The Dynamics of Human Capital Development, Employee Commitment, and Sustainable Competitive Advantage: A Strategic Perspective

The purpose of this study was to see the impact of “strategic human resources management (HRM) practices” on achieving “competitive advantages” that will be long-lasting, as well as the contribution of “human capital development” and “employee commitment” in information technology sector. IT sector works to establish, preserve, and perpetuate their competitive advantages, similar to other corporate organisations. The data were collected using questionnaire method and this study was conducted on 277 randomly selected employees working in different reputed IT companies. To achieve the objective of the study primary and secondary data were used and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, mediation analysis and likewise using AMOS 22.0, SPSS23. The results of the study showed a linear and favourable relationship between strategic HRM practices and sustainable competitive advantage (SCA). Strategic HRM was also found to positively influence human capital development and employee commitment of the IT sector firms. This study further suggests IT sector to prioritise human resources management in their businesses, which will improve human capital development by allowing staff members to acquire implicit expertise that will be challenging and difficult for the rivals to mimic and also add to the literature on sustainable competitive advantages, employment, and human capital development. The finding highlights about IT sector management as well and also the results made an additional argument for employee commitment to achieving a sustained competitive edge. The study further suggested some theoretical and other implications for researchers as well.

Analysis of a planned neighbourhood of Kinshasa and its mix with spontaneous extension neighbourhoods: the case of the Maman Mobutu City

Kinshasa, one of Africa's most densely populated capital cities, has been grappling with the issue of informality in its planned settlements. This paper, aiming to understand this issue comprehensively, has employed a unique and rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research includes material and site surveys, allowing for a detailed study of the transformation of the Mamam Mobutu Garden City. Built-in the 80s on an existing informal village, the project later faced an invasion of illegal settlers and constructions. The surroundings have also witnessed the radicalisation of precarious communities, posing a threat to achieving sustainable human development.

Concept and investigation of Selective Forward Osmosis (SFO) for Salt-Salt Separation as a Pretreatment of Seawater for Resource Utilization

Seawater utilization is crucial for the sustainable human development. Despite growing interest in forward osmosis (FO) due to its unique properties, conventional FO membranes with salt-water selectivity have limitations in applying to specific salt-salt separation processes, which hinders their application in resource utilization. In this work, a new concept, “selective forward osmosis (SFO)”, was proposed, which ingeniously employed an SFO membrane consisting of an ion-selective layer on a denser substrate. The denser substrate is designed to control water flux so as to alleviate the solution dilution and improve the salt-salt separation. Moreover, the sucrose and pure water were used separately as feed solution to provide different water flux to influence the various salt fluxes, showing that pure water feed could enhance the salt-salt separation efficiency, although it could dilute the draw solution to some extent. Therefore, pure water was selected as feed in the subsequent experiments. The optimized SFO membrane achieved high Na2SO4/NaCl selectivity (∼54.8) and MgCl2/NaCl selectivity (∼9.2) in single-salt draw solutions. With mixed-salt and heavy-metal-mixed-salt draw solutions, the Mg2+/Na+ selectivity was enhanced to ∼14.5, and further to 29.3. In real seawater tests, the SFO system effectively permeated monovalent elements (such as Na flux of ∼68.6 g m−2 h−1) while maintaining a higher rejection for bivalent elements (such as Mg flux of ∼0.08 g m−2 h−1), showing high selectivities for Mg/Na, U/Na, Sr/Na, Ni/Na, and Ca/Na. These results demonstrate the potential of SFO for resource utilization, especially in complex saline environments. This work contributes a new route for salt-salt separation in the pretreatment of seawater resources.

