Technological developments are increasingly rapid, as evidenced by the large number of individuals and businesses from various industries who depend on computers to support their daily operations, as well as the small, medium and medium sectors. The Accuracy of the Online-Based Independent Study Method in Developing University Students' Entrepreneurship Skills

This study aims to analyze the impact of online-based independent learning methods on developing entrepreneurial skills among students at Private Universities in Kediri. The research focuses on 1) the types of entrepreneurial skills that students are keen on enhancing, 2) the strategies employed by tutors/lecturers to help students strengthen their entrepreneurial skills through online independent study, and 3) the effectiveness of online independent study methods on students' entrepreneurial skills with the guidance of lecturers. The study utilizes a research and development (R&D) approach. The research sample comprises 1) two classes of students from the Islamic Broadcasting Communication Study Program at the Faculty of Da'wah, UIT Lirboyo Kediri, and 2) two classes of students from the Management and Economics Study Program at UNP Kediri. The findings reveal that online-based independent study significantly influences the development of students' entrepreneurial skills. The entrepreneurial skills of interest include online stores, resellers, drop-shippers, and affiliate marketers. The tutor's strategy for fostering students' entrepreneurial skills involves generating new ideas, conducting idea feasibility tests, drafting business proposals, developing business products, creating online advertisements, practicing sales techniques in the field, and preparing sales reports. This tutoring approach contributes to the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial skills that yield positive outcomes for students.

ANALISIS PERPUTARAN MODAL KERJA PADA PT. MAYORA INDAH TBK

The aim of this research is to analyze PT Mayora Indah, Tbk on the working capital turnover ratio. This research uses a descriptive type with a quantitative approach. This research uses a purposive sampling technique and uses profit and loss financial reports consisting of sales reports, initial working capital and final working capital from 2013 to 2022 as the sample. First, the latest financial report data, and second, data for a ten-year period, specifically 2013–2022, is used as a standard. The analysis used is SPSS version 22 software which includes Statistical Analysis and One Sample Test. This research shows that the working capital turnover ratio is six times lower than expected.

Machine‐learning‐based demand forecasting against food waste: Life cycle environmental impacts and benefits of a bakery case study

AbstractRapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) are driving transformative changes in many areas, with significant environmental implications. Yet, environmental assessments for specific applications are scarce. This study presents an in‐depth life cycle assessment of “Foodforecast,” a machine learning (ML) cloud service designed to reduce food waste in bakeries by optimizing sales forecasting. It covers four impact categories: global warming, abiotic resource depletion, cumulative energy demand, and freshwater eutrophication. The assessment includes both the direct environmental impacts of the ML model and the underlying system hardware, as well as the indirect benefits of avoided bakery returns compared to traditional ordering methods, using real‐world case study data. In 2022, “Foodforecast” led to an average 30% reduction in bakery returns, primarily bread and rolls, according to sales reports. The associated environmental benefits significantly outweighed the system's direct impacts by one to three orders of magnitude across impact categories and return utilization scenarios. The study identifies support activities such as service maintenance during deployment as major direct impact factors, surpassing those from cloud compute for ML operations. Data processing and inference dominate the latter, while the much‐discussed ML training plays a minor role. The environmental consequences of AI are complex and dual sided. This case study demonstrates that AI might provide environmental benefits in certain contexts, yet results are constrained by methodological challenges and data uncertainties. There remains a need for further holistic LCAs across different ML applications to inform decision‐making processes and ultimately guide the responsible use of AI.

Perancangan Sistem ERP Modul Point Of Sale Berbasis Odoo Pada Banyuwangi Festival Dengan Metode Rapid Application Development

The sales report of SMEs at the Banyuwangi Festival is an indicator of the success of the festival. In the process of collecting the sales report, the Banyuwangi Tourism and Culture Office, as the current responsible party, still does it without an information system, making the management of the sales report of SMEs at the Banyuwangi Festival inefficient. Using the Rapid Application Diagram (RAD) method, the design of an ERP system in the form of a point of sale module based on the Odoo application at the Banyuwangi Tourism and Culture Office and the Banyuwangi Festival SMEs is carried out to obtain an efficient process of collecting the sales report of SMEs at the Banyuwangi Festival. The design using the RAD method is carried out to obtain results that are in line with user needs. The results of this research show that the designed ERP system can improve business process efficiency for institutions and efficient sales management for SMEs. The impact of this research is expected to improve data management accuracy, increase collaboration, and optimize sales of Banyuwangi Festival SME products.

