Tendencies in disability of the population as a result of malignant neoplasms in Ukraine (on the example of the Poltavia region).

Aim: To study the dynamics of the prevalence and structure of primary disability, including due to cancer, among the population of the Poltava region. Materials and Methods: The study used a retrospective analysis - the depth of the research search was six years (2019-2023); a comparative analysis - to establish the differences in disability indicators. Determining the trends of disability: analyzing the dynamic series. Results: The rate of initial disability due to neoplasms (including malignant) for 2019-2023 in Ukraine population is generally stable with a slight downward trend, in the Poltava region, there is a slight downward trend during the years 2019-2021, starting from 2022, begins to increase sharply, while throughout Ukraine the indicator remains stable. Among the able-bodied population of the Poltava region: if until 2021 the picture is identical to the indicators among the adult population, then starting from 2022 the disability of this contingent in the Poltava region begins to increase, while in Ukraine - to decrease. In 2023 among the population of the Poltava region, diseases of the musculoskeletal system became the cause of disability in 20.5 per 10,000 working-age population (І rank place) ; from circulatory system diseases was 12.3 (ІІ rank place); the rate of disability from a neoplasm is 16.1(ІІІ rank place). Conclusions: Analysis of the dynamics and structure of disabling pathology is important and necessary, as it allows to identify diseases that lead to permanent disability, as well as to develop medical and social measures to prevent disability.

Glaucoma care and surgical management in Azerbaijan

Glaucoma accounts for 14.5%–18.7% in the nosological structure of blindness and low vision in Azerbaijan, and for 13.4% in the structure of primary disability. In 2000 the prevalence of glaucoma in Azerbaijan was 0.1 per 10 000 people, in 2005–0.8 per 10 000 people. The overall reported incidence rate of glaucoma in the Republic of Azerbaijan is characterized by an increase of 15.4% for the period from 2001 to 2010 year. In order to organize and provide free comprehensive ophthalmological care in several remote regions of Azerbaijan, in 2015 a National Program “Identification and dispensary registration of glaucoma patients in various regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan” was created. Currently, 23 756 glaucoma patients are included in the official dispensary register.Due to the lack of a unified statutory health insurance system before 2021 year with limited access to comprehensive glaucoma care and irregular follow‐up outside urban areas, as well as insufficient awareness of this disease in the general population, almost one third of all new diagnosed glaucoma patients in different remote regions of Azerbaijan in 2010–2020 years had already an advanced or end stage glaucoma in one or even in both eyes. That increased the percentage (69.8%) of performed traditional penetrating glaucoma surgeries or cyclophotocoagulation procedures, in 30.2% cases non‐penetrating/micro‐invasive glaucoma surgeries, glaucoma drainage device implantation or combined cataract‐glaucoma surgeries were performed.The aim of this study is to evaluate the features of glaucoma surgical management and to present a model of glaucoma care in Azerbaijan. A developed model for comprehensive glaucoma care and glaucoma surgical management with regularly monitoring of IOP and carry on local glaucoma awareness programs in different regions of our country could provide early disease detection, dispensary registration of the patients, optimal treatment strategy with the use of different minimal invasive surgeries and prevent glaucoma related irreversible blindness in Azerbaijan.Keywords: glaucoma awareness; glaucoma surgery; glaucoma drainage devices; trabeculectomy.