Model development of empowered on the job training program to improve the school leadership effectiveness

Purpose: The development of an on-the-job training program manual model is a critical step for educational units within the framework of sustainable human resource capacity development, which aims to see the need for an on-the-job training program for school leadership teams to improve their leadership effectiveness. This certainly needs to be supported by the design of an on-the-job training program for school leadership teams to improve their leadership effectiveness as an alternative means of capacity building for school leadership teams in managing schools. In addition, it is also to see the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the on-the-job training program model for the school leadership team to improve their leadership effectiveness which in turn can provide significance to the education services managed in schools. Method: This study used a development research method based on Smith and Ragan's design. The instruments used in the study were validation and practicality sheets, model needs analysis questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data on the validity and practicality of the model were obtained during data processing. Data processing was continued with paired sample t-test analysis using SPSS and N-Gain to determine the effectiveness. Results: The results of existing research show: 1) an assessment of the feasibility of the EMPOWERED OJT model to increase the effectiveness of school leadership shows a very high validity category with an average value of 84%, and its practicality is considered very practical with an average value of 95%; 2) an assessment of effectiveness, there is a Sig value. (2-tailed) is <.001, which is < 0.05, indicating that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows the influence of using the OJT program model manual to increase the effectiveness of school leadership. It is also seen that there is an increase in the average (gain) of the pretest and posttest data of 0.73, which is included in the medium group criteria. Based on the results of this research, the developed product model is effective and contributes positively to increasing the effectiveness of leadership in schools, in this case, in the ranks of school leaders.

Relationship between phytoplankton community structure and environmental factors in Yinchuan City water

The freshwater ecosystem, formed through the interaction between biological communities and the environment, serves as a vital resource for sustainable human development. Phytoplankton plays a pivotal role in environmental monitoring and ecological assessment, serving as a biological indicator in water quality assessment. However, the rapid urban development poses a significant threat to aquatic ecosystems, leading to environmental changes that alter phytoplankton community structures and degrade ecosystem functions. The research on the phytoplankton community structure and its correlation with environmental factors in Yinchuan remains insufficient. Therefore, it is imperative for Yinchuan's water ecosystem to comprehensively understand the phytoplankton community structure and identify the driving factors influencing the water ecological environment.A survey of phytoplankton was conducted in 40 stations across the Diannong River Basin, Yuehai Wetland, Baohu Wetland, and Hequanhu Wetland in Yinchuan in April 2023. The results revealed the presence of seven phyla and 211 species of phytoplankton in Yinchuan. Bacillariophyta comprised the majority of observed species, followed by Chlorophyta and Cyanophyta, with a smaller proportion of other species distributed throughout. Key influencing factors included total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), dissolved oxygen (DO), and transparency (SDD). Significant disparities were noted in both the Simpson index and Pielou's evenness index of the phytoplankton community.

Integrating FinTech with Industry 4.0 for sustainable mineral resource management: Exploring the interplay of technology, regulation, and economic dynamics

In the field of global geology, the intricate relationship between Earth’s mineral resources and their pivotal role in fostering sustainable human development is a fundamental area of scholarly investigation. This research thoroughly explores the complex dynamics between technological progress, financial innovations, and regulatory structures in the context of sustainable management of mineral resources. Covering the period from 2000 to 2022 and including key international stakeholders in the mineral industry, the study employs a Panel Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach to assess the effects of Industry 4.0 technologies (IND), Financial Technology (FinTech), Regulatory Quality (RQ), Energy Efficiency (EF), and per capita Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on Mineral Resource Capital (MRC). The results reveal a substantial, positive long-term influence of Industry 4.0 on Mineral Resource Capital, underscoring the essential role of technology. Conversely, FinTech exhibits a nuanced association with Mineral Resource Capital, indicating the necessity for its careful incorporation. The analysis highlights the significance of regulatory quality in the sustainable management of resources, while the negative impact of energy efficiency points towards the need for more sustainable industrial practices. Through variance decomposition and impulse response analysis, the study delineates the responsiveness of Mineral Resource Capital to various economic fluctuations, with Granger causality tests offering additional insight into these complex interactions. This investigation contributes significantly to the existing scholarly literature and offers crucial perspectives for policy-makers and industry participants, advocating for a cohesive strategy that effectively harnesses technological and financial innovations to enhance sustainability and economic resilience in the mineral sector.

