Implementasi Kebijakan Pembangunan Monumen Reog di Kabupaten Ponorogo

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the reog monument development policy in Ponorogo Regency is analyzed using indicators of the policy implementation model from the Edwards III Model (Tachjan, 2016). The type of research used is qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that all indicators of the policy implementation model for the development of the reog monument in Ponorogo Regency had been achieved, which caused researchers to conclude that the implementation of the Reog Monument development policy in Ponorogo Regency had gone well. Effective coordination between the Tourism Office and related parties, including the DPRD, ensured budget arrangements and clear information dissemination. Overall. The policy was well implemented thanks to competent human resources, with a budget of 50 billion rupiah realized as planned. With approval from the Regent of Ponorogo and the Chairman of the DPRD. The bureaucratic structure shows an effective division of tasks, as well as daily reporting and efficient communication. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the reog monument development policy in Ponorogo Regency has been well implemented.

The mobilisation of self-created workplace artifacts for management accountants’ identity work

This paper investigates how self-created workplace artifacts complement management accountants’ identity work towards managers. Analysing qualitative data collected in three organisations, I illustrate how self-created artifacts can support management accountants in establishing identity-compatible interactions with managers through (1) mediating interactions and (2) formalising the division of tasks. Moreover, I suggest that producing artifacts that are both occupations-generic and speaking (Cacciatori, 2012) can support management accountants in establishing identity-compatible interactions. By introducing self-created artifacts as an additional resource for identity work, this paper nuances our knowledge of how management accountants navigate towards the achievement of (fragile) identity aspirations. Moreover, it improves our understanding of the dynamics between workplace artifacts and management accountants’ identity (work), emphasising how artifacts can play a central and active role in this regard.

Enhancing security offloading performance in NOMA heterogeneous MEC networks using access point selection and meta-heuristic algorithm

The research delves into the intricate domain of security offloading within the context of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) heterogeneous mobile edge computing (het-MEC) networks operating over Rayleigh fading channels. The investigation centers on a system model comprising a single antenna-equipped edge user, denoted as U, which strategically offloads computational tasks to two distinct heterogeneous wireless access points (APs): the far AP (AP1) and the near one (AP2), employing NOMA techniques. Notably, the research accounts for a passive eavesdropper (E) intending to intercept the U−AP2 transmission. A four-phase protocol is proposed to ensure the security offloading process, namely SAPS, which leverages wireless access point selection (APS) and physical layer security (PLS) techniques. The focus extends to derive a closed-form expression for a novel critical system performance metric: the secrecy successful computation probability (SSCP). Furthermore, an algorithm based on Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) within the continuous domain is introduced, which aims to enhance the SSCP by intelligently determining system parameters. The impact of critical factors such as transmit power, power allocation coefficient, bandwidth, CPU frequency, and task division ratio under the SAPS scheme is explored and compared to the conventional approach using pure NOMA. Remarkably, the algorithm in the proposed scheme demonstrates up to a 3% performance improvement. The validity and accuracy of the study findings are verified through Monte-Carlo simulations. The work contributes significantly to advancing secure offloading strategies in NOMA-based MEC networks, offering valuable insights for practical deployment and optimization.

Do household and childcare task divisions prospectively predict engagement in time-costly continuing education among Dutch working mothers and fathers?

Despite its importance for career development, previous cross-sectional studies have shown that individuals are reluctant to consider continuing education (CE) engagement because of family responsibilities. To prospectively test these associations, a longitudinal dataset consisting of, respectively, 548 and 809 working mothers and fathers (with one or more living-at-home children of 12 years or younger) was extracted from a Dutch population–based internet survey. Whether respondents were engaged in T2 CE was prospectively predicted by T1a (with an average 466-day time-lag) household labour, childcare division, and job–household focus, while controlling for several relevant T1b job and household characteristics. Using generalised linear mixed models, outcomes reveal that only mothers are less likely to engage in CE when they had less children. Division of household labour, childcare, and job–household focus were all not predictive of CE at T2. Future studies should examine moderators of the association between family responsibilities and CE engagement.

