ANALISIS KINERJA KEMITRAAN INTI PLASMA PERKEBUNAN KELAPA SAWIT DI DESA JATIWARINGIN KABUPATEN KOTAWARINGIN TIMUR PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TENGAH (Performance Analysis Of The Core Plasma Partnership Of Palm Palm Plantations In Jatiwaringin Village, East Kotawaringin District, Central Kalimantan Province)

The partnership pattern is the umbrella for all plantation business collaboration between core and plasma companies. The plasma core business partnership system for oil palm farmers is an effort to improve the welfare of farmers. The aim of the research is to determine partnership patterns, the influence of stakeholder roles, stakeholder characters, and partnership models on KUD performance and farmer welfare. The sample in the research was 81 oil palm farmers with data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques. Research results Partnership patterns used by PT. Makin Group with Jatiwaringin oil palm farmers provides welfare and benefits for both parties, with a direct influence on the character of stakeholders and the role of stakeholders with p-value ≤ sig 0.05 directly influencing KUD performance. KUD performance and the role of stakeholders p-value ≤ sig 0.05 have a direct influence on farmer welfare. The indirect influence of stakeholder character, stakeholder role, and KUD performance has a p-value smaller than the sig level of 0.05 which has an indirect effect on farmer welfare. The plasma core partnership model in Jatiwaringin Village applies a partnership model managed by the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD).

The Role of Self-Efficacy as a Mediator Between Active Organization and Job Readiness

The world of work requires students to have abilities and work skills as a basis for negotiation since willingness to work is the basis. At the same time, the organization promotes students' self-efficacy, making them more mature and career-ready. This study aims to determine the importance of self-efficacy as a mediator between organizational activities and work readiness. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The subjects were 95 students from the Faculty of Economics and Management, Mulawarman University, who were selected through simple random sampling. The data collection method uses three types of scales: work readiness scale, organizational activity scale, and self-efficacy scale. Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique and statistical software Smart PLS are adopted. The research results show that self-efficacy can play a partial role as a mediator between organizational activity and students' job readiness, organizational activity can directly affect students' work motivation, and Organizational activity can affect students' self-efficacy. This study concludes that self-efficacy plays a vital role in improving students' job readiness, directly or indirectly, in the current millennium.

Organizational Performance Improvement Model Based on Talent Management Through Religiosity Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Purpose: This research aims to determine the influence of talent management on organizational performance; the influence of religiosity organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator on organizational performance; the influence of digital literacy as a mediator on organizational performance; the influence of talent management, digital literacy and religiosity organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously on employee performance and employee performance. organization, and designing a model for improving organizational performance through digital literacy and religiosity organizational citizenship behavior as mediators Theoretical Framework: Drawing from the practice-based view theory, this research focuses on several constructs and relationships between talent management, digital literacy and organizational citizenship behavior in ASNs in government agencies which have not yet been widely studied. This research is an effort to develop a model for improving organizational performance through talent management and ASN digital literacy and also combines aspects of organizational citizenship behavior which are based on religious values, which are still rarely used by previous researchers. The research method used is an explanatory survey approach to explain the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing in the field. Research that uses descriptive surveys and explanatory survey methods is carried out by collecting information from samples directly at the scene of the incident (empirical) through questionnaires with the aim of finding out the opinions of the samples regarding the research problem. And this research uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique (PLS-SEM), to model many variables in research Results and Discussion: To examine the influence of mediator variables, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique (PLS-SEM),to estimate the causal relationship between variables (causal model) that has been determined previously based on the theory. Answering research questions requires correct statistical data processing. The results of this research will be more powerful if adequate statistical data processing is used. Scientifically based research shows that findings can be evaluated and proven, and if other researchers used the same procedures, the results would almost certainly be the same. As a result, researchers chose statistical data processing techniques to use in these calculations. The result of research. Based on the results of research regarding "Model for Improving Organizational Performance Based on Talent Management Through Religious Organizational Citizen Behavior", the following results were obtained: Overview of talent management, religiosity organizational citizenship behavior, digital literacy, employee performance and organizational performance in Regency/City Government Agencies throughout West Java Province are in the high/good category, which means they are running in accordance with agency procedures. Talent management has a significant positive effect on organizational performance in Regency/City Government Agencies throughout West Java Province. This is based on the results of direct effect hypothesis testing, the t-statistics results obtained were 2.482 and the significance results (pvalue) obtained were 0.007 (0.007<0.05), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Religious organizational citizenship behavior is unable to mediate the influence of talent management on employee performance. This is based on the results of testing the indirect effect hypothesis, obtaining a significance result (pvalue) of 0.053 (0.053>0.05). Meanwhile, digital literacy is able to mediate the influence of Talent Management on Employee Performance. This is based on the results of testing the indirect effect hypothesis, obtained a significance result (pvalue) of 0.000 (0.000<0.05). Digital literacy, religiosity organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance are able to mediate the influence of talent management on organizational performance. This is based on the results of testing the indirect effect hypothesis, obtained a significance result (pvalue) <0.05. There is an increase in organizational performance through digital literacy and religiosity organizational citizenship behavior in talent management. Implications: The research results show that religiosity organizational citizenship behavior, digital literacy and employee performance are variables that can mediate the influence of talent management on organizational performance in Regency/City Government Agencies throughout West Java Province.