Sustainable Human Resources Development in Listed Agro-Industrial Companies: A Pandemic Phenomenon

Pandemic COVID-19 had massive impact on global economics including agro-industrial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Those companies faced financial distress. Trying to maintain their profit generating or loss in financial performance. However, the demand from stakeholders to implement sustainability still existed regarding investment on human resources. This study aimed to analyse the sustainable human resources development practices in listed agro-industrial companies by identifying and mapping the vision and mission, the implementation of human resource development, and financial commitments issued by Indonesian agro-industrial companies in developing human resources specifically for a pandemic phenomenon. This study used qualitative method by employing exploration approach and document analysis on sustainability report. The result showed that the Indonesian agro-industrial companies still showed the commitment on sustainable human resources development which reflected on their sustainable vision and mission. Those companies still showed the sustainable human resource development in 2020 by conducting training and certification as an investment for prospective opportunity in global competitive business. The financial commitment reflected in cost allocation for those needs. COVID-19 had impact for financial performance indeed. However, financial instability had not been an obstacle for those companies to develop their human resources. COVID-19 needed digital technology adaptation and employee needed to be trained and certified. Future

Drivers of ecosystem services and their trade-offs and synergies in different land use policy zones of Shaanxi Province, China

Clarifying the marginal effects of dominant factors influencing ecosystem services in different land use policy zones and the resulting changes in trade-offs and synergies within ecosystem services is an essential prerequisite for the sophisticated management of ecosystem services. Moreover, it is a crucial requirement for achieving the sustained provision of ecosystem services and sustainable human development. This study quantified spatial and temporal changes of ecosystem services in different land use policy zones of Shaanxi, assessed the marginal effects of drivers using the random forest, and explained the relationships within ecosystem services by the geographically weighted regression model. The results showed that water yield (WY) increased in the Economic Development Zone, food Production (FP), water yield (WY), carbon storage (CS), soil conservation (SC), and habitat quality (HQ) improved in the Ecological Enhancement Zone and Ecological Restoration Zone. In contrast, water yield (WY) and soil conservation (SC) in the Ecological Conservation Zone decreased from 2000 to 2020. Changes in the dominant factors in different policy zones affected ecosystem services in a non-stationary manner. For example, the initial increase in construction land ratio would lead to complex and dramatic effects on multiple ecosystem services. Differences in the most significant factors and their respective marginal effects led to disparities in transformations of trade-offs and synergies between ecosystem services in different land use policy zones. The area of trade-offs between water yield (WY) and carbon storage (CS) decreased by 1.67% in the Ecological Conservation Zone, while it increased by 1.53% in the Ecological Restoration Zone. This study could provide theoretical guidance for different policy zones to optimize ecological management policies, coordinate human-earth relations, and achieve sustainable development.

Spatial identification and priority conservation areas determination of wilderness in China

In the context of an increasingly severe ecological crisis and accelerating ecological civilization construction, the specific regional differences as well as the natural environment of China restrict the uniform population distribution and the social economy's spatial layout, forming a large and widely distributed wilderness. The post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) takes the protection of wilderness areas as one of the key conservation goals and brings new opportunities for wilderness protection. Objective and accurate identification of the spatial range of wilderness and the determination of the focus of wilderness protection are significant for carrying out resource and environmental carrying capacity evaluations, biodiversity conservation, and national park system construction. At present, fewer studies pay attention to wilderness area identification and protection in China. In this study, we used the MaxEnt and Marxan models to establish a framework to identify the spatial distribution and conservation priorities of China's wilderness as well as guide wilderness conservation. The wilderness areas in China show a large-scale, concentrated distribution in space and a small, scattered distribution. From 2000 to 2020, the wilderness area decreased from 3.6323 million km2 in 2000 to 2.9142 million km2 in 2020, and the wilderness area reduction rate from 2000 to 2010 was greater than that in 2010–2020. From 2000 to 2020, the center of gravity of the wilderness area shifted 893.5 km to the southwest. Wilderness center of gravity relocated from Pingluo County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region to Delingha City, Qinghai Province. Considering conservation objectives and conservation costs, we determined that the wilderness area in urgent need of protection is 55,100 km2, accounting for 1.8 % of the total wilderness area. It is mainly distributed in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (13,000 km2), Yunnan Province (12,000 km2), and Sichuan Province (5300 km2). This methodological framework can provide an important reference for governments in dealing with global climate change, maintaining biodiversity and ecosystem diversity, and promoting sustainable human development.

