Optimized Application of the Decision Tree ID3 Algorithm Based on Big Data in Sports Performance Management

In the rapidly evolving landscape of sports performance management, the integration of Big Data analytics has become a game-changer. This paper established a sports performance management system on big data decision tree ID3 algorithm and analyzed the accuracy and time of the improved decision tree ID3 algorithm in sports performance management. The research results show that the data query and data display functions are widely used in the system, and the utilization rate of each function of big data in the system can be clearly seen. In the accuracy of sports performance management, the improved ID3 algorithm is obviously higher than the ID3 algorithm, and the accuracy is improved by 4.16%. In the average time of sports performance management, the improved ID3 algorithm takes less time than the ID3 algorithm, and the time is reduced by 31.50%. The big data technology used has greatly changed the performance information management system of colleges or sports events and provides a research reference for the management of sports performance.

ABSTRACT Introduction: Finding the factors that contribute to success in student performance or failure is necessary for every teacher. Data mining, which is already used in companies for management processes, can be essential in this research. Objective: Discuss the data mining algorithms application in sports performance management. Method: A database was developed considering seasonal factors, health benefit index, and sports behavior characteristics. The data were entered under fuzzy logic, processed, and analyzed in IBM SPSS Modeler Software. Decision-making efficiency was improved with the target base interpolation analysis and the C spatial noise reduction methods. The fidelity of sports behavior was consolidated under Gauss time series analysis. Results: The relationship between the mining algorithm to find the existing problems and the association results in the mining rules provided valuable information for improving health guidelines to the physical activity students. Conclusion: The original data from the educational system can be transformed into useful information through the association rules algorithm, and the relationship between the performance can be obtained, providing the improvement in the decision making for the benefit of the physical level of the students. Design of Teaching Quality Analysis and Management System for PE Courses Based on Data-Mining Algorithm.

Advances in network technology have led to extensive information technology construction work in all walks of life; universities, as a key component of national development, cannot be overlooked in this regard. In today's universities, the Web-based integrated academic management information system is widely used, promoting higher education management system innovation and improving the management level of education departments and teaching management. The traditional management mode is incapable of locating “knowledge” in the mountains of student transcripts, and the original management mode must be improved. In business, finance, insurance, marketing, and other fields, digital exploration technology is widely used. This article describes the design approach for a data mining-based analysis and management system for PE course teaching quality, as well as the application of information technology and data mining technology in PE by combining actual PE teaching in schools, with the goal of realizing a data mining-based PE performance management system to serve PE teaching in schools and improve PE teaching quality. The results show that the time required to find frequent itemsets using a traditional algorithm running on a single machine, as well as the time required to scan the database several times for frequent itemset search in a distributed cluster of 20 computing nodes, is significantly longer than that required by the data mining algorithm. As a result, the proposed sports performance management system is functional, simple, and scalable, with each functional module operating independently and cooperatively, reflecting the concept of “high cohesion and low coupling.”

PE Teaching Activities in Colleges and Universities Based on Decision Tree

To improve the efficiency of student's sports performance management and the quality of physical education teaching, the overall structure of the sports performance management system based on decision tree was designed, and a systematic database design plan was proposed. Then, ASP.NET technology was used. Combined with SQL Server database, on the Visual Studio platform, the implementation process of sports test type, test items and score management was given through the flow chart of the program. Moreover, the decision tree of the relationship between the sports performance and the students' employment was generated. It was proved that the efficiency of the sports teachers' entry and statistical results were improved through the construction of this system. it is concluded that the sports performance and the sports teaching based on rule are better developed through the system of data mining.

The present paper studies the origin, the evolution, the challenges, and the first decade of its existence. There are various sports management and leadership insights. Given an emerging economy aspect, the case is also relevant for drawing policy lessons for government agencies for better sports performance management.

Sport is an institution interesting to study, being similar, but also different from traditional business organizations. Significant segments of sport have copied practices and the values of the business world, and as a result have been designed strategic plans, and players and administrators have become paid employees. The purposes of this paper are to highlight main models used in sports performance management as well as to test the relation between football organizations and economic growth for Romania for period 1992-2011. The results from the study performed suggest there is a non-linear relation between football organizations and economic growth that record a quadratic U-shape and a minimum level of GDPPC around 2457.5 RON.
