FINANCING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HR ENGINEERING IN MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE COUNTRY'S DIGITAL ECONOMY FORMATION

The article is devoted to the study of possible prospects for financing the implementation of HR engineering at manufacturing enterprises in the conditions of the formation of a digital economy. In the process of research, the authors considered the possibilities of implementing HR engineering at production enterprises and focused attention on the main directions of implementation. The principles of financing enterprises that implement changes and transform are revealed. Approaches and strategies aimed at optimizing human capital management in the company are proposed. The authors noted the following main tools of HR engineering for the development and improvement of HR processes, which are key to building effective human capital management strategies in the organization and require funding: organizational management structure, strategic maps, creation of a portrait of personnel competencies, modelling of the human resources management process resources, development of a goal tree, increased flexibility of HR management processes, implementation of a balanced system of indicators. The authors' comprehensive analysis of the implementation of digital HR solutions by manufacturing enterprises in previous years made it possible to identify the most important obstacles to the successful implementation and financing of innovations and digital solutions, the main of which are: insufficient financial resources for the implementation of innovative projects; lack of sufficient financial assistance and stimulation from the state; large financial costs associated with changes in the infrastructure and introduction of new technologies; low interest of investors, which may limit access to external sources of financing; some innovations may require a long payback period, which becomes a challenge for companies; high interest rates on loans can make it difficult to finance innovative projects. Considering these financial factors, it is important to develop comprehensive strategies and tools to overcome obstacles and stimulate the innovative and digital development of manufacturing enterprises.

Moulding Discipline Character In Daily Activities Of Students At An Nur Islamic Boarding School Ngrukem Bantul

This research is motivated by the existence of students who are not disciplined, so they need to get used to a disciplined attitude, with the aim of forming students' character. The aim of this research is to describe efforts to accustom students to be disciplined in their daily activities at the Annur Islamic boarding school. This research uses a qualitative approach and the technique used is a case study. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and relevant documentation. The technique for soliciting informants is the purposive sampling. Next, data analysis was carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The data validity technique is triangulation. The results of the research show that the importance of habituating students' disciplined attitudes is so that students are comfortable in conducting their activities and are accustomed to and equipped with after graduating the boarding school. The habit of discipline is realized by having a regular schedule of activities every day. Daily activities include congregational prayers, dhikr after prayer, recitation, schools including Senior High School and Madrasah Diniyyah, daily complex pickets, dziba'an every Friday night, and mutual cooperation every Friday. The activity schedule is closely related to applicable regulations, where there is a management structure that monitors students in their daily activities so that those who violate them will receive sanctions.

Maximising the Quality of Stroke Care: Reporting of Data Collection Methods and Resourcing in National Stroke Registries: A Systematic Review.

Stroke registries are tools for improving care and advancing research. We aim to describe the methodology and resourcing of existing national stroke registries. We conducted a systematic search of the published, peer-reviewed literature and grey literature examining descriptions of data collection methods and resourcing of national stroke registries published from 2012 to 2023. The systematic review was registered in PROSPERO (CRD42023393841). 101 records relating to 21 registries in 19 countries were identified. They universally employed web-based platforms for data collection. The principal profession of data collectors was nursing. All included the acute phase of care, 28% (6) registered the pre-hospital (ambulance) phase and 14% (3) included rehabilitation. 80% (17) collected outcome data. The registries varied in their approach to outcome data collection; in 9 registries it was collected by hospitals, in 2 it was collected by the registry, and 7 had linkage to national administrative databases allowing follow-up of a limited number of end points. Coverage of the total number of strokes varies from 6 to 95%. Despite widespread use of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) the ability to automatically populate variables remained limited. Governance and management structures are diverse, making it challenging to compare their resourcing. Data collection for clinical registries requires time and necessary skills and imposes a significant administrative burden on the professionals entering data. We highlight the role of clinical registries as powerful instruments for quality improvement. Future work should involve creating a central repository of stroke registries to enable the development of new registries and facilitate international collaboration.