Does geopolitical risk impact sustainable development? A perspective on linkage between geopolitical risk and sustainable development research

The impact of the geopolitical crisis radiates into the area of sustainable development, it has become a major challenge hindering the process of sustainable human development. Thorough research is necessary to determine how global geopolitical concerns affect sustainable development. Based on the methodology and paradigm of bibliometrics, this study incorporated the research of geopolitical influences on sustainable development into the analytical framework, creating and comparing structural changes in the field before and after the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and systematic basic research using data from relevant publications included in Web of Science core collection. The results indicate that the study of geopolitical influences on sustainable development has attracted widespread interest among scientists and that the number of publications on the subject has been on the rise, Environmental Sciences Ecologic have become the most dominant subject in the research field of the topic. The geographical distribution of publications shows that developed countries have more publications in this field. The evolution of the dynamics of international collaboration reveals heterogeneity in the patterns of country and author collaboration before and after the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, a decrease in the clustering of country collaboration, and the replacement of the United States by China as the country with the highest intensity of collaboration after the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and author collaboration networks show a lack of high-impact author groups in the subject. Thematic clustering results reveal that geopolitical risks have influenced economic, social, and environmental sustainability, which include impacts on economic development, energy security, global supply chains, the water environment, and many others. At the end of the article, relevant suggestions are proposed for achieving sustainable development goals under geopolitical threats.

Barriers and Challenges Affecting Quality Education (Sustainable Development Goal #4) in Sub-Saharan Africa by 2030

Education is a fundamental human right and a crucial tool for sustainable human capacity development, which can advance the economic growth of a country. Yet for many children in sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), quality education remains out of reach. This study aimed to identify the barriers and challenges to enacting Sustainable Development Goal 4: “Ensuring Inclusive, Equitable, and Quality Education and the Promotion of Lifelong Learning Opportunities for All”. Through a content analysis of the relevant literature, we identified three themes: funding constraints, access and inclusion, and teacher education. Regarding funding, issues of resource allocation, technical capacity, and accountability were identified as primary factors requiring intervention strategies to become fully realized in SSA. When exploring access and inclusion, we found that incorporating students with disabilities, gender disparities, physical barriers, and inadequate curriculum are essential factors limiting quality education in SSA. Finally, teachers’ conditions and training emerged as crucial challenges to reach quality pedagogy. Some SSA countries have improved their efforts for quality education, but these barriers and challenges continue to impact education for all children. A new perspective on mitigating these impediments can address several factors responsible for the exclusion of diverse groups from accessing quality education in the SSA region.

Water–Energy–Nutrients Nexus of Urban Environments

The objective of this article is to deepen knowledge about the existing connections, at the level of urban environments, between energy, water, and nutrients (or food). Energy and basic resources—water and food—are closely interconnected, which is why the water–energy–food nexus constitutes the essential integrated approach to ensuring the sustainable development of humanity. This nexus is also valid in urban environments and can be adapted for buildings, interconnecting, in this case, water, energy, and nutrients. This article is a literature review in this area, intending to highlight the strong connections between water, energy, and nutrients at the level of buildings, integrating the results obtained in different studies and showing the global importance of this nexus. The water–energy relationship in buildings is already well known in terms of the production of domestic hot water or building pumping, for example, but it turns out that it goes far beyond this interrelationship, also having implications for public networks. Regarding the water–nutrients nexus in urban environments, it can play an important role in terms of food security for humanity, especially regarding the possibility of recovering phosphorus in buildings.

COVID-19, new challenges to human safety: a global review.

In the context of sustainable human development, human safety has gradually shifted from traditional state and political conflict to social conflict and horizontal inequality, and the pandemic has exacerbated this variation risk. This narrative review includes literature from 40 countries on five continents since 2020, explored and tidy up the impacts of pandemics on human safety based on three perspectives: personal safety, family safety and social safety, refined the macroscopic concept of human safety. The comprehensibility of the global review conclusions is enhanced by combining it with Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Finally, some novel and comparative results are included to broaden the understanding of the impact of the pandemic, and help policymaker better understand human safety changes from a new perspective.

