Upaya Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Melalui Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick di SMPN 1 Takeran Tahun Ajaran 2023-2024

This research is based on the low learning achievement and motivation to learn mathematics in class VIII A students at SMP Negeri 1 Takeran Magetan. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether the application of the talking stick type cooperative learning model can improve the achievement and learning motivation of class VIII A students at SMP Negeri 1 Takeran Magetan. The focus of this research itself is on student achievement and learning motivation in mathematics subjects involving triangles and quadrilaterals using the talking stick type cooperative learning model. This research was carried out with one initial observation and 2 cycles. From the results of this research, it was found that in the initial observation process of the learning process, teacher activities showed insufficient qualifications (K), activities and student evaluation test results showed insufficient qualifications (K). In cycle I of the learning process, teacher activities showed good qualifications (B), activities and student evaluation test results showed sufficient qualifications (C). Meanwhile, in Cycle II, the student learning process and achievement increased with good qualifications (B) seen from student activities and also student learning outcomes during the learning process. Therefore, it can be concluded that by implementing the talking stick type cooperative learning model, it can improve students' mathematics learning achievement at SMP Negeri 1 Takeran Magetan.

IMPROVING SPEAKING SKILLS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COOPERATIVE MODEL OF TALKING STICK OF PPG PROGRAM IN SMPN 8 KOLAKA UTARA

The problem in this research is whether learning with the talking stick type is cooperative model can improve students' speaking skills in SMPN 8 North Kolaka. The subjects in this study were all students of Class SMPN 8 Kolaka Utara with a total of 20 students consisting of 9 male students and 11 female students who were enrolled in the 2022/2023school year in odd semester. The focus of research is the learning process, namely by observing the process that occurs during the learning activities taking place, which includes the activities of teachers, students, and interactions of various elements involved in learning activities and students' speaking skills at obtained the end of each cycle after the implementation of the talking stick type cooperative model . This type of research is a classroom action research study consisting of two cycles, where each cycles functions of two meetings, with the stages of activities including planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting

Talking Stick Cooperative Learning Model To Improve Student Activity And Results In Sociology

The learning model can support a learning process. However, teachers often pay little attention to this. So that among others resulted in active learning and student learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were Sociology teachers and students of class XI IPS 2 at SMAN 1 Buru. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of two cycles. The Classroom Action Research Model according to Kurt Lewin consists of two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of class XI IPS 2 at SMAN 1 Buru for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 26 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and tests. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques.
 Based on the results of the study, it showed an increase in student learning activity seen in pre-action activities (pre-cycle) the percentage obtained was 19%, the percentage obtained in cycle I was 38%, the percentage obtained in cycle II was 54%. Then, the use of the talking stick type of cooperative learning model can also improve the learning outcomes of class XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Buru in Sociology subjects. This can be seen from the increase in the average score that has been obtained starting from before the action or pre-action, then there is action in cycle I and cycle II. If in pre-action activities the average score obtained was 66 with a completeness percentage of 42%, cycle I obtained an average score of 74 with a completeness percentage of 58% and cycle II the average value obtained was 82 with a completeness percentage of 77%. In cycles I and II, seeing the activity and student learning outcomes increased according to the researcher's target. So it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model of the talking stick type in the Sociology subject of class XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Buru can increase the activity and learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Buru.

Peningkatan Kemampuan Berbicara Pada Siswa Melalui Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Diskusi Kelompok Kelas I UPTD SDN 145 Inpres Pampangan

This research aims to improve students' speaking skills through group discussion-based learning media in class I UPTD SDN 145 Inpres Pampangan. This research is Classroom Action Research, the subject of this research is class 1 consisting of 23 students, of which the total number of students is 11 girls and 12 boys. The implementation of P2K is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle lasts for 2 teaching and learning process meetings and every second meeting there is a learning evaluation results test. This research was carried out in the Teaching Profession Strengthening (P2K) activities which started on October 4-November 13 in the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of the research show that during the learning process there is a change in students' attitudes during the learning process in accordance with the results of observations, namely by implementing the Talking Stick type cooperative learning model assisted by picture media, it can increase students' self-confidence to ask both the teacher and their friends about material they don't know. understandable and can increase student attendance. So, Talking Stick type cooperative learning assisted by picture media in thematic learning is suitable for use in this class. This can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes for class 1 students at UPTD SDN 145 Inpres Pampangan after improving speaking skills for class 1 students through group discussion-based learning media.
 

