Component structure of economic security of an agricultural enterprise

The article examines the component struc­ture of economic security of an agricultural enterprise. The main components of economic security and their interrelation are analyzed. The peculiarities of ensuring economic security in the agricultural sector are revealed. A comprehensive approach to the formation of the economic security system of an agricultural enterprise is proposed, taking into account the specifics of the industry. The necessity of integ­ra­ting various security components to achieve sustainable development of agricultural enter­prises is substantiated. The research hypothesis is that an effective economic security system of an agricultural enterprise should be based on the integration of various security components, considering their interconnection and mutual influence. The methodological basis of the research is a systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, and gene­ralization. Based on the analysis of scientific sources and considering industry specifics, a component structure of economic security for agricultural enterprises is proposed, which includes financial, production and techno­logi­cal, market, personnel, innovatve investment, environmental, and information security. The necessity of a comprehensive approach to for­ming the economic security system of an agricultural enterprise is substantiated, taking into account the interconnection and mutual influ­ence of its components. The proposed approach allows for a systematic assessment of the economic security level and the development of strategies for its provision in agricultural enterprises. It can be used in forming a monito­ring system for economic security and making management decisions to improve it. The research results create a theoretical foundation for developing a methodology for integrated assessment of the economic security level of an agricultural enterprise and forming an organi­zational and economic mechanism for its provi­sion in modern economic conditions, which defines prospects for further research in this direction

THE INDICATOR APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES

In the conditions of market instability, competitive pressure, financial crises and other external and internal challenges, an important component of the stability and development of the enterprise is economic security, which is the subject of research in the article. It was found that the assessment of economic security helps to adapt to the existing conditions and gives the ability to quickly eliminate various threats, which ensures the stable operation of the enterprise. The study of literature sources revealed that there are many methods for assessing the economic security of enterprises, but one of the most effective is the indicator approach. This approach is based on the analysis and interpretation of a number of key indicators that allow determining the state of various areas of the enterprise. The indicator approach is a systematic approach to assessing economic security by analyzing a set of indicators that reflect the state of the enterprise in key areas of its activity. Indicators are quantitative indicators that characterize the state of individual spheres of the enterprise's functioning and allow to evaluate them as a whole. The indicator approach is universal and can be adapted to the specifics of various industries and enterprises. This makes it an effective tool for a wide range of enterprises, regardless of their size, structure or field of activity. The assessment of economic security through indicators allows enterprise managers to make more accurate and well-founded management decisions, which contributes to strengthening their resistance to external and internal challenges. The application of the indicator approach not only increases the sustainability of the enterprise in the short term, but also contributes to the development of long-term strategies that take into account both current and future risks. The indicator approach allows for a comprehensive and systematic assessment of the state of economic security and covers key aspects of the enterprise's activity - financial, production, personnel, legal and other areas. This provides a deep understanding of the current state of the enterprise and its vulnerabilities. Depending on the significance of the threats and the subjective preferences of the authors and the specifics of the industry, the choice and method of grouping indicators for assessing the level of economic security of the enterprise differ significantly.

Features of creating a multi-level model of cyber security of critical infrastructure data: an interdisciplinary approach

The article examines the model of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine and documents the organizational and legal support for the protection of critical infrastructure objects from cyber attacks. The main concepts are described: multi-level data model, identification of cyber security, and critical infrastructure facilities. The levels of protection of critical infrastructure objects and measures at each level that ensure cyber security are highlighted and described. The stability of the critical infrastructure object is substantiated, and the formula for determining risks in critical infrastructure objects is described. The developed basic tuple model for the classification of critical information infrastructure objects by multi-level data models is highlighted. The prospects and risks of implementing multi-level data models in critical infrastructure facilities have been identified. It was concluded that multi-level data models are an important tool for ensuring cyber security in today's digital world and critical infrastructure enterprises in private. They allow for the effective protection of confidential information by isolating and controlling different levels of data access