Contamination and remediation of contaminated firing ranges—an overview

Land and groundwater resources are fundamental pillars of sustainable human development. The negligent abandonment of ammunition and its fragments during range activities can result in severe contamination of range sites, thereby posing a significant risk to both the ecological environment and human health. Nevertheless, numerous uncertainties persist regarding the comprehension of range contaminated sites. In this study, the literature on the range of contaminated sites decommissioned after 2000 was systematically examined to consolidate basic information related to these sites, such as contaminant types, contamination status, and remediation measures. Considerable attention is devoted to investigating the advancement of diverse techniques, such as phytoremediation, chemical leaching, and solidification/stabilization, to remediate polluted areas within decommissioned firing ranges. Among the various types of remediation means, physical remediation and chemical remediation have higher remediation efficiency, but generally have higher costs and are prone to secondary pollution. Bioremediation is low cost and environmentally friendly, but has a long restoration cycle. The choice of remediation method should be based on actual needs. Additionally, this study puts forth prospective avenues for future research. Ultimately, this endeavor aims to attract the interest of scholars toward the remediation of contaminated sites within firing ranges, thereby making a valuable contribution to both human wellbeing and sustainable progress.

Sodium fluoride enables room-temperature synthesis of dimethyl carbonate

Carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere of the Earth represents an abundant and largely free source of carbon, which remains heavily underestimated nowadays. The disbalance between the emission and utilization of CO2 puts the sustainable development of humanity at risk because of its possible correlation with global climate change. The valorization of CO2 is an important strategy to attend to the above-mentioned challenges. CO2 can be converted to dimethyl carbonate by grafting to methanol (CH3OH) in the presence of the catalyst. The presently known catalytic solutions require high temperatures and pressures to be employed. Herein, we report sodium fluoride as a new catalyst offering an unprecedentedly low activation barrier, 23 kJ/mol, for the carboxylation of CH3OH. The fluoride anion coordinates the hydroxyl hydrogen of CH3OH thanks to forming a very strong H-bond. Upon the collision with CO2, the proton detaches, and CO2 grafts to CH3O* while becoming the carboxyl group. The reaction finishes by methylating CH3OC(O)O– via the methyl radical originating from another CH3OH molecule (esterification stage). The hydrogen fluoride molecule is an intermediate in this reaction providing the proton and fostering esterification. The subsequent in-lab experiments showed that much milder conditions can be used to synthesize DMC out of CH3OH. Under 80 °C and 40 bar, we obtained an outstanding DMC yield of 21.1 %. However, the synthesis was also possible at lower temperatures giving DMC yields of 16.3 % at 65 °C, 14.7 % at 55 °C, and 10.8 % at 25 °C. The unprecedented possibility to obtain a non-negligible production of an organic carbonate at room temperature represents a cornerstone advance in the field of CO2 valorization and promises huge energy savings. Given the current global amount of the yearly prepared DMC amounting to over one million tons and the demand for this chemical by emerging chemical technologies, the achieved result is deemed to be of paramount importance. The exemplified catalytic mechanism is also interesting in the context of other syntheses, in which a low-energetic production of the methoxy moieties is a cornerstone.

Efficient catalyst-free N2 fixation by water radical cations under ambient conditions

The growth and sustainable development of humanity is heavily dependent upon molecular nitrogen (N2) fixation. Herein we discover ambient catalyst-free disproportionation of N2 by water plasma which occurs via the distinctive HONH-HNOH+• intermediate to yield economically valuable nitroxyl (HNO) and hydroxylamine (NH2OH) products. Calculations suggest that the reaction is prompted by the coordination of electronically excited N2 with water dimer radical cation, (H2O)2+•, in its two-center-three-electron configuration. The reaction products are collected in a 76-needle array discharge reactor with product yields of 1.14 μg cm–2 h–1 for NH2OH and 0.37 μg cm–2 h–1 for HNO. Potential applications of these compounds are demonstrated to make ammonia (for NH2OH), as well as to chemically react and convert cysteine, and serve as a neuroprotective agent (for HNO). The conversion of N2 into HNO and NH2OH by water plasma could offer great profitability and reduction of polluting emissions, thus giving an entirely look and perspectives to the problem of green N2 fixation.

