Pelatihan Penggunaan Sistem Aplikasi Manajemen Prospek Donatur Pada Panti Yatim Indonesia (PYI) Bekasi

Information technology is a series of computer-based systems that can assist business processes in making decisions that affect an organization so that the organization is able to face challenges in the current era. It is time for all activities and activities to also take advantage of the latest technology-based information systems. As part of the community in an effort to carry out one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the form of community service. This community service activity aims to collect data on prospects for orphanage donors, namely in the form of Donor Prospect Management Application System Training at the Duta Harapan Indonesian Orphanage (PYI) Bekasi City Branch. Donor prospects are usually obtained from donor search activities or donor prospects who contact the orphanage. By using this application system, the management or management of donor prospect data will be much more efficient and effective, namely from recording and reporting as well as data analysis. This application system simultaneously records donor data, namely data on prospects for donors who have the status of being donors or paying infaq which is urgently needed by the orphanage. The results of this training activity are felt to be useful for the orphanage to increase insight and knowledge as well as ease in carrying out daily controls or supervision as well as being beneficial to the running of daily operations.

The use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia: a systematic literature review

Purpose: Electronic medical records (EMR) are information technology-based systems that store and manage patient medical data. EMR are beneficial for improving healthcare services' efficiency, effectiveness, and security. The COVID-19 pandemic has driven the adoption of EMR, but there are still challenges, such as the surge in patient numbers and problems with EMR filling. This study aimed to investigate the use of EMR in hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. 
 Method: This study was a systematic literature review using the PRISMA diagram. Article search was conducted based on the PICO model eligibility criteria. The articles used were retrieved from 3 databases: Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and Cerdika. The researcher limited the publication year of the journals to 2020-2021, when the COVID-19 pandemic was ongoing, and added the keyword "COVID-19" to the journals published in 2022-2023. 
 Results: The results of the study showed that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact and the need for the implementation of EMR due to its various benefits, such as improving the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services, facilitating access to patient health information, increasing collaboration among healthcare workers, accelerating the process of clinical decision-making, and improving the security and accuracy of health data. However, implementing EMR during the COVID-19 pandemic has only sometimes been smooth. Some challenges include suboptimal infrastructure, untrained human resources, and inadequate policies. 
 Conclusion: To overcome these challenges, efforts from various parties, including the government, hospitals, and healthcare workers, are needed.

PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS SIA DAN KEMAMPUAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI PEMODERASI

In this digital era, the development of technology-based information systems is progressing very rapidly. The emergence of corporate awareness of the importance of using this technology has a good impact on the company. With the development of information systems, of course, every company is competing to use information systems to improve company performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the ability of users to be moderated by work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 36 people, the method of determining the sample using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 32 samples. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the effect of the effectiveness of the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the user's ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study also found that work motivation strengthens the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems and user capabilities on employee performance.

PEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI PADA MANAJEMEN PEMBIAYAAN SEKOLAH

Financing management has become a very important requirement in organizations or companies, including in the world of education. With good financing management, accountability and transparency in financial management will be achieved. Utilization of technology-based information systems in school financing management will greatly facilitate school work, and will even lead to increased public trust. Using a qualitative descriptive research approach, through an interview process with the principal, vice principal and school treasurer, as well as documentation, it was found that the government had made a good reporting system for School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds through the ARKAS application. The web-based application is used by both public and private schools. SD Muhammadiyah 7 Bandung as a private school that relies heavily on public trust, has developed an integrated information system through the SIMUTU application, but it is not yet 100% integrated so it is still equipped with separate financial reporting using the excel program and printing paper documents, especially for the audit process internally carried out by the foundation. The process of planning, implementing, monitoring, reporting and accountability, as a cost management process, has been well managed. This is thanks to the role of the Muhammadiyah foundation, through the Bandung City PDM, which has implemented strict monitoring and evaluation of financing.