Strategi Marketing Mix Klinik Paradise Parisudha Desa Sumberagung Plosoklaten Kediri dalam Meningkatkan Volume Penjualan

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy used by the Paradise Parisudha Clinic in increasing the sales volume of their skin care products. This research uses a qualitative approach with primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation, as well as secondary data which includes sales reports, customer files, and related books. The results of this study show that Klinik Paradise Parisudha effectively implements all elements of the 7P marketing mix, including product, price, distribution, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. However, this study also found that the product element became the most successful marketing strategy in increasing the sales of Paradise Parisudha Clinic. This may indicate that it is important to produce attractive and quality products to attract customers and increase sales. In conclusion, Klinik Paradise Parisudha has successfully implemented a comprehensive marketing mix strategy, with an emphasis on products, to increase their sales volume in the competitive beauty clinic industry.

Sistem Informasi Penjualan Seprai Pada Toko Salsabila Seprai

Technological developments are needed in carrying out various sales activities. Currently, it has become a necessity that information technology can provide convenience in finding the desired information. Toko Salsabila Seprai started running its business through the Instagram platform but there were various problems such as the lack of monitoring of the transaction process and transaction reports which were still done manually because the sales system was not integrated. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop a website-based sales information system using the SDLC method. This system is used by the Salsabila Store as a media for sales and transaction data management. The design of this sales information system uses a structured method. Website implementation is made using the HTML, PHP and MySQL programming languages and using the Bootstrap framework so that the web appearance becomes responsive and attractive. The results obtained are a website-based bed sheet sales information system application that is equipped with main page menu features, login, customer registration, shopping cart, purchases, payments, sales reports and admin pages for data management. Based on the test results using the blackbox method, these features can function properly and are valid.

In the age of rapidly developing technology, many sales and buying processes have developed with the help of information systems. Belia Collection is a company that sells several different types of cosmetics. The sales process at Belia Collection is always done through consumers coming into the shop. The recording of transactions, the inventory of products and the reporting of uses are always recorded in the books or manually system . To resolve the Belia Collection problem, researchers are creating a website-based e-commerce system that can make sales and generate reports automatically. The method employed is the waterfall method. This system was built using the HTML, PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. The results of system testing were tested using the black box testing method and the system can carry out sales transactions, display stock, warehousing reports, sales reports, customer data.

Assistance in preparing financial reports for digital-based MSME actors in Tungkal Ilir Sub-District

Having good and correct financial reports using the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities for MSMEs makes a benchmark for representing how the ongoing business performance is so that it can determine the future direction of the business smoothly The method used in this Community Service Activity (CSA) is Participatory Action Research (PAR). There are three main pillars of the PAR method, starting from the research methodology, the action dimension, and finally the participation dimension. The evaluation results of the implementation of activities for two days showed that the participants were very enthusiastic about making and preparing financial reports by utilizing the menu in the MSME Business Financial Records Application (Toko Ku). Participants can also utilize the report menu which consists of sales reports, expense reports, profit/loss reports, and general reports. These reports are outputs from menus such as cash, products, inventory, sales, receivables, payables, and expenses.

The rapid development of technology in the era of Industry 4.0 has made various internet uses essential to fulfill several needs. This includes systems that can assist in the business sector. With the advancement of technology, it greatly aids daily life. The research aims to develop a web-based application to calculate transactions and stock in business. This application can display information related to sales figures, reports, and data management of goods that are user-friendly for business practitioners. The system to calculate transactions and stock can be applied to assist the sales business process. It provides information about available items so that business practitioners can sell goods and view transaction data. This web-based system is operated through a website and uses the internet as a platform to manage and store available data. Researchers used qualitative field research methods to collect profile data and information about the current running systems as supporting elements in application development. For application design, researchers used Visual Studio Code software, which can be used to create websites using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The system development method applied is the prototype method. This method was chosen by researchers as it is suitable and meets the needs of the system to be developed. The final result of this research is a web-based application for calculating transactions and stock in the sales process at Yamaha Anugerah Motor. The designed application features displaying information about managing goods and categories, as well as conducting transactions that are directly recorded in sales reports. With this system, one can track transactions and stock levels. Data management for goods is computerized, and reports about transactions and stock can be printed easily. It also facilitates easy restocking of goods.

