This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in learning, including as facilitators, motivators, boosters, learning engineers, research, service providers and providers of learning inspiration for students. This research uses a literature review method. Data sources in this research are books, journals and research results. The results of the research show that teacher professionalism that every teacher should pay attention to and do is: (1) reciting Allah's verses in every lesson, (2) purifying students from damaged aqidah, from despicable morals, changing and perfecting their reasoning power. through divine knowledge, (3) teaching the Bible and wisdom, so a teacher must know the needs of students and the most basic way for Muslims to learn to write is based on the obligation to write the Koran, understand and practice it.

The Art of Learning and Communication for Elementary School

Children deserve the best education. They need to be protected, and educated properly. Education is a shared responsibility of parents, teachers, and society. The community can play a role in improving the quality of education for children. The purpose of this study was to analyze teacher communication with children in art learning and to analyze development of local creativity in art learning of elementary school at Jatisura Majalengka West Java Province Indonesia. This research was conducted in Jatisla Village, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka, West Java, Indonesia. The research method used is ethnographic communication by tracing communication patterns built from the collaborative interaction of the community, teachers, and school children. Informants are determined through sample techniques using purposive sampling. This research is expected to contribute to children’s art learning in schools. The data collection technique used is to make observations and interviews with informants, teachers, and art community activists. The research phase consisted of mapping the role of the creative community, analyzing the role of teachers in learning, and analyzing regional creativity that developed in learning. In conclusion, communication learning process in the classroom can be conveyed in various forms and communication techniques. Communication in the teaching and learning process at SD Jatisura have been doing through communication ethnography method. Interactive communication allows sharing of thoughts, ideas, feelings with one another in a way that can be understood, so that each action of communication needs and communication goals can be achieved. Communication between teachers and students is attractive and transactional, making music learning situations more effective and enjoyable. The role of the Jati Wangi Art Factory as a community, especially in the art learning of students is very large. In collaboration with teachers, we teach children how to play music using clay musical instruments, which is one of the advantages of Jatisla village.

Learning Strategies of Memorizing the Qur'an Based on Brain Development for Early Childhood (Multi-Site Study At PAUD IT Al Firdaus and PAUD IT Permata Jannati Banjarmasin)

This research focuses on strategies carried out to guide children in memorizing the Qur'an through the role of teachers, partnerships in learning tahfizh Qur'an, infrastructure facilities in learning to memorize the Qur'an and the principal's policy in memorizing the Qur'an program. The research design used is a descriptive qualitative approach multi-site design with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis phase through site data analysis and cross-site data analysis with research was carried out at PAUD IT Al-Firdaus and PAUD IT Permata Jannati Banjarmasin. The results of the research obtained are the role of teachers in learning to memorize the Qur'an; partnership in learning to memorize the Qur'an by cooperating involving parties such as parents, community and community leaders, as well as professional organizations; Facilities and infrastructure in learning to memorize the Qur'an are available to support learning to memorize the Qur'an; the principal's policy in learning to memorize the Qur'an is carried out by working meetings, curriculum planning, and Qur'an memorization programs.

The Development of The Flows of Educational Philosophy: Theoretical Concept and Implementation in 21st-Century Learning

<em>The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the development of the flow of educational philosophy: theoretical concepts and implementation in 21<sup>st</sup>-century learning. This is a systemic literature review. The literature finding was done through the Semantic Scholar database and book review with the topic of the development of education flow and its implementation. Each education has a different view of human development. This is based on the dominant factors that serve as the basis for human development. The implementation in education can be seen from several aspects, including the meaning of education, education goals, curriculum, learning, and the role of teachers in learning. The result of the research is that understanding the flow of education is very important when an educator or teacher wants to keep abreast of educational developments. The result of this thinking is called the flow or new education movement. The flow/movement affects education around the world, including in Indonesia. The philosophy of education can determine the learning process such as determining models, methods, strategies, and evaluation in learning. It cannot be said that one flow is better than another because its use is adjusted to the level of need, current situation, and conditions. The research concludes that each flow has its principles. Three flows influence human development, namely (1) Nativism, this flow states that human development is influenced by innate factors from birth. (2) Empiricism states that human development is caused by environmental factors. (3) Convergence states that human development is influenced by the interaction between the carrier and the environment.</em>

