Research on the Construction of University Cultural Brand IP Driven by Network Cloud Platform Technology

Abstract Campus culture brand IP, as the soft power in the construction of university brand culture, has become an important material carrier for the inheritance and dissemination of university brand culture. In the cloud platform technology, we are using an information diffusion model to explore the diffusion degree and influence of college culture brand IP information on the network platform. The dissemination process of cultural brand IP information is examined from the point of view of sharing information resources in colleges and universities. Construct a competitive information dissemination system based on the user nodes of online social networks and the interrelationship between users. Promote the dissemination and diffusion of university cultural brand IP information on online social networks using a data-driven approach. The results show that: k value is 0.12, the promotion effect of college culture brand IP is 2.59621e+04, and the relative risk index is 0.354264. Within 0-6 hours, the maximum number of IP views reaches 34,000 times, which indicates that the authority of the college platform and the information diffusion model can improve the diffusion of college culture brand IP.

Candidates' Teaching Practice Experiences in the Natural Disaster Period

Natural disasters cause great damage to society as they cause great destruction and risks. Educational services provided after a disaster have an important role for the children and young people to be able to cope with the trauma experienced. One of the regulations regarding the educational process after a natural disaster is related to the practice courses in higher education institutions. In the scope of regulations made by the Council of Higher Education regarding the teaching practice courses of final-year students in the Faculty of Education, students benefited from the right to complete their practices at higher education institutions in different provinces. This study was carried out at a state university in the Aegean Region. 6 special education teachers determined with purposive sampling participated in the study on a voluntary basis. The data of this study which was conducted in phenomenological design as a qualitative research were collected with the focus group interview technique. The data of the study were analyzed holistically using content analysis. In the findings consisting of four main themes which are Information Resources Sharing and Planning, Professional Expectations and Preparation Process, Educational Life After the Natural Disaster, and About the Path Taken One Step Before the Profession, it was stated that attention was drawn to the up-to-date information of the institutional websites through written and social media explanations of official announcements during the announcement, follow-up, and application processes. The participants emphasized the importance of institutional information and communication in the quality of accommodation, transportation, education, and training practices while making decisions. It could be suggested that teaching practices include holistic preparation based on feedback in the process one step before the profession.

Higher Educational Information Resource Sharing Model Based on Blockchain

Through the sharing of high-quality educational resources in colleges and universities, various colleges and universities have carried out active and effective exchanges in teaching resources, avoiding the duplication of larger educational resources, and improving the academic and career development of teachers and students. The construction of a blockchain-based regional higher education information resource sharing model can solve the problems of scattered teaching resources and duplicate construction of teaching resources, difficulties to ensure the security of digital education resources, high operating costs of platforms, and urgent protection of intellectual property rights of resources. Most of the existing solutions rely on third-party certificate issuing centers or use a single key to encrypt the data flow of education information resources, which has hidden dangers of leakage of privacy information such as intellectual property rights, copyrights, confidential information of resources, other key information, and operation records. Therefore, this paper studies the regional higher education information resource sharing model based on blockchain and designs the data protection protocol of higher education information resources and its resource transaction relationship protection scheme. It introduces the blockchain-based regional higher education information resource sharing model mainly from three aspects: blinding the identity of authorized resource recipients, resource initiators publishing resource transactions, and authorized resource recipients publishing resource transactions. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Information Communication Technology (ICT) facilities and information resource sharing activities in federal university libraries in North central, Nigeria

The research investigated the impact of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Facilities on Information Resource Sharing Activities in Federal University Libraries In North Central, Nigeria. The study was guided by four objectives and one null hypothesis. A descriptive survey was used with the target population of 121 librarians in the seven federal university libraries in North central, Nigeria. The questionnaire was used in data collection. 121 copies of the questionnaire were administered 102 were filled, returned and found usable representing an 87.2% response rate. Percentage, Means and standard deviation were used in data analysis and Pearson Product moment correlation was used to test the null hypotheses. The study found that the factors restricting the usage of ICT for information resource sharing in federal university libraries in North central, Nigeria, were inadequate funding and lack of ICT infrastructure and connectivity. H01 showed that there was a relationship between ICT and information resource sharing in federal university libraries in North central, Nigeria. The study found that the factors restricting the usage of ICT for information resource sharing in federal university libraries in North central, Nigeria, were inadequate funding and ICT infrastructure and connectivity. The paper recommended amongst others that federal universities in North Central Nigeria should ensure that the funds allocated to the university library should be increased and also should endeavour to provide adequate ICT facilities that are lacking such as video conferencing and intranet to enhance information resource sharing activities.