The study is devoted to strategic planning and management of energy security of industrial enterprises in the conditions of dynamic changes in global energy markets and modern challenges. The relevance of the topic is due to the critical importance of energy security for ensuring the stability of production processes, optimizing costs, increasing energy efficiency and reducing the negative impact on the environment. At the theoretical level, the study analyzes the key concepts and methodologies underlying the formation of energy security management strategies. Special attention is paid to theoretical approaches to risk forecasting, threat identification, and the integration of the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence and automated monitoring systems, into the strategic planning process. Theoretical analysis helps to reveal the main principles and strategies that are critical for adapting to a rapidly changing external environment and new threats. At the practical level, the study considers real cases and examples of the implementation of energy security strategies at industrial enterprises. Analyzes of best practices, emergency planning, crisis recovery, and resource management are included. The issue of coordination between different levels of management and integration of the energy security strategy with other corporate plans and state regulatory requirements is considered separately. The study emphasizes the need to create adaptive management systems that not only ensure the reliability of energy supply, but also respond promptly to various threats, including natural disasters, man-made accidents, terrorist acts and cyber attacks. The practical aspect of the research also includes evaluating the effectiveness of monitoring and feedback systems for adapting strategies based on changes in the external environment and monitoring results. The conducted research makes a significant contribution to the scientific discussion on the strategy and planning of energy security management, combining theoretical foundations with practical recommendations. Scientifically based methods of forecasting threats and developing adaptive strategies ensure effective management of energy security of industrial enterprises in the context of modern global challenges and technological changes.

Social Intelligence Management in the Context of Promoting Professional Self-Education: Gender Aspects

The importance of lifelong learning and professional self-education in the modern world is beyond doubt. The search for external and internal incentives to increase people's interest in self-development is an important task for management sciences. External motivation includes the efforts of managers and HR managers to encourage employees to learn. In childhood and adolescence, parents, teachers and professors perform this function. However, it is important to understand what internal factors affect the desire for new knowledge and experience. According to numerous studies, social intelligence plays this role, as it affects the formation of positive qualities of a person from a social point of view. The purpose of this research was to verify the correlation between the level of social intelligence of an individual and his/her desire for self-development and additional training. The survey was conducted on a sample of students from a private online school that provides soft skills, financial and digital literacy training. The research results have complemented the previous survey among senior university students to form a comprehensive picture. High statistical reliability (p≤0.001***) was found for a significant relationship between social intelligence and its components and the desire to study further. The research results indicate the importance of developing a person’s social intelligence in order to stimulate professional self-education. Increasing the level of employees’ competence has a positive influence on their loyalty to the corporate culture, enhancing the personnel security of enterprises.

PRIORITY DIRECTIONS OF ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT IN THE WAR CONDITIONS BASED ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND DIGITAL TOOLS

The article examines the modern challenges faced by Ukrainian enterprises in war conditions and the strategic approaches to adapting to these challenges. As business leaders, policymakers, and analysts, your understanding and support are crucial. The current stage of Ukraine's economic development, characterized by high instability due to the full-scale invasion of Russia, dictates new conditions for the functioning of domestic enterprises. In these conditions, implementing information technologies and digital tools becomes critically important for ensuring sustainable development and adaptation of enterprises to new realities. The influence of the war on the strategic behavior of enterprises is considered in detail, emphasizing the need to adapt to rapid changes in the external environment. In constant uncertainty and risks, enterprises are forced to look for new development opportunities, actively implement information technologies, and diversify their activities. The main challenges and barriers faced by enterprises during the war are also analyzed. Among them are the lack of sufficient capital, limited access to credit funds, the unpredictability of the situation in Ukraine, the negative impact of government decisions on business, and others. To overcome these problems, enterprises must look for development directions and develop appropriate development strategies that consider internal opportunities and external threats. Digitization and the use of information technologies are becoming critical tools for achieving these goals, allowing enterprises to adapt to changes in the external environment quickly, increase the efficiency of their activities, and maintain competitiveness. Special attention is paid to such promising development directions as DefenseTech, FinTech and cyber security. These directions, with their significant potential for development in wartime, provide the necessary technological solutions to improve the security and efficiency of enterprises, offering a beacon of hope for the future. Thus, the article provides a comprehensive analysis of the priority directions of enterprise development in wartime conditions, with an emphasis on implementing information technologies and digital tools.