Pengaruh Penerapan Model Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick Terhadap Hasil Belajar PAI Siswa Kelas V SDN 12 Padang Lua

This research was raised and the problems fthat research found in class V SDN 12 Padang Lua were that there were low students islamic education learning outcomes. This can be seen in the students’ MID scores, where there are still many student who have not achieved completeness, which is 75. This study aims to see whether the talking stick type cooperative learning model can affect student learning outcomes, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at SDN 12 Padang Lua. In this study, the research used a quasi-experimental design and nonequivalent control group design. Based on the research result and hypothesis testing, it shows that the learning model, namely the cooperative talking stick type, has an effect on students learning outcomes in PAI subject for fifth grade student of class V at SDN 12 Padang Lua. In determination coefficient test, a value of 71,9% is influenced by the talking stick and cooperative learning model 28,1% influenced by other aspects not examined. Then in testing the hypothesis using the parametric test, test Sig. value is 0,033, where the value is Sig. 0,033 < 0,05. Therefore it was So it concluded that there was a significant influence on learning outcomes after the cooperative learning model was applied to the talking stick type in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (hypothesis accepted).

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TALKING STICK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA DI KELAS IV SDS TUNAS ELOK

This research started with the discovery of the results of PTS IPA as many as 12 people who were in class IV SDS Tunas Elok, there were 9 people getting scores below the minimum completeness criterion standard (KKM) of 65. In addition, various problems were found during teaching and learning activities that were not optimal. The purpose of this research was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in class IV science subjects at SDS Tunas Elok with the talking stick learning model. The materials used are natural resources. The research method used was classroom action research which consisted of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and tests while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive and comparative. In the first cycle, the science learning outcomes obtained were 33,3% with an average score of 54, some problems were still found during learning and there were 7 students whose grades were below standard so they had to be corrected again in cycle II. Meanwhile, in cycle II the science learning outcomes obtained were 91,7% with an average score of 78, learning was also in accordance with the lesson plan and only one person whose score was below standard. This shows that there was an increase experienced during research using the model cooperative talking stick type in science subjects in class IV SDS Tunas Elok.

Enhancing mathematical communication skills through cooperative learning model-based worksheets of talking stick type

This study addresses the deficiency in students' mathematical communication skills attributed to teaching materials that do not effectively contribute to their development. The unappealing presentation of teaching materials leads to student boredom during learning activities and the adoption of inappropriate learning models. Therefore, enhancing communication skills through worksheets (LKPD) based on the cooperative talking stick model is essential. This research is research and development (R&D) using the research design of the development model of Borg and Gall (1983) with ten stages. However, in this study, only nine stages are considered, including 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) product validation, 5) product revision, 6) initial trials, 7) revisions, 8) usage trials, 9) Final revision, because this model has high validation that has been tested by several experts and produces an effective product. The research subjects comprised 35 ninth-grade students for the small-scale trials and 70 eighth-grade students for the large-scale trials. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results of the feasibility test conducted by material experts, considering content, presentation, and language feasibility, yielded a score of 83.5%, and the results of media experts with aspects of model size, cover design, content design, component suitability obtained a value of 86.8% so that very feasible criteria were obtained. Based on teacher responses, the practicality test results yielded a score of 86.67%, and the results of the student's response obtained a value of 82.55%, so the response obtained very practical criteria. The effectiveness test results, employing N-Gain to measure student improvement after using the developed products to enhance mathematical communication skills, yielded 61.14%, indicating moderate effectiveness. Based on this, the products developed meet the criteria of feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in the learning process.

