PENERAPAN BUKU PRAKTEK UBUDIYAH SSKU (STANDAR SISWA KADER ULAMA) DALAM MENUNJANG PEMBELAJARAN PAI

The implementation of SSKU (Standard Student Cadre of Ulama) ubudiyah activities as a support for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at MA Almaarif Singosari. This research aims to: (1) Identify the content of the material in the SSKU ubudiyah practice book, and (2) Analyze how the book is implemented at MA Almaarif Singosari. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed qualitatively to describe the application of SSKU. The results showed that: (1) The content of the material in the SSKU ubudiyah practice book is considered good because it covers the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of students at each level of education (ula, wustho, and 'ulya). (2) The implementation of the SSKU book goes through three main stages: planning (determining objectives, procedures, and schedules), implementation (including memorization activities, explaining, and individual and group practice), and annual evaluation to assess the implementation and success of the SSKU book as needed.

Practical Course Experience Promotes the Improvement of Graduate Students' Motivation for Public Service: The Chain Mediated Effect of Positive Psychological Capital and Social Emotional Ability

Objective: To investigate the impact of practical course experience(PCE) on graduate students' motivation for public service(PSM), as well as the mediating role of positive psychological capital(PPC) and social emotional ability(SEA). Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 266 graduate students from a university in Beijing using the Delaware Social Emotional Ability Scale, Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire, and Public Service Motivation Scale. Result: (1) After controlling for variables such as age and student cadre experience, the predictive effect of PCE on PSM was significant. (2) PCE can influence PSM through the individual mediation of PPC and the chain mediation of PPC and PCE. Conclusion: PPC and SEA play a chain mediated role between practical course experience and graduate public service motivation. This conclusion contributes to providing empirical support for promoting high-quality development of graduate education from the perspective of self-determination theory.

The impact of simulation training on enhancing the understanding of providing aid for injury cases among the Healthy Student Cadres (HSCs) at Assalafiyyah II Mlangi Islamic Boarding School

Introduction: The students of Islamic boarding Schools, as agents of change, often experience complaints of muscle and joint injuries. Assalafiyyah II Mlangi Islamic Boarding School (IBS) was one of the pioneers of an integrated health system to improve health status. However, the condition of health facilities, especially those related to handling injuries, was still very minimal. In addition, the students had never received counseling regarding injury management. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research related to the effect of health education in increasing knowledge about assisting in cases of injury to Healthy Student Cadres (HSCs) of Assalafiyah II Mlangi IBS. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education in increasing knowledge about assisting in cases of injury to healthy students Cadres Assalafiyyah II IBS. Methods: This study was carried out using a quantitative experimental design. A one-group, quasi-experimental pretest-posttest approach was adopted in this study. The 40 healthy student cadres from Assalafiyyah II Mlangi IBS were recruited. The knowledge scores of the pretest (before health education) and post-test (after health education) were compared using the paired sample t-test. Furthermore, the Kruskal-Wallis test examined the relationship between education level and knowledge score. Results: The pretest results showed that the level of knowledge of the subjects in the good category was 5%, adequate was 30%, and poor was 65%. In contrast, the post-test results showed an increase in knowledge scores. In particular, subjects in the good category were 47.5%, adequate was 40%, and poor were as much as 12.5%. This study also showed a significant change in the score of knowledge about assisting in cases of injury to subjects after providing health education in a positive correlation with p= 0.000. The level of education did not affect the results of the knowledge score about assisting in injury cases, with p= 0.072. Conclusion: Providing health education materials effectively increases knowledge about helping Healthy Student Cadres (HSCs) in injury cases. This increase in knowledge can make Healthy Student Cadres (HSCs) pioneers in the surrounding environment regarding the importance of assisting in injury cases.

Nursing students' work readiness and its influencing factors before participating in a nurse residency program: a multicenter cross-sectional study.