THE IMPACT OF MARTIAL LAW ON MANAGEMENT DECISIONS REGARDING ENSURING THE FINANCIAL SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES

The aim of this article is to present an approach to assessing the most significant negative factors that have arisen as a result of the introduction of martial law on the decision-making system and the implementation of managerial decisions in the context of ensuring the financial security of a modern enterprise. For this purpose, the object of research is the financial security of machine-building enterprises. A review of the literature has shown that a significant number of scientific papers today aim to present ways to increase the level of financial security, but not all of them understand that the most significant need of the subjects of financial support of machine-building enterprises is the assessment and consideration of negative factors in decision-making. Thus, the scientific task was to present a theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the negative factors of martial law on the management of financial security of a modern Ukrainian enterprise in the field of mechanical engineering. The problem was solved using the methods of system and hierarchical analysis, graph theory and on the basis of expert assessments. As a result, we presented step-by-step instructions on how to assess the negative factors and identified the most significant of them, the consideration of which is critically important in the process of managing the financial security of a modern Ukrainian machine-building enterprise. Prospects for further research will be based on expanding this list and narrowing the focus on the internal processes of machine-building enterprises.

Three Issues of Data Compliance Governance in China Based on Case Analysis

With the rapid development of China’s digital economy and increasingly stringent global data protection regulations, corporate data security and compliance have become key factors that determine the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises. However, China’s data compliance governance still faces three main challenges: inadequate self-regulation of corporate data compliance, imperfect internal management system, and the risk of violations throughout the entire data lifecycle. To address these issues, China needs to comprehensively improve data security and compliance of Chinese enterprises by improving the system to strengthen corporate behavior guidance, intensifying internal compliance mechanisms, and identifying the compliance process for data processing. Based on the world’s most typical legal systems related to data security and corporate compliance, and drawing on local Chinese judicial cases, this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the current challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in data security compliance. Finally, the paper explores and proposes a comprehensive governance path. Through the implementation of the comprehensive measures proposed in this study, Chinese enterprises now have practical guidance in the increasingly complex data security environment, thereby promoting their stable and sustainable development. The article is dedicated to examining the fundamental strategic priorities for developing managerial reporting in the context of economic security for small-scale enterprises in rural areas, considering the growth of agribusinesses in Ukraine and worldwide. It has been demonstrated that integrating digitalization into managerial accounting significantly improves the efficiency of the information support system for agricultural enterprises. Approaches have been proposed to establish optimal managerial reporting for small-scale enterprises in rural areas. It is noted that implementing digital technologies in reporting dramatically enhances the transparency and accuracy of financial operations, allowing for the timely identification of financial risks and the prevention of undesirable losses, thereby maintaining the economic security of agribusiness enterprises. Small enterprises in rural areas, which are limited in resources and opportunities for obtaining credit or external investments, can. However, they leverage digitalized reporting systems to improve their financial reliability when collaborating with potential investors and creditors. Moreover, the digitalization of managerial reporting facilitates the optimization of management processes, allowing for more rational planning of the enterprise’s available resources. To this end, we analyzed data from a sheep farming enterprise. In calculating economic indicators in managerial reporting, a developed format for digitalized accounting and reporting information is presented for small-scale enterprises involved in sheep farming. The decrease in the number of sheep and the productivity of products (milk and wool) by 4% from the planned volumes relates to the low quality of fodder, which directly affected the economic results of the agrarian business enterprise. At the same time, the actual revenues of the enterprise turned out to be 4.2% lower than planned due to the fall in the wool market and a slight decrease in revenues from the sale of dairy products. The conclusion is drawn that further implementation of digitalization in accounting processes is advisable to reduce bookkeeping costs. It is substantiated that, in the context of globalization and the digital transformation of markets, the digitalization of accounting procedures is an integral element of the development of management systems, ensuring their adaptability to the challenges of the modern economy. Study on the Causes and Countermeasures of Enterprise Financial Risk