The Influence of the Talking Stick Cooperative Learning Model on Science Learning Outcomes Theme 6 Subtheme 3 in Class V Students at SDN 107400 Bandar Khalipah

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of using the Talking Stick type Cooperative learning model on learning outcomes in science theme 6 Sub-theme 3 PB 1 in Class V students at SDN 107400 Bandar Khalipah. The sample of this study was class V SDN 107400 Bandar Khalipah which consisted of 2 classes, namely 24 students from the experimental class and 20 students from the control class. This research method is an experimental type of Quasy Experiment Design. The results showed that the learning outcomes using the Talking Stick model were higher than the learning outcomes of students using the conventional model. The results of the statistical test showed that the learning outcomes of students using the Cooperative Talking Stick type model were 47.83 in the pretest and 83.08 in the posttest, while the learning outcomes using the conventional model were 54.4 in the pretest and 66.2 in the posttest. Technical analysis of research data using the t-test formula. The results of the hypothesis prove that t count > t table or 5.136 > 2.081 at a significant level α = 0.05. so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence from the use of the Talking Stick cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in the science content, theme 6, sub-theme 3 in fifth grade students at SDN 107400 Bandar Khalipah.

The Effect of Applying Talking Stick Type Learning Model in Mufrodat Learning

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the "Talking Stick" type learning model on improving Mufrodat (Arabic Vocabulary) learning in junior high school students. In this study, researchers used research based on Quasi-Experimental studies by dividing students into two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. This research is based on several complex problems, namely Arabic learning is still considered as one of the difficult and boring subjects. The results showed that by using the "Talking stick" type of learning model, mufrodat learning in students increased compared to applying the conventional learning model to generally. With this research, it is expected to be a motivation for educators at every level of education to continue and continue to innovate in every application of learning by Models that vary and adapt to the technology of the era that exists today.

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of civics content for fifth grade students at SDN 015 Tandung, Tinambung District, Kab. Polewali Mandar, The aim of this researcher was to find out the application of the Talking Stick learning model to Civics content can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 015 Tandung, Tinambung District, Kab. Polewali Mandar, This research approach is a qualitative approach. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which is conducted in two cycles, which include planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The focus of this research is the focus of the process and the focus of student learning outcomes on Civics content by applying the Talking Stick Type cooperative learning model. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students at SDN 015 Tandung, Tinambung District, Kab. Polewali Mandar for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 25 students consisting of 9 boys and 16 girls, as well as a teacher. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation. The results showed that there was a significant increase in each cycle. The test results for the first cycle were in the Enough Category (C) and for the second cycle, there was an increase in Category (B). Polewali Mandar by applying the Talking Stick cooperative learning model has increased.

The problems that exist in improving student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects in class VI MI Mambaul Ulum Kelbung are students' passive response and students' interest in learning in Mathematics subjects is low and students have the perception that Mathematics is a difficult subject to learn so that in When learning takes place, students pay less attention to explanations from educators, causing low student learning outcomes. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this research is "How is the Talking Stick Type Cooperative Learning Model Implemented in Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Subjects, Statistics Material in Class VI MI Mambaul Ulum, Smangkaan Hamlet, Kelbung Village, Galis District, Bangkalan Regency, Academic Year 2021/ 2022. Data analysis techniques use averages. Based on the learning outcomes of students after using the talking stick type cooperative learning model, there has been an increase. This can be seen from the increase in students' classical completeness in cycle I by 58.33% and in cycle II by 83.33%, an increase of 25%. From the results of the analysis above, it can be understood that the use of the talking stick type cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes and can be used as an alternative for Mathematics learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kelbung.

Improving the Mathematics Learning Process of Junior High School Students in Pekanbaru with the Application of the Talking Stick Type Cooperative Learning Model

Research applying the talking stick cooperative learning model aims to improve the learning process and student learning outcomes in mathematics. The research subjects were students of SMPN 26 Pekanbaru, totaling 40 students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. The data collection instruments consisted of observation sheets, questionnaire sheets, and learning outcomes test sheets. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive data analysis with observation sheets, questionnaire sheets, and analysis of learning outcomes. The results of teacher activities and student activities at each meeting showed an increase in the mathematics learning process of SMPN 26 Pekanbaru students starting from the first meeting in the first cycle to the last meeting in the second cycle. This can be seen from the number of students who completed the primary score, namely 14 students from 40 students or 35%, increasing on the first daily test to 22 students from 40 or 55%. Student learning outcomes after the learning process in the second cycle increased to 33 students or 83% in the second daily test.