Studies have shown that work readiness is closely related to nurses' role adaptation, career development, and patient safety. However, we know little about the nursing students' work readiness and its influencing factors before participating in a nurse residency program, and whether factors have changed from before. (1) To investigate the work readiness of nursing students ready to engage in a nurse residency program; (2) to identify the factors affecting the nursing students' work readiness and the associations between emotional intelligence and work readiness; and (3) to discuss the changes of factors affecting nursing students' work readiness. An online, multicenter cross-sectional study. 878 nursing students from eight tertiary hospitals in Chongqing, China were recruited. The online investigation used the General Information Questionnaire, the Nursing Students' Work Readiness Scale, and the Emotional Intelligence scale. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS V23.0. 768 valid questionnaires were included in this study. The nurses obtained a work readiness score of 277.08 ± 44.39 and an emotional intelligence score of 89.57 ± 13.89. Univariate analysis revealed that the following factors affected work readiness: age, sex, family support for becoming a nurse, voluntary choice of nursing major, previous experience as a student cadre, scholarship recipient status, willingness to engage in nursing work during the COVID-19 pandemic and confidence in clinical nursing practice. Frequent incidents of violence, poor salary for nurses for the nurse residency program, and low social acceptance were the top three reasons for decreased confidence in clinical nursing among nursing students. Furthermore, multiple linear regression analysis indicated that age, voluntary choice of nursing major, student leadership experience, confidence in clinical nursing work, self-emotion, and emotional application significantly influenced nurses' work readiness. Clinical instructors and administrators should dynamically assess nurses' work readiness, prioritize individuals aged ≤23, who have chosen the nursing profession involuntarily, lack prior experience as student cadres, and exhibit low confidence in clinical nursing work. This focus will enhance their emotional self-management skills and ability to apply emotions effectively, improving their work readiness and training efficacy.

Tolerance for corruption and descriptive social norm: An experimental study of embezzlement.

Public tolerance for corruption within a society significantly influences the prevalence of corrupt practices, but less is known about how this tolerance evolves with social norms. This paper presents experimental evidences demonstrating that the descriptive social norm indicating widespread corruption can lead to increased tolerance for corruptive acts. We introduce an asymmetric information ultimatum game to simulate the interactions between embezzlers and citizens. Game theoretical analysis reveals that victims anticipating corruption will exhibit greater compliance with embezzlement when the offers are evaluated based on descriptive norms. To test the hypothesis, we employ a framing effect to induce variations in descriptive norms within a behavioral experiment. Although the treatment effect is significant only in the subgroup of student cadres, this subgroup demonstrated increased beliefs about embezzlement, greater tolerance for corruption, and a heightened propensity to embezzle when exposed to framings with hierarchical implications. This paper contributes to the corruption literature by examining the effects of descriptive norms on victims' responses to embezzlement. It offers a more comprehensive perspective on how social standards shape public opinions and corrupt actions, enhancing our understanding of the self-reinforcing nature of corruption.

Analysis of the Impact of Graduate Scholarships on the Employment System Using the C5.0 Algorithm

In order to explore the relevant mechanisms of graduate students obtaining scholarships and employment, this study starts from the perspective of data science and utilizes the C5.0 algorithm to collect 9 basic attributes of students, thereby determining the input variables of the decision tree. Employment is taken as the output variable. The employment situation of the graduates in 2021 is used as the training set, and the situation of the graduates in 2022 is used as the test set. This opens the black box of the mechanism of scholarship acquisition and student employment. The study indicates that the publication of papers, whether a student cadre, and academic conference papers are the three most critical indicators for employment

Does Family Background Affect the Experience of College Student Leaders?

Educational process inequality is an important branch of higher education fairness and the role difference of student leaders is one of the important phenomena of educational process inequality. Based on the employment administrative data of 2018 college graduates in a province in central China, this paper investigates the relationship between family background factors and college students serving as student cadres by using Multiple Logit Regression. The results show that the father’s work unit and the father’s educational level have a significant impact on college students as student leaders. The students whose father works in a unit within the system and whose father has a college degree or above were more likely to be student cadres. However, the poor students with disadvantaged family economic resources are more likely to serve as student leaders, which is contrary to the expected conclusion. Scholastic attainment can effectively adjust the positive influence of family background factors on the experience of student cadres and promote the relative equality of education process.

