0%) with good knowledge and stunted babies, and 17 people (27.4%) who were not stunted. Based on the results of the chi square test, it was found that there was a relationship between maternal knowledge and the incidence of stunting at the Mundar Village Polindes with a P value = 0.000. It is recommended that the Mundar Village Polindes, South Labuan Amas District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency further increase health education activities related to health and education for mothers with babies and toddlers about preventing stunting through improving child nutrition.

Communication to Accelerate Reduction of Stunting Among Health Personnel In The Hulu Sungai Tengah

According to WHO, stunting is short or very short based on height for age less than 2 standard deviations on the growth curve due to irreversible conditions resulting from inadequate nutritional intake within 1000 HPK. The government has accommodated stunting through the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Program with the National Action Plan using the Stunting Risk Family Approach. The aim of the research is to analyze the barriers to health communication carried out by Nutrition Workers, Midwives and Health Promotion in the Community and Health Representative as well as the Health Communication Strategy in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency data using case studies, interviews, observations and documentation. The results show that the Health Communication has been implemented according to the program but the acceptance of information from the community is correlated with economic, educational and cultural levels turns out to have a big influence on the community's mindset in understanding the stunting.

Internalization of Tarbiyah Khuluqiyah for Children in Langgar Darut Taqwa Palajau Village

The purposes of this scientific article is to describe the meaning of Tarbiyah Khuluqiyah in the context of the Al-Quran and Hadith, Internalization of Tarbiyah Khuluqiyah in Daily Life in Children in Langgar Darut Taqwa Palajau Village analyze the challenges in internalizing these values in children at Palajau Village. This research method is field research and intersection four qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are 2 imams of Langgar Darut Taqwa. The object is the internalization of Tarbiyah Khuluqiyah of children in Langgar Darut Taqwa Palajau Village. Data collection of this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The research location is at the intersection of four Palajau Villages, Pandawan District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The results of this study are in the form of internalization of Tarbiyah Khuluqiyah in children at the intersection of four Palajau Villages which is carried out by carrying out various strategies, namely through exemplary, giving advice, mentoring, and giving rewards and punishments. Tarbiyah Khuluqiyah there has two challenges, namely due to the influence of socialization and social media. Tarbiyah Khuluqiyah also plays an important role in the formation of children with character which is reflected in several things, namely the formation of moral awareness, character development based on Tarbiyah Khuluqiyah values and social interaction. Penyuluhan Peningkatan Belajar Bahasa Inggris Berbasis English for Specific Purposes (ESP) di Madrasah Aliyah NW Jeruk Manis

The objective of community service is to train Madrasah Aliyah (MA) NW Jeruk Manis teachers in learning English for a specific purpose (ESP). The method used in the implementation of community service activities at NW Jeruk Manis is the role-playing method, which uses a learning model that is oriented to specific needs. The learning scenario is used as a concept in a hotel, with the topic "at the hotel". The course of learning: (1) listening and seeing picture explanations about restaurant and restaurant waiter expressions, (2) acting as customers and waiters, (3) making transactional and interpersonal conversations and monologues in English, (4) practicing the above conversation seriously as if it happened and it is very important to do in real life, (5) each member of the group presents it and discusses it together under the supervision of the teacher, (6) correctly recites words with good pronunciation, (7) practice making conversations with topics others related to the world of work and in the context of daily life, (8) working with groups to make conversations recorded on CD or video, (9) creating themselves to be practiced outside of school hours, and (10) finding other examples that are often used in natural conversation. Service was held at MA NW Jeruk Manis Pemepek village Pringgarata district Lombok Tengah Regency. Subjects are language teachers with 3 hours of learning time.

Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB), Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum Dan Dana Alokasi Khusus Terhadap Belanja Daerah Di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Economic Growth (GRDP), Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund on Regional Expenditure in South Central Timor Regency. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially the economic growth variable has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure, the regional own-source revenue variable has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure, the general allocation fund variable has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure and the special allocation fund variable has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure in South Central Timor Regency. Simultaneously or together, the variables of economic growth, local revenue, general allocation funds and special allocation funds have a significant effect on regional expenditure in South Timor Tengah Regency.

