This research explores the synergistic potential of DevOps principles in fostering collaborative and efficient development and maintenance processes for embedded systems and distributed control systems within CPS. Concurrently, the utilization of Digital Twins offers real-time monitoring and simulation capabilities, heralding a shift towards a human-centric approach to CPS operation. The emphasis on self-adaptive systems within CPS anticipates the ability to address dynamic conditions and unforeseen challenges, paving the way for the evolution of resilient and responsive industrial systems.