Implementation of Management Functions at PT Pegadaian (Persero)

This research aims to investigate and analyze the implementation of management functions at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Lebong Regency. Considering the many functions of management, this research will only discuss four management functions, namely, planning, organizing, supervising, and directing. This research uses descriptive and qualitative research methods. In the data collection process in this research, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. In analyzing the data, researchers used data analysis techniques with data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that employees already have their respective duties and obligations in dividing tasks as well as arranging activities by planning in advance. Apart from planning the division of tasks according to the abilities of each employee, PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Lebong Regency also provides good guidance to employees. By carrying out training activities that all employees must participate in. Then, in terms of supervision of PT Pegadaian (Persero), Lebong Regency also did well. Supervision is very important in a company so that the evaluation process runs smoothly.

Analysis of Policy Implementation and Availability of Infrastructure on the Implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation After Cesarean Section Delivery in Private Hospitals in Kudus District

Early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) is placing the infant on the mother's chest or abdomen and allowing the infant to seek the mother's nipple within the first hour of birth. Caesarean section (SC) poses challenges to the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) in both internationally and nationally recommended hospital programs for maternal and infant care. The purpose of this study was to analyze policy implementation and analyze the availability of hospital facilities in the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) after Sectio Caesarean delivery. The research design was descriptive qualitative. The main informants of the study were SPOg doctors, implementing midwives and the Head of the Central Surgical Unit. Supporting informants are laboring mothers, central surgery unit nurses, pediatricians, hospital management. Data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. Data validity strategy using source triangulation. There is a policy contained in the decree of the hospital director and the hospital SOP as a work instruction for the implementing unit, monitoring is carried out every delivery and the division of tasks is carried out situationally. The number, competence and infrastructure are available well enough to support the implementation of IMD after Sectio Caesarea delivery in the hospital

Manajerial Keuangan dalam Pengelolaan Pajak berlandaskan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada Perusahaan Swasta di Semarang

This study analyzes financial management in a private company in Semarang through information management systems in payroll administration. The data were divided into five categories: general, finance, accounting, sales administration, and accounting. The analysis method used was information system analysis with five steps, including monitoring, business processes, task delegation, independent verification, and capture procedures. The business process involves several entities in the application of VAT, Income Tax Article 21, and Income Tax Article 23. The delegation of tasks is considered ineffective because the number of employees is not proportional to the volume of work, which has a negative impact on the company's revenue. Supervision is carried out by the payroll department to ensure data accuracy. Supporting factors for the use of information management systems include information technology, user-friendly systems, top management support, and employee expertise. Conversely, inhibiting factors include lack of funds, declining number of tax employees, and ineffective division of tasks. An independence verification process was also conducted to ensure compliance with the prevailing tax laws in Indonesia.

A self-adaptive memetic algorithm with Q-learning for solving the multi-AGVs dispatching problem

In this paper, we address the problem of dispatching multiple automated guided vehicles (AGVs) in an actual production workshop, aiming to minimize the transportation cost. To solve this problem, a self-adaptive memetic algorithm with Q-learning (Q-SAMA) is proposed. An improved nearest-neighbor task division heuristic is used for generating premium solutions. Additionally, a Q-learning is integrated to select appropriate neighborhood operators, thereby enhancing the algorithm's exploration ability. To prevent the algorithm from falling into a local optimum, the restart strategy is offered. In order to adapt Q-SAMA to different stages in the search process, the traditional crossover and mutation probabilities are no longer used. Instead, a self-adaptive probability is obtained based on the population's degree of concentration, and the sparsity relationship among individuals' fitness. Finally, experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. It is able to yield better results compared with other five state-of-the-art algorithms.

