SUPERVISI AKADEMIK ONLINE: ANALISIS KEKUATAN DAN KELEMAHAN DALAM PEMBINAAN LANJUT GURU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMBELAJARAN

This research aims to analyze online-based academic supervision of school principals. Academic supervision is a form of supervision and further guidance to improve and help develop teacher competence in learning using web or ICT. Academic supervision media is selected and implemented to answer various challenges that arise; geographical location, limited implementation time, number of supervisors, delayed schedules, and utilization of the digital era. This research method uses literature review based on appropriate book sources and previous studies that have been published nationally, especially articles published in the last three years (2021-2023). The results show that online academic supervision has a positive effect in answering existing problems, facilitating the implementation of supervision, helping to increase teacher competency regarding technological advances, and a flexible coaching model on teacher competency. Another dimension of online academic supervision allows direct relationships or contact between supervisors and teachers to be lost, internet network access that is less than optimal makes supervision hampered, and problems for supervisors and teachers in implementing supervision

Urgensi Kompetensi Digital Guru Dalam Pembelajaran PAI di SMK NU Lamongan

This research seeks to explain the digital competence of teachers in learning and the urgency of digital competency for PAI learning. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses the instruments of interviews, documentation, and observation. The subject of this research is SMK NU Lamongan. As for information, PAI teacher The research revealed four core digital competencies to possess: information, communication, content creation, and security. Digitally competent teachers can develop learning by leveraging technology without neglecting pedagogy. Increased digital competence among teachers requires training, certification, and self-development through education and training. The use of digital media in learning helps teachers and learners face the challenges of digital competence, but there is still a lack of understanding of technology, especially among Islamic teachers. The digital competence of teachers at SMK NU Lamongan is very important in the implementation of PAI learning, which involves learning goals, materials, strategies, and evaluations. The aim of PAI learning is to increase the fearfulness and goodwill of the students. Teachers need to master digital competencies in order to be able to effectively use technology in PAI learning

MENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK PADA GURU MELALUI SUPERVISI KLINIS DI SD NEGERI MANDING TENGAH BANTUL TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022 /2023 DI SD MANDINGTENGAH

This study aims to 1) determine the pedagogic competence of teachers in learning at SD Negeri Manding Tengah. 2) Know the teacher's preparation in learning 3) Know the implementation of learning in SD Manding Tengah through clinical supervision. The subjects in this study were teachers of SD Negeri Manding Tengah from grade one to grade six. The study used two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. Each cycle went through the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting... using. The research used two instruments, namely the learning preparation instrument and the learning implementation instrument, from these instruments the results obtained in the first cycle did not meet after the success target was carried out with cycle two, the results obtained met the success target and even exceeded the target set by the researcher, namely 80. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that. The number of class teachers from grade one to grade six at SD Negeri Manding Tengah was 6 teachers who had mastered pedagogical competence in terms of learning after clinical supervision was held

Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Technological Pedagogical And Content Knowledge (TPACK) Bagi Guru IPA Dan IPS Di DIY

This PKM project aims to improve teacher competence in learning through TPACK training for science and social studies teachers in the Province of DIY. This program was carried out online from April to October 2021 with 65 science and social studies teachers participating. The implementation of PPM activities is divided into five stages, namely the first delivery of material, information-discussion, assignment and training, mentoring and monitoring, implementation and evaluation of activities. The result of implementing the program is that participants gain an understanding of learning tools, have the skills to develop their learning tools and increase motivation in developing their learning tools based on TPACK

Peningkatan Kemampuan Guru dalam Proses Pembelajaran melalui Supervisi Kelas di Sekolah Binaan SMP Negeri 53 Batam

The national goal of education is contained in the 4th paragraph of the 45th Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which is to educate the nation's life. Even a generation that is intelligent and has noble character is one of the critical roles of educators in this country. But those who always want to learn to improve their abilities and those who are challenged with various problems related to education, including class supervision, are expected to be able to support the teacher's ability to maximize their role. This School Action Research was conducted at the SMP Negeri 53 Batam Foster School, Riau. This School Action Research aims to determine whether teachers' abilities can be improved through Class Supervision. It is hoped that the preparation of School Action Research at SMP Negeri 53 Batam Assisted Schools can provide additional insight into the importance of classroom supervision to be carried out. The method of data collection is done through document studies and observation. The method of data analysis is descriptive and quantitative data using supervision instruments (attached). The results obtained from this study show that class supervision can improve the ability or professional competence of teachers in learning for teachers in Batam City Junior High Schools. The evidence from the process and results obtained in cycle I increased on average to be better, namely 80%. Likewise, in cycle II, the average rose even higher, namely 80%. The conclusions obtained from this study are that a combination of classroom supervision and the preparation of school action research can improve teachers' ability or professional competence in learning