This company is engaged in beef cattle sales. This company also does marketing directly to the sale of cattle. Currently the system that runs is still manual, has many weaknesses causing the company's performance to be hampered and has not been able to support all the needs of the company. For this reason, in making it easier for companies to place orders, make payments, online and recording sales reports are analyzed and designed a e-reservation application system that can provide the required information by the company. The use of this system is divided into 2 main accesses, namely for the financial admin section and the owner (company owner). Development tools used in this research by using PHP as the language programming and MySQL as the database. Designing and designing systems This e-reservation application uses the Rapid Application Development method (RAD) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as modeling tools. The final results achieved from the creation of an e-reservation application can be make it easier for companies to place orders and payments through PayPal system, so that it can make it easier for customers to order and online payment through the PayPal system. Effect of Refresher and Skill Transfer Initiatives (RSTI) to BHP Representatives’ Sales Stats Performance

This study investigates the impact of Refresher and Skill Transfer Initiatives (RSTI) on the sales performance of Bank of Montreal Home Advantage Plus (BHP) sales representatives. The research aimed to determine whether RSTI contributes to enhancing the sales performance of BHP representatives. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study selected 17 employees through purposive sampling and collected data using various instruments including Participant Observation, Sales Reports, Focus Group Discussions, and Feedback Forms. Both quantitative data, analyzed through descriptive statistics, and qualitative data, examined thematically, informed the analysis. The study utilized Jamovi Analysis to derive average mean scores and interpret the statistical significance of RSTI’s impact post-implementation. The findings highlight the positive effect of RSTI on BHP sales representatives, noting significant improvements in sales and behavioral performance. Feedback from participants further endorsed RSTI, advocating for its continued use. This research enriches Sales Training literature by introducing behavioral performance enhancements, such as compliance, selling, and soft skills, as critical outcomes of RSTI. The results affirm that RSTI significantly bolsters sales personnel’ sales performance and skill sets. This study aims to identify which oil palm plantations in the Kalimantan region are currently entering the replanting stage and which are rated as "investment grade" by Moody's. It also aims to determine how to invest in oil palm plantations that are currently classified as "investment grade" and/or can raise the notch rating through Moody's. Using a case study methodology, this research is qualitative in nature. Purposive sampling was used in this study's participant selection process, and secondary data sources were used to gather data. Moody's rating analysis is the type of data analysis used in this study. To obtain values for the historical ratio assessment and balance sheet factor variables, a spreading assessment of the company's financial statements for the previous three years is conducted. ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PENJUALAN TIKET KAPAL PADA PT. PELAYANAN NASIONAL INDONESIA CABANG MAKASSAR

This research aims to find out and analyze the accounting system for ship ticket sales information at PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Makassar Branch. The data in this research was collected through observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis at PT Pelni Makassar branch. The population of this research is ship ticket sales reports in the sales information accounting system, while the sample is sales reports in the form of applications taken with ticket sales data collection techniques used, namely library research and field research, while the data analysis method used is the descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results of this research show that based on the results of the research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that the sales accounting information system at PT. The Makassar Branch of Indonesian National Shipping (PELNI) is generally good as it has established standard operational procedures regarding ticket sales and marketing which were established in 2020. However, if you compare it with accounting standards, it is not completely good enough. To implement a sales accounting system, it is necessary to provide a clear description of the accounting system for cash receipts and disbursements so that it can be used as material for evaluation and improvement of the accounting information system in the future to create transparency and accountability.

The Design of An Accounting Information System Based on VBA Macros in Microsoft Excel

Some MSMEs still use traditional accounting records. Apart from being inefficient, this can also increase the risk of errors in recording and reporting accounting made, and the impact can be detrimental to the MSMEs themselves, especially if the accounting system that is run has not fulfilled SAK EMKM. This study aims to design a sales accounting system application at Reglow by Bundami Distributor. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. This research uses the waterfall model, which is a software development process that is carried out sequentially. The Blackbox testing method is also used to test this system, in addition to the validation process from material experts and media experts as well as trials at Reglow by Bundami Distributors. The results of this study conclude that the accounting system created can generate sales reports, total net sales, the number of products sold, and all types of products available. The practical contribution of these findings can help overcome problems regarding sales that have occurred so far, by building a vba macro-based sales information system and can streamline work in the company's sales administration activities.