Bibliometric analysis of information systems in infection prevention and control

The development of publications utilizing the Scopus database is analyzed in this study. The VOSviewer software tool is employed to construct and visualize a bibliometric network. After filtering 3,114 published documents from the Scopus database spanning 2003-2022, 314 articles are deemed suitable for analysis. Through the utilization of VOSviewer and the visualization of co-occurrence networks based on keywords, 47 items are categorized into six clusters, each identified by a distinct color. The findings of the research indicate that publications on infection prevention and control within information systems have not been affected negatively by the COVID-19 pandemic; instead, they have reached their peak in 2021, the highest point observed in the last 20 years. Diverse network relationships among information systems, infection prevention and control, and COVID-19 are revealed through this bibliometric study analysis. The significance and necessity of technology-based information systems in healthcare facilities are also emphasized, highlighting their crucial role in health services. The practical implication of this study is the recognition of the continuous requirement for the enhancement and development of technology-based information systems in order to improve the quality of health services and effectively prevent and control infections in healthcare facilities.

Financial information system user satisfaction and its impact on organizational performance

The successful implementation of the use of a comprehensive financial information system in Ministries/Institutions in the form of developing an Institutional Level Financial Accounting System (SAKTI) is important in supporting the management of the state budget so that it can run effectively and efficiently. Human, technological, and organizational variables all play an important role in the development of information technology-based information systems. This study aims to measure and evaluate the factors that influence the success of the Financial Accounting System at the Agency Level with the Modification of the Delone and Mclean Models. This research is a quantitative analysis utilizing survey-based primary data. Respondents to this study were SAKTI users at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of PUPR. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method (census). The analysis technique in this study used the SEM Structural Equation Model with the SmartPLS program. The results of hypothesis testing show system quality, information quality, service quality, and user training positively impact user satisfaction. In addition, user satisfaction also has a positive effect on organizational performance.

DeLone and McLean Model Testing upon The Information System Implementation of New Student Enrolment at Junior High school Level in Pekalongan City

The information technology based Information System in education has been used in responding the change and as a tool in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness, especially for the online system of new student admission (<em>PPDB</em>). The Pekalongan City Education, since 2014, has developed an online junior high school New Student Admission application. This system was built to handle the process of admitting new students, from registration, selection to announcement of selection result. Even though it has been implemented for 6 years, the measurement of the success of implementing PPDB online has not been carried out. The purpose of researching is to determine the success of implementing the PPDB online information system for junior high school level. The modified DeLone and McLean model was used to measure the success of online <em>PPDB. </em>Research respondents were all admin and operators of the online PPDB system as many as 92 respondents. The data analysis method for processing variables used linear regression statistical analysis. The test results show that system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction have a significant and significant effect on net benefits, so that users benefit from the online PPDB information system.

Peran Teknologi Dalam Perkembangan E-Business

The introduction of technology in business is just one example of how the trading system in Indonesia has advanced over the years. The availability of electronic commerce has the potential to speed things up, save money and make buying and selling of goods, services, clothing, food, and other goods much quicker. The purpose of this research is to investigate how information technology contributes to the growth of e-business. This qualitative research uses data from a literature review. Especially with the internet, the rapid development of information technology has emerged as the main means of obtaining information quickly and simply. The Internet is a global computer network that connects the whole world together. People can get all the information they need from the internet. The internet can also be used to search for data or information, making it easier for the general public to get the information and communication they need. This research shows that the application of a technology-based information system within a company can provide benefits for the company such as supporting operational and managerial activities and being able to provide data that has good analytical skills in calculating data.

DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT LEARNING MEDIA BASED ON MEDICAL RECORD INFORMATION SYSTEM

In order to improve the quality and quantity of the learning process, the Medical Records Laboratory has supporting facilities, so that each student can carry out the practice of managing medical record documents and information in accordance with their competence. Information technology-based information systems are currently not available in the Medical Records Laboratory, so that when students do practicum it is not effective and efficient, therefore the availability of information technology-based information systems needs to exist. This study aims to determine the design of information systems, and build a medical record laboratory information system at Medica Farma Husada Mataram Polytechnic, including: Old and alternative system design, Database Design, ERD (Entity Relational Diagram), UML (Unified Modeling Language) Design, Interface Implementation. This research is qualitative research using the waterfall method. The results showed that the hierarchy of the information system for the Medical Records Laboratory of the Medica Farma Husada Mataram Polytechnic was made by the Php program and was also accompanied by the use of a MySQL database integrated with a good security system. The process consists of Patient Registration, Polyclinic Data Collection, Doctor Data Collection, Drug Data Collection, and the Output consists of Patient data reports, Print Out Pasie data, Polyclinic data reports, Doctor data reports, Drug Data Reports. The conclusion of this research is that the design of an information system-based Medical Records Laboratory consists of 3 menus, namely patients, doctors and medical records officers.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pembelian Bahan Baku Dengan Object Oriented Methodology