The performance of arabica coffee farmers in implementing good agricultural practices in Aceh Tengah, Indonesia

Abstract A significant portion of the population in Aceh Tengah Regency is engaged in the cultivation of Gayo Arabica coffee, which has profoundly affected the local economy. The people of Aceh Tengah Regency rely heavily on producing Arabic coffee. In order to enhance the yield of Arabica coffee, the farmer must implement Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). This research uses a purposive sampling technique, a qualitative descriptive analysis method to determine the level of implementation of GAP, multiple linear regression analysis to determine the factors that influence the productivity of Gayo Arabica coffee in Central Aceh Regency, the F test, R Square, and t-test are used to determine differences in the application of GAP between coffee farmers. Those who implement GAP well and those who don’t. The study results show that the level of GAP implementation in Arabica coffee in Central Aceh District reached 80.23%, which indicates a high level of compliance with recommended practices. The multiple linear regression test shows that several variables have a significant influence on the productivity of Gayo Arabica coffee in terms of GAP. These variables include land preparation, irrigation systems, seed preparation, planting, and nurturing. Meanwhile, the harvesting and post-harvesting processes have a small impact.

The Potential of Community Forest Development through Agroforestry Pattern of Medicinal Plants on Marginal Land in Lombok Tengah, Indonesia

Abstract Lombok Tengah Regency has community forest areas that have the potential to be developed. Current conditions show that many community forests in Lombok Tengah have been developed on marginal land and generally have not implemented intensive land management practices. Thus, land productivity has not been achieved optimally. Improving the quality of marginal land requires intensive land management practices to achieve a balance of ecological, social, and economic functions. The agroforestry pattern is an effort that can be implemented to increase the land productivity of community forests in Lombok Tengah. Agroforestry is a land management system that has great potential to be developed in community forests because it can improve ecological, social, and economic functions. However, not all farmers know the appropriate pattern to increase the productivity of their land. The study aims to determine appropriate land management patterns to be developed in community forests in Lombok Tengah. The method is a focus group discussion (FGD) with 40 farmers in Emboan, Mangkung Village, Lombok Tengah Regency. The study results showed that 78% of farmers in Emboan choose an agroforestry pattern with medicinal plants, especially rhizome types. In comparison, 22% of farmers choose to plant multi-purpose tree species (MPTS) and food crops. Ginger/jahe (Zingiber officinale), galangal/lengkuas (Alpinia galanga), and lemongrass/serai (Cymbopogon citratus) are the most suitable medicinal plants based on biophysical and socio-economic conditions to be developed on community forest in Emboan, Mangkung Village, Lombok Tengah Regency.

Technical-technology aspect and financial analysis of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L) flour processing agroindustry in Lampung province

Lampung Province is one of the Sumatra archipelago's fifth sweet potato-producing provinces. To provide added value and encourage the growth of agro-industry in Lampung Province, the development of sweet potato flour processing is needed. This study aims to determine the business feasibility of sweet potato flour in Lampung Province from raw materials, technical technology, and financial aspects. The research involved agencies and related institutions in Lampung Province and Lampung Tengah Regency. The research method used was a survey and interview method. The data obtained were analyzed in stages using the Exponential Comparison Method (ECM) and business feasibility analysis. The finding showed that the SP flour agro-industry is feasible to be established with a capacity of 4 tons of fresh SP as raw material in Way Pengubuan, Lampung Tengah District, Lampung Province. The project needs an initial investment capital of 3.36 billion and an annual operational capital of 14.44 billion. The project is projected to yield an NPV value of IDR. 1,320,768,285 over a 10-year business projection period, with an IRR of 21%, Net B/C of 1.11, and a PBP of 4 years and 17 days.

Physical Education Teacher Creativity in Increasing Students' Interest in Learning At the Bengkulu Tengah Regency State Middle School

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kreativitas guru penjas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 8 orang guru Penjas dari delapan SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Teknik. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui guru penjas pada usia 20-29 tahun sebanyak 3 orang, guru berusia 30-39 tahun sebanyak 3 orang, guru berusia 40-49 sebanyak 2 orang. Diketahui juga semua guru penjas yang mengajar tingkat pendidikan terakhir adalah S1. Dengan 5 orang guru S1 jurusan penjas dan 3 orang lulusan S1 bukan jurusan penjas. Berdasarkan hasil angket dan wawancara dapat diketahui skor rata-rata angket dari delapan guru penjas menggunakan lima aspek kreatifitas adalah 74,5% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan kreatifitas guru penjas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah termasuk dalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci : Guru Penjas, Kreativitas, Minat Belajar Abstract This research aims to determine the level of creativity of physical education teachers in increasing students' interest in learning at State Middle Schools in Central Bengkulu Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this research were 8 Physical Education teachers from eight State Middle Schools in Central Bengkulu Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of observations, it is known that there are 3 physical education teachers aged 20-29 years, 3 teachers aged 30-39 years, 2 teachers aged 40-49. It is also known that all physical education teachers who teach at the highest level of education are S1. With 5 undergraduate teachers majoring in physical education and 3 undergraduate graduates not majoring in physical education. Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews, it can be seen that the average questionnaire score from eight physical education teachers using the five aspects of creativity is 74.5% which is included in the good category and the interview results with an average score of 4 which is included in the good category. So it can be concluded that the creativity of physical education teachers in increasing students' interest in learning at State Middle Schools in Central Bengkulu Regency is included in the good category. Feasibility of Haruan Snakehead Fish Breeding Units for Recipients of Non-Cash Government Assistance Revitalization of People's Seedling Units (UPR) in Hulu Sungai Tengah District, South Kalimantan Province