Who champions environmental sustainability? A stakeholder’s analysis of public assembly venues

PurposeDespite an abundance of literature regarding the motivations of sport and entertainment managers to adopt environmentally sustainable practices (ESPs) within their venue, there is little offered on which particular stakeholders motivate such action. This study examined the venues which host such events to identify the stakeholders who influence the adoption of ESPs, their specific roles and to highlight salient stakeholders who primarily motivate ESP adoption.Design/methodology/approachGuided by stakeholder theory as a framework for analysis, a qualitative study was employed which consisted of sixteen semi-structured interviews with venue personnel including presidents, general managers, operations directions and recycling coordinators. Participants were asked to discuss their venue’s management structure, stakeholder relations and ESPs.FindingsInternal stakeholders – particularly ownership and operations personnel – were salient stakeholders motivating ESP adoption, but the most unique stakeholder identified was that of a motivated “doer” from no particular role who simply possessed the power, legitimacy and urgency to act on ESPs. Thus, there was no single, identifiable stakeholder role to champion ESPs so much as there was a motivated, normatively legitimate stakeholder who wanted to be that champion.Originality/valueThis research contributes to the growing sport ecology literature and is the first to present the idea of a non-particular, doer stakeholder to champion ESPs within this industry rather than one with a more defined role within organizational structure.

Influence of Spatial Scale Effect on UAV Remote Sensing Accuracy in Identifying Chinese Cabbage (Brassica rapa subsp. Pekinensis) Plants

The exploration of the impact of different spatial scales on the low-altitude remote sensing identification of Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa subsp. Pekinensis) plants offers important theoretical reference value in balancing the accuracy of plant identification with work efficiency. This study focuses on Chinese cabbage plants during the rosette stage; RGB images were obtained by drones at different flight heights (20 m, 30 m, 40 m, 50 m, 60 m, and 70 m). Spectral sampling analysis was conducted on different ground backgrounds to assess their separability. Based on the four commonly used vegetation indices for crop recognition, the Excess Green Index (ExG), Red Green Ratio Index (RGRI), Green Leaf Index (GLI), and Excess Green Minus Excess Red Index (ExG-ExR), the optimal index was selected for extraction. Image processing methods such as frequency domain filtering, threshold segmentation, and morphological filtering were used to reduce the impact of weed and mulch noise on recognition accuracy. The recognition results were vectorized and combined with field data for the statistical verification of accuracy. The research results show that (1) the ExG can effectively distinguish between soil, mulch, and Chinese cabbage plants; (2) images of different spatial resolutions differ in the optimal type of frequency domain filtering and convolution kernel size, and the threshold segmentation effect also varies; (3) as the spatial resolution of the imagery decreases, the optimal window size for morphological filtering also decreases, accordingly; and (4) at a flight height of 30 m to 50 m, the recognition effect is the best, achieving a balance between recognition accuracy and coverage efficiency. The method proposed in this paper is beneficial for agricultural growers and managers in carrying out precision planting management and planting structure optimization analysis and can aid in the timely adjustment of planting density or layout to improve land use efficiency and optimize resource utilization.

Opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence in supply chain management

Aim. To evaluate the potential of generative artificial intelligence technology in the context of supply chain management.Objectives. To analyze how artificial intelligence is changing traditional management practices and structures in supply chain management; to identify fundamental shifts brought about by AI, including automation, data-driven decision making, and human empowerment; to examine current statistics on the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in management processes and conclude the potential, promise of this technology in the logistics industry; to provide strategic insight and practicalMethods. The research combines qualitative and quantitative methods to provide a deeper understanding of the problems considered. Based on these methods, an array of relevant statistical data and expert opinions in the field of generative artificial intelligence has been studied.Results. In today’s business environment, supply chains face a number of challenges: globalization, market volatility, changing customer expectations, and force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, or wars). To meet these challenges and strengthen their market position, companies are increasingly turning to new technologies and innovations. These technologies have the potential to revolutionize the approach to supply chain management, increasing transparency, efficiency and responsiveness. All emerging technologies, from artificial intelligence and blockchain to the Internet of Things (IoT) and robotics, potentially offer opportunities to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and enhance supply chain collaboration.Conclusions. In this article, the authors have shown how artificial intelligence is changing traditional governance structures in supply chain management. Current statistical data on the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in management processes are analyzed, and a conclusion is made about the potential and prospects of this technology in the logistics sphere. Strategic understanding is formed and practical recommendations for organizations seeking to implement new tools of generative artificial intelligence are given.

