Persepsi Petani terhadap Pengaruh Faktor Internal dalam Sistem Peremajaan Kelapa Sawit Model Tumbang Serempak Berkelanjutan di Kecamatan Muara Papalik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat

This research aims to determine the perception of oil palm farmers regarding the sustainable simultaneous fall rejuvenation system. Knowing and analyzing the rejuvenation system of the sustainable simultaneous fall model with the perceptions of oil palm farmers in Muara Papalik District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The research model uses observation, surveys, interviews and distributing questionnaires to farmers in Intan Jaya Village and Sungai Papauh Village from September to November 2023. The research instrument uses a Likert Scale as an indicator that can be measured. The close relationship between aspects that influence farmers' perceptions with the Spearman Rank Correlation test using the SPSS application. The research results show that the perception of the input aspect has a positive value of 83.78%; financial aspect 78.37%; market aspect 82.43%; technological aspects 78.38%; institutional aspect 79.72% and income aspect 82.44%. Meanwhile, the ecological aspect in implementing oil palm rejuvenation using a sustainable simultaneous fall model needs to be a sustainable socio-economic study. The perception-forming aspect has a strong relationship with the input aspect, financial aspect, market aspect, technological aspect and income aspect, while the institutional aspect is weak. Farmers' perceptions of the sustainable simultaneous fall rejuvenation model from six aspects have a close influence on oil palm rejuvenation.

Implementasi Tugas Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah dalam Mendukung Pelaksanaan Fungsi DPRD dalam Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat

As a regional apparatus tasked with supporting the implementation of the DPRD's duties and functions, the DPRD Secretariat is expected to be able to implement these tasks optimally, especially supporting the implementation of the DPRD's main function in forming Regional Regulations. This research aims to see how it is implemented at the West Tanjung Jabung Regency DPRD Secretariat and what factors influence its implementation. The research type is empirical legal research with a socio legal research approach. Primary data was collected through interviews with respondents from the DPRD Secretariat who were determined using purposive sampling, as well as studying documents that had been compiled and were available at the DPRD Secretariat related to the implementation of programs and activities that had been carried out to support the implementation of the DPRD's functions in the formation of Regional Regulations. 2021 to 2023. Meanwhile, secondary data was collected from library sources, namely related laws and regulations, books and journals. The results show that the implementation of the tasks of the DPRD Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency is not optimal every year. The factors that influence this are mainly the limited human resources of the DPRD Secretariat and several other factors that need to be followed up for future improvements.

Pengaruh Analisis Jabatan dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur

This research aims to find out a description of job analysis, career development, job satisfaction and employee performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of East Tanjung Jabung Regency as well as to find out and analyze the influence of job analysis and career development on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Control Service Population and Family Planning (DPPKB) East Tanjung Jabung Regency. This type of research uses descriptive verification research. This research uses the PLS analysis method. Based on the results of the questionnaire regarding job analysis, it is 2,876 in the quite good category. Then, the description of the career development variable shows that the career development of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of East Tanjung Jabung Regency is quite good with a score of 1653. Furthermore, the description of the job satisfaction variable shows that the job satisfaction score is 1849 in the quite high category. Meanwhile, the description of employee performance variables shows that the score is 2850 in the quite high category. Based on the research results, job analysis and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job analysis, career development and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, position analysis and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction in Tanjung East Jabung.

Determinan Keputusan Petani Mengelola Usahatani Padi Di Lahan Suboptimal

The conversion of paddy fields seriously impacts rice availability for national food reserves, so the government is implementing a sub-optimal land extension program. Indonesia has suboptimal land that has the potential to become a national rice barn if appropriately managed. The types of suboptimal land most widely used in rice cultivation are lowland and tidal swamps, where the community can work. This research analyzes the determinants of rice farmers' decisions in managing suboptimal land. This research was conducted in West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province, with a sample of 90 rice farmers. Data were analyzed using the multinomial logistic regression method. The determining factors are seen from the demographic and economic aspects. The research results show that factors that significantly influence farmers' decisions to choose tidal land from the demographic aspect are age and farming experience; from the economic element are the number of family dependents, land ownership status, and non-farming income. The significant determining factors in farmers' decisions to manage lowland swamp land from the demographic aspect are age and farming experience, and from the economic element are the number of family dependents and non-farming income. From the research, recommendations that can maximize the use of suboptimal land are increasing promotion and education to the community about rice cultivation on suboptimal land, providing easy access for farmers to rent land, and it is hoped that farmers will continue to have non-farming income to balance household needs and procurement of capital and farming input.