Primary disability caused by glaucoma in the Krasnoyarsk region

PURPOSE. Assessment of the state of primary disability (PD) caused by glaucoma in the adult population of the Krasnoyarsk Region over time in the period from 2017 to 2021.METHODS. The information from the reporting documentation of the Bureaus of Medical and Social Expertise (MSE) of Russia and the Krasnoyarsk Region for 2017–2021 was analyzed. The analysis of primary disability indicators was carried out for two age groups of the adult population: individuals of working age (men aged 18–59; women aged 18–54) and individuals of retirement age (men aged 60 and older; women aged 55 and older). The obtained results were processed using the Statistica 10.0 software (StatSoft, USA).RESULTS. During 2017–2021 in the Krasnoyarsk Region, 1930 adults were recognized for the first time as disabled due to an ocular pathology. Glaucoma occupied the first ranking place — 31.0% (599) of cases in the structure of primary disability. Individuals of retirement age became disabled in 86.8% (520) of cases. Residents of the cities of the region became disabled in 69.1% (414) of cases. Males dominated among those who were recognized as disabled for the first time (RDF) due to glaucoma — 60.4% (362) of cases. The level of PD for glaucoma among the adult population of the region in 2017 was 0.52, in 2018 — 0.52, in 2019 — 0.59, in 2020 — 0.44, in 2021 — 0.57 per 10 thousand adult population. For five years, there was an increase in the level of PD due to glaucoma by 50% among the able-bodied urban population of the region, by 45.6% among senior citizens, by 110% among the able-bodied village population. In persons of retirement age living in rural areas of the region, the prevalence of PD decreased by 21.1%. The maximum values of the intensive indicator of PD were determined for men of retirement age: in 2017 — 3.6 per 10 thousand, in 2021 — 3.8 per 10 thousand of the corresponding population of the region. Formation of the contingent of disabled people occurred mainly due to the RDF of I and II disability groups. The proportion of group I disability was the largest — 40.4% (242/599) of cases. People with group I disability were more often treated with local antihypertensive drugs, were operated on at stage 3 of glaucoma.CONCLUSION. To reduce primary disability for glaucoma it is necessary to increase preventive efforts, timely use modern methods of diagnosis and treatment, including surgery, and ensure sufficient availability of ophthalmological personnel and high-tech equipment.

Infectious complications of external fixation in patients with polytrauma

Annotation. Among the main causes of mortality and in the structure of primary disability in Ukraine, the consequences of injuries consistently rank third, second only to cardiovascular and oncological diseases. The intensive use of implants in traumatology and orthopedics in the second half of the 20th century, along with significant advantages in the tactics of surgical treatment and further improvement of the quality of life of patients, also contributed to the emergence of infection. The purpose of our work was to determine the features of the occurrence and localization of the infectious process after external fixation as a result of polytrauma. An analysis of the treatment of 181 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of osteomyelitis surgery at the Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine was conducted. Statistical processing was carried out using the method of calculating the coefficient of the polychoric relationship indicator according to K. Pearson. As our study indicated, in 93.6% of patients with infectious complications of external fixation as a result of polytrauma, the pathological process was localized in the lower limb, which is associated with high-energy injuries inherent in multisystemic and multiorgan damage. Most often, the purulent process in patients with external fixation as a result of polytrauma was found in the lower third of the tibia (21.0%), the middle third of the tibia (17.9%) and the lower third of the femur (15.8%). Purulent complications in the area of the upper extremity in patients with external fixation as a result of polytrauma were observed four times less often than in patients with the same complications as a result of an isolated injury.

Malignant neoplasms as a nosological cause of primary disability in the Russian Federation during the COVID-19 pandemic

BACKGROUND:In cases of health disorders secondary to malignant neoplasms that lead to social restrictions and the need for social protection measures, including rehabilitation, disability is established. This is the most important health indicator of the population. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has significantly affected the management of patients with malignant diseases, and a more severe course of COVID-19 commonly occurs in older age groups.
 AIM:This study aimed to analyze the dynamics and structure of primary disability caused by malignant neoplasms in the adult population in the Russian Federation.
 MATERIALS AND METHODS:Thestudy object was a cohort with newly recognized disability caused by malignant neoplasms in the Russian Federation (by applying to the Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise). The main outcome was the occurrence of primary disability during the study period. Three age groups of the adult population (young, middle, and old) were analyzed. The study was conducted in 20102020. Research methods included documentary, data copying, and statistical and graphics analysis.
 RESULTS:The dynamics of cancer-related primary disability in the Russian Federation was characterized by an annual increase in the number of people with disability from 180.2 thousand in 2010 to 214.6222.2 thousand in 20172019; however, this number decreased to 196.5 thousand in 2020. The number of older people with primary disability was the highest, followed by middle-aged people with primary disability, and no significant change was found in the number of young people with primary disability. The proportion of people with secondary disability decreased, and those with tertiary disability increased, with a negative trend in the growth of the proportion of people with primary disability in 2020.
 CONCLUSIONS:The incidence of disability caused by malignant neoplasms may not reflect the proportion of populations with persistent health disorders because residents were unable to present for medical consultations due to the restrictions caused by the spread of a new coronavirus infection. The scale and structure of primary disabilities caused by cancer become the scientific and practical basis for determining directions for developing healthcare and social protection services.