Contextual Factors Affecting the Cooperation of Vietnamese Academic Libraries in Information Resource Sharing

Abstract The research examines the contextual landscape of academic libraries in Vietnam with the intention of discovering and exploring the barriers and enablers of cooperation in information resource sharing. The aim of this research is to address the principal question of: what are the contextual factors affecting the cooperation of academic libraries in information resource sharing in Vietnam? The interpretive study employed a mixed-methods approach and its findings are based on the analysis of data gathered from key informant interviews (20 library directors) and surveys (145 librarians, 182 students, and 46 lecturers) from 20 universities, as well as from documentary evidence. The participants involved in this study include library directors, librarians, and information users. Data shows that there are contextual factors affecting the cooperation in information resource sharing in terms of policies, directors’ attitudes, cooperative culture, IT infrastructure, information resources, lack of standards, and inappropriate funding roles of professional associations. Based on the findings, a model for cooperation in information resource sharing was developed with the contextual factors. The outcome of this research provides a model which incorporates the contextual factors influencing information resource sharing among academic libraries in Vietnam. To that extent, it contributes to our knowledge of information resource sharing in general, especially in regard to developing countries and more specifically to Vietnam. An acknowledgment of these factors will encourage more academic libraries to collaborate in sharing information resources in order to meet the demands of information users.

Risk-Based Access Control Mechanism for Internet of Vehicles Using Artificial Intelligence

Internet of Vehicles (IoV) systems are vulnerable to a wide range of attacks because of the lack of security measures. IoV systems can be infiltrated by malicious and unauthorized nodes, which can cause the authenticity, accessibility, and privacy of shared information resources to be compromised. Indeed, the use of an access control system can help; as a result, it is unable to respond to such attacks on time. This paper introduces an artificial intelligence-enabled access control mechanism (AI-ACM) with vehicle nodes and roadside units (RSUs) to overcome these issues. Here, use vehicle nodes as lightweight nodes, while RSUs act as comprehensive and edge nodes to provide access control service. A generative adversarial network (GAN) is used in place of risk prediction (RP) due to the lack of training sets, resulting in a sequence generation rather than an accurate risk prediction. Afterward, the blockchain-based Internet of Vehicles (BIoV) approach is summarized for the security mechanisms of vehicles that are discussed from the aspects of access control and authentication to sustain the distributed processing architecture and solve security issues. The simulation results show that AI-ACM is more accurate than the previous GANs at predicting the future. In addition, the RP model’s access control accuracy can be improved as a result of this technique.

Research on Agricultural Enterprise Accounting Information Resource Sharing Model Based On Big Data Technology

The conventional enterprise accounting information resource sharing model has the problem of fuzzy accounting information characteristics, resulting in low schedulability. An agricultural enterprise accounting information resource sharing model based on big data technology is designed. Obtain the goal of agricultural enterprise business process reengineering, establish the standard process of mutual integration of enterprise accounting information, combined with the principle of data mining, extract the characteristics of accounting information by using big data technology, divide the spectrum module according to the deployment density of small cells, design the heterogeneous wireless network resource management model, optimize the resource distribution level, and construct the resource sharing model by using hierarchical scheduling algorithm. Experimental results: the mean schedulability rates of the enterprise accounting information resource sharing model and the other two models are 60.073%, 49.801% and 49.319%, which proves that the enterprise accounting information resource sharing model integrating big data technology has more advantages.

Internet Entrepreneurship Information Resource Sharing System Based on Improved Deep Learning Algorithm

In order to promote the circulation of Internet entrepreneurial information, based on information theory and general security theory, this paper explains how to construct the attack channel and defense channel of the k-anonymity model, so as to provide a reliable network foundation for the transmission of related information. In order to fully solve the problems existing in multiuser requests, this paper proposes two modules, single-request sharing mode and multirequest sharing mode, to process query requests in the request queue to maximize the reuse of request results. Moreover, the model constructed in this paper needs to be processed through deep learning first and then shared through the intelligent model. Therefore, the data learning and data sharing of the model are mainly analyzed during model validation. The experimental simulation results show that the intelligent sharing model of Internet entrepreneurial information resources based on deep learning proposed in this paper has good data learning and data transmission effects.

Application Research of Graphic Design Based on Information Resource-Sharing and Big Data Technology

The field of graphic design is an important industry rising in recent years if a new graphic design solution requires the designer to design from the ground up, it will consume a lot of time and material resources. The information resource-sharing platform already has many element characteristics to provide the designer to carry on the reference, and this will greatly save the designer time and the material resources. The traditional graphic design method will consume some resources only by relying on the designer and the solutions designed by this method may not be innovative enough. This research will design a graphic design system and management method from the point of data and big data of information resource-sharing platform. The results show that the IRM platform can obtain more effective successful cases of graphic design feature data. The clustering method and CNN method can effectively deal with the pattern feature, color feature, shape feature, and character feature of graphic design. It can not only effectively analyze the feature data value of graphic design but also fits well with the trend of data values. This is a valuable research work for graphic designers. The largest prediction error is only 2.34%, and this part of the error mainly comes from the prediction of pattern features of graphic design. All other forecast errors are within 2.03%.