Political marketing mix and the influence of social media promotion on voting decision through perceived value: a study of the 2020 South Tangerang city election

This research aims to examine the influence of Marketing Mix (4P) variables consisting of product, price, place, and promotion, perceived value, and vote decision. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research is the community in South Tangerang City registered in the Permanent Voter List in the 2020 South Tangerang City Regional Election, totaling 175 respondents. Research data was obtained from the result of filling out a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis techniques with the help of the Smart PLS program. The results of this research show that (i) Political Product affects the voting decision; the higher the political product possessed by the political candidate, the higher the voting decision, and vice versa; (ii) Political Price affects the voting decision; the higher the Political Price, the higher the voting decision, and vice versa; (iii) Political Place does not have a significant effect on voting decision, which means that people in South Tangerang City prefer promotion through social media; (iv) Political Promotion affects the Voting Decision; the higher the Political Promotion, the higher the Voting Decision, and vice versa; (v) Political Promotion affects perceived value; the higher the political promotion, the higher the perceived value in the community, and vice versa; (vi) Perceived Value affects the Voting Decision; the higher the Perceived Value, the higher the Voting Decision, and vice versa; (vii) Perceived Value positively mediates the relationship between Political Promotion and Voting Decision. The promotion variable has the highest value and the strongest influence on voting decision. In general, the conclusion drawn from this research is that the implementation of Marketing Mix (4P) is important in influencing the voting decision of the community in South Tangerang City. Political candidates can pay attention to these aspects to strengthen their advantage in future political contests.

Peran Faktor Pengaruh Dinamika Organizational Commitment: Mengentaskan Melemahnya Eksistensi UKM Kuliner di Bogor

This research aims to identify and analyze the role and influence of the determinants of organizational commitment dynamics on the continued existence of culinary SMEs in Bogor; against the identified background of the weakening of its existence. Using mixed methods, this study randomly selected 210 samples using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and AHP-FAHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process-Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process) analysis techniques. The research results show that perceived organizational support, creativity and employee work motivation are determining factors that have a significant influence on organizational commitment, which ultimately contributes to the resilience and growth of culinary SMEs in Bogor.

Understanding Voter Resistance to Political Campaigns: Evidence from National Elections of Pakistan

Political marketing literature acknowledges the pivotal role of marketing campaigns in building political support, yet a notable gap exists in understanding voters’ resistance to political campaigns. This paper argues that voters’ resistance can be managed if their attitudes are understood. Grounded in the Tripartite theory of attitude that conceptualizes attitude as a complex relationship between cognition (voter’s apathy, skepticism and cynicism), affection (voter’s dissatisfaction and frustration) and conation (voter’s resistance to political campaigns), the study tests a model for understanding resistance to political marketing. An empirical investigation of 454 participants from 2018 national elections in Pakistan, utilizing a structured questionnaire for data collection and employing structural equation modeling analysis techniques, reveals that skepticism and dissatisfaction significantly fuel voters’ resistance to political efforts. These factors engender disbelief, erode trust, and diminish interest in political candidates and their parties. Based on these findings, we draw implications for advocating citizen engagement over a sole reliance on advertisements to mitigate negative voter attitudes toward political campaigns.