IMPLEMENTASI PENDEKATAN AGILE UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN OLAP DATA PENJUALAN

Sales data in large quantities are difficult to process and report using Microsoft Excel, which takes a long time. The proposed solution is to use Online Analytical Processing, a method that allows for faster decision-making through multidimensional data manipulation. In developing Online Analytical Processing for sales data, an agile approach is applied. With Online Analytical Processing, access to and display of transactional data becomes more efficient, improving analysis quality and supporting management decisions. Research results show that the prototype accelerates sales reports with a response time of 0.0039 seconds. Online Analytical Processing also facilitates decision-making in seconds. User Acceptance Testing results show high software quality and performance (100%), with an overall evaluation of 86,67% categorized as “Very Good”. Multiuser-Based Fertilizer Supply Information System In East Plongkowati Kud, Grobgan District

KUD Plongkowati Timur is located at Jalan Godong-Karangrayung, Grobogan Regency, which apart from operating in the savings and loan business unit, is also a distributor of fertilizer products produced by PT. Petrokima Gresik and PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. In running the fertilizer distributor business unit at KUD Plongkowati Timur, the process of recording purchase and sales transactions is not carried out using an integrated system in the database, all data is still recorded conventionally by the administration section, while the administration section's computer functions to create reports which are copied from notes provided by cashier so that data security is not guaranteed because the database is not yet integrated. Based on the problems that exist in the East Plongkowati KUD, the author would like to propose a design for a Fertilizer Inventory application system to be taken into consideration in helping speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed by the East Plongkowati KUD, Grobogan Regency in the form of purchase reports, sales reports, reports. suppliers, customer reports. So the design of the fertilizer inventory information system uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language with a database from Microsoft Access 2007 and the design of reports from Crystal Report 7. It is hoped that making this application can be one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that often occur so that it can increase work effectiveness which of course will have an impact on improving the quality of service to customers.

Cash Sales Information System Multiuser Based On Human Computer Facilities Semarang

Sarana Insan Computer (SIK), a sales company operating in the computer sector in Central Java, has utilized Information Systems even though they are not yet well integrated between one system and another. Therefore, in this thesis the author will develop a cash sales system model by choosing SIK as the research object. The cash sales information system created includes a system for ordering goods, sending goods, sales returns and cash sales reports. This research aims to make it easier to present reports directly, accurately, quickly and to enable systems that do not yet exist to be integrated into an integrated system. So that the cash sales information system can be implemented well, a software development process is carried out which is based on correct software engineering. The software development model used in this research is a multiuser development model. Information technology which is developing rapidly today really provides support for the development of a cash sales information system for a computer sales company such as SIK, especially with the use of computer-based information technology or better known as a Computer Based Information System, because of the use of computer technology in a system. information will be able to process data more quickly with minimal error rates, save labor and save costs. The Cash Sales Information System is designed using direct data processing methods. The use of the direct data processing method is intended so that every incident of cash sales information can be processed directly. The procedures that will be processed consist of the administration section which handles administration, the purchasing section which handles incoming goods, the sales section which handles customer service and the computer goods sales section, the personnel section and the leadership itself.

Increased competency in preparing feasibility study documents for pasteurized milk processing business

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of the pasteurized milk production reactivation program in the Milk Processing (MP) business unit. Feasibility analysis is carried out based on technical and production aspects, market and marketing aspects, management and human resource aspects, and financial aspects. The research method uses business feasibility analysis methods with observation, interview, and literature study approaches. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected in the form of questionnaires given to consumers in expressing their opinions on marketing aspects. Furthermore, the secondary data used includes financial statements, sales reports, and production reports of the MP business unit of PT Agronesia. The results showed that the plan to re-operate the MP-BMC business unit of PT. Agronesia with a planned production of three products, namely pasteurized milk, yogurt, and ice cream estimated in the next 10 years is feasible to run. This feasibility is viewed from the financial aspect by calculating investment criteria, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Interest Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), and Pay Back Period (PBP), which is supported by the feasibility of other business managerial aspects.