Evaluation of the hospital emergency plan based on an exercise for a mass casualty incident

The hospital emergency plan is an important tool for hospitals in the management of amass casualty incident. It is alegal requirement for hospitals to have such plans in place and to carry out drills. Emergency drills are auseful tool for the training of staff and for the evaluation of existing structures. The emergency plan of the University Hospital Würzburg (UKW) was evaluated during adisaster drill based on predefined drill objectives. The procedures according to the emergency plan of the UKW were practiced during alarge-scale disaster exercise. The exercise objectives were defined as: testing the management structure, deployment of personnel, physical organization, triage, patient flow and communication. Several exercise objectives were defined in advance. An anonymized questionnaire was used to evaluate the achievement of the exercise objectives. When properly trained and practiced the UKW emergency plan is generally well-suited to managing amass casualty event. Improvements need to be made in the communication structure, responsibilities in the treatment areas and staff knowledge of the existing emergency plans and available material. Mass casualty drills are agood tool for the evaluation of hospital emergency plans. Acritical and decisive element for success is the existence of aclear management and communication structure. Agood knowledge of the available material, the contents of the emergency plan and the consistent application of the procedures defined in this plan are essential for acoordinated course of action. This can be achieved by means of regular and mandatory training sessions.

Current issues of the formation of a modern system of institutional support of resilience based on the ecological component in Ukraine are considered. Attention is focused on the development of conceptual methodological postulates aimed at creating an effective institutional environment for sustainable and resilient nature management. The purpose of the article is the formation of a modern institutional environment for nature management, which will be based on an effective combination of formal and informal institutions, which will directly or indirectly, with the help of appropriate tools, ensure the involvement of natural resources in economic circulation. The research was conducted using a complex of general scientific and special methods, which made it possible to ensure the conceptual integrity and reliability of the obtained results. With the help of abstract logical analysis method, conceptual methodological postulates on institutional support for the sustainability of resilient nature management were formed. Structural and functional analysis is used to study the functional features of institutions within the framework of resilient spatial development. Based on the modeling method, a scheme for the distribution of institutional tools by components of ensuring resilience in the natural resource sphere was developed, and the relationships between these tools were identified and visualized. The novelty of the work consists in the development of an algorithm for the implementation of institutional transformations regarding the management of territorial entities’ resilience (in terms of natural-resource / ecological component) taking into account the European experience of municipal management of spatial development. The principles of institutional transformations in resilience management, which are of a universal nature, have been improved with an interpretation in the field of natural-resource (ecological) relations. Attention is focused on the importance of forming multi-subject corporate structures of territorial development management using modern platform mechanisms. This approach makes it possible to balance the interests of various stakeholders — the state, local self-government bodies, businesses and the population, and, accordingly, to ensure a consensus regarding the directions of resilient development of territorial entities. The article also examines the issue of consolidation of financial resources in the natural and economic sphere and the mechanisms of their effective use to achieve the goals of resilient development. Innovative approaches to the management of natural resources are proposed, including their capitalization and involvement in economic circulation, taking into account environmental limitations. Conclusions have been made regarding promising directions for further research in this field, including the development of specific mechanisms for implementing relevant institutional transformations, evaluating their effectiveness in various regions of Ukraine, as well as studying the possibilities of adapting international resilience management experience to Ukrainian realities.

Management and organizational research in Asia Pacific: insights from a 40th anniversary review of the Asia Pacific Journal of Management

AbstractGrasping the evolving landscape of management and organizations in Asia Pacific is vital for addressing the challenges and opportunities they both face in the region and beyond. To do so, we conduct a systematic literature review using a bibliometric analysis of the Asia Pacific Journal of Management (APJM), the leading journal for management and organizational research in Asia Pacific that is celebrating its 40th anniversary. A total of 915 articles published by APJM from 2001 to 2024 were retrieved from the Scopus database and subsequently subjected to a performance analysis of productivity (publications) and impact (citations) alongside a science mapping of knowledge (themes). This study reveals a steady increase in APJM publications and citations, underscoring the journal’s growing influence. The globalization of collaboration networks is a noteworthy trend, highlighting the interconnectedness of research efforts across borders. Major themes include cultural understanding and interpersonal networks, as well as the adaptability of organizations in emerging economies. Areas such as innovation, performance, and corporate governance highlight the importance of growth, competitiveness, and responsible management structures, while research on major Asian markets like China, India, and Thailand underscores the relevance of globalization and multinational strategies. The findings offer future directions in key areas such as emerging economies and institutional environments, relationship networks and social resilience, innovation and digital transformation, managing internationalization, and methodological innovation.