Professionalism and Competence of Teachers in the Development of Islamic Religious Education Learning after the Covid-19 Pandemic

The professionalism and competence of teachers in developing Islamic religious education learning is a must carried out by a PAI teacher. From the professionalism and competence possessed, it can make the development of learning more effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to find and explain the form of efforts in realizing the development of PAI learning based on professionalism and teacher competence in learning. The research method used is qualitative by applying literature studies as a theoretical reference developed into a reflective conceptual implementation based on experience and conditions in the field, in this case PAI learning in schools. The findings of this study are related to the competence of PAI teachers in the development of the transition period after the Covid-19 pandemic, the duties and obligations of a PAI teacher that must be lived, as well as the concept of developing PAI learning combined with indonesian culture with Islamic value and learning development using the internet and applications to create effective and efficient learning.

Abstract The teacher's pedagogic competence affects the management ability of the principal. Therefore, primary management is an effort based on moving, directing, and maintaining one's ethics so that he is motivated to do something that is planned to achieve the desired goals. In the concept of management related to organizational life, the management ability of the principal plays an important role in moving teachers to be more professional, this is because the principal has a broad influence on the world of education in the school environment. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to find out the extent to which principal coaching through principal management can improve teacher pedagogic competence. This School Action Research (PTS) was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in learning, from 57.33% in cycle 1 to 78.63% in cycle 2. So the results of the research produced were management principals carried out by researchers as school principals can improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in learning. Sibolga Coastal Dance as Sumut Local Content in Learning Art Culture

The diverse arts and culture of North Sumatra with distinctive characteristics is a potential that can be introduced through education in schools. Cultural arts can contribute to students having an attitude of pride towards their own nation's culture which can be felt with an aesthetic experience in working through learning at school. Learning arts and culture aims to develop aesthetic and artistic sensitivity, critical, appreciative, and creative attitude in students as a whole. This study aims to raise the potential of North Sumatran culture, especially the Sibolga Coastal Dance which can be implemented in learning cultural arts in schools as local content. The problem in this study arises from the lack of local content in North Sumatra which can be used as a learning resource in schools in the hope that students' knowledge of the richness of North Sumatran traditional arts will increase. This research produces a textbook product about the Sibolga Coastal dance that can assist teachers in carrying out their duties as well as a form of optimizing teacher competence in learning. The content of the material in text and context explores the local wisdom of North Sumatra, especially discussing dance from the Sibolga Coast, and will be guided by the 2013 curriculum, especially class X at the high school level.

Tantangan Belajar-Mengajar Kalkulus: Studi Naratif pada Gaya Kognitif dan Self-Confidence Calon Guru

In the 21st century, it was introduced with sains, technology, engineering mathematics (STEM). Routine aspects of current teaching practice have little time to discuss the basic concepts of calculus, while teacher competence in learning has a long-term effect on students. The purpose of this study was to determine how the challenges of teaching and learning calculus prospective teachers based on cognitive style and self-confidence. This research uses a qualitative approach, a narrative perspective, and a descriptive design. The research sample was selected purposively from seven prospective teachers in a university. Data were collected using the group embedded figures test (GEFT) for the category of cognitive style types, self-confidence questionnaires, and interviews regarding teaching and learning challenges. The result of the research is that the challenge of teaching and learning is a factor that arises due to mastery of mathematical content, pedagogical competence, experiencing anxiety, and learning experiences in mathematics class.

The Improvement of Teachers' Professional Competency in Learning through Principal's Management in SMP Negeri 3 Terentang

<em>Principal management greatly affects the professional competence of teachers. In this case, the management of the principal is an effort that is based on moving, directing, and maintaining a person's behavior so that he is motivated to act to do something to achieve certain results or goals. In the concept of management related to organizational life, the management ability of the principal is very important in moving teachers to be more professional, because the principal has a broad influence in the world of education. The purpose of this school action research is to determine the extent to which principal coaching through principal management can improve professional competence. </em><em>The instrument used in this study was observation.</em><em> </em><em>Data were analyzed using descriptive percentages.</em> <em>In this school action research was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to increase the professional competence of teachers in learning, namely from 62.81% in cycle 1 to 80.76% in cycle 2. In other words, principal management carried out by researchers as school principals can improve teacher professional competence in learning.</em>

