Objectives The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the legitimacy of the graduation certification system and human resources implemented by S University.
 Methods To this end, we tried to secure the validity of the overall system operation plan and standards based on the awareness of the members of the school, and quantitative and qualitative surveys focus group interview was performed.
 Results The study results are summarized as follows. First, as a result of verifying the difference between graduation certification and SCH talent products according to the general characteristics of the subjects, student number (F=5.452, p<.001), grade (F=7.996, p<.001), college (F=6.592, p<.001), recognition of graduation certificate (t=5.949, p<.001), satisfaction with non-curricular activities currently participating (t=3.207, p<.01), satisfaction with university (t)=2.725, p<.05), and there was a statistically significant difference. Second, the overall perception of talent products was low, and the expectation of effectiveness was low because the timing and number of recipients of talent products were relatively small. appeared to be
 Conclusions The implication of this is that, Regarding graduation accreditation, it was confirmed that recognition was high in the grade most closely related to graduation, and there was a difference between colleges in department accreditation standards, briefing sessions, and public relations. Therefore, in order to secure the validity of scholarship payment through talent products, it is necessary to find a way to link it with students' achievement motivation.
