Permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control based on BP neural network

In this paper, the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system has problems such as low control precision, low reliability, poor system operation status. To solve these problems, because of the neural network has self-learning and self-adaptive ability to BP algorithm can be applied to parts of speed control system. This paper proposes a PMSM which based on BP neural network algorithm and control systems. Then the system model is established in Simulink environment, and the superiority and feasibility of the strategy are verified by comparing with traditional PID controller.

Vector Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on MRAS Method

In recent years, the application range of electric energy in modern industry has gradually expanded. Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, and has obvious advantages in traction application. In order to achieve good vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the full speed range, Research on model reference adaptive system (MRAS) and pulsating high frequency injection method to construct the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system, and combined with the flux weakening control algorithm to control the motor under the condition of limited inverter output, so as to realize the sensorless vector control of the motor in the full speed range. The difference between the estimated value of the algorithm and the actual value is compared on the actual experimental platform to verify the feasibility of the control algorithm. The experimental results show that, Under medium and high-speed working conditions, the motor speed and rotor position tracking accuracy of MRAS algorithm is high, and the tracking error is less than 0.01rad. The pulsating high-frequency injection method can accurately track the permanent magnet synchronous motor under low-speed working conditions, the speed error is less than 1n / R / min, and the rotor position error is less than 0.03rad. The static and dynamic performance of the control system is good, It can better deal with the sudden change of motor load. Using MRAS algorithm and pulsating high frequency injection method to control permanent magnet synchronous motor in full speed range is of great significance to improve the speed control performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor.

Improved energy saving control of IPMSM based on the weighted average current method

Aiming at the low efficiency of vector control system caused by unreasonable current allocation, an improved energy saving control strategy based on weighted average current method is proposed in this paper, and the research is carried out on the background of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system. This method does not add new parameters, but achieves the goal of reducing motor loss and improving current utilization rate. Firstly, according to the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor considering iron loss resistance, the relationship between motor torque and d-q axis current is deduced. Then, by introducing the weighted average current factor, the minimum copper loss current and the minimum iron loss current are calculated analytically. Finally, the simulation analysis shows that the energy saving strategy proposed in this paper can further reduce the electrical loss of permanent magnet motor compared with the traditional energy saving control method, which proves the feasibility of this method in improving the energy efficiency of the vector control system of permanent magnet motor.

Rotor Position Recognition Technology of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor Based on Sliding Mode Observer

Position sensorless control system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor has some advantages: simple structure, easy maintenance, high efficiency, good speed performance, etc. This paper designed a position sensorless control system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor based on sliding mode observer, namely taking advantage of a sensorless algorithm to estimate the pole position and speed. Firstly, the principle of sliding mode control and basic conditions which need to achieve are analyzed. And then, a sliding mode observer of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor sensorless control system is designed. The related simulation model is built to study the effect of sliding mode observer for rotor position accuracy. The simulation model is implemented to build models of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor vector control system based on sliding mode observer and simulate the control performance of position sensorless control. In the last part, the feasibility of the design scheme is verified by analysis of simulation results.

Simulation of Vector Control System of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

The article analysed and studied the structure performance and mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and it further researched the principle of vector control technology and the SVPWM algorithm on this basis. A closed-loop simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed/current was built. The waveform of the simulation result is consistent with the theoretical analysis, which verifies the effectiveness of the simulation experiment platform and mathematical model. It also verifies the superiority of the id=0 control algorithm and vector control. A theory for the research and design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system basis is provided.

Research on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drive System of Electric Vehicle Based on Fuzzy Control

The performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor is an important indicator to measure the performance of motor. Since the conventional PID control is only applicable to the linear control system, the conventional PID control cannot satisfy the control performance requirements for a nonlinear control system such as a permanent magnet synchronous motor or a time-varying system. Fuzzy control does not depend on the precise mathematical model of the controlled object, and it has strong robustness and anti-interference ability to the changes of the controlled object parameters. In this paper, the traditional PID control and fuzzy control are combined, and the PID parameters are adjusted online by the fuzzy controller, so that the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulation system has good dynamic and static characteristics. In this paper, MATLAB is used to model and simulate the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system based on fuzzy control. The results show that the fuzzy controller has excellent performance in suppressing the overshoot and anti-disturbance.

Zero Voltage Vector Sampling Method for PMSM Three-Phase Current Reconstruction Using Single Current Sensor

For the purpose of reducing cost and volume, techniques of reconstructing three-phase currents through a single current sensor have been reported for permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system. In existing studies, the reconstruction precision is largely affected by the dead zones in space vector PWM plane, which requires additional efforts to compensate the dead zones either by modifying pulse width modulation (PWM) modulation strategy or by phase-shifting of PWM signal. In this paper, a novel zero voltage vector sampling method (ZVVSM) is proposed, which can move the current reconstruction dead zones in low modulation region and sector boundary regions toward the outline of the space vector hexagon without modifying PWM signal. By arranging the single current sensor at a novel position, the proposed method is able to sample current in two zero voltage vectors (ZVV). ZVVSM avoids the complicated algorithms as well as the increase of the switching times, so that it is beneficial to the PMSM drive performance. The proposed method is validated by both simulation and experiments.

Study on the precision of the guide control system of independent wheel

The torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector with active control is studied in this paper. The ripple appears because of the impact of position detection and current detection, the error generated in inverter and the influence of motor ontology (magnetic chain harmonic and the cogging effect and so on). Then, the simulation dynamic model of bogie with permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system is established with MATLAB/Simulink. The stability of bogie with steering control is studied. The relationship between the error of the motor and the precision of the control system is studied. The result shows that the existing motor does not meet the requirements of the control system.

Optimization of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Vector Control System Based on Particle Swarm Optimization

For permanent magnet synchronous motor control system at this stage has defects such as the poor robustness and control, this paper proposes an optimization scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system based on particle swarm optimization. Establish the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, use the particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the PID controller parameters of the system speed loop on the basis of the theoretical analysis of vector control, PID controller and particle swarm optimization, build the optimization simulation model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system based on particle swarm optimization in MATLAB/Simulink and conduct the related research. The simulation results show that the optimization scheme is effective and it can significantly improve system control performances.

Simulation of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor’s Self-Organizing Rule and Self-Regulared Parameter Fuzzy Control

In view of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor vector control system, this paper proposes a model reference adaptive speed controller gain fuzzy self-tuning neurons. The simulation results show that when a sudden load disturbance or parameter mutation, the gain of model reference adaptive fuzzy self-tuning neuron speed control has quick response, strong robustness, good dynamic and static characteristic, etc.