The Influence of Entrepreneurship Education on the Competence of Start-Up Ventures in Empowering Nascent Makeup Artists

This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education on startup business competencies through the empowerment of prospective makeup artists. The study employs a quantitative approach with structural equation model analysis techniques using the AMOS application. The population of this study comprises alumni of the Entrepreneurial Skills Education Program (PKW) from Training and Course Institutes (LKP) between 2016 and 2018 in West Java. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data were obtained through a questionnaire completed by 136 respondents. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship education does not have a significant effect on startup business competencies through the empowerment of prospective makeup artists. However, entrepreneurship education significantly influences two variables: startup business competencies (48.6%) and the empowerment of prospective makeup artists (89.1%). The study reveals the reasons for the low achievement of the PKW Program's success based on two indicators. Indicator II states that at least 75% of graduates should be able to start a business, and Indicator III specifies that at least 30% of those who start a business should earn an income equivalent to the local minimum wage within six months. The low success rate of the PKW Program in this study is explained by the limited skills of the mentors and the lack of reflection activities during the mentoring process. This research highlights the urgent need for effective mentors when prospective bridal makeup artists design and launch their startups. Mentors play a critical role in providing business insights, market advice, and market validation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of mentors and establish qualification standards for startup business mentors.

Pengaruh Outdoor Recreation Motivation Terhadap Revisit Intention Melalui Perceived Risk

Repeat visits made by tourists become one of the assessment factors regarding overall customer satisfaction, destination maturity, and perceived value of a tourist destination when tourists make a visit. Empirical research has recognized that many attractions and tourist destinations are very dependent on tourists who reivisit. Based on the above, conducting research on revisit intention will greatly help the company or destination to maintain its existence and provide an advantage in its competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview and influence of the outdoor recreation motivation dimension on revisit intention tought perceived risk in tourists Jamiaki Peak and Puspa Peak Camp Destination, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method. The study was conducted by setting a sample of 350 tourists through questionnaires as data collection. The study used SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis techniques with AMOS 20.0 software and SPSS for windows version 25.0. Tests have shown that outdooor recreation motivation has a significant effect simultaneously on revisit intetion through perceived risk. The results of the Parameter Estimation Model of outdoor recreation motivation on revisit intention through perceived risk as a whole have been known that the R2 value of 0.443 means that the variable revisit intention which can be explained by outdoor recreation motivation intention and perceived risk is 44.3%, while 55.7% is influenced by other variables.

Unraveling customer satisfaction and loyalty at university pool: The impact of marketing mix and service quality

Not a few universities currently also act as public services which also provide services to the community, including swimming pool services. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The research method used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were customers in the Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) swimming pool of with 102 respondents. Sampling using purpossive sampling technique. Data collection using the survey method using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The object of research is marketing mix, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis techniques with the help of AMOS 22 software. Quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques using SEM assumption tests to analyse the effect of several variables on other variables simultaneously. The results showed that the hypotheses formulated in this study consisted of 4 hypotheses and all were proven to have an effect. The results obtained show that marketing mix affects customer satisfaction, service quality affects customer satisfaction, marketing mix affects customer loyalty, and service quality affects customer loyalty of UNY swimming pool. The research results are proven by the probability value (P values) 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is proven to be significantly accepted by this research data based on the results of SEM analysis using the AMOS version 22 software.

Effective Marketing Strategy: Analysis of Advertising Appeals and Nct Dream Brand Ambassadors Through Brand Image Mediation on Somethinc Product Purchase Intention

<p>The aim of this research is to determine the influence of advertising appeals and brand ambassadors on purchase intention with brand image as an intervening variable in certain consumers aged 17-25 years in Bandung City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method, with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis techniques using SMART PLS software. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples obtained was 384 respondents. The results of the research show that the advertising appeals variable on brand image has no significant effect, while the brand ambassador variable on brand image has a significant effect, the advertising appeals, brand ambassador and Brand Image variables have positive and significant results on Purchase Intention . However, the results of advertising appeals testing on purchase intention through brand image did not have a significant effect. Meanwhile, brand ambassadors have a significant influence on purchase intention through brand image. The conclusion in this research is that the advertising appeals, brand ambassadors, brand image of some products are very good, consumers believe that some products are a reliable company.</p>