In the environment of fierce competition, the financial security of enterprises becomes extremely important. Enterprise financial security is a key issue in enterprise operation, which directly affects the survival and development of an enterprise. Therefore, enterprises should always pay attention to their financial situation, improve risk awareness, and establish a sound financial risk prevention system. Business management should take appropriate action to respond to changing domestic and international trends. This paper analyzes the financial risk of the company, and studies preventive measures according to the analysis results to reduce the financial risk of the company and improve the market competitiveness of the company in the challenging competitive environment, so as to provide guarantee for the sustainable development of the company.

Method for determining the economic security of enterprises producing auto components based on a set of indicators

The article proposes a comprehensive method for determining the economic security of enterprises producing automotive components, based on an analysis of the definition of a set of indicators. The relevance of the study is determined by the high competitiveness and dynamic development of the automotive components market, which requires enterprises to pay close attention to ensuring their economic security. The theoretical research is based on the work of domestic scientists in the field of economic security, theories of crisis management, financial analysis and business valuation. The purpose of the article is to develop a method for determining the economic security of enterprises based on a set of indicators, such as: financial stability, diversification, competitiveness, etc. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the proposed method to assess the current level of economic security of an enterprise and develop measures to ensure it. The article provides calculations of economic security indicators and provides recommendations for ensuring it. The results of the study can be used by managers and owners of enterprises producing automotive components to make informed management decisions, by specialists in the field of economic security to develop systems for protecting enterprises from external and internal threats, teachers and students of economic universities in the educational process. This article is of interest to a wide range of readers interested in ensuring the economic security of enterprises in a competitive environment.

The presented scientific article reveals the role of studying the comprehensive fea-tures of ensuring the economic security of business structures, taking into ac-count modern stressful situations. The examples of the impact of international processes on the economic security of companies are presented. Groups of risks have been identified for tobacco industry enterprises (legislative, social, econom-ic, technological and environmental), which can lead to stressful events that lead to an imbalance in their economic security system. The author's interpretation of the term "stressful event in business" is presented and the author's approach to the formation of a register of stressful situations in the system of economic securi-ty of tobacco industry enterprises is revealed. Special attention is paid to the main stages of the author's method of analyzing the multidimensional impact of stressful situations on the level of economic safety of a tobacco industry enter-prise, based on a point-based assessment of the desired parameters. The ad-vantage of the proposed toolkit is the ability to demonstrate the calculated values obtained in the matrix of stressful events, which will allow them to be divided in-to appropriate groups for subsequent analysis, application of mechanisms and methods of regulatory action

The article provides a study of economic security, both from doctrinal and practical points of view, on the economic activities of enterprises in the context of its interface with environmental standards established by Russian legislation. The essence of the basic concepts is revealed - “ecological safety” and “state of security”, which are the most important indicators of well-being in the environmental sphere and compliance with the conditions of long-term and comfortable living of humans and animals. Arguments are made in favor of the need for widespread implementation of environmental protection systems in order to increase the economic efficiency and safety of enterprises operating on a closed cycle principle, whose activities affect the ecological sphere and affect the environment, which is especially important for critical facilities in Russia. The conclusions formulated in the course of the study can be applied for further study and optimization of the processes of ensuring technological and environmental safety and increasing the economic security of enterprises, as well as critical infrastructure facilities in our country.

The article examines various aspects of economic security of an enterprise, in particular, the classification of threats that may adversely affect its activities. Internal and external threats, their sources, nature, probability of realization and possible consequences are characterized. The methods of neutralizing these threats are considered, in particular, the possibility of creating a sustainable system of economic security at an enterprise and measures to minimize risks and threats are considered. The principles and stages of implementation of security measures that allow an enterprise to more effectively withstand potential challenges are presented.