Features of Primary Ocular Disability in the Krasnodar Region in 2016–2018

Purpose: to study the state and dynamics of changes in primary ocular disability in the period 2016–2018 by nosological forms. A complete retrospective study was made based on the data of the MSE (medical and social expertise) Bureau’s reporting documents. The following indicators of primary disability (per 10 thousand population) were registered from 2016 till 2018: among the adult population (18 years and older) 69,0–70,7–68,6 respectively; among the able-bodied population 42,8–44,1–41,1 respectively; among the population of retirement age — 125,1–126,4–124,6 accordingly. In the structure of primary disability of the adult population by severity for the period 2016–2018, the dynamics recorded an increase in the proportion of 1 group and 3 group with a decrease in the share of disability of 2 group. In the nosological structure of primary disability of the adult population in 2016–2017–2018, eye diseases account for 3 %, 3 % and 3.2 %, respectively, of all first recognized as disabled. There has been an increase in first-time applicants to the MSE Bureau. In the nosological structure of primary disability, the percentage of glaucoma patients over the past period is 47–33–32.5 % of the total number of primary disability for eye diseases, which determines the 1st rank. There is a progressive increase in the number of people with disabilities due to glaucoma of group 1 and group 2 throughout the study period. In the nosological structure of primary disability for 2016–2018 the percentage of patients with retinal diseases is 25–23–23.8 % of the total number of primary disability for eye diseases, which corresponds to the 2nd rank. There is a progressive increase in the number of disabled people in group 2. A low proportion of persons of working age in the structure of primary ocular disability was noted. A consistently high share of primary disability and a progressive increase in severe disability combined with an increase in persons of retirement age in the Krasnodar region forms an unfavorable forecast for an increase in the number of blind and visually impaired residents of the region.

Региональные особенности медико-демографических показателей здоровья населения Белгородской области (на примере болезней органов пищеварения за период 2000–2017 гг.)

Introduction . In 1990–2017, the size of population in the Belgorod Region increased by 10.9 % only as a result migration. Negative medical and demographic trends characterized by population decline caused by a decreased birth rate, increased mortality and disease incidence rates, and population aging were registered at that time. The level of primary disability due to digestive diseases dropped significantly; yet, young and middle-aged people and disability grades II and III began to prevail among primary disability cases. Our objective was to study regional characteristics of the medical and demographic situation in the Belgorod Region from the point of view of medical and social expert examination. Materials and methods . We analyzed data of the Federal Service for State Statistics (Rosstat) and its Belgorod Department (Belgorodstat), and the database of the unified automated vertically integrated information and analytical system (EAVI-IAS) of medical and social expertise for persons with primary disability caused by digestive disorders in the Belgorod Region in 2000–2017. We processed anonymized computerized data entered by the bureau’s medical staff. Ethical and legal principles were not violated when working with medical records. The study was carried out by a continuous method. We applied analytical, analytical graphics, and statistical (t-test, z-test, F-test) methods to data collection and processing. Digital data were processed using an IBM PC IntelCore i5-2500K and StatSoftStatistica 12.5 software package. Results . Despite the population growth resulting from migration, we observed worsening of regional medical and demographic indices in 2010–2017. Although the incidence rates of all diseases of the digestive system decreased, the rates of incidence and mortality from diseases of the pancreas and liver rose significantly. The average age at death from diseases of the pancreas and liver indicated premature mortality. In the structure of primary disability caused by digestive disorders, diseases of the liver and pancreas ranked highest. Conclusion . Population decline, rising digestive disease and related mortality rates dictate the need for in-depth study and practical solution of the problems of health improvement, disease prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of patients and individuals with disability due to this pathology in order to reduce premature mortality and improve the demographic situation in the region.