A Survey and Research on the Leadership Status and Development Strategies of College Student Cadres in Chinese Vocational Colleges

This study utilizes literature review and questionnaire methods to investigate the leadership knowledge, skills, and attitudes of college student cadres in Chinese vocational colleges. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 22.0 statistical software. The research reveals that the leadership level of college student cadres in Chinese vocational colleges is generally weak, with significant differences observed in age, registered courses, leadership positions, leadership experience, and training. Based on these findings, strategies for improving both the student cadres and school leadership development are proposed. Suggestions include expanding the sample coverage, conducting in-depth factor analysis, long-term tracking studies, interdisciplinary research, and integrating theory with practice, thereby innovating training methods.

A01: A Pilot Study of Student Cadres Mental Health at a Sport University During COVID-19

Purpose: Over 90% of college students have experienced negative mental health symptoms due to the pandemic, according to a survey from BestColleges.com. More than half (54%) of college students believe COVID-19 circumstances have impacted their mental health. Although the pandemic's influence on mental health expanded, not all students have felt its effects to the same degree. Physical activity has been reported to have many physical and mental health benefits. Students at sport universities tend to participate in more sport and physical activity. During the pandemic, student cadres are expected to take more responsibilities such as coordinating COVID-19 tests and interacting with more students. The purpose of this study was to examine the mental health of student cadres at a sport university in southwest China. Methods: Literature research, field observation and a survey questionnaire were used in this study. Forty college student cadres were surveyed from a sport university in Sichuan province. The Self-rating Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) scale was used to estimate the mental status of students. A total of 33 surveys were returned with 29 valid samples were analyzed. Among the samples there were 13 males and 16 females with an average age of 19.62. The results were compared with general college students’ mental health reported in the literature. Results: According to a recent systematic review by meta-analysis, the anxiety prevalence was 33% in Asia, 51% in Europe, and 56% in the USA. University students have a high prevalence of anxiety, indicating an increased mental health burden during this pandemic. Only 6.9% of student cadres in this study showed anxiety symptoms. According to the SLC-90 score, compared with the documented normal mental health rate (62.2%) in the literature, the survey found 79.31% of sport university student cadres are in a normal mental health status. Conclusion: COVID-19 pandemic has impacted college students’ mental health. However, the student cadres of the sport university had a higher rate of normal mental health than the average rate reported in the literature, even though they had more responsibility and risks of being exposed to positive cases. It indicates sport and physical activity may reduce the mental health impact caused by the pandemic.

Transformational leadership competency: a cross-sectional study of medical university graduates in China

Purpose To explore the transformational leadership competency of graduates from one medical university in China and its influencing variables. Method From 2020 to 2021, 851 medical graduates from seven hospitals affiliated with the Capital Medical University participated in this survey. The authors conducted a cross-sectional study to assess transformational leadership competency, particularly from three aspects, including values, Emotional Intelligence (EI) abilities, and behaviors using the socially responsible leadership scale (SRLS), emotionally intelligent leadership, and student leadership practices inventory (EILI and SLPI). Results The SRLS scores were medium except for ‘controversy with civility’. The EILI scores were medium. The SLPI scores were high except for ‘enable others to act’ and ‘encourage the heart’. The influencing variables of SRLS, EILI, and SLPI were serving as student cadres, serving longer than two semesters (p = 0.01, 0.02 in EILI and SLPI), joining student organizations, participating in social practice, voluntary service (p = 0.001 in SLPI), in training classes for student cadres (p = 0.02, 0.01, 0.02 in SRLS, EILI, and SLPI), and attending lectures on leadership (except for indicated, p < 0.001). Regression analysis showed that attending lectures on leadership was associated with high SRLS, EILI, and SLPI scores (p = 0.04, SRLS; p < 0.001, others), and SRLS and EILI scores could affect SLPI score (F = 2674.44, p < 0.001, R 2 = 0.86). Conclusions Medical graduates’ transformational leadership competency at the Capital Medical University was medium measured from values, EI abilities, and behaviors. Group analysis indicated that knowledge learning, organizational involvement, and social/community involvement were associated with leadership capacity building, meanwhile, leaders’ values and EI abilities would affect their behaviors, suggesting medical graduates should undertake leadership training from both knowledge learning and practicing.