Peran Guru Dalam Pembelajaran

Teachers are the most important factor in advancing education. This paper aims to outline the role of teachers in learning. This paper uses the literature method by analyzing books and journals related to the theme of discussion. The results of this study show that the task of the teacher as a motivator is to increase the passion and enthusiasm for learning students both by giving motivational words and certain tasks that will arouse their curiosity. Meanwhile, the task of the teacher as a facilitator is not only a matter of physique or infrastructure, even this is a school task, but how the teacher facilitates the mentality of students in learning and provides the widest opportunity for students to ask questions, discuss and so on.

Peran Guru Sebagai Figur Panutan Dalam Penerapan Keterampilan Saling Berbagi Di Era Disrupsi

Individual dualism has become a symptom of a society in the 21st century, with all its excesses, including materialism and selfishness, which are present at all levels of society. 21st-century teachers have a different role from conventional teachers, where they act as facilitators, collaborators, mediators, and motivators in learning and teaching activities with effective and fun learning targets that require abilities that are influenced by knowledge, training, and experience. The era of disruption makes a form of play that leads to selfishness, including through gadgets, so there are limitations in interacting directly with peers. Therefore, the teacher strives to encourage sharing skills as a form of skill to students so that they can receive and give to others who are instilled in the early to late class so that it affects the ongoing interaction. This study used Slavin Theory, about efforts to increase social contact among students to achieve goals and the role of teachers in learning and teaching activities. Pengaruh PPKM Terhadap Peningkatan Peran Guru pada Pembelajaran di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Pandemic During the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently engulfing the world, including Indonesia, there have been various social movements aimed at tackling the outbreak. One of the social movements as a result of policies from the government in the context of dealing with Covid-19 is the implementation of PPKM which is always extended to an unpredictable time limit before Covid-19 disappears. PPKM has an impact on the implementation of learning in Indonesia. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how PPKM influences the increase in the role of teachers in learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era. In this study, the author uses qualitative methods through literature studies and documentation studies related to the influence of the PPKM social movement on increasing the role of teachers in the Covid-19 pandemic era from various relevant sources. The results of the discussion show the influence of PPKM on increasing the role of teachers in learning in the era of the covid-19 pandemic.

Peranan Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Pengembangan Life Skill Siswa SMP Negeri 31 Kabupaten Halmahera Barat

This research aims to find out the Role of Teacher Competence Towards the Development of Life Skills of State Junior High School Students 31 West Halmahera Regency, which aims to find out several things, namely; How the role of PPKn teachers in improving the quality of teaching and learning by using the student's life skills approach. This study uses survey methods by collecting their own data a number of units in the same time (time period), which is related to how conditions, characteristic processes, results of a variable, using a set of instruments that are data collection tools and used in collecting data to make it easier and systematic. The results of this study show that Teacher Competence Towards The Development of Life Skills of State Junior High School Students 31 West Halmahera Regency, Teachers are one of the various sources and learning media, so the role of teachers in learning becomes wider and more leads to student learning motivation through his role as a teacher. Teachers are expected to be able to encourage students to always learn in various activities or opportunities through various sources and media. Teachers should help every student and effectively be able to use learning opportunities from various learning sources and media effectively and efficiently. In the learning process a teacher focuses more on aspects, planning the organization of teaching materials, planning the management of teaching and learning activities, planning the management of classes, planning the use of media and teaching resources, and planning assessment of student achievement for the benefit of teaching. Teachers must be able to make decisions on the basis of proper assessment, whether teaching and learning activities are sufficient, whether the methods are changed, whether past activities need to be repeated, while students have not been able to achieve learning goals.