MGNREGA-Assisted Afforestation for Climate Moderation in India: An Overview

Although the influence of climate on the distribution, production, and operation of vegetation on earth is widely recognized, little is known about how local climate is impacted by forests and tree cover. Studies on climate-forest feedbacks are becoming more prevalent as a result of climate change. By analyzing previous scientific research on the effects of forests on climate, this study seeks to give an in-depth look at how forests, climate, and water interact. The MGNREGA is a programme that does not only reduces rural unemployment but also combats poverty. This flagship program improves not only the economic side at the grassroots level, but also the social and environmental aspects through various initiatives such as water harvesting, social forestry, flood management, drought proofing, land development, efficient rural connectivity, and so on. All of India's sustainable development objectives are being directly or indirectly achieved by the federal government-sponsored programme MGNREGA, which employs a decentralized strategy. It is a strategy for more efficiency using resources to meet the needs of the present while preserving them for use by future generations. It makes sense that it is founded on economic, social, and ecological principles to advance sustainable human development. The present article is focused on evaluating the effect MGNREGA-assisted afforestation program has on climate change over the past few years across India.

Comparison of Educational Development Trends in Ukraine and the World

The article examines the trends in the development of the educational system in recent years in Ukraine and the world in the context of neuropedagogy. Particular attention is paid to the factors that have influenced the strengthening of the role of education in the world, in particular, the strengthening of the state's interest in financing education. The article updates the inextricable connection between the country's economy and the level and quality of education. The author points out the advantages of education support systems in some advanced countries of the world, which can be used as a model experience for domestic educational reform, in particular due to the use of neuropedagogy. The most important trends in the development of education in the world educational space are analyzed. The author notes that the quarter-century experience of the 21st century civilization determines a number of trends according to which it should develop in the future. Among them, for example, the transition of most nations and cultures to market relations is leading in the economy; in politics - to democracy; in social communication - to tolerance; in the general organization of life activities - to an open society and models of sustainable human development, etc. Because education (and science), which prepares a person for independent life, shapes his view on the future development of civilization.

Responsible Design Thinking for Sustainable Development: Critical Literature Review, New Conceptual Framework, and Research Agenda

AbstractIn the 1960s, influential thinkers defined design as a rational problem-solving approach to deal with the challenges of sustainable human development. In 2009, a design consultant and a business academic selected some of these ideas and successfully branded them with the term “design thinking.” As a result, design thinking has developed into a stream of innovation management research discussing how to innovate faster and better in competitive markets. This article aims to foster a reconsideration of the purposes of design thinking moving forward, in view of the sustainable development challenges intertwined with accelerating innovation in a perpetual economic growth paradigm. To this end, we use a problematization method to challenge innovation management research on design thinking. As part of this method, we first systematically collect and critically analyze the articles in this research stream. We uncover a prominent focus on economic impact, while social and environmental impacts remain largely neglected. To overcome this critical limitation, we integrate design thinking with responsible innovation theorizing. We develop a framework for responsible design thinking, explaining how to apply this approach beyond a private interest and competitive advantage logic, to address sustainable development challenges, such as climate change, resource depletion, poverty, and injustice. The framework contributes to strengthening the practical relevance of design thinking and its theoretical foundations. To catalyze this effort, we propose an agenda for future research.

Sustainable Whole System Human Resource Development 7.0

The problem of dismantling development that has often occurred so far is that a complete and sustainable system has not yet been found. A comprehensive construction of thinking is needed. The resource system developed so far is inadequate because it only consists of two components, namely Natural Resources and Human Resources (HR). The 'one' component that is more important has not been widely discussed, namely God's Resources (SDT). The Purpose of development is to build the whole person, physically and mentally, body and soul, world and hereafter. The relationship pattern between the two is Duality, which can be distinguished but cannot be separated. Three components constitute an inseparable whole system. All three have a synergistic relationship, naturalist-humanist-religious. Ameans is a path (sirot/toriq/sabil) in the form of a device or instrument that becomes an intermediary medium (wasilah) to achieve the desired result. Social media is growing so rapidly today. The more sophisticated the media, the faster the process and the more precise the target. The seven-step system that starts from point zero (7.0) upfront is a media model for full and sustainable human development. This pattern is worth developing. Scientific because it is based on empirical logic (natural), religious because it is based on the word of God (Ilahiyah), and paradigmatic because it has a humane synergistic mindset (insaniyah).