Analisis Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

This researcher aims to explain the management of BUMDES in Rantau Badak Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency and the management of BUMDES from an Islamic economic perspective. This researcher uses a qualitative method, data collection techniques are obtained from observation, interviews and documentation related to this research. In this study, the researcher conducted interviews with the village head, the head of BUMDES and one of the people in Rantau Badak Village. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that the types of businesses studied are two types of businesses, namely drinking water depots and tent rentals. Both types of businesses are managed by BUMDES Rantau Badak Village. In the management of BUMDES, it has been able to improve the community's economy, for example by opening up employment opportunities, training community skills and expertise, but the error lies in the lack of public awareness because they do not utilize the facilities available at BUMDES. Profit Sharing System between Owners and Managers of Oil Palm Plantations at Sungai Kayu Aro Village

Not all landowners (farmers) are able to manage and cultivate their own land, so to overcome this, landowners and managing farmers enter into a cooperation agreement with a profit-sharing system. This study aims to determine the profit-sharing system, obstacles and solutions for profit-sharing between oil palm plantation owners and managers in the Sharia Economic Perspective in Sungai Kayu Aro Village, Senyerang District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The approach method uses qualitative analysis of primary data. The sample consists of plantation owners, plantation managers, and community leaders and government figures. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis tools; data reduction, data display, and conclusions. Based on the results of observations and interviews in the field, it was found that the obligations between owners and managers include (a) owner obligations; provision of land, provision of grass, provision of seeds, and provision of fertilizer (b) manager obligations; provision of land processing tools, provision of maintenance tools, and provision of fertilization tools. The constraints of managers are only having limited capital and having to bear damage to equipment. The profit-sharing system between owners and managers includes; (a) first, 50% owner and 50% manager, with the note that the capital, equipment and damage are borne by the manager, (b) second, 65% for the owner and 35% for the manager, with the note that the owner bears the costs, while the manager bears all costs of damage to the equipment

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on motivation and its impact on employee performance at the Regional Personnel & Human Resources Development Agency of East Tanjung Jabung Regency using a sample of 78 respondents. The results of this research found that transformational leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on motivation. Transformational leadership style and work organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on performance. Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Partisipasi pada Sistem Agroforestri di Areal Kerja Hutan Kemasyarakatan Catur Rahayu

The Catur Rahayu community forest (HKm) is located in Catur Rahayu Village, Dendang Subdistrict, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province. In 2019, 81% of their land experienced fire. Some of them have carried out replanting, but some have not yet done so due to limited funds, especially for land preparation activities. From a socio-economic aspect, the majority of GAPOKTANHUT Catur Rahayu members work as farmers and have education only up to elementary school, so they do not have much money, knowledge and knowledge to maximize their land management. This research aims to analyze participation, socio-economic factors, and the relationship between these two variables. The analysis method uses the Spearman's rho correlation test. The results of the research show that the level of participation of GAPOKTANHUT Catur Rahayu members at all stages of HKm activities is in the high category with a percentage of 36.78%. Based on indicators of socio-economic factors that correlate with participation in HKm activities, namely non-formal education, land area, income, cosmopolitan, leadership, and incentives, while socio-economic factors that are not correlated with participation in HKm activities are age, formal education, distance to HKM land, and number of dependents. In total there is no significant relationship between socio-economic factors and the participation of GAPOKTANHUT Catur Rahayu members.

Gambaran Karakteristik Pasien Dispepsia di Rumah Sakit

Dyspepsia is a disease of the digestive tract that is not contagious but is common among people in the world. Dyspepsia can be experienced by various age ranges, gender. According to research, the risk factor for organic dyspepsia is age > 50 years. This is thought to be related to the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases in old age. Dyspepsia has an impact on quality of life because the natural course of dyspepsia is chronic and often recurs. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive analytic research design. The sample in this study were dyspepsia patients at Nurdin Hamzah General Hospital, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, totaling 80 people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted at the Nurdin Hamzah General Hospital, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, in 26 June – 04 July 2023, then the data will be obtained by looking at the medical records of dyspepsia patients at the Nurdin Hamzah General Hospital, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. Data analysis was performed univariately. Based on the results of the study, it was found that patients aged > 65 years (elderly) were 20 respondents (25%) with dyspepsia, some of the dyspepsia patients were female, namely 55 respondents (68.8%), with working status, namely 44 respondents (55.0%) ), patients had a history of co-morbidities, namely 47 respondents (58.8%) and most dyspepsia patients had a history of drug use, namely 43 respondents (53.8%). It is recommended as input to the hospital to find out the problem about the description of the characteristics of dyspepsia patients