Information Resource Sharing Based on University Dance Big Data Management and Utilization System Design

With the expansion of college enrollment, the number of college students is increasing, and the amount of information to be dealt with in the information management of college students is increasing. In most colleges and universities, managing college student information is done artificially. In this context, how to effectively manage and utilize the dance big data of college students has important research value. Therefore, this article takes the development and realization of student dance under the public service platform system of colleges and universities as the subject and design the university dance big data management and utilization system based on information resource sharing. Due to the high mobility of college students, this work also carries out an information resource sharing strategy to establish the dance big data management and utilization system for universities; after the implementation of the student dance big data management service system, colleges and universities can provide more convenient transfer, management, query, and other services of student files.

Exploration of the Construction Model of School-Business Collaboration System in Vocational Colleges Based on Information Resource Sharing

Breast cancer is a type of malignant tumor which is still the number one killer for women. In Indonesia, it is estimated that 51,136 women were diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015. The limited knowledge of women of childbearing age about what breast cancer is and how to detect it is one of the reasons why breast cancer continues to increase. Knowledge is very important in the prevention of breast cancer. With good knowledge, it is expected that women of childbearing age are able to motivate themselves and even those around them to do breast self-examination. One way to increase knowledge is by providing education. Providing education can be done by utilizing social media, namely Instagram. Instagram has a strong appeal to share information resources with all people. Through Instagram, respondents not only hear the material delivered but can also see posts in the form of attractive and effective images and videos. This study aims to determine the effect of social media-based information education on breast cancer knowledge in women of childbearing age. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with Pre-Experimental design with Two Group Pre-Posttest Design, the sampling technique is convenience sampling. conducted in May-July 2021, the research sample was 60 women of childbearing age. Data analysis using Paired Sample T-test and ANCOVA. There is a significant difference between the knowledge scores of breast cancer prevention in women of childbearing age. who received social media-based information education intervention compared to the group that did not get the intervention with p-value = 0.000 (p < ? 0,05). This intervention regarding social media-based information education has an effect on increasing knowledge of breast cancer in women of childbearing age.

Research on Information Resource Sharing and Big Data of Sports Industry in the Background of OpenStack Cloud Platform

The rapid development of information technology and Internet makes the sports information resources retrieval service more convenient and quick; sports policy in recent years lays a foundation for the development of the Internet + sports, the development of sports industry in the process of our country economy level of development status, and the development of sports industry into the era of information and big data. This paper takes OpenStack cloud platform as the research basis (1) to realize the sharing of sports industry information resources in OpenStack cloud technology and (2) to realize big data analysis of sports industry and (3) empirical research on big data of sports industry. The main content is to realize the construction of sports resources informatization based on the OpenStack cloud platform. Through the analysis and empirical study of the big data of the sports industry, the influence of the development of the sports industry in the process of China’s economic development is discussed. In this paper, the experimental results show that the sports industry showed a positive impact in the process of economic development, the sports economy for the development of the economy, the contribution rate reached 11.77%, the sports industry for the development of the economy, the pull rate of 1.056%, based on the cloud platform of information resources sharing of data analysis, sports industry for the development of the economy has a positive role in promoting.

Automating Secondary School Libraries: A Web-Based Library Management System

This paper describes the development of a web-based school library management system for secondary schools in Malaysia (WBSSLMS), which aims to provide an effective and efficient way of acquiring, cataloguing, searching, retrieving, downloading and maintaining of library materials. The systems operates in a consortium where secondary school libraries can participate as members to share information resources and still maintain separate library databases. Information gathered from various literature, onsite visits to school libraries, brainstorming sessions with teacher-librarians and observation on the present systems used, have helped produce ideas in designing and implementing the systems. WBSSLMS consists of seven main modules and each is basically targeted to three types of users; i.e. students, teacher-librarians and systems administrators. Any computer, regardless of its operating system, could access any of the modules as long it had Internet access and a browser. The modules are Registration, Acquisition, Cataloguing, Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), Circulation, Maintenance and Information Management.. This paper also presents the strengths and limitations of the systems, and also the possible future enhancements. User acceptance tests showed that a high majority of respondents found the systems easy to use. They also found that the modules are complete and have an appealing interface. It is foreseen that WBSSLMS has met the requirements to meet the needs of a library automated systems, as well as a management information systems.

Interval Solution to Fuzzy Relation Inequality With Application in P2P Educational Information Resource Sharing Systems

Max-min fuzzy relation inequalities have recently been introduced to describe the peer-to-peer (P2P) educational information resource sharing systems. It is well known that the complete solution set of the max-min fuzzy relation system is fully determined by its minimal solutions. However, solving all the minimal solutions has been proven to be equivalent to the set-covering problem, which is NP-hard. Without solving the complete solution set, some specific solutions can be obtained through the corresponding fuzzy relation optimization problems. However, these solutions are usually unstable and fragile. Any minor fluctuations to the components of these specific solutions will cause them to be no longer feasible. In this work, we define and study the widest interval solution of a max-min fuzzy relation inequality system for the first time. The interval solution allows the solution to fluctuate within some range. The fluctuation range is determined by the width of the interval solution. We propose a novel resolution method for searching for the widest interval solution. The resolution method is carried out by detailed procedures and illustrated by a numerical example.