Аnalysis of selected indices of disability of adult population and health care workers of the Republic of Bashkortostan

Introduction. The problem of disability of the population includes medical and social, economic, moral, and ethical aspects, since it affects a considerable number of people, mainly of working age. This also applies to health care workers, whose role in solving the tasks of state policy to preserve and prolong the active life of a person is invaluable. Purpose. Analysis of the levels, trend, and structure of primary disability among the Republic of Bashkortostan’s adult population and health care workers. Material and methods. Primary disability was studied according to the annual reports and 936 certificates of examination for disability in the Bureau of medical and Social expertise of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2015-2017. Results. During the analyzed period, there is practically no tendency to decrease disability indices among the population of the Republic of Bashkortostan; among health care workers, in 2017 this value decreased by 1.1 times compared to 2015, amounting to 49.5 per 10 thousand population. In the structure of primary disability, the most numerous both among the population and among medical workers were persons with group III disability. Among the causes of disability of the adult population of the Republic of Bashkortostan, diseases of malignant aetiology (37.4%) and diseases of the circulatory system (25.9%) hold the top place. The direct access to disability, the cause of neoplasms of malignant aetiology, in medical workers for all the years of observation exceeded the national indices by 1.1-1.4 times. Breast, ovarian, and cervical cancer prevailed in the structure of oncological diseases among doctors. Disability among medical workers due to conditions of the circulatory system is established for every third doctor (32.9%). Conclusion. The basis for early diagnosis of diseases and prevention of disability of health care workers should be high-quality periodic medical examinations with mandatory implementation of the full scope of laboratory and functional research methods.

Primary disability due to neoplasms in Ukraine: structure, trends, influencing factors

A full study was conducted using the statistical method of research in order to analyze the status and structure of primary disability of the adult population of the regions of Ukraine due to tumors in the period ща 2010–2019 and identify the causes that affect the indicators of primary disability and regional characteristics. We have performed the analysis of expanded statistical information regarding disability in Ukraine with the help of the "Report on the causes of disability, indications for medical, professional and social rehabilitation" (form № 14, approved by order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in coordination with State Statistics Committee of Ukraine dated 10.07.2007 № 378) within 24 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv over the last ten years. In addition, the correlation analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel© to find the connection between primary disability due to neoplasms and a number of medical and social factors using Pearson-Brave correlation coefficient (r). Over the last ten years, the rates of primary disability due to neoplasms and malignant tumors of both adults and able-bodied population have been increasing steadily. They have always been among the top three causes of disability in Ukraine. However, cardiovascular diseases occupied the first place over the last 27 years. In 2019, tumors took the first place. Fluctuations in primary disability due to neoplasms are connected with a number of medical and non-medical causes. The main ones are morbidity, prevalence of neoplasms, number of beds in cancer dispensaries and availability of specialized oncology medical expert commissions in the region, changes in legislation regarding criteria for assessing disability groups. In the structure of primary disability due to neoplasms people of working age (40-60 years) dominate, their number varies by year, but the tendency to predominance persists Among the disability groups a severe second disability group dominates, which indicates a late diagnosis due to untimely treatment of these people and the predominance of the so-called "neglected" forms of the disease. This trend takes place during the observation period of all ten years. The highest rates of primary disability due to neoplasms are also stable throughout the ten-year observation period and are observed in the regions that are considered the most affected by Chornobyl disaster: Kyiv region, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Volyn, Rivne. However, the increase in this indicator in Poltava region over the last three years is not entirely motivated. The obtained results will be the basis for the development of national and regional measures for the rehabilitation of people with disabilities caused by tumors and contribute to public funds saving due to their targeted distribution in regions and keeping labor resources.

Statistical analysis of children with disabilities with obesity for 2018-2019 in the Republic of Mordovia