Quinoa: A Promising Crop for Resolving the Bottleneck of Cultivation in Soils Affected by Multiple Environmental Abiotic Stresses.

Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) has gained worldwide recognition for its nutritional values, adaptability to diverse environments, and genetic diversity. This review explores the current understanding of quinoa tolerance to environmental stress, focusing on drought, salinity, heat, heavy metals, and UV-B radiation. Although drought and salinity have been extensively studied, other stress factors remain underexplored. The ever-increasing incidence of abiotic stress, exacerbated by unpredictable weather patterns and climate change, underscores the importance of understanding quinoa's responses to these challenges. Global gene banks safeguard quinoa's genetic diversity, supporting breeding efforts to develop stress-tolerant varieties. Recent advances in genomics and molecular tools offer promising opportunities to improve stress tolerance and increase the yield potential of quinoa. Transcriptomic studies have shed light on the responses of quinoa to drought and salinity, yet further studies are needed to elucidate its resilience to other abiotic stresses. Quinoa's ability to thrive on poor soils and limited water resources makes it a sustainable option for land restoration and food security enterprises. In conclusion, quinoa is a versatile and robust crop with the potential to address food security challenges under environmental constraints.

Organizational Factors that Influence Information Security in Smes: A Case Study of Mogadishu, Somalia

Many organizations and businesses are currently dependent on information systems to conduct their business process and transactions. The security of the information being handled by systems has become a challenge in the corporate world today, as organizations strive to take measures to safeguard their information and maintain confidentiality. The study aimed to investigate the factors that influence information security in Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Mogadishu Somalia. The study was guided by the following research objectives: such as organizational characteristics, data management practices, and employee characteristics in organizations that affect information security in SMEs in Mogadishu Somalia. A quantitative descriptive research design was used in this study, whereby the population consisted of 150 respondents which was focused on Owners, Managers, and Information Security Engineers of Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Mogadishu. Out of which a sample size of 140 respondents was obtained, spread out across three categories. The researchesr applied the probability method to select Owners, Managers, and Information Security Engineers from the Small and Medium Enterprises in Mogadishu Somalia. The elements selected from the population interacted with information security and were well-qualified to respond to the research objectives. The researches used self-administered structured questionnaires, whereby the respondents were required to point out the measure of appropriateness of the three main factors that influence information security in SMEs in Mogadishu. The questionnaire used a five-point Likert-type scale ranging from strongly disagree (1) to strongly agree (5). The respondents were also asked to indicate demographic information that comprised of Sex, age, level of education, years of experience, job position, and marital status, based on their perception and understanding. The study was a quantitative research design, whereby a total of one hundred and fifty (150) questionnaires were distributed and one hundred and fourty (140) were returned from the respondents, indicating a response rate of 99%. The analysis of the data was performed in a quantitative nature so as to obtain numerical data made use of descriptive and correlation statistics and was analyzed using SPSS software. The data was structured according to the research objectives and displayed in the form of tables.

In this article, research and generalization of theoretical foundations in the field of financial and economic security of enterprises is carried out. An analysis of existing points of view regarding the content of the concept of "financial and economic security" was carried out. A content analysis of the concept of "financial and economic security" was carried out and the need for a systemic approach to the formation of a system for ensuring the financial and economic security of an agricultural enterprise was substantiated. It was established that the goal of financial and economic security of an agricultural enterprise is the ability to identify and minimize real and potential threats, dangers, risks, as well as to develop directions for the adaptation of the enterprise in the conditions of digitalization. The main tasks of ensuring the financial and economic security of an agricultural enterprise were defined. The main stages of ensuring the financial and economic security of an agricultural enterprise were indicated. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is as follows: the process of assessing the level of financial and economic security has been improved by analyzing the intensity of the influence of system elements on the performance indicators of an agricultural enterprise.