Factors Affecting Farmer Poverty and Efforts to Overcome It In Tanjung Jabung Timur District

This study aims to analyze the effect of technology, own capital, people's business credit, training, and agricultural institutions on the income of farmers in East Tanjung Jabung Regency and analyze poverty reduction strategies for farmers in East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The analysis tools used are multiple linear regression analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression partially owned capital, people's business credit, training, and agricultural institutions have a significant effect on the income of food farmers in East Tanjung Jabung Regency. Meanwhile, technology does not have a significant effect on the income of food farmers in East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the strategy used for poverty reduction in farmers in East Tanjung Jabung Regency is in quadrant I position, which is a progressive recommendation, which means a very favorable situation for farmers in East Tanjung Jabung Regency because it has opportunities and strength so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities to overcome poverty

Pengembangan Tari Sumbun di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur Provinsi Jambi

This study aims to reveal, describe, and analyze the development of Sumbun Dance in East Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive method. The research instrument is the researcher himself assisted by supporting instruments in the form of stationery and cameras. Data were collected through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data modeling, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the development of Sumbun Dance can be seen in terms of quality and quantity. In terms of the quality of the development of Sumbun dance, it is seen from the movement, floor patterns, dancers, music, makeup and clothing, time and place of performance. Meanwhile, in terms of quantity, it can be seen from the addition of actors, increasing performances, expanding the performance area. The development in terms of movement of the Sumbun dance which before it was developed there were 8 types of movements and in the creation of Sumbun dance there were 11 types of movements. The musical instruments used in the Sumbun dance that were previously developed were kulintang, gong, drum, and accordion and in the Sumbun dance that had been developed kulintang, gong, drum, accordion, violin, gambus, drums, keyboard, bass, and guitar. The floor pattern is carried out by variating what was initially 8 types of floor patterns now to 10 types of floor patterns and in the form of variations. The costumes that used to be danced using Malay traditional clothes from Tanjung Jabung Timur were equipped with batik-patterned cloth songkets as well as golden iron head accessories and necklaces and men's accessories only used headbands. The aim of this thesis is to determine the management of the economic development strategy of the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This thesis uses the economic development strategy theory of the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This thesis uses a qualitative approach, data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation and analysis methods carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show that economic development strategy for the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, is carried out by developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students, practical methods, implementing a partnership pattern, sustainable business units, creating independence and inviting community participation. Optimalisasi Peran DPRD dalam Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat

Indonesia has thousands of regulations issued by both the central government and regional governments. Regional regulations were born from the design of regional autonomy which was formed based on the freedom and independence of regions to manage their own households. The essence of the formation of regional regulations is aimed at providing protection and welfare for the community. However, it cannot be denied that there are still many regional regulations that are problematic both in terms of quality and quantity. One of the reasons why many regional regulations are problematic is that regional governments and DPRD are less than optimal in carrying out the legislative functions attached to them. So, to solve this problem, it is necessary to optimize the role of the DPRD in forming regional regulations. This research is empirical juridical research that uses a descriptive approach. The population and sample for this research is the DPRD of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding of the implications of Law Number 13 of 2022 concerning Regulations for the Formation of Legislation on existing Regional Regulations as well as understanding the formation of Regional Regulations using the omnibus law method and it is hoped that this can become evaluation material for the government to overcome the problem of too many regulations (overregulated), overlapping (overlapping). The results of this research are that in an effort to overcome a number of problematic regional regulations, the omnibus law method is a new breakthrough in structuring regional regulations. Structuring regional regulations using the omnibus law method will be more effective and efficient in simplifying the formation of regional regulations and development, producing quality regional regulations and making the implementation of regulations more effective.

Furthermore, competency is in the Very High category. Meanwhile, employee performance is in the high category. Based on the research results, democratic leadership style has no significant effect on competence, work motivation has a significant and positive effect on competence, democratic leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Democratic leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance through competence and work motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance through competence in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of East Tanjung Jabung Regency.