Haruan snakehead fish, as one of Indonesia's fisheries germplasm wealth, has an important role as a source of animal protein and buffers the stability of inflation rates in the Kalimantan region. The feasibility factor is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of the local fisheries sector and related government policies at the regional level. The research aims to analyze the feasibility of the local haruan fish hatchery business for recipients of government assistance in the form of revitalizing the People's Hatchery Unit (UPR) in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Research activities take place in the Mufakat Group, Mahang Baru Village, South Labuan Amas District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency - Province South Kalimantan. Sampling was carried out using the proportional sampling method, namely samples were taken deliberately from Haruan snakehead fish cultivators who received grant assistance. The total number of respondents was 1 Cultivator Group. Feasibility of the Haruan snakehead fish hatchery unit for recipients of non-cash government assistance for revitalizing people's hatchery units (UPR) in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan Province Hulu Sungai Tengah, South Kalimantan Province, with different discount rates, the present value (NPV) snakehead fish cultivation business obtained a value of Rp. 189,533,025, which shows that this project can provide financial benefits. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value of 56% indicates a fairly high rate of return, exceeding the interest rate generally available on the market. TIME AND COST EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS OF ACEH TENGAH REGENCY POM WORKSHOP PROJECT: A CRITICAL PATH METHOD APPROACH

The study addresses construction delays in the Aceh Tengah Regency POM Workshop project, valued at IDR 6,414,000,000 and spanning approximately 1,507 m2 across two floors. Motivated by the need for a comprehensive understanding of activity relationships and critical paths, the research aims to assess project duration, costs, and efficiency. Employing the Critical Path Method (CPM) due to data constraints, the study elucidates activity dependencies, network planning, and critical paths. Data collected from relevant stakeholders include schedule and cost budget plans. The analysis reveals a potential acceleration of 21 days, reducing the project duration from 126 to 105 days with a 99.74% probability. Cost control indicates an escalation to IDR 6,949,573,170.20 after calculating direct costs, with a daily increase of 0.92%. The findings underscore the significance of CPM in project management, offering insights into optimizing timelines and costs. The study highlights the importance of efficient project management methodologies in addressing construction delays and managing project budgets effectively.

Socio-Religious Values in The Manyanggar Banua Ceremony in The Barikin Sungai Tengah Hulu Selatan Community Kalimantan, Indonesia

The research aims to analyze the social and religious values of the Menyanggar Banua Ceremony in Barikin Community in Hulu Sungai Tengah, South Kalimantan, which is also knwn as Babungan Tahun and Annual Wayang. The Menyanggar Banua ritual aims to purify the village by removing all negative elements that disturb the welfare of the community. This research uses historical methods, which include heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The initial stage of this research includes heuristics, collecting historical sources, primary and secondary data. The next stages include External Criticism and Internal Criticism. The results of this research show that the Menyanggar Ceremony in the Barikin Community in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan Province has religious meaning, especially in the beliefs and sacredness associated with the masks used in the ceremony, such as the Sangkala Mask or Batarakala which is believed by Zuriah Datu Taruna. The Manyanggar Banua ceremony in the village of Barikin Hulu Sungai Tengah contains important social values ​​such as Gaturahmi, Mutual Cooperation, Cooperation and Gotong Royong. These values ​​are essential for the proper conduct of ceremonies and provide valuable lessons for social life.

