Over the past decades, Ukraine has undergone significant economic transformations – from a planned Soviet-type economy to a market economy. This transition requires continuous improvement of the State regulatory system to ensure economic stability and sustainable growth. The aim of the article is to summarize the trends in globalization of crisis phenomena occurring in the global market, analyze the most significant and general scientific approaches and substantiate the conceptual foundations of the mechanism of the State regulation in the context of the russian invasion of Ukraine. The article elaborates the processes of influence of the State in the sphere of economic relations in the context of post-COVID recovery of the economic mechanism and the russian-Ukrainian war. The conceptual foundations of the formation of the modern system of the State regulation of the economy of Ukraine are presented, among which it is expedient to allocate the methodology for ensuring the conception of formation of the system of the State regulation of the national economy, the conceptual approach to substantiating the components in the development of the system of the State regulation of Ukrainian economy and the mechanism for ensuring the economic security in terms of an organization. The influence of the external environment at the macro-, meso- and micro-levels of the Ukrainian economy is studied. Modern paradigm changes in the global mechanism of economic integration of the socioeconomic system of Ukraine, the impact of globalization processes and the destruction of the global system of corporate relations require the subjects of the State regulation to constantly adapt to the conditions of martial law and bring to the fore the problem of ensuring national security. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly understand the importance of both theory and practice of expanding the understanding of the mechanism of the State regulation for ensuring the security of the State. That is, the system of the State regulation of the economy of Ukraine should be flexible, adaptive and focused on sustainable development, combining measures to solve both current socioeconomic problems and global challenges, as well as promote Ukraine’s integration into the international community.