Job satisfaction of nurses and the determinants of organizational climate: insights from hospitals in Lubelskie Voivodeship

Abstract Aim. Evaluation of nurses’ job satisfaction and the interconnectedness of the infl uence of dimensions of organizational climate. Material and methods. The study was conducted in 2022 among 300 nurses working in fi ve hospitals in Lublin Voivodeship. Methodology focused on outcomes was employed, highlighting the signifi cance of factors related to the organizational environment in shaping “job satisfaction”. The research tool was the Organizational Climate Questionnaire by L. Rosenstiel and R. Boegel, adapted from the Polish version by K. Durniat. Results. Most respondents report a high 121 (40.3%) or relatively high 142 (47.3%) level of satisfaction with their profession. Only 37 (12.4%) nurses reported a low level. Factors contributing to decreased satisfaction included negative relationships with management, diminished importance of organizational procedures implemented by supervisors, insufficient time for direct patient care, failure to meet patient and family expectations, and inadequate compensation. Conclusions. Nurses’ job satisfaction depended on the overall organizational climate in the hospital and its components: the overall image of the organization, employees’ perceptions of their superiors’ leadership style, and various aspects of the work organization process, ways of structuring, division of tasks and the degree of control over their implementation.

The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Paternal Parenting Experience: A Scoping Review.

The objective of this scoping review was to map the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the paternal parenting experience. Studies published between January 2020 and October 2021 reporting on paternal mental health, interparental relations, and child interactions were eligible. Forty studies from 17 different countries were included. Most studies included data from both mothers and fathers (83%); five studies reported data from fathers only, and three examined same-sex partners. Most commonly reported outcomes included division of childcare activities (n = 14), delegation of household tasks (n = 10), depression (n = 12), and stress (n = 9). The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on fathers varied globally with no clear trends except for the division of childcare and household tasks, in which fathers increased their contribution to childcare and household tasks yet mothers continued to experience a higher domestic burden. Further research is recommended to advance our understanding of how fathers coped during the COVID-19 pandemic and document the long-term impact of the pandemic on families.

Collaborative Governance on Energy Management Online Reporting According To Energy Conservation Policy

<p>Energy savings in Indonesia are still far from the expected target of only around 79,358 GWh/141,220 GWh. The achievement is based on online reporting of energy management by industry according to government regulation No. 70 of 2009 which is reported regularly every year. This is done by the government as support in reducing the impact of climate change that occurs today. The qualitative method used in this study was a collaborative governance process approach between the government and industry with a collaborative governance cycle that occurs, is then analyzed, and conclusions drawn. The research results obtained include difficulties in identifying industries because there are still differences in authority within different government agencies. There are still 30% of industries that meet the requirements but have not done online energy management reporting including the fulfillment of all energy management activities that must be carried out. Articles related to incentives and disincentives that have not been fully implemented by the government. Collaborative governance is very important to be applied in the division of tasks, functions, and roles of each party involved. So that all can run according to their rights and responsibilities so that the achievement of future energy saving targets can be achieved. </p>

Implementation of School Principals' Situational Leadership in Improving Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Through Local Wisdom Values Dalas Belangsar Dada

The aim of this research is to explore the situational leadership of school principals in improving teachers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through local wisdom values in SMAN 1 Marabahan, implementation, and identifying inhibiting factors and solutions offered. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the situational leadership of the Principal of SMA 1 Marabahan, by: adjusting teacher conditions, providing guidance, providing supervision and input and involving teachers in achieving school goals. Meanwhile, the implementation of the school principal's situational leadership, namely: the principal involves teachers asking for input through meetings, providing division of tasks and delegation based on teacher abilities, coaching and supervision and encouraging teachers through the training held, encouraging teachers to provide assistance if there are colleagues. experience difficulty in completing assignments, and provide appreciation and positive responses to teachers who contribute to school progress. Meanwhile, the solution taken by the school principal if there are challenges and obstacles, is by: instilling values and examples, opening up discussion space for teachers, providing motivation and guidance when facing challenges and obstacles.

This research aims to determine the School Administration Management Strategy in Improving the Quality of Education in Muhammadiyah 36 Integrated Elementary School. The main problem is what the school administration management strategy is and the inhibiting and supporting factors in administrative management in improving the quality of education in Muhammadiyah 36 Medan Integrated Elementary School. The type of research used is qualitative, using observation, interviews and documentation instruments. The results of the research show that the School Administration Management Strategy for Improving the Quality of Education in the Muhammadiyah 36 integrated elementary school is planning regarding the goals to be achieved, organizing the division of tasks, mobilizing by motivating and communicating with administrators, supervising and evaluating the results of the administrator's work. Factors inhibiting the management of school administration at Muhammadiyah 36 Integrated Elementary School, namely the lack of ability of administrators, limited administrative staff which makes work results less than optimal and sometimes there is still a lack of discipline in working as well as supporting factors for managing school administration, namely the availability of facilities and infrastructure that support the administration process. , the availability of adequate facilities according to current needs, as well as maximizing the use of available facilities so that work can be made easier.