Peran Guru TK Aisyiyah 1 Bukittinggi Sebagai Guru Profesional di masa Pandemi Covid-19

The government has issued a circular on learning policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This learning policy demands the role of the teacher as a professional educator. This article aims to describe the role of teachers in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The article uses a qualitative descriptive method. This study describes solving problems that occur in the field with data. This research is infinitive data and information from learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic in PAUD institutions. The research subject is the integrated PAUD Aisyiyah 1 Bukittinggi which has 3 service programs, especially the kindergarten service program. So it is only natural for teachers to act professionally in carrying out the learning process even during a pandemic. That has been done by the TK Aisyiyah 1 Bukittinggi teacher assembly team in early childhood learning activities. As a recommendation for the future, good communication, cooperation, coordination between all parties is needed. Teachers should not only give activities to children without careful calculation. Teachers must appreciate the achievements of students for the efforts they have made while studying from home.

Role of Teachers in Digital Instructional Era

The birth of a digital knowledge-based community brought major changes in everything. The role of teachers in learning in the digital age requires the expertise of teachers to implement appropriate solutions to various problems and adapt to changing environments. This change requires a new orientation in education that emphasizes creativity, initiative, innovation, communication and cooperation. In the digital age, teachers are needed to be able to keep up with the times, can play various roles as change bearers, learning consultants; who have a high sense of humanity and morals, and social sensitivity, and are rational and honest-minded, so that they are able to work well in a dynamic educational environment. This article discusses the role of teachers in the digital age in learning that is thought to influence vision, responsibility, social sensitivity, logical ability and teacher honesty. All of this boils down to the role of teachers in the digital age as agents of change and learning consultants. The teacher becomes a bridge of revolution by making himself as motivator which moves students to accessible learning resources.

Lack of understanding of children's learning can be caused by several factors. One of them is the lack of teacher's role in the learning process at school can cause children's understanding to decrease, especially in elementary school children. The role of teachers in primary schools is still very much needed because elementary school children still lack the comprehension of what they see and hear. With this phenomenon, research is conducted to find out how the role of teachers in learning in schools among elementary school students.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA EFIKASI DIRI DAN PERAN GURU DENGAN BELAJAR BERDASAR REGULASI DIRI PADA AKSELERAN

This research is a quantitative approach with the aim at knowing: (1). The relationship between self-efficacy and the role of the teacher by learning based on self-regulation. (2). The contribution given by self-efficacy and the role of teachers in self-regulation based learning. (3). Levels of self-efficacy and the role of teachers in learning based on self-regulation. The subject of this study was acceleration in one of the Public High Schools in Surakarta as many as 115 people. This study is a principled study on population studies. Based on the results and analysis using multiple regression it is known that the correlation coefficient R = 0.375 (p = 0.000: p <0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and the role of teachers with self-regulation. The total contribution given by the two independent variables in this study amounted to 14.1%, and for both categorizations the independent variables namely self-efficacy and the role of the teacher were at a high level, and the dependent variable of learning based on self-regulation was at a very high level.

PEMANFAATAN UBTECH HUMANOID ROBOT SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN KEPADA GURU MENUJU ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0 DIBIDANG PENDIDIKAN UNTUK ANAK AUTIS DI PEKANBARU LAB SCHOOL

The learning process is an important part of the world of education, especially education for autistic children, because through learning teachers can interact and evaluate their students directly. The problem that arises is how to provide good learning to autistic children who have obstacles and obstacles so far. Pekanbaru Lab School is a place for autistic children with 30 people in the age range of 6-15 years, where Pekanbaru Lab School also faces problems with the provision of teaching or learning to auits. There are five problems found in learning at the Pekanbaru Lab School to face the Indonesian Revolutionary era 4.0 in the field of education so that it becomes an obstacle namely the learning method, the role of the teacher in learning, students, facilities and infrastructure, the role of parents. With the problems faced by Pekanbaru Lab School as partners of the Community Partnership Program, a solution is needed to overcome these problems and prepare the Pekanbaru Lab School towards the era of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution in the field of Education. The first is the selection of a good learning method so as to improve teacher teaching skills by updating the curriculum that integrates with technology, especially Robot technology. Second is to increase the role of teachers in active learning to guide autistic children by continuing teacher education to higher education and facilitating teachers in training activities on autistic children. The three students who increase in number and have different characters, the solution is to add teachers as educators and according to competence and expertise of each teacher on the type or character of children with autism. The four facilities and infrastructure are by adding facilities such as adding classrooms and open spaces and adding therapeutic media by providing technological elements such as Ubtech Humanoid Robot technology. The fifth role of parents is by the way parents must play an active role in the learning of autistic children at home and parents will certainly be given training or discussion forums to understand their children more deeply.

