The current state of agricultural integrated associations in Ukraine is considered. Their significant distribution is analyzed, the variety of forms of integration in the developed countries of the European Union and the USA is investigated, their crucial importance in ensuring food security of the country and significant contribution to international trade is proved. The experience of forming vertically integrated structures in agro-industrial complex is considered. It is proved that the creation of vertically integrated structures in the agro-industrial complex solves the problem of food security of the coun-try, increases food exports, reduces disparities between industries, optimizes price chains from agricultural producers to the final consumer. Attention is drawn to the relevance of the study of the cooperation current state in rural areas in terms of promoting its revival, including: legal requirements for the formation of a diversified agricultural economy as a basis for rural man-agement, farms development, agricultural cooperatives and other relatively new organizational forms of agricultural entre-preneurship. Since currently the state does not have enough funds to establish a wholesale market, it is advisable to create alternative, small organizational forms of wholesale sales in rural areas. This may be cooperation in the field of procurement and marketing of agricultural products. Such cooperatives are designed to perform certain marketing functions. Peculiarities of domestic and foreign integrated formations development, motivation of direct participants to joint production-economic and marketing actions, coordination and carrying out of joint economic, scientific-technical policy, formation of regional economic complexes are generalized. The advantages and disadvantages of cooperation among other organizational and legal forms, as well as the advantages and disadvantages provided by agricultural holdings to agricultural producers are considered. The generalization of the conducted researches gave the chance to investigate motivation of the basic partici-pants, ways of realization of integration processes in market conditions. Methodical approach to estimation of efficiency of functioning of the integrated formations – participants of the local market of meat production

Stabilization and development of the market of meat products, increase of efficiency of its functioning to a large extent depend on the structural transformations directed on improvement of integration processes. The search for forms of integration interaction that can unite as many different subjects of the regional economy as possible by effective partnerships in order to focus resources on the implementation of priority directions of the regional socio-economic system, improve the efficiency of the use of production and social infrastructure is of particular relevance now. Under the current conditions, the priority factors of efficiency are: industry specialization and technological compatibility; the validity of the choice of an integrator; the concentration of agricultural production; financial, economic, industrial and technical condition of the participants; the mechanisms of coordination and management; the optimality of proportions between the links of the technological chain; the level of capacity utilization; the degree of satisfaction of raw materials needs through domestic supplies. According to our assessment, the further development of associations should be intensive and carried out through the implementation of investment and innovation programs aimed at the development of high-quality new technologies and techniques, methods of labor organization and management of integrated production. The methodological tools used by us to justify the proposed provisions and establish the laws of development of integrated structures in the regional agro-industrial complex can be used to conduct a multilateral assessment of effectiveness with different levels of detail of the results. The method of complex assessment of functioning efficiency of the integrated structures in the agroindustrial complex developed by us allows:-to reveal potential sources of growth of efficiency of functioning of Association and character of their use; – to establish the directions of managing, subject to efficiency decrease due to excess of limit parameters; – to predict prospects of further development of the integrated formation, including by change of structure of participants.

Effective use of hydrogen power resources in the power supply structure of agroindustrial complex

Results of applicability searches for alternative hydrogen-based energy sources in diesels for mobile agricultural machinery were analyzed. Potential possibility that selected hydrogen power resources will be really introduced in the power consumption structure of agroindustrial complex in the coming years is substantiated.