Analysis of Contribution and Comparison of Original Regional Income (PAD) of Lombok Tengah Regency Before and After the Development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone

This research aims to analyze the contribution and comparison of Lombok Tengah Regency's Original Regional Income before and after the development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. This research uses quantitative methods. The location of this research is in Lombok Tengah Regency, while the research object is Regional Original Income before and after the development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. The data analysis used is contribution analysis and comparison tests using the paired sample t test. The research results show that: (1) The contribution of regional taxes before the construction of the Mandalika SEZ was 25.30% and 38.27% after the Mandalika SEZ construction. (2) The contribution of regional levies before the construction of the Mandalika SEZ was 10.60% and 8.16% after the construction of the Mandalika SEZ. (3) The contribution to regional wealth management results that were separated before the construction of the Mandalika SEZ was 5.25% and 4.67% after the construction of the Mandalika SEZ. (4) Other legitimate PAD contributions before the construction of the Mandalika SEZ were 58.85% and 51.43% after the Mandalika SEZ construction. (5) There is a difference in regional taxes before and after the construction of the Mandalika SEZ with a significance value of 0.010. (6) There are no differences in regional levies, results of separated wealth management, other PAD and local original income before and after the construction of the Mandalika SEZ with significance values of 0.788, 0.896, 0.786, 0.377.

Exploration and Diseases Identification of the Leaf Spots on Palm Oil in Tapanuli Tengah Regency

Penyakit bercak daun adalah penyakit yang banyak ditemukan pada pembibitan kelapa sawit khusunya di Main-Nursery. Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui jenis jamur penyebab penyakit bercak daun dan tingkat serangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan mengambil sampel bibit secara acak. Sampel ini diambil di 4 lokasi yakni di Kecamatan Maduamas, Maduamas Lama, Sirandorung, dan Kolang. Sampel diambil kemudian diisolasi dan diidentfikasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan tiga jamur penyebab penyakit bercak daun yaitu, Curvularia sp, pestalotiopsis, dan Fusarium. Hasil penelitian intensitas serangan penyakit tertinggi yaitu di Lokasi Manduamas Curvularia sp dengan intensitas penyakit 54%.

Implementation Of Central Aceh Regency Government Policy In Ecotourism Development

The Aceh Tengah Regency ecotourism development policy is based on the Qanun RIPPARDA since 2018-2025. On its way, the development of ecotourism over the past five years has not had a significant impact. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the Aceh Tengah regency government policy in the development of ecotourism and what are the obstacles faced by the Aceh Tengah regency government in implementing the policy. The aim in this this research are to find out and explain the implementation of the policy of the Central Aceh district government in the development of ecotourism and provide an overview of the obstacles experienced by the Central Aceh district government in implementing policies on ecotourism development. This research is a qualitative research by applying descriptive analysis method and empirical juridical approach. The results showed that the ecotourism development policy in Central Aceh Regency has not been supported by separate implementing regulations such as regulations within the scope of tourism destinations, tourism industry, marketing and tourism institutions based on the provisions of tourism legislation. Constraints faced in policy implementation include, among others, a regulatory vacuum that has an impact on the emergence of illegal businesses, the non-absorption of local revenue in the field of tourism to the maximum, and the emergence of ecotourism businesses that do not rely on environmental protection, the high cost of licensing administration in the field of environmental impact control and the behaviour of people who are not friendly to tourists

The abundance of ants (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) and their ecological roles as predators in Arabica coffee plantations with different densities of shade trees

Shade-grown coffee, incorporated in an agroforestry system, is a common practice of coffee plantations in Aceh Tengah Regency, Aceh Province, Indonesia. Coffee is grown under the shade of a canopy of surrounding trees. Shade trees reduce excessive light and provide a home for various predatory animals, including predatory ants. Some growers plant a dense population of shade trees, while others plant less shade trees. A study to investigate the diversity of ants and their abundance in different densities of shade trees has been conducted from April until August 2023. Ants were sampled from coffee trees (arboreal ants) in two coffee plantations with dense populations of shade trees and two plantations with sparse shade trees. We found 13 ant species in both categories of plantations (combined). All ant species were found in sparsely shaded coffee plantations, and only five were recorded from densely shaded plantations. However, the abundance of ants was much higher in densely shaded plantations than in sparsely shaded plantations. The ant genera Technomyrmex and Componatus were the dominant ants found in sparsely shaded plantations, while the dominant ants in densely shaded plantations were the genera Componatus and Crematogaster. These ants are known as general predators and potentially are predators of coffee berry borer (CBB), a significant pest in the area. This research has shown how different densities of shade trees in coffee plantations affected the ant fauna, which could be used as a basis for ant conservation to increase their ecosystem service as predators.