Analisis Integrasi Pasar Parsial untuk Komoditas Daging Ayam Broiler antar Berbagai Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi

This research aims to determine the spatial market integration of broiler chicken meat commodities between various districts/cities in Jambi Province. The analysis method used is the VAR (Vector Autoregression) / VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) model. There is partial market integration in the long and short term for broiler chicken meat commodities between various regencies/cities in Jambi Province so that the price of broiler chicken meat in regencies/cities in Jambi Province influences each other not only in the current period but in relation to prices 1 to 2 days before. There is short and long-term spatial market integration for broiler chicken meat in districts/cities in Jambi Province. The price of broiler chicken meat in Jambi City causes changes in the price of broiler chicken meat in Batang Hari Regency, Kerinci Regency, Merangin Regency and West Tanjung Jabung Regency, and vice versa.

Pengaruh Pengetahuan, Promosi Dan Lokasi Terhadap Minat Menabung Pada Bank Syariah di Kelurahan Pandan Jaya Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur

In general, many people choose to save and borrow money from financial institutions other than sharia banks, such as conventional banks and general cooperatives. In fact, conventional banks are known to adhere to an interest system which according to scholars is prohibited because interest is considered usury. Factors that can influence interest in saving at Islamic banks are knowledge, promotions and location. A person's knowledge about Islamic banks will influence customer interest, each bank tries to promote all the products and services it has, and the location of Islamic banks has easy assets. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, promotion and location on the interest of the people of Pandan Jaya subdistrict, Tanjung Jabung Timur district to save in sharia banks. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample was selected using Accidental Sampling and the Slovin formula to obtain 98 respondents. The data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the research concluded that partially the variables knowledge, promotion and location had an influence on interest in saving at Sharia Banks in Pandan Jaya Village, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. Simultaneously, the variables of knowledge, promotion and location influence interest in saving at Sharia Banks in Pandan Jaya Village, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. Based on the coefficient of determination, it indicates that knowledge, promotion and location can influence interest in saving at Sharia Banks by 77.4%. It is hoped that people, especially Muslims, can save in sharia banks considering that sharia banks have used sharia principles in accordance with Islamic recommendations, sharia banks can increase people's interest in saving using Sharia Bank services by considering research variables, namely increasing knowledge, promotion and location, and further research can add other variables which are also thought to influence interest in saving at Sharia Banks.

Analysis of The Role of Stakeholders in Efforts to Reduce the Acceleration of Stunting: A Case Study in a Quality Family Planning Village Locus

This is inseparable from the efforts of all sectors that play a role in innovation programs to reduce stunting. One of the efforts to accelerate stunting reduction is the program that has been implemented by Quality Family Village. This research aims to analyze stakeholders in their insights and roles in reducing stunting in quality family planning village loci. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive methods. This research took place in West Tanjung Jabung Regency, which is the district with the highest percentage reduction in stunting prevalence in 2022. Data collection methods were in-depth interviews and observation. The informants in this research were 15 people consisting of the main informant and supporting informants. Data analysis using NVivo Software. The results of this research are that there are good practices characterized by local wisdom in efforts to reduce the acceleration of stunting cases in the form of jargon/slogans such as JAS BERKAH, Safari Subuh, and the Declaration of Stunting Free Villages. The roles of stakeholders consisting of facilitators, coordinators, accelerators, evaluators, and policy creators have been placed by the functions and roles of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team. The role of stakeholders related to the convergence action plan can be mapped into three scenarios, namely the role of the chairman in convergence actions 1 and 2, and the role of the regional secretary in convergence actions 2, 4, and 5. Meanwhile, the role of technical agencies focuses on convergence actions 4, 5, 6, 7, and action 8. This research aims to understand the correlation between three main factors, namely workload, skill level, and worker motivation in carrying out their duties at the Regional Research and Development Agency of East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The focus of this research is to evaluate the impact of competency and workload on work motivation through analysis of employee performance in the institution. The research method used was a combination of quantitative and descriptive verification approaches, using path analysis techniques and involving 65 respondents as samples. The results of the research show that the competency and motivation of employees in the Balitbangda of East Tanjung Jabung Regency have a very high level, while the workload is considered very appropriate, and employee performance is considered high. These findings support the research premise. The analysis states that the combination of skills and workload has a significant influence on employee motivation. Motivation is also slightly influenced by competence and workload. Employee performance is identified as a variable that is significantly influenced by competency and workload. In addition, it was found that there was a partial and statistically significant relationship between competency and workload and employee performance. Motivation was also proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. Overall, the analysis shows that the performance of employees at Balitbangda East Tanjung Jabung Regency is influenced by a combination of competency, workload and motivation. The direct influence reached 35.6%, while the indirect and total influence were 11.8% and 47.4% respectively.