Background. Disability is one of the most important medical and social problems. According to the latest data, more than 1 billion people in the world are disabled according to WHO data in 2016, more than 1.9 billion adults aged 18 and older were overweight, of which more than 650 million were obese (11% of men and 15% of women). According to WHO, it is expected that children with obesity will increase to 70 million by 2025. Obesity in early childhood it is most severe and less treatable, and can also lead to serious complications: hypertension, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and other diseases. The aim: we believe that the study of the population of disabled people due to various diseases with obesity in various nosologies is important for the development of comprehensive measures for the prevention of morbidity, early diagnosis and rehabilitation of this group of people. Materials and methods. We conducted a comprehensive study of children with the status of disabled child and initially examined in the ITU Bureau No. 4 for the Republic of Mordovia. The study group included overweight and obese children with various diseases. Information from the statistical collections of Rosstat and approved forms of state statistics No. 7-Sobes for 2019 were also included. Results. In 2019, 1065 children were examined in 4 bureaus of the ITU RM; of these, 730 children were examined to determine the category of disabled child, which was 68.5% (first: 262; 35.9%, second: 468; 64.1%). The largest proportion of children recognized as disabled for the first time is young children from 0 to 3 years (45,2%). In the structure of primary disability of this age category, congenital malformations account for 31% (28 people out of 90). The proportion of disabled people in the age category from 4 to 7 years is 16.5%. The proportion of disabled people in the age group 15 years and older is 9.5%. The first place is occupied by diseases of the endocrine system (42.1%), the second by diseases of the musculoskeletal system (26.3%). The largest number of patients with primary examination are obese with disorders of neuromuscular, skeletal and movement-related (statodynamic) functions ― 10 children (5%); with disorders of the cardiovascular system ― 8 children (4%); and disorders of the endocrine system ― 7 children (3.5%). When re-examining children with various pathologies, the ranking places are occupied by violations of the same functions ― neuromuscular (6.1%), cardiovascular (3.7%), endocrine (2.5%). In other persistent disorders of body functions, there are also obese patients in both groups, but their number is very small. Conclusions. When monitoring for 20182019, we see an increase in the number of obese children with various functional disorders. Most often, obese children recognized as disabled are found in groups with impaired statodynamic and cardiovascular functions, most likely this is due to restricted movement. And such patients are recommended to follow the principles of a healthy diet more carefully, no matter what aggravates the existing condition. And thus, in a short time to carry out all the necessary rehabilitation measures and in some cases reduce the period of disability.

Research of features of statistical accounting of primary disability of the adult population in Russia

Disability of the population is one of the most topical challenges to society in the context of demographic aging of the population. To ensure the most effective response to this challenge, reliable information is needed about the health status of the population and the actual extent of disability in the main socio-demographic groups. In Russia, the study of disability issues is devoted to the works of many researchers, performed in the framework of medical, sociological and economic disciplines. Special attention is paid to the structure and dynamics of disability in the country as a whole and in its regions. At the same time, a special feature of the Russian system of statistical accounting for the number of disabled people is its focus on registering recipients of pensions and disability benefits, as well as on data on citizensʼ requests for identification of a disability group. This makes it difficult to assess the real extent of disability, because a part of the population is not included in the number of disabled. At the same time, the extent of accounting errors depends, inter alia, on the rules and criteria for determining disability established by the state. Taking into account these theses, the purpose of this study is the evaluation of the impact of social policy on the dynamics and structure of primary disability in the adult population of the Russian Federation. The information base of the study was made up of research data on similar topics, data from international organizations, and data from Russian state statistics. The paper summarizes and analyzes information about the number and structure of the disabled population, the dynamics of primary disability indicators, and the populationʼs requests for identification of a disability group. The main changes in the legislation regulating the procedure and criteria for recognizing citizens as disabled are analyzed. It is shown that a sharp increase in primary disability in 2005 was due to an increase in the number of applications for disability by citizens of retirement age. The main incentives were the monetization of benefits, changes in disability criteria and rules for pension provision for disabled people. It is proved that the registered indicators of primary disability depend on the reaction of the population to the social policy of the state, and this reaction is differentiated by socio-demographic groups of the population.ʼ