The presence of phenomena that are labeled as moral degradation that currently occurs among young people is certainly a serious task in this modern era. This study aims to provide an understanding related to Sufism and its role in eroding indicators of moral decline in student cadres Ahlith Thoriqoh Al-Mu'tabaroh An-Nahdliyyah Nahdlatul Ulama University Cirebon. The results show the real impact felt by the cadres. The role of the Sufism perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali is to form character education in cadres through the development of spirituality, moral development, self-control, and the development of Emotional Intelligence. From the values above, the real impact is felt by the cadres of Ahlith Thoriqoh Al-Mu'tabaroh An-Nahdliyyah students of the Nahdlatul Ulama University of Cirebon in improving the character of individuals. This is because the activities carried out are always aligned with the values of Sufism and asasul khomsah of Ahlith Thoriqoh Al-Mu'tabaroh An-Nahdliyyah students, namely tafaqquh fi al-din, iltizamut thoat, Tasfiah al-qalb wa tazkiyat al-nafsi, Hifdz al-aurad wa al-adzkar, and khidmah lil ummah.

The success of the Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School management in collaborating with the Regional Government of Tangerang Regency, as well as in fostering student cadres who pursue the field of Tilawatil Quran is a serious concern for managers of the Islamic Education Management Study Program (S-2) to find out and understand the procedures and ins and outs of the student development program who have extraordinary talents and interests in the field of Tilawatil Qur'an. most of the students of Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School, who are also students of SMP Labschool Tangerang and SMK Labschiol Tangerang actively participate as caravans in the Musabaqoh Tiawatil Qor'an arena at the Tangerang Regency level and Banten Province level.

The impact of vocational college students' professional identity on academic achievement: Self-efficacy as a mediator

To understand the current situation of the academic achievement of Chinese vocational college students in China. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1560 students; the University Student Professional Identity Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale, and Academic Achievement Scale were used as research tools. The responses were recorded using 5-point Likert-type scales. Propose research hypotheses based on structural models. We tested reliability and validity, difference analyses, correlation analyses, regression analyses, and mesomeric effect analysis. There are significant differences in academic achievement among students of different grades, but there is no significant difference in academic achievement among student cadres. The professional identity of vocational college students is significantly and positively predicted academic achievement; self-efficacy partially mediates between professional identity and academic achievement. A Study on the Effect of Psychological Resilience on Career Decision-making Anxiety of Chinese Normal University Graduating Students: Mediating Effect of Coping Styles

Objectives As the number of college graduating students increases year by year, the problem of employment dif-ficulties of graduating students has become increasingly prominent, followed by psychological changes resulting in career decision-making anxiety. From the perspective of educational psychology, this study explores the influ-ence of normal university graduating students’ psychological resilience on career decision-making anxiety and the mediating effect of coping styles, and finds out the influencing factors of career decision-making anxiety, so as to put forward coping styles to alleviate normal university graduating students’ career decision-making anxiety.&#x0D; Methods The study used quantitative method to analyze the relationship between psychological resilience and career decision-making anxiety among 469 soon-to-be Chinese normal graduating students. SPSS 25.0 stat-istical software was used for descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis. By using AMOS 24.0 software, structural equation models are established to analyze path coefficients and mediating effects.&#x0D; Results The psychological resilience and the career decision-making anxiety of normal graduating students are generally at a moderate level, with significant differences in demographic variables such as gender, and student cadre experience. There are the significant negative correlation between psychological resilience and career deci-sion-making anxiety. The mediating effect test shows that the psychological resilience of college graduating stu-dents can indirectly affect career decision-making anxiety through (positive and negative) coping styles. Coping styles (positive and negative coping style) have a partial mediating effect between psychological resilience and ca-reer decision-making anxiety.&#x0D; Conclusions Psychological resilience and coping styles of normal university graduating students are closely re-lated to career decision-making anxiety. Psychological resilience can directly affect career decision-making anxi-ety, but also indirectly affect career decision-making anxiety through (positive and negative) coping styles.

