This research aims to: (1) determine the creation and results of making Physics learning media based on local wisdom using thunkable. (2) find out the results of the assessment of local wisdom-based Physics learning media using thunkable. This type of research is research and development, R & D (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model. The procedure for making learning media consists of several stages, namely: (1) the preparation stage, namely by carrying out initial design planning, preparing concepts for learning media for measurement material. (2) the creation stage, namely the creation of a mobile application using Thunkable based on local wisdom, and (3) the completion stage, namely the assessment of Physics learning media based on local wisdom. Based on the creation of learning media and the discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that: (1) the creation of Physics learning media based on Local Wisdom consists of 3 process stages (preparation, creation and completion), this media has a display such as the start page, login page, menu page, instructions page, materials page, practice questions page, simulation page, and evaluation page (2) Local Wisdom-based learning media has met the very good criteria with a score of 49 out of a maximum score of 50 for the media aspect and 57 out of a maximum score of 60 for material aspects