The technology-based information system used in the company is very helpful and facilitates work productivity in each company. However, there are still some companies that have not used computerized systems properly. One of them is at PT. Pilar Makmur Utama. There are obstacles in the purchasing process and the slowness of ordering because the admin has to manually calculate raw materials, as well as the frequent loss and scattering of supplier receipts, making it difficult to make reports every month. For this reason, an information system is needed, so that it will facilitate the search for data and the recording process. This system is designed using Unified Modeling Language modeling. So with this system, the problem at PT. The Main Makmur Pillar can be handled properly and help the company's performance to be more effective according to user needs.

PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI

This study aims to determine the effect of education and training on the effectiveness of the use of accounting information systems by conducting empirical testing. This research was conducted in Village Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) throughout Payangan District. The entire population was used as the research sample, as many as 36 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that education had no effect on the effectiveness of using AIS. On the other hand, training has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of using AIS. It is recommended for Village Owned Enterprises in Payangan District to focus more on increasing the effectiveness of the use of technology-based accounting information systems by improving the quality of human resources by providing more training on the use of technology-based accounting information systems, especially for BUM Desa which has just implemented a technology-based information system.

Osase Information System In Web-Based Operation And Device Monitoring At Pt. Telkom Indonesia Arnet Witel Division Medan

PT.Telkom Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. Telkom provides fixed wireline services, fixed wireless telephone services, mobile telephone services, data/internet and other multimedia services. PT.Telkom Indonesia has an information technology-based information system that can support and support employee performance every day. This information technology is a Web-based OSASE Information System. This OSASE information system functions as an early warning against disturbances in the CME (Civil Mechanical Electrical) sub-division system.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN FINTECH LENDING PADA GENERASI MILENIAL

Loan-based fintech systems (fintech lending) allow users to apply for loans online and provide small loan interest, even some fintech lending frees users from loan interest. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the determinants of the use of fintech lending in the millennial generation amid the increasingly rapid development of digital technology-based information systems in various fields. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data, namely through a survey method to respondents who are millennials in the province of Bali with a total of 400 respondents spread across nine regencies/cities in the province of Bali obtained by purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, the data obtained were processed using the SEM-PLS statistical tool. The results show that the perceived benefits of fintech lending system users, economic benefits, transaction speed, and convenience have a positive effect on the use of fintech lending. Meanwhile, the perception of risk perceived by fintech lending users, financial risk, security risk, and operational risk has a negative effect on the use of fintech lending. The results of this study confirm the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) in terms of attitudes towards individual behavior on the influence of subjective norms and user acceptance of an information system that will affect individual interest in using information technology.

PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, KESESUAIAN TUGAS, DAN EFEKTIVITAS SIA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KOPDIT TRI TUNGGAL TUKA

The development of technology-based information systems requires companies and organizations to make changes in the information sector so that they do not lag behind in absorbing information. Accounting is a tool in managing accounting and financial data, so an information system is needed to be able to convey this information to those in need, namely the accounting information system. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Information Technology Utilization, Task Suitability, and Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance at the Tri Tunggal Tuka Credit Cooperative. The sampling method used in this research is the saturated sampling technique, where the saturated sampling technique is used as the sample. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis techniques in this study are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Model Feasibility Test (F Test), Hypothesis Test (t Test), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R^2). The results in the study concluded that the use of information technology, task suitability, and the effectiveness of accounting information systems had a positive effect on employee performance of the Tri Tunggal Tuka Credit Cooperative.

Sistem Informasi Geografis Pelanggaran AKB dan PSBB Berbasis Android Menggunakan Metode Extreme Programming

The importance of providing accurate and real-time information is indispensable in today's era of rapid development of information technology. Along with technological developments, the condition of the Coronnavirus Disease 19 (Covid-19) pandemic is now a task to assist the government in reducing the chance of the spread of Covid-19, where this information technology is used as a means of supporting minimizing the chance of the spread of Covid-19. This study aims to assist the government and those who are authorized in Indonesia in society who violate the New Normal (AKB) and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) regulations by utilizing information systems. The information system in question is an information technology-based information system that records and facilitates data processing of community actions during the PSBB and AKB by the government. The data method used in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. The system design method used is the Extreme Programming system design method. The results of this study are in the form of analysis and design of an Android-based Geographical Information System of New Normal and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) using the Extreme Programming method.