The Effectiveness of Using a Digital Learning System (DLS) Through a Talking Stick Type Cooperative Learning Model in Social Studies Subjects for Class V Elementary School

Following a breakthrough in the development of learning technology, the Digital Learning System (DLS) is a breakthrough in developing learning technology where students can take advantage of technology in the form of software or hardware, online or offline, that is packaged attractively and interactively. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using DLS through the Talking Stick in terms of learning motivation and student learning outcomes. This research is descriptive analysis research with a quantitative approach; namely, the data obtained is quantitative data that will be analyzed descriptively. The sample used in this study is fifth-grade elementary school students, as many as 14 students in social studies subjects. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 124405 Pematang Siantar. The results showed that 78.58% of students already had learning motivation, and 85.71% of student learning outcomes passed the KKM. Based on these data, using the Digital Learning System Cooperative learning model Talking Stick has been said to be effective in motivation and student learning outcomes in class V SD Negeri 124405 Pematang Siantar.

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik dalam Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu Menggunakan Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Talking Stick di Kelas III SDN 27 Anak Air Kota Padang

Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Integrated Thematic Learning Using the Talking Stick Type Cooperative Learning Model in Class III SDN 27 Anak Air Padang City. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Talking Stick Type Cooperative Learning model in Class III SDN 27 Anak Air Padang City. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Talking Stick Type Cooperative Learning model in Class III SDN 27 Anak Air Padang City. The results showed an increase in: a) RPP cycle I with an average of 80.57% (enough) and in cycle II increased to 94.44% (very good), b) Implementation in the teacher aspect of cycle I with an average of 80 .26% (enough) and in the second cycle increased to 93,42% (very good), while the implementation in the aspect of the first cycle students with an average of 80.26% (enough), and in the second cycle increased to 93.42 % (very good), c) Assessment of students' skills in improving learning outcomes in the first cycle was obtained with an average of 75.72 and the second cycle increased by an average of 88.94, d) knowledge of the first cycle an average of 78, 07 and cycle II 87.30. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Talking Stick type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in class III SDN 27 Anak Air Padang City.

Pengaruh Model Talking Stick dan Media Audio Visual Terhadap Hasil Belajar Tematik Kelas V

Educators are expected to be able to apply learning models that can motivate students to be more active, responsible, respective and cooperative to others and can improve student learning outcomes. One of the learning models that can be used is the talking stick type cooperative learning model. This research is expected to be able to solve problems related to students' thematic learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the talking stick model and audio visual media on the thematic learning outcomes of students. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental design with a non equivalent control group design. This study uses a saturated sample technique. The instruments used in this study are tests and non-tests, while data analysis uses simple regression tests and multiple regression tests. The results of the study concluded that there was an effect of the application of the talking stick model and audio media on the thematic learning outcomes of students as well as an increase in N-gain of 0.59 in the "Medium". So it is hoped that the application of the talking stick model and audio-visual media to the thematic learning outcomes can be used as a reference for elementary school class teachers

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TALKING STICK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA

This research is conducted to describe the application of talking stick type of cooperative learning model to increase the speaking skill and the students’ achievement at English Lesson of the tenthgrade at SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Timur. The research methods that used were Classroom Action Research and Quasi Experiment. The subjects of this research were students of the tenth grade SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Timur at the second semester of the academic year 2020/2021,for CAR class was X IPS 1,Experiment class X IPS 3,and Control Class X IPS 2. Each class totaling 27 students. The Research instruments used observation sheet and test. The data analysis used the average score analysis and test consisting of inter-cycle different test and unrelated two sample different test. The result showed that the application of cooperative type of learning model talking stick can increase the speaking skill and the students’ achievement of the tenthgradestudents of English lesson at SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Timur

MIN in Rural and Urban Areas: Implementation of Talking Stick Learning Model in Al-Qur’an Hadith Subject