A Cross-Cultural Study of University Students’ e-Learning Adoption

This study aims to investigate the differences in e-learning adoption among university students in Indonesia, Albania, Russia, and Kazakhstan and examine the role of cultural dimensions in explaining these differences. This research draws upon Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions Theory to explore the impact of culture on e-learning adoption in diverse global contexts. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with a sample of university students from the four countries, and the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and multi-group analysis (MGA) techniques. The findings reveal significant differences in e-learning adoption among the four countries, with learner engagement, learning satisfaction, and technology accessibility exhibiting varying levels of influence on e-learning adoption. The multi-group analysis indicates that cultural dimensions partially explain these differences, highlighting the importance of considering cultural factors when examining e-learning adoption in diverse settings. This study fills a gap in cross-cultural e-learning research, offering key insights into factors shaping students’ adoption of online platforms worldwide. The findings emphasize the importance of cultural considerations for educators, policymakers, and e-learning developers in global higher education. Pengaruh Kepuasan dan Sarana Fisik Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the variables of satisfaction and physical facilities affect customer loyalty at the Basmalah store in Malang. This study uses associative quantitative methods with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis techniques with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The sampling technique used in this research is Accidental Sampling which is part of non-probability sampling. The research data used primary data in the form of questionnaires which were distributed in places with a total sample of 96. The results showed that satisfaction and physical facilities had a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.

The role of financial accountability control in improving financial performance

Purpose – This study aims to describe the effect of diversity of knowledge and financial capabilities on accountability for behavior control and improvement of financial performance.Design/methodology/approach – The population in this study were all branches of the Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS BMT) in Central Java. The sample used purposive sampling to obtain 146 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with the application of Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS 24).Findings – The results of the study explain the increase in financial performance based on Behavioral Accounting Theory and Human Resource Management Theory. The behavior control accountability model shows that perceived interest and intention in self-confidence to control accountability behavior as indicated by behavioral intention, perceived behavioral control, process and financial accountability can affect financial performanceResearch limitations/implications – Where the factors of diversity of knowledge and financial capability in shaping accountability for behavior control and impact on financial performance will offer a deeper understanding of the supporting factors for accountability for behavior control and also have an impact on efforts to improve financial performance.Practical implications – A better understanding of the factors influencing improvement efforts should assist accountants in information processing, quality of judgments, accounting problems that arise with accounting users and preparers, and the use of information in accounting decision making.Originality/value – Using and explaining about improving financial performance based on Behavioral Accounting Theory and Human Resource Management Theory. ANALYSIS OF THE INTEGRATIVE APPROACH TO TAM AND UGT THEORY ON DIGILIB APPLICATION USERS

Information Systems Technology is an asset for an organization, if managed well it will provide added value for competition, as well as increasing the possibility of success for a business, therefore information systems must be managed well. STIAMAK Barunawati Surabaya College of Administration and Port Management also uses information systems technology (SIAKAD) to improve the quality of education and services in higher education, one of which is the digital library application (DIGILIB) for STIAMAK Surabaya students using the Technology Acceptance approach. Model (TAM) and “uses and gratifications theory” (UGT). The purpose of this research is to analyze individuals' intentions to use DIGILIB technology by referring to factors such as user perceptions of usability, ease of use, and other factors related to technology. The method used in this research is quantitative, with a total of 69 students responding using a Likert scale questionnaire and structural equation model (SEM) analysis techniques based on partial least squares (PLS). The results of this research show that there are three significant hypotheses, namely 1) Behavioral intention which mediates the relationship between Ritualized Use and Use Behavior, 2) Ritualized Use has a significant and positive effect on Behavior Intention, and 3) Behavioral intention has a significant and positive effect on use behavior

PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN MANAJEMEN TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MELALUI KEPUASAN MAHASISWA DI INSTITUT ISLAM MAMBA’UL ‘ULUM SURAKARTA

The purpose of the study was to examine the indirect effect of management service quality on learning achievement through student satisfaction. Management services include lecturer performance, academic services and infrastructure facilities. Testing the direct effect of management services on student achievement and on student satisfaction. Research data were taken from the population of active students of IIM Surakarta. The sample used was 342 students with Purposive sampling technique based on active students with a minimum GPA of 3.5. Data collection using questionnaires with structural equation model (SEM) analysis techniques. The results of the study based on the Direct Effect (path coefficient) table of direct hypothesis influence, show that lecturer performance and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on student achievement and academic services have no significant effect on student achievement, management services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. The result of the indirect hypothesis influence is that student satisfaction plays a role in mediating the effect of management services on student achievement. Where, H1, H2, H4, H5, H6, H7, H8, H9 and H10 are accepted and H3 is rejected.