COMPLEX ASSESSMENT OF THE LOSS OF HEALTH OF CHILDREN’S AND ADOLESCENT POPULATIONS OF THE IRKUTSK REGION

Introduction. Aim: Comprehensive assessment of the health losses of children and adolescents of the Irkutsk region. Material and methods. A retrospective analysis of primary morbidity and disability in the territories of the Irkutsk region was carried out according to official statistical reports for 5 years. To identify similar indices of primary morbidity and disability by disease classes in the context of the territories of the Irkutsk region, cluster analysis methods (hierarchical, k-means) were used. Results. Prosperous territories were established to include clusters formed by rural settlements. The cluster with a high level of primary morbidity and primary disability of children and adolescents was revealed to be formed by industrial centers. The structure of classes of diseases is dominated by diseases of the respiratory system, injuries, eyes, and its appendage apparatus. In the structure of primary disability, the leading places are occupied by classes of mental disorders, congenital developmental malformations, diseases of the nervous, endocrine system. Changes in the prevalence of primary morbidity and disability in children and adolescents are assessed as moderate in the territories: Usolye-Sibirskoye, Svirsk Tulun and 6 rural areas (Nizhneudinsky, Shelekhovsky, Kazachinsko-Lensky, Bayandaevsky, Mamsky-Chuysky). Conclusions. Using the methods of multivariate cluster analysis revealed the territory of the Irkutsk region, unfavorable in terms of indices and trends of primary morbidity and primary disability. The conducted studies have identified priority areas for treatment and prevention activities aimed at reducing the comprehensive loss of health of children and adolescents.

Dynamics and Structure of Primary Disability in Retirement-Age Citizens Applying to the Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise of St. Petersburg in 2006–2017

This article presents data on primary disability at working and retirement ages obtained from a survey of citizens by the General Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise of St. Petersburg during the period 2006–2017. The features of the level, structure, dynamics, and distribution by groups of disability at retirement age are shown. There was a significant increase in the disability level in 2007, with a progressive decline to 2011 and a gradual decline to 2017. During the study period, there was a redistribution of retirement-age individuals who were recognized for the first time as disabled by disability groups—the proportion of individuals in the disability I and III groups increased due to a decrease in the disability II group.

Disability in Elderly People due to Hypertensive Disease in the Russian Federation

The article presents the results of the analysis of the epidemiology of primary disability of the adult population in the Russian Federation for 12 years (2005-2016). During this period, 6.6 million elderly people (56,8% of the total number of people with disabilities) were recognized as invalids. The leading cause of disability in the structure of primary disability among elderly people is 68,5%. HD retains leading positions as the most important factor of disability of the population. Negative tendencies of primary disability due to this socially significant pathology are associated with the demographic situation of population aging. In the contingent of people with disabilities due to hypertension, the proportion of elderly disabled is 43,4%, while the proportion of disabled people of middle and young age is less - 29,1 and 27,4%, respectively. Medical institutions should be prepared to work with a growing contingent of the elderly population, to increase the availability and quality of medical care for patients and people with disabilities due to HD, one of the most common and prognostically unfavorable pathologies that impose a limitation on vital activity.

Social monitoring of disability occupies a special place among health, social and economic problems of vital national importance. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that it continues to grow, the primary disability of the working population, which significantly affects the economy of our country. Monitoring disability to allow us to trace the main trends in the indicators and to conduct appropriate activities in public policy. The aim of this work is to monitor the structure of primary disability among persons of working age in the Ryazan region. Objectives of the study: monitoring of process primary disability for a certain period of time; identifying emerging trends and dynamics of primary disability in individuals of working age; forecasting emerging trends and their development; finding ways to prevent negative trends and maintaining positive trends in the development process. In the analytical review of official data from Rosstat, shows the dynamics and trends of disability in the Ryazan region. In the course of the study studied the regularities of formation of disability to reflect the classes of disease, determined the prevalence of disability among the adult population.

Analysis of incidence and disability of adult population due to malignant neoplasms in the Republic of Bashkortostan

Aim. To study the state of the primary incidence and disability due to malignant neoplasms in the Republic of Bashkortostan and their structures.Methods. The comparative analysis of the primary incidence and disability rates due to malignant neoplasms among the adult population of the Republic of Bashkortostan for the period 2010-2014 was performed. The state of the primary incidence taking into account gender and place of residence was studied. The structure of primary disability of adult population taking into account age and degree of disability was analyzed.Results. Over the period 2010-2014 in the Republic of Bashkortostan a statistically significant reduction of primary incidence among the population and increase in the primary incidence due to malignant neoplasms by 14.6% was observed. The incidence is higher among urban residents than among rural population, in men it is higher than that in women. On average, one in four, who is recognized as disabled, suffers from malignancy. In the structure of disability of people suffering from malignant neoplasms, II degree of disability prevails. The reliable increase in the level of primary III degree disability due to malignant neoplasms is registered over time. The rate of disability caused by malignancy among people of retirement age is higher than among working-age people.Conclusion. The given data are indicative of the need to strengthen the strategy of primary prevention of malignant neoplasms.