Teacher-Centred and Teacher Controlled Learning: A Postmodernism Perspective

The role of teachers in learning is central. It greatly influences the success and the quality of learning process. Yet, it remains lack of evidences in some areas such as diminishing the learners' learning automony. Lamguage learners are positioned lower than the teachers. In decentralized learning, teachers are facilitators. As the result of this point of views, the learners are less appreciated for their imperfect learning behaviours for some reasons regarding for their potentials. Thus, this article is to criticize and to elaborate the evidences of teacher-centred learning and teacher-controlled learning in postmodernism paradigm and the realities in Indonesian efl perspectives which emphasizes on the main actors in learning and the power of learning. Yet, there is no absolute truth in terms of power in learning.

KONSEP PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU DAN FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHINYA

Law Number 20 Year 2003 on National Education System, Law Number 14 Year 2005 regarding Teachers and Lecturers, and Government Regulation Number 19 Year 2005 on National Education Standard states teachers are professional educators. Teachers as professionals have an important role in learning. The role of teachers in learning is to make learning design, organizing teaching and learning activities, teaching or learning. Efforts have been made to improve the quality of national education, such as the development of national and local curricula, improving teacher competence through training, procurement of books and instructional tools, teacher certification, procurement and improvement of educational facilities and infrastructure, and improving school management. But apparently all these efforts have not shown maximum results. Proven when people are still talking about less qualified graduates, even in terms of morals learners tanpak increasingly degenerate, honesty is very lacking, no manners, less discipline, less responsibility, shyness is very lacking, misconduct everywhere, and so on. In order to achieve the targeted goals in improving the quality of education, this is where the importance of teachers improve the quality of their performance in learning as a figure that plays an important role in advancing the world of education. To have a good performance teachers are required to have adequate academic ability, and can apply the knowledge they have to learners to advance the quality of learning learners.

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VIIF SMP N2 SEMARANG MELALUI PENERAPAN PENGAJUAN MASALAH PADA MATERI BANGUN DATAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2010/2011

One of the problems in learning mathematics at school is the low ability of students in solving story problems associated with daily life, so that the results achieved are not optimal. This is due to one of them is the ability of students in solving problems. To overcome, it required an appropriate learning, one of which is to use the application filing problem as a solving problem. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of Math class grade VII F at SMP N2 Semarang on solving word problems related to flat wake. As matter of that, the KKM used today is 77, therefore learning strategies to improve learning outcomes is steadily promoted. Problem in this study is whether the filing of the problem of learning can improve learning outcomes on completion of word problems relating to wake up flat? The method used is two conducted submission cycles and each cycle consist of two meetings. Each cycle comprises four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. Students discuss with the group in accordance with one specified group comprising 4 to 5 students. From the research results obtained by the average value in the first cycle is 80.5 and 73.1% completing the study. Hence, it does not meet the completeness limit of learning because learning is said complete if 85% achieves the exhaustiveness learning. This is due to the role of teachers in learning still dominates the classroom so that students tend to be less active. In the second cycle after extensive reflection and change in learning is getting satisfactory results. Almost all students are actively involved in discussions so that the average value of learning to 87 and 88.5% completeness. Based on the results of these studies, the learning is very effective by filing problems to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes at of grade seven in VIIF in the case of SMP N 2 Semarang on a flat wake of the academic year 2010/2011.