Structural effect of principals change leadership on e-learning effectiveness

<span lang="EN-US">The aim of this research was to investigating the structural effect of the principal change leadership on the effectiveness of online-based learning with teacher work commitment and teacher attitudes towards change as mediator variables, which were approached quantitatively. Multilevel stratified proportional random sampling technique is used in sampling, while inclusion criteria are principals and teachers of primary schools who are still active in Kutai Kartanegara, Samarinda and Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis technique is used in this research. The results of the study show that the principals’ change leadership has a direct effect on the effectiveness of online-based learning, as well as an indirect effect through teacher work commitment and teacher attitudes towards change. This research contributes both theoretically and practically, where the change leadership demonstrated by the principal can ideally encourage teacher work commitment and teacher attitudes towards change, which in turn can promote the effectiveness of the implementation of online learning, as an effort to meet student learning needs.</span>

조직 리더의 착취적 리더십이 조직구성원의 직무소진과 이직 의도에 미치는 영향

Recently, the rise in exploitative leadership within restaurant companies has led to increased job exhaustion and turnover intentions among organizational members. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between a leader's exploitative leadership and organizational members' job exhaustion and turnover intention, examining the mediating effects of job stress and psychological contract violation in the relationship between exploitative leadership, job exhaustion, and turnover intention. Additionally, the study sought to verify the moderated mediating effect of organizational members' self-efficacy on job stress and psychological contract violation. For this purpose, a survey was conducted among 364 employees who had experienced or observed exploitative leadership while working in restaurant companies, with the analysis conducted using structural equation modeling and process macro analysis techniques. The analysis revealed that the leader's exploitative leadership positively affects organizational members' job exhaustion and turnover intention. Specifically, all relationships with the variables of stress, psychological contract violation, and emotional damage were found to be significant. To examine the moderating effect, self-efficacy was shown to influence the intensity of stress and psychological contract violation. The significance of this study lies in its examination of the variables affecting organizational members' job exhaustion and turnover intentions and in comprehensively modeling the process through which exploitative leadership interacts with emotional damage via dual mediating paths. The study aims to inform managers and staff of restaurant companies about the negative impact and importance of addressing harmful leadership, such as exploitative leadership, emphasizing the need for genuine leadership that resonates with organizational members.

The Influence of Self-Efficacy, Organizational Climate and Work-Life Balance on Work Achievement through Motivation as an Intervening Variable

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of self-efficacy, organizational climate, and work-life balance on work motivation. (2) the influence of self-efficacy, organizational climate, and work-life balance on work performance. (3) the influence of work motivation on work performance. (4) the influence of self-efficacy, organizational climate, and work-life balance on work performance through work motivation. The sample size in this study was 251 respondents. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach, using primary data and partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) analysis techniques. The results of this study conclude that: (1) there is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and work-life balance on employee work motivation, but self-efficacy has an insignificant effect. (2) There is no significant influence between self-efficacy, organizational climate, and work-life balance on work performance. (3) There is a significant positive influence between work motivation and work performance. (4) There is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and work-life balance on work performance through employee work motivation, but self-efficacy has an insignificant effect.

Pengaruh Social Media Marketing terhadap Purchase Intention dengan Consumer Trust dan Brand Image sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus Pada Uniqlo Indonesia)

The increasing number of internet and social media users in Indonesia creates new opportunities for company marketers to sell products while at the same time building brand images and increasing consumer’s trust in their brands. Social media marketing is a marketing strategy used in the form of online networking. Of course, this opportunity is used by Uniqlo Indonesia on various social media platforms. This study aims to determine the level of influence of social media marketing on purchase intention of Uniqlo products which is mediated by trust and brand image. The research method is quantitative with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SMARTPLS 4 software. This research consists of four variables, namely Social Media Marketing as an independent variable, Purchase Intention as the dependent variable, Consumer Trust and Brand Image as intervening or mediating variables. Based on the results of the study, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has an effect positive and significant impact on purchase intention, mediating impact of consumer trust from social media marketing on purchase intention, and mediating impact of brand image from social media marketing on purchase intention.