Tareas de cuidado de los menores de 14 años en las parejas de doble proveeduría en México, 2019

Mexico is one of the countries where gender inequalities have been recognized, primarily due to the poor distribution of time and domestic caregiving responsibilities between women and men within households. Additionally, there is evident growth in dual-earner couples, replacing the traditional model where the man was the sole provider. Therefore, the aim of this study is to determine if there is greater equality in the allocation of time and caregiving activities for children under 14 in dual-earner couples in Mexico in 2019, through the analysis of time usage and the division of caregiving tasks for children under 14, as well as time spent on paid work. The source of information used to achieve this purpose is the 2019 National Time Use Survey (ENUT, 2019). The results indicate that although women are integrated into the labor market, they actually dedicate nearly the same amount of time to childcare as women who exclusively focus on homemaking, resulting in a double burden of work and persisting inequalities between men and women within households.

Research of integrated spiral maneuvering and guidance based on virtual target

To address the issue of interception, maneuvering, and precise guidance during the final stage of gliding flight, a study was conducted on the design of integrated maneuvering and guidance using a spiral trajectory as the focus. Firstly, the spiral trajectory was decomposed into an optimal reference trajectory considering the glide angle constraint and a relative motion trajectory. Then, virtual circular moving targets were introduced to meet the requirements of spiral maneuvering and virtual trajectory moving targets were introduced to ensure trajectory convergence, based on the task division of different flight stages. Finally, the guidance rate of the reference trajectory was designed based on optimal control theory, and the guidance rate of the spiral maneuver was designed based on pure proportional guidance. Simulation results show that this guidance method can enable the vehicle to perform active spiral maneuvers, and control the landing deviation and impact angle deviation to within 2.5 m and 1 degree, respectively.

The method of implementing this community service is systematically designed to overcome the problems faced by the target partner, Ma Utik, in developing the Cilembu yam industry and its processed products. The preparation and planning stages as well as socialization and initial training are the main focuses in this program. The preparation stage begins with an initial survey to identify partner needs related to marketing, business management, distribution network development, and product innovation. A service team consisting of experts in economics, management, agribusiness, and informatics was formed with a division of tasks according to competence. A structured work plan includes a schedule of activities, implementation methods, and indicators of success, as well as careful management of budgets and resources. Socialization and training materials were developed based on partner needs to ensure in-depth understanding and mastery of relevant skills. The socialization phase begins with an initial meeting to introduce the program's objectives, benefits and solutions to partners, while accommodating their inputs. Initial training was conducted to provide partners with a foundation of knowledge and skills. Marketing strategy training covers the use of social media, digital marketing, branding, and promotion. Business management training covers business planning, financial management, and strategic decision-making using business management software. Distribution network development training includes negotiating and building relationships with distributors, as well as utilizing communication technology. Product innovation training includes identification of market trends and development of new products using market research technology. Through this approach, it is expected that partners can understand the program objectives and acquire the necessary skills to improve their competitiveness. With effective coordination between the service team, community partners, and supporting institutions, this program can run smoothly and have a significant impact. The implementation of a digital marketing application specifically for Cilembu yam products is one of the main results that is expected to increase product visibility, facilitate customer access, strengthen branding, and increase interaction with customers and business partners