KOMPETENSI GURU BAHASA ARAB DALAM MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN KURIKULUM 2013

The 2013 curriculum in Arabic subjects is same as the demands of learning procedures for other subjects that require teacher responsibility and competence in implementing creatively and innovatively. The ideality of learning in the 2013 Curriculum in fact has not been realized as it should be because it is related to aspects of teacher competence. Pedagogic competence, as one of the aspects of competence that is absolutely inherent in teachers, is still found in the field to be insufficient for teachers, including Arabic teachers at MTs. Negeri Palu, especially in the sub-competency ability to design and develop learning plans according to the 2013 Curriculum standards and the demands of strengthening literacy, Higher of Thingking Skills (HoTS) and 4C. The Problem to the implementation and application of teacher pedagogical competences are grouped into two categories, namely: internal constraints and external constraints so that serious and strategic efforts are needed to overcome the weaknesses of teacher competence in learning

Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dalam Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Melalui Pendampingan Sistem Daring, Luring, atau Kombinasi pada Masa New Normal Covid-19

The purpose of this study was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in online, offline and combined distance learning in the Assisted Primary Schools of Segugus 05 Kopang, Central Lombok Regency. This research method used classroom action research. The data collection technique uses classroom observation techniques using the observation sheet instrument of teacher competency assessment in implementing distance learning programs (PJJ). The data analysis technique in this study used a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that PJJ with BDR (Learning From Home) with the Online, Offline or Combination system was able to improve teacher competence in learning. In Cycle-1, there was an increase in teacher competence in PJJ by 3.9%. However, this increase was successful when compared with the research success criteria with an increase of 5%. In Cycle-2, the increase in teacher competence in PJJ was 4.2%. In Cycle-3, the increase in teacher competence in PJJ was 14.1%. This study was successful because there was an increase in the research success criteria of 5%.

Teacher Competency in Implementing Learning Based on Scientific Approach in SMPN 1 & 2 Kendari

Curriculum 2013 teachers are required to perform a scientific study. So it's essential to see how the competence of teachers in learning based on a scientific approach. Based on this study aims to describe (1) the ability of science teachers in designing learning based on the scientific approach in SMPN 1 and SMPN 2 Kendari (2) the competence of science teachers in implementing the learning-based approach is scientifically appropriate curriculum, 2013 in SMPN 1 and SMPN 2 Kendari. The collection of data is done (This sentence appears to be written in the passive voice. Consider writing in the active voice) using an instrument study lesson plans, teaching observation, and interviews. The sampling using a purposive sampling method or sample aims. Samples are 13 teacher teaching science classes VII and VIII derived from two schools SMPN 1 and SMPN 2 Kendari. The results showed that (1) the competence of science teachers in designing learning based on appropriate scientific approach was in functional categories, (2) the ability of science teachers in implementing the learning based on proper scientific approach was good enough grade.

SUPERVISI KUNJUNGAN KELAS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MENGAJAR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL KOOPERATIF

This research is motivated by the still weak competence of teachers in making learning implementation plans, implementing learning processes, and implementing learning evaluations. The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competency by using supervision of class visits to the application of cooperative models in learning. This research was conducted at 011 Pondok Gelugur Elementary School with a total of 6 teachers. The type of research to be carried out is the School Action Research (PTS) which is focused in an effort to change the current real conditions towards the expected. The results showed the teacher's competence in preparing the RPP in the first cycle got a value of 73.3 with enough categories while in the second cycle increased to 87.6 with a very good category. Competence in the implementation of the learning process in the first cycle got an average value of 75.4 good categories while in the second cycle increased to 86.0 with a very good category. The competence of implementing learning evaluation in the first cycle got an average value of 74.4 with enough categories while in the second cycle increased to 88.0 with a very good category. It can be concluded with the supervision of class visits can improve teacher competency in learning by applying a cooperative model in SD Negeri 011 Pondok Gelugur.

Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Pada Sekolah Menengah Bermutu Di Pamekasan

Abstra ct : The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the program, pattern and evaluation of improving teacher competency in learning in MAN Pamekasan, SMAN 1 Pamekasan, and SMK 3 Pamekasan. This study uses a qualitative approach with multicasus types and uses interview methods, participant observation, and documentation in the data collection. The results of this study are: increasing teacher competency has been programmed every year by involving many parties. Improving teacher competency in accordance with the plan in the form of coaching, further education, education and training, and professional activities. The teacher responds positively to improving teacher competence. This can be seen from the attitude of teachers who are happy, enthusiastic and active in the activities they teach. While the constraints faced in improving teacher competencies are: limited budget owned by the school, limited facilities / infrastructure owned by the school and teachers, lack of time to conduct training, and diversity of teacher characteristics. The solution is to overcome obstacles, namely: proposing additional budgets to the government, cooperating with third parties, discussing with school committees, motivating teachers to maximize existing facilities/infrastructure, building harmonious and democratic relationships with teachers, and utilizing time effectively. In each semester an evaluation of teacher competencies has been carried out by the team. The results of evaluating teacher competency improvement show good results. Follow-up program in the form of awards and guidance to teachers.