The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the tolerance character of students by applying the talking stick MIN model in Bengkulu Selatan district and MIN students in Bengkulu city. This type of research was mixed-method research using an explanatory design. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Collecting data in this study used a tolerance character questionnaire distributed to students from class IV MIN 1 Bengkulu City, class IV MIN 2 Bengkulu City students, grade IV students of MIN 1 South Bengkulu Regency MIN 2 South Bengkulu Regency, which totaled 100 students. Data analysis used the Independent Samples T-test and descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicated that the sig (2-tailed) Independent T-test value is 0.162 ≥0.05, so Ho was accepted, and Ha was rejected, meaning that there was no significant difference between the average scores of students' tolerance character in MIN Bengkulu Selatan Regency (rural area area) and MIN Kota Bengkulu (Urban area area) where both schools implemented cooperative learning model of talking stick type in Al-Qur'an Hadith subject. Based on the results of interviews, after applying the talking stick model, students felt happy and excited while learning because learning was not dull, so that students also more easily understood the learning materials presented by the teacher.

The Influence of The Cooperative Learning Model with Type of Talking Stick on Students Learning Outcomes in Economic Subjects Class X Social Sciences Sman 1 Rantau Pulung

This study aims to determine: (1) The use of cooperative learning model type talking stick in economics subjects class X social science SMAN 1 Rantau Pulung; (2) The achievement of economic learning outcomes from the cooperative learning model of the type talking stick in students of class X social science SMAN 1 Rantau Pulung; (3) The Use of cooperative learning model type talking stick effect of the on economic learning outcomes in students of class X social science SMAN 1 Rantau Pulung. This research is a quantitative research type of quasi-experimental research or quasi-experimental, research with research subjects namely students of class X Social Sciences SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Pulung with class X social science 2 as many as 23 people as experimental class and class X social science 3 as many as 26 people as control class. Data collection is done by using the test technique. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the average for the experimental class increased by 12.54% while the average value for the control class experienced a slight decrease of 0.44%. Through the results of hypothesis testing, the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) t-test for Equality of Means is 0.005 so that the significance value is <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected or Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the talking stick type cooperative learning model on the economic learning outcomes of class X social studies students at SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Pulung.

Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V SD Inpres Bakung I Kota Makassar

Abstrak: The Effect of Applying the Talking Stick Type Cooperative Learning Model on Science Learning Outcomes of Grade V Students of SD Inpres Bakung I Makassar City. This study aims to determine the application of the talking stick type cooperative learning model, the difference in learning outcomes in science subjects, and the Talking Stick learning model to student learning outcomes in science subjects class V SD Inpres Bakung I Makassar City. The approach used in this study is quantitative with an ex post facto type of research with a questionnaire stage. The population and sample of this study were grade V students of SD Inpres Bakung I Makassar City with a total of 19 students, sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The results showed that (1) The Talking Stick type cooperative learning model in science learning was carried out by distributing questionnaires. (2) The results of students' science learning after the implementation of the Talking Stick type cooperative learning model showed an improvement. (3) TheTalking Stick type cooperative learning model affects the science learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Inpres Bakung I Makassar City. This can be seen from the results of the t test analysis which proves that the calculated t value = 3.069 > ttable = 2.093 with a p-value of < 0.05.

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick Menggunakan Kartu Soal Terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa Kelas X di SMA

This study aims to determine the application of the talking stick type cooperative learning model using question cards to students' physics learning outcomes. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research, with a posttest only control group design. Sampling used simple random sampling where class X.4 as the experimental class and X.3 as the control class. Collecting data using a cognitive test of learning outcomes in the form of a multiple choice test with 20 questions. Data on the affective and psychomotor domains of students used observation sheets which were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. From the results of the final test, the average final score for the cognitive domain in the experimental class and control class was 73.47 and 66.30, respectively. For the affective domain, the average values obtained by the experimental class and control class are 72.12 and 68.18, respectively. As for the psychomotor domain, the average values for the experimental class and control class are 73.10 and 68.29, respectively. From the hypothesis test that was carried out, it was found that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, it can be concluded that "student physics learning outcomes in the application of the talking stick type cooperative learning model using question cards are better than the physics learning outcomes of students who do not use the talking stick type cooperative learning model.