Piloting a community health and well-being worker model in Cornwall: a guide for implementation and spread

BackgroundThis paper evaluates the introduction of ten Community Health and Well-being Workers (CHWW) in four pilot sites across Cornwall. The period evaluated was from the initial start in June 2022 until June 2023, covering the project setup and implementation across a range of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and Voluntary sector partners (VSCO).MethodsAll ten CHWWs and their managers at each site were interviewed (n = 16) to understand the barriers and enablers to implementation and wider learning that could be captured around the project setup. Qualitative methods were used for data collection, including semi-structured interviews and focus groups. Transcripts were thematically analysed for cross-cutting themes, as well as site-specific effects.ResultsIn terms of learning, we cover the following key areas, which were of most importance to the successful implementation of the pilot: The CHWWs were introduced into an already established, successful social prescribing (SP) system by the time the CHWW project began. CHWWs can access some of the same training and office space as SPs, with overlapping meeting schedules allowing them joint input on some topics. It seemed that all the pre-work in terms of relationships and learning about a similar role helped a rapid implementation. Each site’s CHWW management structure uses the same line management as the SPs. Roles were clustered together to remove duplication, maximise coverage and triaging of residents. The largest barrier to overcome was integrating VSCO staff into NHS systems. Conversely, hosting CHWWs within an NHS organisation has pros and cons, namely better access to NHS data and staff, but longer lead-in time for registration on systems, and more bureaucracy for procurement/spend.ConclusionsLooking to the future, the pilot’s success has spread the programme to other integrated care areas in the country, with ongoing plans for further rollout and evaluation in the coming years.

The Lessons from Sanctions on Iran and Their Impacts on the Development of Civil Aviation Understanding and Iranian Airlines

After the Islamic Revolution, Iran lived through many hard times not only because of its economic and financial resources such as oil and petroleum but also because of its historical, social, supremacy and leadership of some other Islamic countries and communities. Essentially, it has tried to defend its position for many years without sacrificing its Idiosyncratic Islamic governance structure within the world context or other Islamic countries, for these reasons, it has witnessed a lot of economic and financial sanctions or bans. Although Iran has a lot of highly qualified academicians and a workforce in the science of aviation, its civil aviation management structure and related activities, such as airline management, are very far from the average of the world depending on these financial and economic sanctions and bans by international orders. This situation is subjected to this research as a gap. This paper will analyse the civil aviation and air carrier industry of Iran under the impacts of these economic and financial bans and sanctions regarding four dimensions: Maintenance, Training and licensing, corporal development, and relationships with manufacturers. Essentially, at the beginning of the new age, in terms of international politics and conflicts in every continent of the world, new sanctions and bans are on the trouble agenda of world civil aviation agencies and institutions because of their highly political structure, and these bans and sanctions carry generally economic and financial identities, although they have international policy claims. There are a lot of possibilities on the desks of the civil aviation authorities for the burdens of these sanctions and bans and their sustainability impacts on civil aviation. Moving from the situation of Iran, the correct courses and necessary economic and financial policies will be suggested in this new world context and understanding.

Development and activation of the innovative potential of the Russian economy: regional features, structural priorities, levels of implementation

Relevance. The idea of developing and implementing innovative solutions in various spheres of society implies the existence of ways to find such solutions, their active use and improvement. For this reason, the essence of innovative thinking on the scale of both a single enterprise and the state as a whole requires appropriate provision.The purpose of the research is a comprehensive analysis of the chronological cross-section of the level of innovative development of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the context of multiple global economic and political crises and the internal activation of strategic innovative trends in the formats of lawmaking and modernization.Objectives. To achieve this goal, within the framework of this study, the current legislative situation regarding the state's innovation policy and its projected consequences were considered; the factors of growth in the level of innovative development of the regions of the Russian Federation in the context of statistical dominants were studied; the complex results of regional innovation activity and the all-Russian state of the innovative sphere of development, production, export and import of goods and services were analyzed.Methodology. The methodological basis of this study is the method of chronological extrapolation analysis of trends with constant adjustment in conditions of the selective nature of the analytical data bank; in addition, a theoretical generalization of the indexed result and a priori trend forecasting within the observation period are used.Results. The general principles of the innovation segment development are the same for the whole state, but their applicability in different regions depends on the degree of their convergence with border territorial entities — the basis of the innovation development strategy is the assessment of regional potential in the sum of all indicators. Nevertheless, there is always the possibility of finding a thematic statistical trend.Conclusions. It is fundamentally important for the innovative development of the state to take into account the specifics of each individual region. With all the variety of means and methods of innovative development at all levels of management, priority is given to only a few. In this case, rating systems are an auxiliary element of management structures.

