Abstract The study explores plastic deformation behavior of T-shaped plates using DEFORM™ 3D, a perfect plastic finite element analysis software that considers T-shaped and double T-shaped extrusion dies as rigid bodies and compares effective strain, effective stress, blank temperature, die wear and temperature conditions. Moreover, the study employed the machine learning step descent method to predict effective stress and effective strain. Furthermore, the Pearson product difference correlation was utilized to examine the relationship between effective stress, effective strain, and temperature in T-shaped extrusion. Lastly, META analysis was conducted to synthesize statistical data on effective stress and temperature from various research.