DINAMIKA KELOMPOK TANI PADA USAHATANI PADI SAWAH DI DESA PEATOA KECAMATAN LOEA KABUPATEN KOLAKA TIMUR

This study aims to examine the dynamics of farmer groups engaged in rice paddy farming in Peatoa Village, Loea District, East Kolaka Regency. The population under investigation consisted of all wet-rice farmers who were members of farmer groups in Peatoa Village, with a total of 54 wet-rice farmers. The sample was determined using the census method, whereby the entire population was included in the study, resulting in a research sample of 54 respondents. This research employs a quantitative approach. Data were gathered through survey methods, interviews, and documentation via media in the form of questionnaires. The data were processed using a quantitative descriptive method with the class interval formula and Spearman Rank correlation, with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicated that the dynamics of paddy rice farmer groups in Peatoa Village had a positive impact on farm development. The majority of farmer group members shared similar goals. Group structure involved the division of tasks and responsibilities among members. The farmer groups demonstrate a high level of group task function. The farmer group coaching is progressing well. Each group member exhibits high levels of cohesion, which reflects effective unity and cohesiveness in managing rice paddy farming. A positive group atmosphere enhances cooperation, engagement, and productivity. The level of farmer group activity is an important factor in farm success. Overall, the farmer group dynamics in Peatoa Village show positive patterns, providing insights for agricultural policy development and community development in the region. Further enhancements to the dynamics of farmer groups may also be considered to enhance the productivity of wet-rice farming.

Task division by multiple console surgeons is beneficial for safe robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy implementation and education.

The optimal approach for the safe implementation and education of robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy (RPD) remains unclear. Prolonged operation time may cause surgeon fatigue and result in perioperative complications. To solve this issue, our department adopted task division by the console surgeon turnover between resection and reconstruction in 2022. This study retrospectively investigated consecutive patients who underwent RPD from November 2009 (initial introduction of RPD) to December 2023. The analysis excluded patients who underwent concomitant resection of other organs. The cases performed by a single console surgeon (single approach) were compared with those performed by two or more console surgeons (multiple approach). This study analyzed 85 consecutive RPD cases, including 51 with the single approach and 34 with the multiple approach. The operation time was significantly shorter (832 vs. 618min, p < 0.001), and the postoperative major complication was less frequent (45% vs. 12%, p = 0.003) in the multiple approach group, although less experienced surgeons performed the multiple approach (number of RPD experiences: 19 cases vs. 5 cases, p < 0.001). The console surgeon turnover between the resection and reconstruction resulted in a safe pancreatojejunostomy performed by the less experienced surgeon (number of pancreatic reconstruction experiences: 6.5 vs. 14 cases, p = 0.010). Surgeons who started RPD with a multiple approach observed a reduction in surgical time and a lower incidence of complications earlier than those who started with a single approach. Task division during the early introduction phase of RPD using the multiple approach demonstrated potential contributions to improved surgical outcomes and enhanced educational benefits.

The purpose of this study determines and describes (1) the management of package C equivalency education program which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, and (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of package C equivalency education program at Homeschooling Putragama Semarang. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection by observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity test with triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed (1) management includes (a) planning; setting goals; program objectives; teaching materials, methods and media; tutor qualification standards; time and place of implementation; and funding sources, (b) organizing, including division of tasks and responsibilities; preparation of organizational structures; and preparation of facilities, (c) implementation, including providing motivation; teaching materials; methods; media; materials and learning schedules, and (d) supervision, internal and external. (2) Supporting factors of the program are the managers, staff, and tutors who can work well together, are cooperative, solid, and competent in carrying out their duties, in addition to the presence of psychological services and parents who are also cooperative. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are students who lack discipline in participating in learning activities.

Labour control through risk and profit-sharing: Social inequalities and exploitation through artisanal and small-scale mining in Ghana

Despite the expanse of studies on artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) in Africa, discussions on how the organization of workers and the division of work tasks influence labour outcomes in the sector remain marginal. There are growing concerns that ASM may account for rising income inequalities in communities. Using a case study from Ghana and relying on qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with miners and other stakeholders, this paper examines processes of labour exploitation and domination in ASM. It is revealed that ASM labour processes facilitate capitalist accumulation among elites as the organization of work in the sector is moulded around pre-existing social identities and relations. The production of social differences, such as class and gender, is integral to labour exploitation, value extraction and profit accumulation in ASM. The deeply entrenched patriarchal system influences mining practices and facilitates the domination of women in ASM, producing inequalities between men and women. It is argued that capital-labour social relations underpin extractive activities in the sector hence the need to recognize ASM as a capitalist form of production. The paper concludes that the development potential of ASM will not be realized without addressing the persistent gender inequities and prevalence of exploitative relationships in the sector.