Factors Influencing the Work Efficiency of Student Cadres in the University

Student cadres are the main force of student work in a university and the "key minority" among students. The efficiency of student cadres at the university directly affects the overall process of student work. The research objectives are: 1) to study factors of role productivity and work efficiency of student cadres in the university; 2) to study the factors that influence the work efficiency of student cadres in the university; and 3) to propose a new model for the work efficiency of student cadres in the university. This study takes ordinary students from Hainan Tropical Ocean University as the research object and uses a survey questionnaire as a data collection tool to conduct a survey on 630 respondents. 623 questionnaires were collected, with 616 valid questionnaires and an effective rate of 97.7%. The questionnaire had reliability (0.98) and validity (0.96). All respondents evaluated the leadership, executive force, learning ability, credibility, and innovation of student cadres. For university student cadres, leadership, executive force, credibility, and innovation are all related to their work efficiency. Multiple regression analysis (stepwise) was used to test the research hypothesis, and the results show that the productivity role of student cadres is closely related to work efficiency, and leadership, executive force, credibility, and innovation all have a significant positive impact on work efficiency.

Disaster Preparedness and Safety School as a Conceptual Framework of Comprehensive School Safety

Accidents and disasters can potentially affect most elementary school students. Accordingly, comprehensive school safety is important to ensure children’s safety. This study aimed to identify the key indicators of the minimum standards for Disaster Preparedness and Safety School programs as a conceptual framework of comprehensive school safety in Indonesian elementary schools. This exploratory study was conducted with nine key informants using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data from semi-structured interviews with experts in disaster risk reduction were analyzed using content analysis. This study identified 23 key indicators, namely: commitment, policy and regulation, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, teamwork, coordination, standard operating procedure, technical guideline, monitoring and evaluation, resource mobilization, infrastructures, information system, assembly points, safe zones, sister schools, curriculum integration, integration to learning activities, simulation training programs, trained teachers, dissemination of information, student cadres, and safety competition. There were nine indicators identified as school disaster management pillars, five indicators for safe school facilities, and nine indicators for risk reduction education.

Subgroups of self-directed learning ability and their differences in professional identity among nursing undergraduates during the COVID-19 pandemic: a latent profile analysis

BackgroundPromoting self-directed learning (SDL) among nursing undergraduates is crucial to meet the new requirements of the healthcare system and to adapt to online learning contexts during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, identifying the classification features of SDL ability and developing targeted interventions are both critical. Professional identity (PI) may contribute to the cultivation of SDL ability, but their relationship remains relatively unknown. This study aimed to explore the subgroups of SDL ability and their differences in PI among nursing undergraduates during the COVID-19 pandemic.MethodsA total of 2438 nursing undergraduates at four universities in China were enrolled in this cross-sectional study from November 2021 to February 2022. The Self-Directed Learning Scale of Nursing Undergraduates (SLSNU) and the Professional Identity Scale for Nursing Students (PISNS) were administered. A latent profile analysis was performed to explore SDL ability latent profiles. Multinomial logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine the predictors of profile membership, and a one-way analysis of variance was applied to compare the PI scores in each latent profile.ResultsThree latent profiles were identified and labeled ‘low SDL ability’ (n = 749, 30.7%), ‘low initiative of help-seeking’ (n = 1325, 54.4%) and ‘high SDL ability’ (n = 364, 14.9%). Multinomial logistic regression analysis suggested that nursing undergraduates who voluntarily chose a nursing major, had served as a student cadre, and had participated in clinical practicum were less likely to be included in the “low SDL ability” group. The average PI score was statistically different across the three profiles (F = 884.40, p < 0.001).ConclusionThe SDL ability among nursing undergraduates was divided into three profiles, and results show that promoting PI may effectively foster SDL ability. This study highlights the importance of targeted interventions by considering their distinct SDL ability patterns, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
