Imaging findings of abdominal splenosis and its clinical significance

脾组织植入在临床上较为少见,患者通常无任何症状,而在体检时被偶然发现.有关其影像表现的描述国内仅有少量个案报道[1-3].笔者回顾性分析了9例经手术病理证实的脾组织植入患者的影像资料,结合文献探讨其影像特征.旨在提高对本病的认识和影像诊断水平。