Studies on How New Quality Productivity Drives High-Quality Development of Enterprises

New quality productivity plays an important role at the macro level, such as in society. But can its impact be observed at the micro level, such as within enterprises? This study builds an enterprise-level index for new quality productive forces and empirically examines its impact on high-quality development in organizations using financial information from A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022. The empirical findings demonstrate that, at the 1% level, new quality productive forces significantly improves high-quality development in businesses. Robustness tests are performed to further support this finding, which involve substituting the dependent variable and removing anomalous years. To lessen the possibility of endogeneity problems resulting from missing factors or inaccurate measurements in explanatory variables, this study employs the instrumental variable method to mitigate these problems, yielding consistent estimation results. In the current societal context, the findings provide recommendations for further enterprise development. Enterprises should actively enhance technological innovation, improve talent development plans, and optimize management structures to ultimately achieve high-quality development.

ICT Governance and Implication in Higher Education: A Case Study of a Vocational College in Libya

This study focuses on ICT governance in higher education in a developing country. The research employs an interpretive single case study to describe and understand ICT governance at a computer college in Libya. Our results reveal formal ICT governance leverages its general management structure and processes to make ICT decisions and fulfill the needs of college stakeholders. In addition, the structure supporting ICT decision-making at Beta College qualifies as “decentralized,” while the ICT archetype of “Federal” best describes its ICT governance arrangements. Surprisingly, our study reveals the hybridization of the role of the Dean through the integration of “entrepreneurial activities” amid his efforts to fulfill the ICT needs of the college in the context of severe budget constraints.

Measuring Professional Governance: The Swedish Version of the Verran Professional Governance Scale©.

To translate the Verran Professional Governance Scale© (VPGS©) into Swedish, adapt it to the Swedish context, and validate it. Magnet®-recognized hospitals have proven successful in reversing negative trends regarding nursing shortage. A change in organizational and management structures is required, and professional governance is fundamental. However, in a Swedish context, there are no validated instruments to measure professional governance. The instrument was translated from English to Swedish and synthesized into a unified version. It was back translated, discussed in an expert panel, and pilot tested with cognitive interviews of nurses. A new Swedish version of the VPGS© was developed. The expert group reached a consensus, and the scale-level Content Validity Index value shows high relevance. Some words and sentences were revised, and an introduction was added. The study generated a Swedish version of the VPGS©, which can be used to measure nurses' perceptions of professional governance behaviors.

Sports Development Management in the Republic of Armenia: The Structure and Statistics

Sports is one of the many branches of the national economic complex and represents a complex and unique socio-economic system, the activity of which is characterized by multifaceted social and state relations. It should be considered that the management structure of any socio-economic sector of the state is largely determined first by the state policy, the very structure of the state. It should be organically integrated into the sports movement management system. The state body responsible for the development of sports in Republic of Armenia (RA) is the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (MESCS), which is entrusted with the functions of implementing state policy and legal regulation, as well as providing support to sports organizations and sports federations. The main goal of its activity is the formation of a positive attitude of society, the state and the entire nation towards sports as an effective means of maintaining and strengthening human health, an integral part of universal culture, and as a factor, especially in the physical and moral education of children and young people. The Ministry carries out the functions of state policy and legal regulation in physical culture, sports and youth issues and the processes of developing and implementing them. Along with that, public sports organizations in the form of NAOC of Armenia and national sports federations and units play an important role in the development of sports in the republic. Funding for mass sports and high-performance sports is increasing year by year in Armenia, which is aimed at increasing the number of events, as well as increasing the number of incentives for the achievements of people who do sports and high-level athletes.