Analysis of E-Bupot System Implementation on Taxpayer Satisfaction

This study aims to examine the application of the e-Bupot system in tax transactions carried out by taxpayers. This study uses measurements, one of which is the effectiveness of a system that is tailored to the needs of users in supporting a business process, including information presented in the right time, in the right format so that it is easy to understand and consistent with the specified format. Indicators of the effectiveness of technology-based information systems are data security indicators, time indicators related to the speed and accuracy of information, accuracy indicators related to the level of freedom from error in information output, reports or output variations indicators related to the completeness of information content and relevance indicators showing the benefits generated from the product or output information. The test in this study used 40 respondents obtained by purposive random sampling in a KPP Pratama. In the test using the F-Test and T-Test through the SPSS program. Based on the test results, it is obtained that taxpayers get satisfaction in implementing the e-Bupot system but financially it does not provide significant benefits.

Application Design For Office Stationary Inventory Management Based On Vb.Net At PT. Hunu Osias Padmada Eara Karawang

The availability of office stationery is very important to make the required work smooth. In order for ATK management to be handled properly, an application is needed to manage ATK inventory data using a technology-based information system so that it becomes a complete information system. The method used by the author in conducting this research is the Waterfall model system development method starting from the specification of user requirements, planning, modeling, and coding. The method of specification of user requirements includes interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation studies. The planning method includes the tasks to be carried out including the risks that may occur and the work schedule. Modeling methods include the design of flow documents, DFD, data dictionary, and ERD. The coding includes a program designer with the VB.Net programming language with SQL Server 2008 database and application testing using black box testing, namely this test is intended to determine whether the functions, inputs and outputs of the software are in accordance with the required specifications. To simplify reporting and recording so that errors do not occur, it is necessary to design and implement a system that can facilitate inter-related functions within the company by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (VB.Net) and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. With the implementation of this system, it is expected will be useful for the company in its operations in the future.

Efforts to increase public participation in assessment information systems use User-Centered Design

Web-based information services in government agencies have various types of designations, such as public information and as a means of assisting the government in making decisions. However, the environment may affect the community so that the ability to comprehend information and the desire to provide information is not optimal. There are information gaps, and the government has difficulty in getting information directly from the public. Therefore, technology-based information systems are important to study in order to reduce information gaps in government institutions. The purpose of this research is for the public to understand easily and increase public participation in the use of technology-based information services using websites. This study discusses the desired website information system in the government based on the User-Centered Design concept to support the successful use in the future. Using a qualitative approach, the focus of this study is the Assessment Information System in the city of Bandung. The results of the study show that there is a need for improvement in terms of design, content, and competent human resources so as to increase public participation and be more optimal in the use of such websites.

Analysis of IT Governance COBIT 5.0 (Case Study: Ministry of Religious Affairs of Batam)

Indonesian Government has developed technology-based information systems in their respective environments as an effort to realize public services that meet standards and achieve citizen service satisfaction, and in line with that as the government's efforts to digitize each business process in the government itself. Ministry of Religious Affairs of Batam that has developed this technology-based information system in implementing activities public services at Sekupang office, KUA, and integrated service places. This study aims to analyze the IT governance that has been applied at Ministry of Religious Affairs of Batam in providing public services. This study uses COBIT 5.0 to analyze IT governance in understanding and finding common ground between the needs of Batam citizen and the strategic plan of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Batam, as well as how to evaluate and monitor IT governance in the actual conditions. This study uses two domains: Plan and Organize (PO) and Monitor and Evaluate (ME), based on the results of questionnaire data processing with 106 respondents, and the average value of the PO domain 3.8 and ME domain 3.9 shows that IT governance is at the Defined Process level. . Found two IT processes with a value of less than 3, namely PO8.1 and PO9.1, it is necessary to recommend improvements to quality management and risk management.