Robust day-ahead scheduling of cooperative energy communities considering multiple aggregators

Future cities must play a vital role in reducing energy consumption and decarbonizing the electricity sector, thus evolving from passive structures towards more efficient smart cities. This transition can be facilitated by energy communities. This emerging paradigm consists of collectivizing a set of residential installations equipped with onsite renewable generators and storage assets (i.e., prosumers), which can eventually share resources to pursue collective welfare. This paper focuses on cooperative communities, where prosumers share resources without seeking selfish monetary counterparts. Despite their apparent advantages, energy management and scheduling of energy communities suppose a challenge for conventional tools due to the high level of uncertainty (especially due to intermittent renewable generation and random demand), and privacy concerns among prosumers. This paper addresses these issues. Specifically, a novel management structure based on multiple aggregators is proposed. This paradigm preserves users' confidential features while allowing them to extract the full potential of their assets. To efficiently manage the variety of assets available under uncertainty, an adaptive robust day-ahead scheduling model is developed, which casts as a solvable and portable Mixed Integer Linear Programming framework, which eases its implementation in real-world cases. The new proposal concerns uncertain generation and demand using a polyhedral representation of the uncertainty set. A case study is conducted to validate the developed model, showing promising results. Moreover, different results are obtained and analysed. Finally, it is worth remarking on how the level of robustness impacts the collective bill, incrementing it by 75 % when risk-averse conditions are assumed. In addition, the role of storage assets under pessimistic conditions is remarked, pointing out that these assets rule the scheduling plan of the community instead of renewable generators.

Leveraging Technological Research Methodologies to Improve Employee Performance in Organizations

The effective management of human resources in organizations is imperative for attaining optimum performance and eventual profitability. The increasingly competitive marketplace has compelled organizations to work towards attaining operational excellence, which heavily relies on the performance of its human resources. The adoption of cutting-edge research techniques has emerged as a pivotal strategy as organizations endeavour to achieve operational excellence. However, human resource managers have had to grapple with various challenges associated with the management of employee data generated and managed through digital platforms and tools, including issues such as data safety and security. This paper explores the intersection between tech-enhanced, advanced research methodologies and employee performance that is geared toward sustainable economic growth at the organizational level. Notably, the paper examines big data analytics as a tech-enhanced research tool leveraged by organizations in a bid to understand their human resource and the best way they can be managed to ensure high performance, which translates into high productivity and competitiveness in their respective sector or industries. In particular, this paper conducts a comprehensive review of recent extant literature regarding the adoption of big data analytics, which has revolutionized how organizations collect and analyze vast amounts of data, thereby enhancing their decision-making process. The reviewed literature focused on human resource aspects such as recruitment and selection; employee development; employee performance management and compensation structures. The review revealed that big data has emerged as a critical tool for managing large volumes of data that are acquired via numerous digital tools as organizations grapple with the integration of technology into their human resource practices. The technologies have helped human resource managers with these structured and unstructured data, they gain insight that in turn, guides their decision-making processes and improves the overall operational efficiency. The review outlines the transformative potential of integrating big data tools with human resource management and recommends that organizations should invest in these tools to enhance their recruitment and selection, employee development, performance measurement and upgrade their compensation structure.

The study outlines the approaches toward the rationalization of the technological process of pellet production by combining iron ore extraction in the quarry, its milling, concentrate enrichment, pellet firing. The practice of system implementation of modern technology of flotation processing of iron content into the concentrate as a strategic task of improving the quality of pellets is described. The peculiarities of involving a significant percentage of "low-grade" ores in production in case of necessity are revealed. It was concluded that the implementation and successful functioning of the quality management system are affected by engineering mistakes, poor cooperation with suppliers, the return of low-quality products to the enterprise, additional transportation expenses. The sequence of development of the fundamental documents of the quality management system regarding the implementation of the policy in the field of expansion of export supplies of pellets and improvement of the organizational structure of the company's management is covered. The iron content in pellets was predicted using the auto regression model. An improved structure of management of foreign economic activity in case of the implementation of the project on additional production of high-quality pellets is proposed. The costs for increasing the volume of production of iron ore raw materials for the project for the successful functioning of the automated management system for the entire technological process of charge preparation, pelletizing and firing of pellets are systematically defined. A risk assessment was carried out in conditions of implementation of the model for calculating the capital assets of the complex of equipment for the production of high-quality pellets of a well-known global company. Decisions regarding the positioning of the plant's pellets on the world market with determination of the pricing strategy are justified.
